而在公开日为 2012年 3月 28日的公开号为 CN 102395296A的公开文件中公开了一种靠背可 移动的坐具, 该坐具为了能让人以正确的姿势坐在坐具上, 使椅背能够始终支撑使用者的后 背部分, 包括连接在支撑体上的下部框架; 以上下变位产生件为媒介, 与所述下部框架相连 接的上部框架; 设在所述下部框架与上部框架之间的一个人以上的弹性件; 设在上部框架的 左右侧边缘, 并与靠背框架相连结, 从而能够朝前后方向移动的移动件; 当结合在上部框架 的座席部上施加负荷时, 由于所述上部框架下降而发生的变位, 在前后移动件上转变为直线 运动, 而使所述靠背框前移的动力产生部; 当在座席部施加负荷时, 成为靠背框架只能朝前 方移动的半锁 half-lock状态,当施加在座席部的负荷消失时, 成为靠背框可朝后方移动的解 锁状态 unlock的开关部。 这种椅子结构复杂, 成本太高, 损坏后不便维修。 而且该椅子只能 使得靠背前后移动来紧贴座位上的人的背部, 不能针对每个人需要靠背对背部产生一个多少 大的支撑力对其倾斜角度进行调节。
现有靠背制造和设计的技术领域中, 休闲椅在靠背斜躺的时候只是将靠背放下来, 并没 有实现靠背一个向前的位移, 因此会导致人身上的衣服会随着靠背相对人体向后移动, 使得 人在躺下的时候不仅人有搓背感, 而且衣服处于向后紧吊状, 十分不舒服。 现有技术在向后 倾斜的时候还会在坐垫部和靠背部之间产生一条缝隙, 该缝隙会导致一些东西掉进去, 使得 人们很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单, 能使得靠背支撑单元在躺下的时候前移的沙发伸缩 装置。 并且还能使得靠背支撑部能前后位移, 且能使靠背支撑部转动。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的: 一种沙发伸缩装置, 包括伸缩 支架本体和支撑所述伸缩支架本体的底座, 所述伸缩支架本体与所述底座通过联接杆活动连 接, 所述伸缩支架本体包括腿部支撑部、 坐垫支撑部和靠背支撑单元, 所述坐垫支撑部分别 与所述腿部支撑部、 所述靠背支撑单元铰接, 所述联接杆包括铰接于所述底座与所述坐垫支 撑部之间的活动联接杆、 铰接于所述底座与所述靠背支撑单元之间的转动联接杆、 铰接于所 述底座与所述腿部支撑部之间的伸缩动力机构; 所述伸缩动力机构控制所述腿部支撑部的伸 缩, 通过所述腿部支撑部的伸缩来带动所述坐垫支撑部的升降, 且通过所述坐垫支撑部的升 降来带动所述靠背支撑单元的倾俯。
作为优选, 所述坐垫支撑部与所述靠背支撑单元之间铰接设置靠背连接件, 所述靠背连 接件包括铰接在所述坐垫支撑部上且靠近设有所述腿部支撑部处的牵引拉杆、 被所述牵引拉 杆铰接在中部且和所述底座铰接并与所述靠背支撑单元铰接的支撑拉杆。
作为优选, 所述靠背支撑单元包括靠背支撑部和牵引固定部; 所述靠背支撑部包括固定 在所述牵引固定部端部的靠背固定基部、 靠背支撑基部和连接所述靠背固定基部与所述靠背 支撑基部并且能使所述靠背支撑基部相对于所述靠背固定基部前后移动和转动的靠背连接 部; 所述牵引固定部中部通过所述转动联接杆铰接所述底座上, 另一端部铰接在所述坐垫支 撑部上。
作为优选, 所述靠背连接件连接所述靠背支撑单元; 所述靠背支撑单元包括靠背支撑部 和牵引固定部; 所述靠背支撑部包括固定在所述牵引固定部端部的靠背固定基部、 靠背支撑 基部和连接所述靠背固定基部与所述靠背支撑基部并且能使所述靠背支撑基部相对于所述靠 背固定基部前后移动和转动的靠背连接部; 所述牵引固定部中部通过所述转动联接杆铰接所 述底座上, 另一端部铰接在所述支撑拉杆上。
作为优选, 所述靠背连接部包括定动力杆和动动力杆, 所述动动力杆与所述靠背支撑基 部之间设置有调节片。
作为优选, 所述定动力杆和所述动动力杆贯穿所述靠背固定基部, 并在贯穿端设置调节 结构; 所述靠背固定基部内的所述定动力杆和所述动动力杆上设置有防止所述定动力杆和所 述动动力杆前后移动的限位件, 所述靠背固定基部上开设有配合所述限位件的限位卡槽。
作为优选, 所述腿部支撑部包括分别与所述坐垫支撑部铰接的第一连杆和第二连杆, 所 述第一连杆铰接于所述坐垫支撑部的一个顶端, 所述第一连杆铰接于第三连杆的一个顶端和 第四连杆, 所述第二连杆铰接于所述第四连杆的一个顶端; 所述第三连杆和所述第四连杆在 其各自的另外一个顶端铰接腿部支撑基座; 所述第一连杆联接横杆, 所述横杆上设置转动基 座与所述伸缩动力机构铰接。
作为优选, 所述坐垫支撑部上设置有卡合件限制所述腿部支撑部的极限收缩位置。 作为优选, 所述坐垫支撑部和所述底座之间还设置有使得所述坐垫支撑部具有一个快速 下降趋势的复位部件。
综上所述, 本发明提供的伸缩装置, 靠背支撑部设置有可以使得靠背支撑部可以前后移 动, 且能绕定动力杆转动, 这种靠背支撑部可以很好的满足人们对于靠背处需要的支撑力的 大小, 而且可以满足各种人对于背部需要紧靠感。 只要调节靠背固定基部上的调节结构, 就 能调节靠背支撑部的转动和前后移动, 使得整个靠背伸缩装置的调节方便。
拉伸件可以使得靠背支撑部在被坐垫支撑部带动的时候向前同时向下移动, 会使得人身 上的衣服不会随着靠背移动而处于紧吊着的装态, 可以很好的和人接触, 不用人再次整理衣 物。 而且很好的解决了坐垫支撑部和靠背支撑部之间产生的缝隙, 防止一些东西掉进。
伸缩装置就一个运动循环, 而且连接杆就只有一组, 与现有技术想比省略了至少一组连 接杆, 而且本伸缩装置里的连接杆基本处于直条状, 生产的时候开磨具比较简单, 上述两个 理由使得生产成本大大降低。 在运动的时候, 伸缩动力机构先推起腿部支撑单元, 当腿部支 撑单元伸展到极限的时候, 推起座垫支撑单元上升, 上升的过程中靠背支撑单元前移并带动 靠背支撑单元倾斜, 整个运动过程保护了坐在椅子上的人的头部和腰部分别被慢慢托起, 而 且腰部在被托起的时候会使得腰部处于伸展状态, 比现有的椅子只将腿部托起, 和靠背往后 靠, 并不考虑腰部的舒展问题, 所以本伸缩装置可以有效的实现腰部的舒展, 有利于解决现 在社会上的大肚腩问题。 四根连接杆的连接位置如本伸缩装置连接排列可以很有效的将腿部 支撑单元推起和收回。 限位件的设置能限制腿部支撑单元回收的位置和伸展到极限的位置, 可以有效的配合腿部线条, 并在达到合适的时候开始托起座垫支撑单元。 在本伸缩装置中弹 簧是为了马上给处于完全伸展状态的伸缩支架本体一个牵弓 I方向, 保证整个伸缩支架本体的 恢复。 不用弹簧来牵引靠背, 而且连接杆和加固杆的设置能保证整个伸展装置的结构强度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一, 如图 1、 图 2和图 3中所示一种沙发伸缩装置, 包括一矩形底座 2, 底座 2 内设置伸缩动力机构 6, 底座 2 的长度边为角铁, 在角铁之间焊接有两个作为宽度边的铁 管。 底座 2上方设置伸缩支架本体 1, 两者通过联接杆 11活动连接, 联接杆 11包括活动联 接杆 41和转动联接杆 42。 每个角铁上分别铰接有 2对活动联接杆 41, 其中一对活动联接杆 41铰接在长度边中部, 另一对活动联接杆 41铰接在长度边端部, 上述的两对活动联接杆 41 向未设有活动联接杆 41 的底座 2—端倾斜, 并且每对活动联接杆 41 之间焊接有横向加固 杆。 活动联接杆 41上活动连接有伸缩支架本体 1, 伸缩支架本体 1包括腿部支撑部 3、 坐垫 支撑部 4和靠背支撑单元 9; 其中活动联接杆 41与坐垫支撑部 4铰接, 坐垫支撑部 4配合 活动联接杆 41也设置有 2个, 坐垫支撑部 4的一端铰接有一对腿部支撑部 3。 坐垫支撑部 4 和底座 2之间还固定设置有使得坐垫支撑部 4快速呈下降状态的复位部件 21, 复位部件 21 为弹簧或气杆。 复位部件 21 还可以固定设置在坐垫支撑部 4和联接杆 11 之间或者联接杆 11和底座 2之间或者牵引拉杆 71和支撑拉杆 72之间。
腿部支撑部 3包括与坐垫支撑部 4铰接的第一连杆 31和第二连杆 32, 第一连杆 31铰 接有第三连杆 33, 第二连杆 32铰接有第四连杆 34; 第一连杆 31和第四连杆 34铰接在一 起, 第三连杆 33和第四连杆 34前端铰接有腿部支撑基座 35, 第一连杆 31之间焊接有横杆 36, 横杆 36上焊接有转动基座 37, 转动基座 37与伸缩动力机构 6连接。 在坐垫支撑部 4 上设置有限位件 8, 且处在第一连杆 31和第二连杆 32之间。
横杆 36可以焊接在第二连杆 32或者第三连杆 33或者第四连杆 34之间。
靠背支撑单元 9为一个近似三角形的支架, 一个顶点处铰接坐垫支撑部 4; 另一个顶点 处铰接有转动联接杆 42, 且转动链接杆 5铰接底座 2指向的未设联接杆 11一端。
运动方式是, 伸缩动力机构 6处于运动的时候, 伸缩动力机构 6先推起腿部支撑部 3, 当腿部支撑部 3伸展到极限的时候, 就是被卡合件 8卡合住无法伸展, 然后带动坐垫支撑部 4的前移和上升, 上升的过程中带动靠背支撑单元 9前移并倾斜, 整个运动过程保护了坐在 椅子上的人的头部和腰部分别被慢慢托起。 恢复的时候, 伸缩动力机构 6 收缩, 复位件 21 快速给坐垫支撑部 4提供一个下降趋势的力, 使得坐垫支撑部 4马上带动靠背支撑单元 9开 始恢复, 当靠背支撑单元 9复位以后, 坐垫支撑部 4继续下降到极限时, 及被设置在底座 2 上的卡件卡住的时候, 腿部支撑部 3也开始下降并收缩, 当被卡合件 8固定时, 腿部支撑部 3处于竖直向下的极限收缩状态。
实施例二, 如图 4、 图 5和图 6所示一种沙发伸缩装置, 底座 2—端上有固定基座, 坐 垫支撑部 4与靠背支撑单元 9之间铰接设置靠背连接件 7, 靠背连接件 7包括牵引拉杆 71 和支撑拉杆 72。 牵引拉杆 71铰接在坐垫支撑部 4上且靠近设有腿部支撑部 3处。 牵引拉杆 71铰接在支撑拉杆 72中部, 支撑拉杆 72和底座 2铰接并与靠背支撑单元 9铰接。 靠背支 撑单元 9通过支撑拉杆 72和转动联接杆 42铰接在固定基座上方, 在伸缩动力机构 6运动的 时候通过牵引拉杆 71带动支撑拉杆 72,使得靠背支撑单元 9倾俯。
此外, 还可以采用牵引拉杆 71铰接在转动联接杆 42上或者铰接在靠背支撑单元 9上来 实现靠背支撑单元 9倒下过程中向前向下的运动。 还可以是横杆 36焊接在一对第二连杆 32 或者一对第三连杆 33或者一对第四连杆 34之间; 伸缩机构 6可以采用气缸、 油缸、 电动推 杆或直线电机。
当伸缩动力机构 6开始运动的时候, 首先伸缩动力机构 6先推起腿部支撑部 3, 当腿部 支撑部 3伸展到极限的时候, 就是被卡合件 8卡合住无法伸展, 伸缩动力机构 6通过据需推 起腿部支撑部 3来带动坐垫支撑部 4的前移和上升, 在坐垫支撑部 4前移和上升的过程中通 过拉伸件 7带动靠背支撑单元 9前移并使靠背支撑单元 9倾斜, 达到伸缩动力机构 6伸长的 极限, 整个运动过程使得坐在椅子上的人不用变换姿势就能从坐变成躺倒, 而且整个过程中 的头部和腰部分别被慢慢托起, 不是像现有的技术一样使得靠背先落下或跟腿部支撑部一起 落下, 这样保证了整个过程的舒适性。 恢复的时候, 伸缩动力机构 6收缩, 复位件 21 快速 给坐垫支撑部 4提供一个下降趋势的力, 使得坐垫支撑部 4马上带动靠背支撑单元 9开始恢 复, 当靠背支撑单元 9复位以后, 坐垫支撑部 4继续下降到极限时, 及被设置在底座 2上的 卡件卡住的时候, 腿部支撑部 3也开始下降并收缩, 当被卡合件 8固定时, 腿部支撑部 3处 于竖直向下的极限收缩状态。 其余和实施例一一样。
实施例三, 靠背支撑单元 9包括一个长方体块的靠背支撑部 5和一个近似条状板的牵引 固定部 73, 靠背支撑部 5如图 7和图 8所示, 靠背支撑部 5包括靠背固定基部 51、 靠背支 撑基部 52和铰接靠背固定基部 51与靠背支撑基部 52并且能使靠背支撑基部 52相对于靠背 固定基部 51前后移动和转动的靠背连接部 53。
靠背固定基部 51 的上端设有定动力杆 531和下端设有动动力杆 532, 定动力杆 531和 动动力杆 532贯穿靠背固定基部 51, 并在贯穿端设置调节结构。 靠背固定基部 51 内的定动 力杆 531 和动动力杆 532 上设置有防止定动力杆 531 和动动力杆 532 前后移动的限位件 534, 靠背固定基部 51上开设有配合限位件 534的限位卡槽 511。 动动力杆 532与靠背支撑 基部 52之间铰接有调节片 533。
定动力杆 531和动动力杆 532在靠背固定基部 51 内可以旋转, 包括螺杆和螺帽, 螺杆 表面设置有螺纹, 螺帽配合螺表面螺纹, 调节结构为开设的可以通过外部工具使定动力杆 531和动动力杆 532的螺杆转动的凹槽。 当靠背支撑部 5需要前后移动的时候一起调节或分 开调节定动力杆 531和动动力杆 532, 使得螺帽处在同一个竖直面内; 当靠背支撑部 5需要 转动一个角度的时候, 调节动动力杆 532使得靠背支撑部 5能移动一个角度。
牵引固定部 73—端固定焊接靠背固定基部 51, 另一端铰接在坐垫支撑部 4上, 而且其 中部通过转动联接杆 42铰接在底座 2上。 其余和实施例一一样。
实施例四, 如图 9所示的一种沙发伸缩装置, 包括一矩形底座 2, 底座 2内设置伸缩动 力机构 6, 底座 2的长度边为角铁, 在角铁之间焊接有两个作为宽度边的铁管。 底座 2上方 设置伸缩支架本体 1, 且底座 2—端上有固定基座, 两者通过联接杆 11 活动连接, 联接杆 11包括活动联接杆 41和转动联接杆 42。 每个角铁上分别铰接有 2对活动联接杆 41, 其中 一对活动联接杆 41铰接在长度边中部, 另一对活动联接杆 41铰接在长度边端部, 上述的两 对活动联接杆 41 向未设有活动联接杆 41的底座 2—端倾斜, 并且每对活动联接杆 41之间 焊接有横向加固杆。 活动联接杆 41 上活动连接有伸缩支架本体 1, 伸缩支架本体 1 包括腿 部支撑部 3、 坐垫支撑部 4和靠背支撑单元 9 ; 其中活动联接杆 41与坐垫支撑部 4铰接, 坐 垫支撑部 4配合活动联接杆 41也设置有 2个, 坐垫支撑部 4的一端铰接有一对腿部支撑部 3。 坐垫支撑部 4和底座 2之间还固定设置有使得坐垫支撑部 4快速呈下降状态的复位部件 21, 复位部件 21为弹簧或气杆。 复位部件 21还可以固定设置在坐垫支撑部 4和联接杆 11 之间或者联接杆 11和底座 2之间或者牵引拉杆 71和支撑拉杆 72之间。
腿部支撑部 3包括与坐垫支撑部 4铰接的第一连杆 31和第二连杆 32, 第一连杆 31铰 接有第三连杆 33, 第二连杆 32铰接有第四连杆 34; 第一连杆 31和第四连杆 34铰接在一 起, 第三连杆 33和第四连杆 34前端铰接有腿部支撑基座 35, 第一连杆 31之间焊接有横杆 36。 横杆 36上焊接有转动基座 37, 转动基座 37与伸缩动力机构 6连接。 在坐垫支撑部 4 上设置有限位件 8, 且处在第一连杆 31和第二连杆 32之间。
此外, 还可以是横杆 36焊接在一对第二连杆 32或者一对第三连杆 33或者一对第四连 杆 34之间; 伸缩机构 6可以采用气缸、 油缸、 电动推杆或直线电机。
坐垫支撑部 4与靠背支撑单元 9之间铰接设置靠背连接件 7, 靠背连接件 7包括牵引拉 杆 71和支撑拉杆 72。 牵引拉杆 71铰接在坐垫支撑部 4上且靠近设有腿部支撑部 3处的。 牵引拉杆 71铰接在支撑拉杆 72 中部, 支撑拉杆 72和底座 2铰接并与靠背支撑单元 9铰 接。 靠背支撑单元 9通过支撑拉杆 72和转动联接杆 42铰接在固定基座上方, 在伸缩动力机 构 6运动的时候通过牵引拉杆 71带动支撑拉杆 72,使得靠背支撑单元 9倾俯。 此外, 还可 以采用牵引拉杆 71铰接在转动联接杆 42上或者铰接在靠背支撑单元 9上来实现靠背支撑单 元 9倒下过程中向前向下的运动。
靠背支撑单元 9 包括一个长方体块的靠背支撑部 5 和一个近似条状板的牵引固定部 73, 靠背支撑部 5如图 7和图 8所示, 靠背支撑部 5包括靠背固定基部 51、 靠背支撑基部 52和铰接靠背固定基部 51与靠背支撑基部 52并且能使靠背支撑基部 52相对于靠背固定基 部 51前后移动和转动的靠背连接部 53。
靠背固定基部 51 的上端设有定动力杆 531和下端设有动动力杆 532, 定动力杆 531和 动动力杆 532贯穿靠背固定基部 51, 并在贯穿端设置调节结构。 靠背固定基部 51 内的定动 力杆 531 和动动力杆 532 上设置有防止定动力杆 531 和动动力杆 532 前后移动的限位件 534, 靠背固定基部 51上开设有配合限位件 534的限位卡槽 511。 动动力杆 532与靠背支撑 基部 52之间铰接有调节片 533。
牵引固定部 73—端固定焊接靠背固定基部 51, 另一端铰接在坐垫支撑部 4上, 而且其 中部通过转动联接杆 42铰接在底座 2上。

定动力杆 531和动动力杆 532在靠背固定基部 51 内可以旋转, 包括螺杆和螺帽, 螺杆 表面设置有螺纹, 螺帽配合螺表面螺纹, 调节结构为开设的可以通过外部工具使定动力杆 531和动动力杆 532的螺杆转动的凹槽。 当靠背支撑部 5需要前后移动的时候一起调节或分 开调节定动力杆 531和动动力杆 532, 使得螺帽处在同一个竖直面内; 当靠背支撑部 5需要 转动一个角度的时候, 调节动动力杆 532使得靠背支撑部 5能移动一个角度。

2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种沙发伸缩装置, 其特征在于, 所述坐垫支撑 部 (4) 与所述靠背支撑单元 (9) 之间铰接设置靠背连接件 (7), 所述靠背连 接件 (7) 包括铰接在所述坐垫支撑部 (4) 上且靠近设有所述腿部支撑部 (3) 处的牵引拉杆 (71)、 被所述牵引拉杆 (71) 铰接在中部且和所述底座 (2) 铰 接并与所述靠背支撑单元 (9) 铰接的支撑拉杆 (72)。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种沙发伸缩装置, 其特征在于, 所述靠背支撑 单元 (9) 包括靠背支撑部 (5) 和牵引固定部 (73); 所述靠背支撑部 (5) 包 括固定在所述牵引固定部 (73) 端部的靠背固定基部 (51)、 靠背支撑基部
(52) 和连接所述靠背固定基部 (51) 与所述靠背支撑基部 (52) 并且能使所 述靠背支撑基部 (52) 相对于所述靠背固定基部 (51) 前后移动和转动的靠背 连接部 (53); 所述牵引固定部 (73) 中部通过所述转动联接杆 (42) 铰接所述 底座 (2) 上, 另一端部铰接在所述坐垫支撑部 (4) 上。
4.根据权利要求 2 所述的一种沙发伸缩装置, 其特征在于, 所述靠背连接 件 (7) 连接所述靠背支撑单元 (9); 所述靠背支撑单元 (9) 包括靠背支撑部
(5) 和牵引固定部 (73); 所述靠背支撑部 (5) 包括固定在所述牵引固定部 (73) 端部的靠背固定基部 (51)、 靠背支撑基部 (52) 和连接所述靠背固定基 部 (51) 与所述靠背支撑基部 (52) 并且能使所述靠背支撑基部 (52) 相对于 所述靠背固定基部 (51) 前后移动和转动的靠背连接部 (53); 所述牵引固定部 (73) 中部通过所述转动联接杆 (42) 铰接所述底座 (2) 上, 另一端部铰接在 所述支撑拉杆 (72) 上。
5.根据权利要求 3 或 4所述的一种沙发伸缩装置, 其特征在于, 所述靠背 连接部 (53) 包括定动力杆 (531) 和动动力杆 (532), 所述动动力杆 (532) 与所述靠背支撑基部 (52) 之间设置有调节片 (533)。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的一种沙发伸缩装置, 其特征在于, 所述定动力杆
(531) 和所述动动力杆 (532) 贯穿所述靠背固定基部 (51), 并在贯穿端设置 调节结构; 所述靠背固定基部 (51) 内的所述定动力杆 (531) 和所述动动力杆
(532) 上设置有防止所述定动力杆 (531) 和所述动动力杆 (532) 前后移动的 限位件 (534), 所述靠背固定基部 (51) 上开设有配合所述限位件 (534) 的限 位卡槽 (511)。
7.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 6所述的一种沙发伸缩装置, 其特征在 于, 所述腿部支撑部 (3) 包括分别与所述坐垫支撑部 (4) 铰接的第一连杆
(31) 和第二连杆 (32), 所述第一连杆 (31) 铰接于所述坐垫支撑部 (4) 的 一个顶端, 所述第一连杆 (31) 铰接于第三连杆 (33) 的一个顶端和第四连杆
(34), 所述第二连杆 (32) 铰接于所述第四连杆 (34) 的一个顶端; 所述第三 连杆 (33) 和所述第四连杆 (34) 在其各自的另外一个顶端铰接腿部支撑基座
(35); 所述第一连杆 (31) 联接横杆 (36), 所述横杆 (36) 上设置转动基座 (37) 与所述伸缩动力机构 (6) 铰接。
