Description

本发明涉及一种轮胎后充气装置, 特别涉及一种具有改进型传动 结构的轮胎后充气装置。
轮胎后充气装置是一种应用于轮胎硫化作业的重要设备, 其通常 与液压式轮胎硫化机配合使用, 通过机械手将硫化完成的轮胎从硫化 机上卸下后放置在下卡盘上, 然后通过上下卡盘固定住轮胎后进行充 气作业, 然后使轮胎冷却定型。
目前的轮胎后充气装置主要包括了对称设置于机架两侧的两套 上下卡盘、 翻转机构和轮辋调节机构等, 其中, 位于两側的两个上卡 盘则一般都安装于一可在机架上上下活动的安装梁上, 翻转机构一般 用于翻转下卡盘部分, 而轮辋调节机构则负责实现轮辋宽度调节的功 能。 因此, 我们可以看到的是, 目前的轮胎后充气装置的结构设置较 为复杂, 使得后充气的过程较为复杂, 不利于轮胎的精度和质量的提 高。
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题, 提供一种可以简化结构设置、 优化后充气工作过程的具有改进型传动结构的轮胎后充气装置。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了以下技术方案: 具有改进型传 动结构的轮胎后充气装置, 包括机架, 还包括:
第一卡盘, 其上相对于其卡盘端的另一端固定连接一螺杆, 该螺 軒上套设有一螺母, 该螺母上还套设有一第一链轮, 该第一链轮与一 第二链轮传动连接, 该第二链轮安装于一电机上, 该螺杆一側还设置 有与其组成移动副的导軒, 该导軒安装于上述机架上; 第二卡盘, 其相对于上述第一卡盘设置、 并安装于上述机架上。 优选地, 上述的第二卡盘上相对于其卡盘端的另一端固定连接气 缸的活塞軒。
优选地, 上述的气缸沿上述第二卡盘的边缘均布有多个。
优选地, 上述的具有改进型传动结构的轮胎后充气装置还包括相 对于水平方向而对称于上述第一、 第二卡盘的第三、 第四卡盘, 该第 三卡盘的结构同于该第一卡盘, 该第四卡盘的结构同于该第二卡盘。
优选地, 上述的机架上还设置有相对于垂直方向而对称于上述第 一、 第二、 第三和第四卡盘的另一套卡盘机构。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果在于: 本发明在满足传统后充气所 有功能的前提下,极大的简化了结构, 化了后充气的整个工作过程, 提高了轮胎的精度和质量, 该装置相比于现有技术省去了翻转机构以 及轮辋调节机构等, 通过螺籽良好的自锁性和传动精度, 实现了轮辋 调节的功能, 同时由螺杆带动的卡盘的初始位置可以事先设定, 这就 很大程度上的适应了不同规格的轮胎, 减少了卡盘的行程, 使得工作 周期变短, 提高了工作效率。

为了达到本发明的目的, 本发明所涉及的具有改进型传动结构的 轮胎后充气装置的第一种实施方式中, 如图 〗 5所示, 其包括机架】; 第一卡盘 2, 其上相对于其卡盘端的另一端固定连接一螺籽 31, 即第 一卡盘 2的卡盘座 2】 与螺籽 31 固定连接, 该螺軒 31上套设有一螺 母 32, 该螺母 32上还套设有一第一链轮 33, 该第一链轮 33与一第 二链轮 34传动连接, 该第二链轮 34安装于一电机 4上, 该螺軒 31 一側还设置有与其组成移动副的导軒 35,该导軒 35安装于机架 1 上; 第二卡盘, 其相对于第一卡盘 2设置、 并安装于机架 1上。 本装置通 过电机驱动链轮提供驱动力, 链轮带动螺母旋转, 螺母通过螺旋传动 带动螺杆在竖直方向上下运动, 从而实现了卡盘的运动。 本发明在满 足传统后充气所有功能的前提下, 极大的简化了结构, 化了后充气 的整个工作过程, 提高了轮胎的精度和质量, 该装置相比于现有技术 省去了翻转机构以及轮辋调节机构等, 通过螺杆良好的自锁性和传动 精度, 实现了轮辋调节的功能, 同时由螺杆带动的卡盘的初始位置可 以事先设定, 这就很大程度上的适应了不同规格的轮胎, 减少了卡盘 的行程, 使得工作周期变短, 提高了工作效率。
为了进一歩地优化本发明的实施效果, 本发明所涉及的具有改进 型传动结构的轮胎后充气装置的第二种实施方式中, 如图 2所示, 上 述的第二卡盘 5上相对于其卡盘端的另一端固定连接气缸的活塞籽, 即第二卡盘 5的卡盘座 51 固定连接气缸 6的活塞軒 61, 同时第二卡 盘 5套设于导杆 63上。 为了保证轮胎与卡盘之间可以形成密闭空间, 设置气缸可以推动第二卡盘继续运动一段距离, 从^有效地去除两个 卡盘之间在达到预设距离后所具有的间隙。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果, 本发明所涉及的具有改进 型传动结构的轮胎后充气装置的第三种实施方式中, 如图 2所示, 上 述的气缸 6沿第二卡盘 5的边缘均布有多个, 可以更为稳固地驱动第 二卡盘的运_动。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果, 本发明所涉及的具有改进 型卡盘结构的轮胎后充气装置的第四种实施方式中, 如图 1所示, 上 述的具有改进型传动结构的轮胎后充气装置还包括相对于水平方向 而对称于上述第一、 第二卡盘 2、 5的第三、 第四卡盘 7、 8, 该第三 卡盘 7的结构同于该第一卡盘 2 , 该第四卡盘 8的结构同于该第二卡 盘 5, 从而形成上下两个可以独立运行的工位。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果, 本发明所涉及的具有改进 型卡盘结构的轮胎后充气装置的第六种实施方式中, 如图 1所示, 上 述的机架 1上还设置有相对于垂直方向而对称于上述第一、 第二、 第 三和第四卡盘 2、 5、 7和 8的另一套卡盘机构 9, 从而形成四个可以 独立运行的工位。
下面介绍本发明的工作过程: 结合图 1 -5所示, 卸胎机械手将疏 化好的轮胎从疏化机抓到第一卡盘 2上后, 电机 4开始工作, 第二链 轮 34和第一链轮 33带动螺母 32旋转, 螺杆 31上升, 第一- 盘 2和 轮胎一起迅速提升到指定高度 (可设定) , 此时上下两卡盘之间的间 距达到预设高度值, 为了保证轮胎和上下卡盘之间形成密闭空间, 气 缸 6推动第二卡盘 5向下运动一段距离, 此时开始对轮胎内部进行预 定型充气, 随着轮胎内部空间里的蒸气压力逐渐增加, 轮胎对上下卡 盘的反作用力逐渐加强, 由于第一- 盘 2是螺杆 31 带动上升下降, 自锁性能良好,第一卡盘 2保持不动, 而第二卡盘 5是由气缸 6推出, 其竖直位置相对可变, 当轮胎内部压力大于气缸 6工作压力时, 轮胎 便会推动第二卡盘 5运动, 直到第二卡盘 5回到原位, 此时, 两卡盘 回到原始设定值, 轮胎开始正常充气冷却, 充气完成后,
