DREMEL普通多用途工具,以MULTI-MAX多用途工具为代表,多用途工具固定法兰上有均布的11个截面为长圆形的限位柱(另外空缺1个),工作头的活动外法兰(直径15mm)用M6的螺钉(固定件)固定,必须操作旋具,松开螺钉(固定件),将工作头的活动外法兰从多用途工具上不完全分离,就能利用DREMEL工作头的开口实现快速更换DREMEL工作头;
DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具,它的固定法兰上的限位柱与DREMEL普通多用途工具相同,DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具用倒锥形(大径为11.2mm)的活动外法兰来固定工作头,其中活动外法兰的固定杆(固定件)杆径约5mm,免旋具实现活动外法兰与固定法兰的分合,就能利用DREMEL工作头的开口实现快速更换DREMEL工作头;

Stanley多用途工具工作头(专利CN20219785U),工作头上有圆周向间隔30°的12个圆形镂空区,其中的3个圆形镂空区被工作头的开口包容,固定法兰的固定杆(固定件)能径向通过Stanley工作头的开口,进入到工作头的固定孔。Stanley工作头的固定孔和它的外部空间是连通的,是开口的。
TCH(浙江特畅恒实业有限公司)多用途工具及其工作头
TCH普通多用途工具,多用途工具固定法兰上均布有4个或6个圆柱形的限位柱,直径17.8mm的活动外法兰用M6的螺钉(固定件)固定,或直径26mm的活动外法兰用M8的螺钉(固定件)固定。必须操作旋具,松开螺钉(固定件),不将固定工作头的活动外法兰从多用途工具上完全分离,就能快速更换TCH快装工作头;
TCH免旋具快装多用途工具,它的固定法兰上有6个圆锥形的限位柱,并以圆周向间隔60°分布,TCH免旋具快装多用途工具的活动外法兰直径为26m,
活动外法兰的固定杆(固定件)杆径为11mm,免旋具就可实现固定法兰与活动内法兰的分合,实现快速更换TCH工作头;
TCH快装工作头,工作头上有圆周向间隔30°的12个圆形镂空区,其中3个圆形的镂空区被开口包容,TCH免旋具快装多用途工具活动外法兰的固定杆(固定件)和TCH普通多用途工具活动外法兰的固定螺钉(固定件)都能径向通过TCH快装工作头的开口,进入到工作头的固定孔。其中,TCH快装工作头的固定孔和工作头的外部空间是连通不封闭的,是开口的。
ROCKWELL多用途工具及其工作头
ROCKWELL普通多用途工具,多用途工具固定法兰上设有正六边形的限位块,工作头的活动外法兰(直径25mm)用M6的螺钉(固定件)固定,必须操作旋具,松开螺钉(固定件),实现活动外法兰与固定法兰的分离,将固定工作头的活动外法兰从多用途工具上不完全分离,就能更换ROCKWELL快装工作头;
ROCKWELL快装工作头,工作头上有一与ROCKWELL多用途工具固定法兰上的正六边形的限位块相适配的固定孔,该固定孔是与工作头的外部空间连通的,是不封闭的,是开口的。ROCKWELL多用途工具活动外法兰的固定螺钉(固定件)能径向通过ROCKWELL快装工作头的开口,进入到工作头的固定孔位置,实现快装。
上述多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱和限位块的位置和尺寸,在CN201120531659.1、CN201210186187.X、CN201210437997.8和CN20110459567.1等专利文献已有叙述,在此不再一一叙述。
现有技术中的固定孔不开口的多用途工具工作头只能在FEIN免旋具快装多用途工具或BOSCH免旋具快装多用途工具上实现快换工作头的功能,
而不能在DREML、Stanley、TCH等免旋具快装多用途工具上快装或安装,因此这种工作头的通用性十分差。
具有固定孔开口的多用途工具的快装工作头不仅能在免旋具快装多用途工具上快装,而且能在非免旋具快装多用途工具(普通多用途工具)上实现“将固定工作头的活动法兰与普通多用途工具上不完全分离,实现快速更换的工作头”。于是,通用较好的多用途工具的快装工作头的研究也成为本领域的热门技术,相关专利也应运而生,如中国专利CN201120531659.1、CN201210186187.X、CN201210437997.8和CN20110459567.1等,这些现有技术方案的快装工作头的通用性较好,但这些快装工作头的固定孔都是开口的。
这种开口的结构,会大大降低工作头固定单元的刚性,使工作头的固定单元易变形。在工作头制造过程中,刚性较差的在制品会在冲压、热处理、表面处理、运输和堆放等过程中发生变形甚至严重变形,使工作头的平整度变差,降低了工作头的固定孔和镂空区的加工精度,影响工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的配合,使工作头装拆困难或减少配合的接触面积,使工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)易磨损,降低工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率,从而提高工作头的制造成本和使用成本。
BOSCH免旋具快装多用途工具或DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具的活动外法兰在夹持固定工作头时,活动外法兰受到多用途工具对它施加的轴向力,锥形活动外法兰会对工作头的固定孔产生正压力,由于活动外法兰是倒锥形的,活动外法兰的锥角比较小(30°),因此这个正压力不仅能对工作头产生贴紧固定法兰的轴向分力,而且会对工作头的固定孔产生较大的径向张力,使开口的工作头的固定部位发生严重变形,进一步恶化工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的配合,加快工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)的磨损,进一步降低工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率。FEIN带形锁的普通多用途工具固定法兰上的限位块是带15°锥度的,也会对工作头的固定孔产生较大的径向张力,使开口的工作头的固定部位发生严重变形,恶化工作头的固定孔与多用途工具固定内法兰上的限位块的配合,加快工作头的固定孔和多用途工具的限位块的磨损。
Stanley免旋具快装多用途工具和TCH免旋具快装多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱都是圆锥形的,FEIN带形锁普通多用途工具固定内法兰上的限位块带15°锥度的,快装工作头与固定法兰面之间必须留有一定的间隙。活动法兰对工作头的固定孔的压力,也会使开口的工作头的固定部位发生变形,恶化工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的配合,加快工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)的磨损,进一步降低工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率。
开口的快装工作头的重心到固定孔中心的距离比普通工作头的重心到固定孔中心的距离大,开口的快装工作头的动不平衡量比较大,因此操作者在使用过程中受到的振动也比较大,使用的舒适性差。
开口的快装工作头为了提高工作头的刚性,满足工作头的工作需要,往往采取增加材料厚度的措施来补强,这样必然会增加材料消耗,增加工作头的制造成本,增加工作头的重量,增加工作头的动不平衡量,因此操作者在使用过程中受到的振动也会更大,操作的舒适性更差;增加工作头的材料厚度,会大大增加工作头的工作能耗。
本发明的目的在于:在保证工作头的快装功能的前提下,低成本、低碳绿色地解决现有快装的工作头刚性差的问题。
本发明的快装工作头是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
多用途工具的快装工作头,快装工作头上设有接受多用途工具固定的固定单元及与固定单元一体的或联接成一体功能端,快装工作头的固定单元上设有固定孔,工作头的固定单元上设有内接圆直径大于固定孔的内接圆直径的、可轴向插拔第一多用途工具外法兰的、与固定孔贯通的插拔孔,第一用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道,且快装工作头的固定孔是闭口的,快装工作头就有可能在第一多用途工具上实现快装。
多用途工具的快装工作头的功能端,可以是锯切器具或磨具或刃具或抛光器具。如工作头为锯切器具,可以是带有锯齿的锯切器具,通过配置一定的齿形和材质能锯切木材、塑料和金属等材质;也可以是附有硬质材料的锯切器具,通过配置一定磨粒粒度和材质的硬质合金或金刚石颗粒能锯切石材和混凝土等材质;也可以是具有一定形状和功能的刀刃具等。
工作头的固定单元上设有与固定孔贯通的插拔孔,插拔孔的内接圆直径大于固定孔的内接圆直径,插拔孔内可轴向插拔多用途工具的外法兰,且插拔孔到固定孔的通道可径向通过多用途工具外法兰的固定件,即工作头可快装到多用途工具上。插拔孔到固定孔的通道宽度应大于等于固定件相应部位的直径,例如,通道宽度应大于等于固定件(如螺钉的螺杆部分)的杆径。
本发明快装工作头是通过工作头的结构创造性的设计和改变工作头的安装方式,来实现工作头的快装功能的。工作头的安装方式具体是:先将多用途工具的外法兰沿轴向插入到工作头的插拔孔中,至合适位置,接着将多用途工具外法兰的固定件径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道,进入到固定孔的中心位置,并调整工作头方向至合适位置,然后紧固外法兰,就完成了工作头的安装;反之,就完成了工作头的拆卸。工作头的安装和拆卸都是在多用途工具的活动法兰与多用途工具不完全分离的情况下完成的,比较方便就实现工作头的快装功能。相对现有技术的固定孔不开口的普通多用途工具工作头而言,本发明快装工作头可以减化工作头的安装步骤实现快装,同时相应的多用途工具的活动外法兰和螺钉(固定件)也不易丢失和损坏,也便于通用性更好的多用途工具工作头的设计。本快装工作头相对现有非快装工作头具有各种优点,在CN201120531659.1、CN201210186187.X、CN201210437997.8和CN20110459567.1等专利文献已作了叙述,在此不再一一叙述。
现有技术的固定孔不开口的多用途工具工作头只能在FEIN免旋具快装多用途工具或BOSCH免旋具快装多用途工具上实现快换工作头的功能,
而不能在DREML、Stanley、TCH等各种非免旋具快装多用途工具上实现工作头的更换,因此现有这种固定孔不开口的多用途工具工作头的通用性差。
同时,本发明快装工作头的固定孔是闭口的,这样就能提高工作头的刚性,减少工作头在制品在冲压、热处理、表面处理、运输和堆放等制造过程的变形,提高工作头的平整度,提高工作头的加工精度,改善工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的配合,便于工作头的装拆,增大配合的接触面积,减少工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)的磨损,提高工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率,从而降低工作头的制造成本和使用成本。
在本发明的快装工作头中,固定孔到功能端往往有较大的尺寸,插拔孔通常设置在固定孔与功能端之间,插拔孔不仅能减轻工作头的重量,而且能减少工作头的重心到固定孔中心的距离,减少该快装工作头的动不平衡量,而现有固定孔开口的快装工作头的动不平衡量较大,因此操作者在使用该快装工作头过程中受到的振动也比较小,操作舒适性也比较好。
现有技术的快装工作头的固定孔是开口的,工作头的功能端只能在非开口的方位设计,材料的利用率低;而本快装工作头的固定孔是闭口的,工作头的功能端能全方位设计,可根据需要灵活设计,且工作头材料的利用率比较高。
本发明的快装工作头(相对固定孔开口的快装工作头)能用较薄的材料厚度,在保证工作头的刚性的前途下,来满足工作头的工作需要。这样就减少材料的消耗,降低工作头的制造成本,降低工作头的重量,减少工作头的动不平衡量,减少多用途工具的振动,改善相应多用途工具内的部件(尤其是运动部件)的工作状况,提高多用途工具的工作寿命;操作者在使用多用途工具的过程中受到的振动也会更小,也提高了操作的舒适度,便于多用途工具的精准操作和长时间操作;降低快装工作头的材料厚度,就能降低多用途工具带快装工作头的空载功耗,如本快装工作头为带有锯齿的工作头(带有锯齿的工作头是多用途工具中最有代表性的工作头,约占多用途工具工作头总销量的70%以上),就能减少锯缝的宽度,就能大大降低多用途工具的功耗,提高多用途工具的工作效率。
多用途工具通常以5000~25000转/分的频率振荡,多用途工具的振动加速度高达20g(其中,g为重力加速度),动不平衡量和重量都比较小的本发明快装工作头受到的振动会更小一些,本快装工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)之间的高频撞击磨损也会更小一些,从而提高工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命。
本发明快装工作头的固定孔在承受类似DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具的倒锥形活动外法兰对它的正压力时,要承受较大径向张力,刚性较好工作头的固定部位不易发生严重变形,工作头的固定孔和镂空区都能与多用途工具较好地配合,工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)也不易磨损,这样就能提高工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率。
将本发明快装工作头安装到类似Stanley免旋具快装多用途工具的固定法兰上时,因为Stanley免旋具快装多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱都是圆锥形的,快装工作头与固定法兰面之间必须留有一定的间隙,活动法兰对工作头的固定孔部位的压力,将本发明快装工作头的固定孔部位因为刚性较好而几乎不发生变形,工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具能较好地配合,工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)也不易磨损,提高工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率。
因此本技术方案的快装工作头相对现有技术的工作头具有较大的进步,本技术方案是本技术领域的一般技术人员非显而易见的。
本发明还可以通过以下技术方案实现进一步的完善:
多用途工具的快装工作头的固定孔外还全圆周均布有与第一多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配的至少四个镂空区,且其中的至少一个镂空区包容在插拔孔内。本工作头能至少四个角度安装到与镂空区的形状相应的第一多用途工具(如TCH普通多用途工具)的固定法兰上,工作头的镂空区既可以做成与多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱起形锁限位作用,也可以做成不与多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱起形锁限位作用,即工作头的镂空区与多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱的间隙取大些。
多用途工具的快装工作头的固定孔外共设有十二个圆周间隔30°均布的镂空区,其中的至少七个镂空区设在插拔孔外,且其中的至少二个镂空区包容在插拔孔内。本工作头能12个角度安装到与镂空区的形状相应的第一多用途工具(如BOSCH普通多用途工具或DREMEL普通多用途工具或DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具或TCH普通多用途工具或TCH免旋具快装多用途工具或Stanley免旋具快装多用途工具或ROCKWELL普通多用途工具)的固定法兰上,工作头的镂空区既可以做成与多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱起形锁限位作用,也可以做成不与多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱起形锁限位作用,即工作头的镂空区与多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱的间隙取大些。
多用途工具的快装工作头的镂空区与第二多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第二多用途工具的外法兰,且第一用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道,即该工作头能快装到第二多用途工具的固定法兰上,这样就提高了工作头快装的通用性,扩大工作头的功能。
多用途工具的快装工作头的镂空区与第三多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第三多用途工具的外法兰,且第三用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道,本快装工作头能快装到第三多用途工具的固定法兰上,这样就进一步提高了工作头快装的通用性,进一步扩大工作头的功能。
多用途工具的快装工作头的镂空区与第四多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第四多用途工具的外法兰,且第四用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道,本快装工作头能快装到第四多用途工具的固定法兰上,这样就进一步提高了工作头快装的通用性,进一步扩大工作头的功能。
多用途工具的快装工作头的镂空区与第五多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第五多用途工具的外法兰,且第五用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道,本快装工作头能快装到第五多用途工具的固定法兰上,这样就进一步提高了工作头快装的通用性,进一步扩大工作头的功能。
多用途工具的快装工作头为平片式工作头或具有折弯成形的固定单元的工作头。平片式工作头利用工作头的平面设置工作头的固定孔和插拔孔,工作头的固定孔与插拔孔在平面上构成闭口。而现有技术的快装工作头的固定孔是开口的,工作头的功能端只能在非开口的方位设计,只能设计成大半圆的平片式工作头(如大半圆锯片),而无法设计成整圆的平片式工作头,材料的利用率低;而本快装工作头的固定孔是闭口的,工作头的功能端能全方位设计,不仅能设计成大半圆的平片式工作头(如大半圆锯片),而且能设计成整圆的平片式工作头,可根据需要灵活设计,且整圆的平片式工作头材料的利用率比较高。具有折弯成形的固定单元的工作头,相对平片式工作头具有更大的适用范围。具有折弯成形的固定单元的工作头不仅可以在工作头的安装平面上设置工作头的固定孔和插拔孔,而且可以在工作头的折弯成形部位的直纹面上设置工作头的插拔孔,扩大了工作头的插拔孔的设置范围。在工作头的冲压制造过程中,工作头的固定孔、插拔孔和工作头的外形可以在同一道冲压工序中完成,相对具有拉伸成形的固定单元的工作头而言,可以减化冲压工序或模具结构,减少工作头模具的投入费用,便于工作头高精度、低成本地制造。
多用途工具的快装工作头的插拔孔的两侧边能对至少一种多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱进行形锁合作用,也可以做成不起形锁限位作用,即工作头的插拔孔做大些。
多用途工具的快装工作头的插拔孔设在靠近功能端的部位。本快装工作头的插拔孔通常设置在固定孔与功能端之间,插拔孔不仅能减轻工作头的重量,而且该工作头的重心到固定孔中心的距离比普通工作头的重心到固定孔中心的距离小,该快装工作头的动不平衡量比较小,大大小于现有带开口的快装工作头的动不平衡量,因此操作者在使用过程中受到的振动也比较小,操作舒适性也比较好,便于多用途工具的精准操作和长时间操作。有利于减少多用途工具的振动,改善相应多用途工具内的部件(尤其是运动部件)的工作状况,提高多用途工具运动部件的工作寿命;有利于减少工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)的高频撞击磨损。
多用途工具的快装工作头的固定孔与多用途工具外法兰上的四个限位块相适配或多用途工具外法兰上的正六形限位块相适配。工作头能安装到FEIN带形锁普通多用途工具和FEIN免旋具快装多用途工具上,或能安装到ROCKWELL普通多用途工具上,这样就进一步提高了工作头的通用性,进一步扩大工作头的功能。
多用途工具的快装工作头能快装到Stanley多用途工具或BOSCH普通多用途工具或DREMEL普通多用途工具或TCH普通多用途工具或TCH免旋具快装多用途工具上。
多用途工具的快装工作头的插拔孔外的至少1个镂空区与固定孔相贯通或相邻的至少2个镂空区相贯通,可以提高工作头模具的整体性,便于工作头高精度、低成本地制造。
多用途工具的快装工作头为设有与插拔孔形成闭口贯通的第二固定孔的平片式工作头,且插拔孔到第二固定孔的通道可径向通过至少一种多用途工具外法兰的固定件。多用途工具的快装工作头具有两个快装的固定孔,便于提高工作头的通用性和操作舒适性。工作头的插拔孔、固定孔和第二固定孔都形成闭口贯通,可以提高工作头模具的整体性,便于工作头高精度、低成本地制造。
多用途工具的快装工作头为椭圆形刃具,椭圆形刃具相对现有技术的大半圆的刃具和整圆的刃具,可以用较少的材料制造出具有较长刃口长度的刃具,材料的利用率较高。本多用途工具的快装工作头还具有两个快装的固定孔,可以提高工作头的通用性和操作舒适性,可以设计出具有摆幅(摆角一定)更大、工作效率更高的快装工作头。
总而言之,本发明快装工作头的刚性好、不易变形、耐张力能力大;快装工作头的制造精度高、材料利用率高、制造成本低;快装工作头振动小、操作舒适性好;多用途工具和快装工作头的工作效率高、工作寿命长、使用成本低;快装工作头的通用性和装拆更换方便都较好。
对多用途工具的快装工作头中某一部分的形状进行简单变形,是业内一般技术人员都能实现的,是本发明的变通和改劣,都属本发明的保护范围。

为了方便比较和理解,图1、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7a、图8、图9a和图10和图11的快装工作头都以1.6:1等比例示意出。
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图2所示:多用途工具(10)固定法兰环绕其轴线(14)以1.0~2°的小回转角和每分钟5000~25000次的高频率运行。
图2中的多用途工具(10)固定法兰上联接有固定工作头(20)的活动外法兰(13a),其中,
活动外法兰(13a)用螺钉(固定件18)固定,螺钉(13a)穿过工作头(20)的固定单元(21)上的固定孔(22)固定在固定法兰上,多用途工具(10)固定法兰上设有与工作头(20)的镂空区(25)起形锁限位作用的小限位柱(15)。当然工作头(20)的镂空区(25)也可以做成不与多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱起形锁限位作用,即工作头的镂空区与多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱的间隙取大些。
不言而喻,还可以用其它形式的固定件将工作头(20)与固定法兰连接。例如用弹力压紧的法兰来固定工作头。
在图1中,多用途工具的快装工作头(20)以大半圆锯片示意出,工作头(20)上设有接受多用途工具固定的固定单元(21)及与固定单元一体的带有锯齿的锯切功能端(29),工作头(20)的固定单元(21)上设有固定孔(22),还设有与固定孔(22)贯通的插拔孔(23a),其中插拔孔(23a)的内接圆直径(15mm)大于固定孔(22)的内接圆直径(12mm),插拔孔(23a)内可轴向插拔第一多用途工具外法兰(13a),插拔孔(23a)与固定孔(22)贯通,固定孔(22)是闭口的,插拔孔(23a)到固定孔(22)的通道(24)内可径向通过第一多用途工具外法兰(13a)的固定螺钉(18)的螺杆部分的横截面。快装工作头(20)的固定孔(22)外共设有十二个圆周间隔30°均布的镂空区(25),其中的九个镂空区设在插拔孔外,另外的三个镂空区包容在插拔孔内,本工作头能12个角度快装到DREMEL普通多用途工具或DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具上,能快装到两种多用途工具上。
图1中,多用途工具的快装工作头(20)是通过对工作头的结构进行创造性地和改变工作头的安装方式,来实现工作头的快装功能。工作头的安装方式具体是:先将多用途工具的外法兰(13a)轴向插入工作头的插拔孔(23a)中,至合适位置,接着将多用途工具外法兰(13a)的固定件(18)径向沿着插拔孔(23a)与固定孔(22)贯通的通道(24),进入到固定孔(22)的中心位置,并调整工作头方向至合适位置,然后紧固外法兰,就完成了工作头的安装;反之,就完成了工作头的拆卸。工作头的安装和拆卸都是在多用途工具的活动法兰与多用途工具不完全分离的情况下完成的,方便地实现工作头的快装功能。相对现有技术的固定孔不开口的多用途工具工作头,可以减少工作头的安装步骤,相应的非免旋具快装多用途工具的活动外法兰和螺钉(固定件)也不易丢失和损坏,也便于设计通用性更好的多用途工具工作头。
图1所示的多用途工具的快装工作头(20)可以认为是专利CN201597020U技术方案工作头的优化。插拔孔(23a)由三个镂空区合并、扩大优化而成,插拔孔(23a)内可轴向插拔第一多用途工具外法兰(13a);插拔孔(23a)与固定孔(22)贯通的通道(24)由镂空区与固定孔(22)连接段扩大优化而成,通道(24)内可径向通过第一多用途工具外法兰(13a)的固定螺钉(18)的螺杆部分的横截面。
图3是DREMEL多用途工具工作头的主视图,图中以虚线示意出DREMEL普通多用途工具的外法兰、外法兰的固定螺钉(固定件)和柱形限位柱,还示意出工作头上的开口(27);
比较图1和图3可以知道,图1中的多用途工具的快装工作头(20)也能12角度快装到DREMEL普通多用途工具上,图1中的多用途工具的快装工作头(20)的插拔孔(23a)形成闭口的结构,这样就能大大提高工作头的刚性,减少工作头在制品会在冲压、热处理、表面处理、运输和堆放等制造过程的变形,提高工作头的平整度,提高工作头的固定孔和镂空区的加工精度,改善工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的配合,便于工作头装拆,增大配合的接触面积,减少工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)的磨损,提高工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率,从而降低工作头的制造成本和使用成本。
图1所示的快装工作头的固定孔在承受DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具的倒锥形活动外法兰对它的正压力时,能承受较大径向张力,而不会发生严重变形,工作头的固定孔和镂空区能与多用途工具较好地配合,工作头的固定孔和镂空区和多用途工具的限位柱也不易磨损,提高工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率。
图1所示的本发明的快装工作头中,插拔孔设置在固定孔与功能端之间,插拔孔不仅能减轻工作头的重量,而且能减小工作头的重心到固定孔中心的距离,减小该快装工作头的动不平衡量,因此操作者在使用过程中受到的振动也比较小,操作舒适性也比较好。
多用途工具的通常以5000~25000转/分的频率振荡,多用途工具的振动加速度高达20g(g为重力加速度),动不平衡量和重量都比较小的本发明工作头受到的振动会更小一些,本快装工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的限位柱之间的高频撞击磨损也会更小一些。
对图1所示的快装工作头(20)可进行以下变通:固定孔(22)外可以不设镂空区,工作头能快装到类似FEIN无形锁多用途工具上;或在固定孔(22)上进行合理设置,固定孔的形状与多用途工具外法兰上的四个限位块相适配或与多用途工具外法兰上的正六形限位块相适配,即工作头能安装到FEIN带形锁普通多用途工具和FEIN免旋具快装多用途工具上,或能安装到ROCKWELL普通多用途工具上;固定孔外还可以只设置四个镂空区,且其中的一个镂空区包容在插拔孔内,工作头能四个角度安装到与镂空区的形状相应的第一多用途工具(如TCH普通多用途工具)上;将插拔孔的尺寸减少(内接圆直径取11.2~14.5mm),插拔孔内只能插拔DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具的活动外法兰,工作头只能快装到DREMEL免旋具快装多用途工具上。
图4是图1的优化,把图1所示的多用途工具的快装工作头(20)的矩形孔(镂空区25)的长边设得更长一些,快装工作头(20)的镂空区(25)不仅能与DREMEL多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,还能与BOSCH多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱(15a)相适配;把图1所示的快装工作头(20)的插拔孔(23b)设得更大一些,能轴向插拔BOSCH普通多用途工具的外法兰(13b);当然插拔孔到固定孔的通道也能可径向通过BOSCH多用途工具外法兰的固定件,即该工作头还能快装到BOSCH普通多用途工具和BOSCH免旋具快装多用途工具上,该工作头还能安装或快装到TCH普通多用途工具上,能快装到四、五种多用途工具上,这样就增强了工作头快装的功能。
图4所示的快装工作头(20)的插拔孔(23b)设得更大一些,就有可能快装到TCH普通多用途工具上,插拔孔(23b能更好地起到减重和减动不平衡量作用,因此图4所示的快装工作头(20)在使用过程中受到的振动也会更小,操作舒适性也会更好。
图5是Stanley快装大半圆锯片的主视图,图中以虚线示意出Stanley多用途工具的外法兰(13d)、外法兰的固定件(18)、锥形限位柱(15d)和开口(27),图5中的大半圆锯片直径为100mm,需用较厚(0.8mm)的材料厚度,才能保证工作头的刚性。
图6中的快装大半圆锯片,快装工作头的固定孔(22)能与ROCKWELL普通多用途工具外法兰上的正六形限位块(15e)相适配,具有一个较大的快装工作头的插拔孔(23d),插拔孔(23d)内可轴向插拔Stanley多用途工具的外法兰(13d),插拔孔(23d)当然也能轴向插拔其它多用途工具的外法兰;快装工作头的插拔孔(23d)到固定孔(22)的通道(24)宽度较宽,能径向通过Stanley多用途工具的外法兰(13d)的固定件,当然也能通过其它多用途工具的外法兰的固定件,进入到固定孔(22);快装工作头(20)的镂空区(25)或固定孔(22)还能分别与多种多用途工具的限位柱(15)或限位块相适配;这种快装工作头(20)能快装到Stanley多用途工具、BOSCH普通多用途工具、DREMEL普通多用途工具的外法兰、TCH普通多用途工具、TCH免旋具快装多用途工具、ROCKWELL普通多用途工具、FEIN无形锁普通多用途工具、FEIN带形锁普通多用途工具和FEIN免旋具快装多用途工具上,能快装到五种以上多用途工具上,工作头的通用性好。
图6中的快装大半圆锯片具有一个较大的快装工作头的插拔孔,能更好地起到减重和减动不平衡量作用,因此图6所示的快装工作头(20)在使用过程中受到的振动也会更小,操作舒适性也会更好。
图6中的大半圆锯片的直径也是100mm,图6中的快装工作头(20)的固定孔(22)形成闭口的的结构,只要用较薄(0.6mm)的材料厚度,就能保证工作头的刚性。这样就减少材料的消耗,降低工作头的制造成本,降低工作头的重量,减少工作头的动不平衡量,减少多用途工具的振动,也改善相应多用途工具内的部件(尤其是运动部件)的工作状况,提高多用途工具的工作寿命;操作者在使用多用途工具的过程中受到的振动也会更小,也提高了操作的舒适度,便于多用途工具的精准操作和长时间操作;降低快装工作头的材料厚度,就能降低多用途工具带快装工作头的空载功耗,本快装工作头为带有锯齿的工作头,就能减少锯缝的宽度,就能大大降低多用途工具的锯切功耗,提高多用途工具的工作效率。
图6中的快装工作头安装到Stanley免旋具快装多用途工具和TCH免旋具快装多用途工具上时,因为这些免旋具快装多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱都是圆锥形的,快装工作头与固定法兰面之间必须留有一定的间隙,活动法兰会对工作头的固定孔部位施加较大的夹持压力,本工作头的固定孔部位因为刚性较好而几乎不发生变形,工作头的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具能较好地配合,工作头的固定孔或镂空区与多用途工具的限位柱或限位块也不易磨损,提高工作头和多用途工具的工作寿命和工作效率。
如图3和图5所示,现有技术的快装工作头的固定孔是开口的,工作头的功能端只能在非开口的方位设计,只能设计成大半圆的工作头(如大半圆锯片),而无法设计成整圆的工作头,材料的利用率低;如图1、图4和图6所示,本快装工作头的固定孔是闭口的,工作头的功能端能全方位设计,不仅能设计成大半圆的工作头(如大半圆锯片),而且能设计成整圆的工作头,可根据需要灵活设计,且整圆工作头材料的利用率比较高。
图7a和图7b和图8出所示的快装工作头为折弯成形锯片,锯片的固定单元与齿部(功能端)通过焊接联接成一体,是用量最大的一类工作头。
图7a和图7b中的折弯成形锯片(20)不仅可以在它的安装平面上设置工作头的固定孔(22)和插拔孔(23b),而且可以在它的折弯成形部位(21)的直纹面上设置工作头的插拔孔(23b),扩大了工作头的插拔孔的设置范围。在工作头的冲压制造过程中,工作头的固定孔、插拔孔、镂空区和工作头的外形可以在同一道冲压工序中完成,相对具有拉伸成形的固定单元的工作头,可以减化冲压工序或模具结构,减少工作头模具的投入费用,便于工作头高精度、低成本地制造。本折弯成形的固定单元的工作头还具有前述快装工作头的优点。
图7a所示的折弯成形锯片(20)的安装孔是图4所示的半圆锯片(20)的安装孔的改进,增加安装到FEIN多用途工具上的功能,能快装到五种以上多用途工具上,工作头的通用性好。
图8所示的DREMEL最新的折弯成形锯片的折弯成形部位(21)有一开口,因此刚性较差,而工作头的固定孔、插拔孔、镂空区尺寸精度要求高,因此不利于该工作头高精度、低成本地制造。
图7a和图8所示锯片都能快装到多种多用途工具上,图7a所示锯片刚性好,便于工作头高精度、低成本地制造;多用途工具的快装工作头的插拔孔设在靠近功能端的部位。本快装工作头的插拔孔通常设置在固定孔与功能端之间,插拔孔不仅能减轻工作头的重量,图7a所示锯片的重心到固定孔中心的距离比图8所示锯片的重心到固定孔中心的距离小,图7a所示锯片的动不平衡量比较小,大大小于图8所示锯片的动不平衡量,因此操作者在使用过程中受到的振动也比较小,操作舒适性也比较好,便于多用途工具的精准操作和长时间操作。有利于减少多用途工具的振动,改善相应多用途工具内的部件(尤其是运动部件)的工作状况,提高多用途工具运动部件的工作寿命;有利于减少锯片的固定孔和镂空区与多用途工具的限位元件(限位柱或限位块)的高频撞击磨损。
图9a和图9b所示的快装工作头为折弯成形铲刀,铲刀的固定单元与刃部(功能端)一件构成。图9a和图9b所示的折弯成形铲刀不仅能通过它的插拔孔快装多种多用途工具上,而且能减轻工作头的重量和减少铲刀的动不平衡量。
图10所示的快装工作头为双头打磨锉,打磨锉(20)上具有两个和插拔孔(23d)相贯通的固定孔(22a、22b),打磨锉(20)上具有两个功能端(29a、29b),共用同一插拔孔(23d)快装,进一步提高材料的利用率。当打磨锉用第一固定孔(22a)固定到多用途工具上,用第一功能端(29a)进行打磨工作时,插拔孔(23d)和第二固定孔(22a)都能成为减重孔。多用途工具的快装工作头具有两个快装的固定孔,便于提高工作头的通用性和操作舒适性。工作头的插拔孔、固定孔和第二固定孔都形成闭口贯通,可以提高工作头模具的整体性,便于工作头高精度、低成本地制造。
图11所示的快装工作头为椭圆锯,椭圆锯(20)上具有两个和插拔孔(23d)相贯通的固定孔(22a、22b),椭圆锯(20)上具有两个功能端(29a、29b),共用同一插拔孔(23d)快装,进一步提高材料的利用率。当椭圆锯(20)用第一固定孔(22a)固定到多用途工具上,用第一功能端(29a)工作时,插拔孔(23d)和第二固定孔(22a)都能成为减重孔。
对比图11所示的椭圆锯和图5所示的Stanley快装大半圆锯片,可以知道,图11所示的椭圆锯能用更少材料(约90%)消耗制造出具有更长齿部长度(长20%)的锯片,材料利用率高;椭圆锯(20)的第一固定孔(22a)到第一功能端(29a)的距离更长(长7%),工作效率更高;椭圆锯(20)的重量和动不平衡量更小,操作者在使用过程中受到的振动也比较小,操作舒适性也比较好。
图6、图7a、图9a、图10和图11所示的快装工作头的固定孔与多用途工具外法兰上的四个限位块相适配或多用途工具外法兰上的正六形限位块相适配,工作头能安装到FEIN带形锁普通多用途工具和FEIN免旋具快装多用途工具上,或能安装到ROCKWELL普通多用途工具上;图4、图6、图7a、图9a、图10和图11所示的快装工作头都能快装到至少四种多用途工具上,工作头的插拔孔的两侧边能对至少一种多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱进行形锁合作用,也可以做成不起形锁限位作用,即工作头的插拔孔做大些;图6、图7a、图9a、图10和图11所示的快装工作头的插拔孔外的至少1个镂空区与固定孔相贯通或相邻的至少2个镂空区相贯通,可以提高工作头模具的整体性,便于工作头高精度、低成本地制造。
总而言之,本发明快装工作头的耐张力、 刚性好、不易变形; 快装工作头的制造精度高、
材料利用率高、制造成本低; 快装工作头振动小、操作舒适性好;多用途工具和快装工作头的工作效率高、工作寿命长、使用成本低;
快装工作头的通用性和装拆更换方便都较好。
对多用途工具的快装工作头中某一部分的形状进行简单变形,是业内一般技术人员都能实现的,是本发明的变通和改劣,属本发明的保护范围。
Claims (15)
- 多用途工具的快装工作头,快装工作头上设有接受多用途工具固定的固定单元及与固定单元一体的或联接成一体的功能端,固定单元上设有固定孔,其特征在于:所述工作头的固定单元上设有内接圆直径大于固定孔的内接圆直径的、可轴向插拔第一多用途工具外法兰的、与固定孔贯通的插拔孔,第一多用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道,且所述快装工作头的固定孔是闭口的。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的固定孔外还圆周均布有与第一多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配的至少四个镂空区,且其中的至少一个镂空区包容在插拔孔内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的固定孔外共设有十二个圆周间隔30°均布的镂空区,其中的至少七个镂空区设在插拔孔外,且其中的至少二个镂空区包容在插拔孔内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的镂空区还与第二多用途工具的固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第二多用途工具的外法兰,第二多用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道。
- 根据权利要求4所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的镂空区还与第三多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第三多用途工具的外法兰,第三多用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的镂空区还与第四多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第四多用途工具的外法兰,第四多用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道。
- 根据权利要求6所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的镂空区还与第五多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱相适配,所述工作头的插拔孔可轴向插拔第五多用途工具的外法兰,第五多用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到固定孔的通道。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头为平片式工作头或具有折弯成形的固定单元的工作头。
- 根据权利要求2或3或4或5或6或7所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的插拔孔的两侧边能对至少一种多用途工具固定法兰上的限位柱进行形锁合作用。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的插拔孔设在靠近功能端的部位。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的固定孔与多用途工具外法兰上的四个限位块相适配或多用途工具外法兰上的正六形限位块相适配。
- 根据权利要求3或4或5或6或7所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头能快装到Stanley多用途工具或BOSCH普通多用途工具或DREMEL普通多用途工具或TCH普通多用途工具或TCH免旋具快装多用途工具上。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头的插拔孔外的至少1个镂空区与固定孔相贯通或相邻的至少2个镂空区相贯通。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头为设有与插拔孔形成闭口贯通的第二固定孔的平片式工作头,且至少一种多用途工具外法兰的固定件可径向通过插拔孔到第二固定孔的通道。
- 根据权利要求14所述的多用途工具的快装工作头,其特征在于:所述工作头为椭圆形刃具。
