Abstract

L'invention porte sur une plaque de base en bambou, sur une plaque composite en bambou et sur un procédé de fabrication associé, laquelle plaque de base en bambou est formée par de multiples bandes de bambou (1) qui sont disposées en parallèle les unes par rapport aux autres et côte à côte et qui sont reliées à l'aide d'un élément du type corde, des côtés dans le sens de la largeur de sections rectangulaires de bandes de bambou adjacentes (1) étant réunis, et toutes les bandes de bambou (1) de la plaque de base en bambou ayant la même épaisseur. La plaque composite en bambou est formée par de multiples couches des plaques de base en bambou empilées dans la direction de l'épaisseur. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication, lequel procédé met en œuvre la fixation de plusieurs bandes de bambou (1) ayant des largeurs identiques ou différentes à l'aide d'une corde de fibres (2) ou d'une bande adhésive de façon à former une plaque de base en bambou, puis le pressage à froid ou le pressage à chaud des multiples couches mentionnées ci-dessus des plaques de base en bambou avec une couche adhésive (3) de façon à former la plaque composite en bambou. Pendant le pressage, un pressage latéral et un pressage à plat sont effectués simultanément, et le processus est simple et le coût est faible. De plus, les espaces de chaque couche ne sont pas alignés et ne pénètrent pas à travers les multiples couches dans la direction de son épaisseur, de telle sorte que la plaque composite en bambou multicouche a une résistance élevée et une forte capacité anti-courbure.
