本发明涉及音箱领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种便携式微型音箱。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种便携式微型音箱, 体积小, 整体结构呈娃娃状, 卡通。 便携式微型音箱包括壳体和固定在壳体内的电路板、 喇八以及开关; 壳体顶部 设有一挂孔, 方便与挂绳、 挂钩等进行配合, 从而方便将便携式微型音箱挂起, 方便携带和使用。 开关通过导线与电路板连接, 壳体包括前壳和后壳, 开关由 前壳和后壳的固定而固定。 此方案未公开。 开关由前壳和后壳之间的固定而固 定, 固定不够牢固, 不方便使用者控制。
【发明内容】

【具体实施方式】 下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种便携式微型音箱, 如图 1至图 3所示, 包括一端设有挂孔的 壳体、 电路板 4、 喇叭 5以及通过导线与所述电路板 4连接的开关 3 , 所述壳体 设有用于放置所述开关 3的放置槽。 本发明由于壳体上设有放置槽, 开关 3放 置在放置槽内, 放置槽对开关 3起到限位固定的作用, 从而把开关 3牢固的固 定在壳体内。
如图 2和图 3所示, 所述壳体包括前壳 1和后壳 2, 所述放置槽包括设置在 所述后壳 2上的第一放置槽 21以及设置在所述前壳 1上的第二放置槽 11 ,所述 第一放置槽 21和第二放置槽 11适合所述开关的结构设置。 当前壳 1和后壳 2 固定时开关被限位在第一放置槽 21和第二放置槽 11内, 且第一放置槽 21和第 二放置槽 11适合开关的结构设置, 从而开关被第一放置槽 21和第二放置槽 11 牢固的固定。
本实施例中, 所述第一放置槽 21和第二放置槽 11周围侧壁设有加强筋, 设 置加强筋增加第一放置槽 21和第二放置槽 11周围侧壁的强度。
本实施例中, 所述开关 3固定在所述壳体底部, 所述壳体底部设有一向内凹 的凹陷, 所述壳体在所述凹陷处设有用于避让所述开关的开关孔。 开关 3设置 在壳体底部, 这种隐藏式设计, 防止开关 3受损。 所述凹陷位于所述前壳 1和 后壳 2的连接处, 这是设置凹陷的一种具体方式, 这样设置方便控制开关 3。 所 述凹陷表面为圓弧形结构, 圓弧形结构的表面方便开关 3在凹陷处拨动。

本实施例中, 也可以直接在前壳 1上设置一个放置槽, 在后壳 2上设置限位 件, 开关 3—侧放置在放置槽内, 当前壳 1和后壳 2固定时限位件顶压在开关 3 另一处, 从而将开关 3固定; 或者在后壳 2上设置一个放置槽, 在前壳 1上设 置限位件, 开关 3—侧放置在放置槽内, 当前壳 1和后壳固定时限位件顶压在 开关 3另一处, 从而将开关 3 固定。 当然, 本实施例也可以采用其它固定方式 进行固定。
如图 1所示, 便携式微型音箱还包括固定在前壳和后壳 2顶部连接处的固定 件 6, 固定件 6起到固定前壳和后壳 2的作用, 从而使前壳和后壳 2固定牢固, 连接紧密。 具体的, 固定件 6上设有卡扣, 结合图 2和图 3 , 前壳 1和后壳 2对 应位置分别设有开口,从而卡扣与开口配合,实现固定件 6固定前壳 1和后壳 2。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的便携式微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述壳体包括前壳 和后壳, 所述放置槽包括设置在所述后壳上的第一放置槽以及设置在所述前壳 上的第二放置槽, 所述第一放置槽和第二放置槽适合所述开关结构设置。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的便携式微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述开关固定在所 述壳体底部, 所述壳体底部设有一向内凹的凹陷, 所述壳体在所述凹陷处设有 用于避让所述开关的开关孔。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的便携式微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述凹陷位于所述 前壳和后壳的连接处。

7、 如权利要求 2所述的便携式微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一放置槽和 第二放置槽周围侧壁设有加强筋。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的便携式微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述便携式微型音 箱还包括一电池, 所述喇叭通过胶水粘合固定在后壳上, 所述电池通过双面胶 固定在所述喇八底部。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的便携式微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述电池为可充电 电池。
