背景技术:
通常冷藏类压缩机电机的定子铁芯是一方形定子, 由于成本较低的条形定 子卷圓之后形成的是圓环形的定子铁芯, 因此不能采用条形定子来替代在冷藏 类压缩机电机里面使用的方形定子。 而且由于方形定子的构造原因, 方形定子 通常都是采用分布式绕组的方式来制造生产, 但是采用分布式绕组方式制造的 方形定子, 铜的用量会很大, 生产出来的电机的效率也难以提升。 方形定子在 压缩机内是通过设置在定子铁芯外面的若干安装脚来实现安装, 若干安装脚的 叠片厚度高低不平, 难以保证叠厚一致, 对工艺要求很高。
发明内容:

8、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 在绝缘部件 (2) 的外 侧表面上伸出若干安装脚 (22), 在安装脚(22)上沿轴向方向上开设有安装孔
( 220 ), 在安装孔( 220 )里面安装有连接柱 ( 3 ), 在连接柱( 3 )上沿轴向方 向上开设有通孔( 31 ), 卡槽( 110 )是沿环形轭部 ( 11 )外侧表面的轴向方向 上开设的。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 绝缘部件(2 )是 注塑安装在定子铁芯 (1 )外面, 通孔(31 ) 内壁设置有螺纹。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 安装脚(22) 的数量 是 4个, 安装脚 ( 22) 沿绝缘部件 (2) 的外侧表面周向均匀分布, 齿部 (U) 和卡槽(110) 的数量都是 9个, 齿部(12) 沿环形轭部 (11 ) 的内侧周向均匀 分布, 卡槽(110)设置在齿部 (U )外侧、 环形轭部 (11 ) 的外侧表面上。
