Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes de gestion des processus économiques vis-à-vis desquels il serait judicieux de planifier et de contrôler l'arrivée d'événements économiques déterminés et de tenir une comptabilité financière ou documentaire des résultats. L'invention permet d'élargir la gamme des moyens du système et d'exclure le risque d'opérations économiques qui ne correspondent pas aux événements planifiés sur le plan des délais ou des budgets. Le système de l'invention comprend une unité d'entrée de tâches du système sous forme électronique, une unité d'affichage des événements principaux de la tâche et une unité de traitement des informations liée à l'unité de planification de projets et de l'activité économique sur le plan des délais, des budgets et des ressources ainsi à l'unité d'exécution et de comptabilisation d'opérations économiques qui, à leur tour, sont comparées entre elles au moyen de l'unité de comparaison des informations. L'unité de planification des projets et de l'activité économique comprend, pour chaque événement planifié, des attributs temps et budget relatifs aux flux financiers ou aux mouvements des ressources; on attribue à chaque événement un identificateur individuel, et l'unité d'exécution et de comptabilisation d'opérations économiques crée et comptabilise les documents relatifs à l'exécution des événements planifiés.
