Abstract

Diode électroluminescente organique et dispositif d'affichage. La diode électroluminescente organique comporte un substrat (100) de soubassement et au moins une unité électroluminescente organique (200) formée sur le substrat (100) de soubassement, une surface de sortie de lumière de couche extérieure de l'unité électroluminescente organique (200) étant une surface courbe convexe. Le fait de concevoir la surface de sortie de lumière de couche extérieure de l'unité électroluminescente organique (200) en l'incorporant à une surface courbe convexe permet de réduire efficacement la survenue d'un phénomène de réflexion totale provoqué par un mauvais index de réfraction dans le processus de transmission de lumière émanant de l'unité électroluminescente organique; et de limiter la lumière dans chaque couche structurale, de façon à pouvoir améliorer le taux d'interception de la lumière, améliorant ainsi le taux d'utilisation et la luminosité de la lumière, et résolvant par conséquent le problème d'une faible luminosité de la diode électroluminescente organique.
