Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a planning support system, a planning support method, and a program.
  • the operation work here refers to, for example, an operation of actually collecting resources from a mine with an excavator and an operation of transporting the collected resources to a predetermined point by a dump.
  • the maintenance work is, for example, work for exchanging parts as necessary so that an excavator, a dump truck or the like (hereinafter referred to as a mining machine) that performs operation works stably. Since parts of mining machines are generally expensive and large, it is costly to replace the parts frequently, and if the parts are not replaced for a long period of time, the mining machine may stop suddenly due to the life of the parts.
  • Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for making a maintenance plan with high accuracy based on the actual operation status of a mining machine. Specifically, in Patent Document 1, after the operation status and work status of the mining machine are simulated by the simulation means, the cumulative load for each part corresponding to the operation status and work status is calculated by the cumulative load calculation means, and calculated. A technique for calculating the lifetime of each component by the lifetime calculation means based on the accumulated load is disclosed.
  • Patent Document 1 merely makes a plan for the timing of maintenance work such as parts replacement, and does not make a plan to perform maintenance work in consideration of cooperation with operation work. . And it does not create a plan that takes into account the benefits of mining operations as a whole.
  • Patent Document 1 For example, when parts of a plurality of mining machines reach the end of their lives at the same time, a plan to replace a plurality of parts at the same time is planned. Not linked. Therefore, when there is only one maintenance staff at the time of replacement work, parts cannot be replaced as planned because of the lack of maintenance staff. In this case, since the mining machine remains stopped, the productivity is lowered and the profit of the entire mining operation is lowered.
