一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃防水材料技术领域,尤其是指一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料及其施工方法。
背景技术
TPO 防水材料即热塑性聚烯烃类防水卷材,是以石油树脂及乙烯、乙酸、乙烯树脂为基料,加入抗氧剂、防老剂、软化剂、及表面附以织物纤维、铝膜而制成的新型防水卷材,是近几年在美国和欧洲盛行的一种新材料,并且逐渐占据重要地位,该材料物理性能检验满足《高分子防水材料》(GB18173-2000)的需求,TPO 防水卷材综合了EPDM 和PVC 的性能优点,具有前者的耐候能力、低温柔度和后者的可焊接特性,这种材料与传统的塑料不同,在常温显示出橡胶高弹性,在高温下又能像塑料一样成型,因此,这种材料具有良好的加工性能和力学性能,并且具有高强焊接性能,然而TPO 卷材本身不具有阻燃性,使用其制作单层屋面时,居民燃放烟花爆竹会使屋面着火,造成生命财产的损失,现阶段的阻燃TPO 防水卷材,普遍的方法是其在挤出成型时加入一些无机或者有机的阻燃剂,然而加入后对其性能有一定的影响,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率都会有所下降,而且成本较高,不宜推广。
因此,为克服上述技术的不足而设计出在施工应用中,具有与TPO 卷材粘结力好、较强的耐久性、优异的阻燃性能及其简单的施工性的一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料及其施工方法,正是发明人所要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料及其施工方法,其在施工应用中,具有与TPO 卷材粘结力好、较强的耐久性、优异的阻燃性能及其简单的施工性,有非常好的实用价值。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料,包含TPO防水及涂布在TPO 防水卷材上的聚合物乳液膜,聚合物乳液是具有耐候性的苯丙复合乳液体系,在其中加入1% 的有机磷聚合物阻燃剂,阻燃剂中还含有苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯单体,使得乳液具有优良的阻燃效果,生产工艺简单,可以很好的解决TPO 防水卷材阻燃的问题。
一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料的施工方法,步骤如下:在施工时,先要对基面进行清理,然后预铺TPO 防水卷材并且热风焊接固定住,最后用滚涂2-3 遍添加有阻燃剂的聚合物乳液,滚涂第二遍时必须待第一遍膜干之后,组后膜厚达到0.3-0.4mm 的厚度。
本发明于现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
1、优异的粘附性,由于此聚合物乳液是由苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯单体经乳液共聚得到的,水分挥发成膜后,里面高分子化合物交联成网络结构,并且与TPO 表面的烯烃分子可形成
大量的氢键,可以融为一体,密不可分。
2、极强的耐久性,涂有此阻燃乳液的TPO 防水卷材,在大气中能经受一年四季的风吹日晒、雨雪冻融等恶劣环境条件考验,许多高分子材料在紫外线、臭氧、微生物、酸、碱、盐等环境中要抗老化,此外还要承受强风、地震及气温和日照变化而产生的构件变形及变位的外力作用,要求涂有阻燃乳液的TPO 防水卷材在这些因素作用下仍然保持良好的气密性和水密性,这就要求此材料必须经受住长期压缩拉伸震动疲劳作用,必须具备一定的抗拉强度,而此材料分为聚合物乳液成膜后的一层聚合物与TPO 防水卷材,这两种材料本身具备较好的拉伸强度等力学物理性能指标,粘合在一起性能更佳,可以很好的适用环境造成的变质和损伤。
3、良好的阻燃性,特殊的有机磷聚合物阻燃剂占苯丙复合乳液重量的1%,添加量恰当,乳液不破乳及分层,稳定性良好,涂TPO 防水卷材,经过火苗燃烧测试,阻燃性良好。
4、安全环保,此乳液为水性体系,性能优异,滚涂在TPO 防水卷材上施工方便安全,对环境友好,此种阻燃TPO 防水材料与市场上阻燃TPO 防水材料,具有成本低、阻燃性能优异、对环境友好、耐久性好、施工方便、安全环保等优势,具有相当大的应用价值,在实际应用中,该产品具有抗老化、拉伸强度高,伸长率大、潮湿屋面可施工、外露无须保护层、施工方便、无污染等综合特点,十分适用于作为轻型节能屋面的防水层。

一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料,包含TPO 防水及涂布在TPO 防水卷材上的聚合物乳液,聚合物乳液是具有耐候性的苯丙复合乳液体系,在其中加入1% 的有机磷聚合物阻燃剂,阻燃剂中还含有苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯单体,使得乳液具有优良的阻燃效果,生产工艺简单,可以很好的解决TPO 防水卷材阻燃的问题。

Claims (2)

1. 一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料,包含TPO 防水卷材及涂布在TPO 防水卷材上的聚合物乳液膜,其特征在于: 聚合物乳液是具有耐候性的苯丙复合乳液体系,在其中加入以重量组分计1% 的有机磷聚合物阻燃剂,阻燃剂中还含有苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯单体。
2. 一种阻燃型TPO 防水材料的施工方法,其特征在于: 步骤如下:在施工时,先预铺TPO 防水卷材并通过热风焊接固定住,然后滚涂2-3 遍添加有阻燃剂的聚合物乳液膜,滚涂第二遍时必须待第一遍膜干之后,组后膜厚达到0.3-0.4mm 的厚度。
