该扭力侦测装置与该工作部 1连接而供侦测该工作部 1所受到沿该第 一方向的扭力值， 并将所测得的扭力值反馈予该电路板 3， 该扭力显示装置 5则与该扭力侦测装置连接而供显示该该扭力侦测装置所测得的扭力值，于 本发明的主要实施例中， 该扭力显示装置 5包含复数个 LED灯源 51， 亮起 的 LED灯源 51数量与该扭力侦测装置所测得的扭力值成正比， 因此可借 由 LED灯源 51亮起的数目判别目前的扭力值， 然而， 该扭力显示装置可 为其他显示手段亦无不可， 如 LCD显示荧幕等； 该扭力设定部 6与该电路 板 3连接以供设定一预设扭力值， 当该电路板 3接收到来自该扭力侦测装 置 6测得的沿该第一方向的扭力值已升至该预设扭力值， 该电路板 3 自动 控制该驱动装置 2驱使该工作部 1停止绕该第一方向转动， 于本发明的主 要实施例中， 该扭力设定部 6包含一设定钮 61与一显示装置 62， 按压该设 定钮 61可改变该预设扭力值， 目前设定的预设扭力值显示于该显示装置 62 上， 较佳地， 该显示装置 62为一 LCD显示荧幕或其他类似装置。
该发卷 7供头发缠绕而供同轴装设于该工作部 1，该发卷 7包含复数个 壳片 71与一呈锥状的推迫件 72， 该些壳片 71绕一轴向方向依序设置， 该 些壳片 71 内壁各形成有凹槽， 该些凹槽共同形成一锥状空间 71 1， 该推迫 件 72位于该锥状空间 71 1且与该工作部 1连动， 更明确地说， 该推迫件 72 螺设于该发卷 7的端部， 而该锥状空间 71 1的内径自靠近该工作部 1的一 端往远离该工作部 1 的一端递增， 当该工作部 1绕该第一方向转动， 该推 迫件 72随该工作部 1 同歩转动， 进而相对该发卷 Ί螺转， 使该推迫件 72 相对该些壳片 71沿该轴向方向移动， 由于该锥状空间 71 1的设置， 移动的 推迫件 72将该些壳片 71撑张开来而使该些壳片 71彼此远离， 该发卷 Ί的 外径便变大； 相反地， 当该工作部 1绕该第二方向转动， 该推迫件 72会反 向沿该轴向方向移动， 使该些壳片 71彼此靠近， 进而使该发卷 7的外径縮 小。 此外， 较佳地， 该发卷 7更包含至少一个弹性束环 73， 该些壳片 71外 表面形成有供该弹性束环 73嵌设的环沟， 该弹性束环 73嵌设于该环沟使 该些壳片 71具有朝彼此靠近的趋势， 以利于壳片 71的撑张与收合动作。 该外套件 8包含二个彼此枢接的夹片 81，该二夹片 81相对其枢接处的 一端形成一缺口， 各该夹片 81呈弯曲弧状， 该二夹片 81于枢接处旁更可 拆地设有一调整块 82， 当该调整块 82取下时， 该二夹片 81能朝外枢摆较 大的角度使该缺口宽度的最大值较大， 当该调整块 82长度越长， 该二夹片 81较无法朝外枢摆而使该缺口宽度的最大值较小， 该外套件 8供套设于该 发卷 7外， 更明确来说， 头发缠绕于该发卷 7外后， 该外套件 8再套设于 该发卷 7外， 而为了配合不同尺寸的发卷 8或不同厚度的头发， 可借由调 整该调整块 82来改变该外套件 8能容许被撑张的大小， 换句话说， 该调整 块 82可作为夹片 81彼此撑张的阻碍， 以维持较窄的夹持空间， 相反地， 若不使用调整块 82或使用较短的调整块 82， 夹片 81撑张的阻碍较小， 夹 持空间较大而可容纳较大的发卷 7或容许发卷 7撑张较大。 于本发明的主 要实施例中， 该二夹片 81枢接处附近分别形成有彼此相对的凹槽， 该调整 块 82两端分别卡合于该二凹槽， 且该调整块 82略具有弹性。
实际使用时， 是先将头发缠绕于该发卷 7上后以该外套件 8套合， 再 将该工作部 1接上该发卷 7、发卷 7另一端以一定位件 9固定（例如以多角 柱卡固于发卷的多角孔） 使撑张外套件 8时该发卷 7不会随之转动， 并以 设定钮 61设定好适当的预设扭力值， 再按压一次该正转开关部 411， 便会 自动驱动工作部 1 绕该第一方向转动， 当该扭力侦测装置测得的扭力到达 该预设扭力值， 电路板 3会自动控制该工作部 1停止转动， 避免过度转动 使头发受到的撑张过多；而烫发程序完成后，再次将工作部 1接上该发卷 7， 并持续按压该逆转开关部 412， 即可使该工作部 1绕该第二方向转动， 亦即 使发卷 7收合， 即可将头发自发卷 7取下。 其中， 制造商可针对不同状况 的头发设计多段式扭力选择， 使用者可根据使用指南自行调整扭力大小， 而无须任何美发经验。
借由上述结构， 使用者可根据头发的健康情况或实际需求设定适合的 预设扭力值， 例如， 若头发已相当脆弱而不容许太大的撑张， 则设定较低 的预设扭力值， 若头发健康而想要较明显的卷发成果， 则设定较高的预设 扭力值。 而本发明供使用者按压一次正转开关部后即自动转动至到达该预 设扭力值为止， 无须使用者自行注意目前扭力再手动停止， 避免过度撑张 造成头发断裂受损， 且操作相当简单， 即使非专业人士亦能快速上手自行 操作， 另外， 具有调整块的外套件更能配合不同大小发卷使用， 十分便利， 极具进歩之效。
以上所述， 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已， 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 包含： 一工作部， 供 装设一发卷； 一驱动装置， 能经由一减速装置驱动该工作部转动； 一电路 板， 供控制该驱动装置； 一控制部， 与该电路板连接而能借该电路板控制 该驱动装置驱使该工作部选择性地绕一第一方向转动、 绕相反的一第二方 向转动、 或是停止不转动； 一扭力侦测装置， 与该工作部连接而供侦测该 工作部所受到沿该第一方向的扭力值， 该扭力侦测装置并将所测得的扭力 值反馈予该电路板； 一扭力显示装置， 与该扭力侦测装置连接而供显示该 扭力侦测装置所侦测到的扭力值； 一扭力设定部， 与该电路板连接而供设 定一预设扭力值， 当该电路板接收到来自该扭力侦测装置测得的沿该第一 方向的扭力值已升至该预设扭力值， 该电路板自动控制该驱动装置驱使该 工作部停止沿绕该第一方向转动。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 该扭 力设定部包含一设定钮与一显示装置， 按压该设定钮可改变该预设扭力值， 目前设定的预设扭力值显示于该显示装置上。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 该扭 力显示装置包含复数个 LED灯源，亮起的 LED灯源数量与该扭力侦测装置 所测得的扭力值成正比。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 该工 作部转动的转速为一固定值。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 更包 含一发卷， 该发卷同轴装设于该工作部， 该发卷包含复数个壳片与一推迫 件， 该些壳片绕一轴向方向依序设置， 该些壳片内壁各形成有凹槽， 该些 凹槽共同形成一锥状空间， 该推迫件位于该锥状空间且与该工作部连动， 当该工作部绕该第一方向转动， 该推迫件于该锥状空间中沿该轴向方向移 动， 使该些壳片彼此远离而使该发卷的外径扩张， 当该工作部绕该第二方 向转动， 该推迫件反向移动使该些壳片彼此靠近， 进而使发卷的外径縮小。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 该发 卷更包含至少一个弹性束环， 该些壳片外表面形成有供该弹性束环嵌设的 环沟， 该弹性束环使该些壳片具有朝彼此靠近的趋势。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 更包 含一外套件， 该外套件包含彼此枢接的二个夹片， 该二个夹片相对其枢接 处的一端形成一缺口， 各该夹片呈弯曲弧状， 该二个夹片于枢接处旁更可 拆地设有一调整块， 当该调整块取下时， 该二个夹片能朝外枢摆较大的角 度使该缺口宽度的最大值较大， 当该调整块长度越长， 该二个夹片较无法 朝外枢摆而使该缺口宽度的最大值较小， 该外套件供套设于该发卷外。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的扭力可调整的卷发工具， 其特征在于， 该控制 部包含一翘板按钮， 该翘板按钮相对两端分别为一正转开关部与一逆转开 关部， 当该翘板按钮被长按时， 开启该扭力可调整的卷发工具的电源， 当 该正转开关部被按压触动但该逆转开关部未被按压时， 将驱动该工作部绕 该第一方向转动直至该扭力侦测装置测得的扭力到达该预设扭力值， 当该 逆转开关部被持续按压但该正转开关部未被按压时， 将驱动该工作部绕该 第二方向转动。
