本人已设计了一种便携式微型音箱, 包括壳体、 电路板和喇叭, 便携式微 型音箱体积小, 壳体一端设有用于悬挂的挂孔, 挂孔与挂绳等进行配合方便悬 挂便携式微型音箱, 尤其是在外出时方便携带。 壳体包括前壳和后壳, 电路板 由前壳和后壳的固定而固定。 此方案未公开。 由于电路板通过前壳和后壳的固 定而固定, 这样固定不够牢固。

本发明公开一种便携式微型音箱,作为本发明实施例一,如图 1至图 3所示, 包括一端设有用于悬挂的挂孔的壳体和固定在所述壳体内的喇叭 4及电路板 3 , 所述壳体内设有用于限位所述电路板 3 的限位件。 本发明由于壳体内表面上设 有用于限位电路板 3的限位件, 通过限位件可以把电路板 3限位固定在壳体内, 防止电路板 3晃动, 从而使电路板 3牢固的固定在壳体内。
本实施例中, 所述限位件为设置在所述壳体内表面上的凸块 12, 所述凸块 12两个一组, 一组中的两个凸块 12相邻设置形成一开口 11 , 所述电路板 3放 置在所述开口 11处, 电路板 3放置在一组凸块 12之间的开口 11内, 从而两个 凸块 12对电路板 3进行限位固定,这样电路板 3就被牢固的限位固定在凸块 12 之间。
如图 2和图 3所示, 所述壳体包括前壳 1和后壳 2, 所述凸块 12为四组, 所 述前壳 1设置对称的两组, 所述后壳 2设置对称的两组与所述前壳 1上的两组 对应; 这是设置凸块的一种具体方式, 这样设置凸块 12, 对电路板四处固定, 这样设置使电路板固更加牢固。
本实施例中, 所述开口 11的宽度等于所述电路板 3边沿放置在所述开口 11 处的厚度, 开口 11的宽度等于电路板 3边沿厚度, 从而电路板 3放置在开口 11 处时需要用力插入才能放置到开口 11处, 当电路板 3放置在开口 11处时, 开 口 11两侧的凸块 12对电路板 3都有作用力, 从而使电路板 3固定更加牢固。
本实施例中, 所述凸块 12的大小从其顶部向下逐渐增大, 这样设置凸块 12 方便电路板 3插入到开口 11处。 所述凸块 12上设有加强筋, 加强筋位于凸块 外表面上且与壳体一体设置, 设置加强筋增加凸块 12的强度。
如图 1所示, 所述电路板 3上设有用于指示便携式微型音箱工作状态的指示 灯 31 , 前壳上设有用于避让指示灯 31的避让孔; 设置指示灯 31便于观看便携 式微型音箱的工作状态, 从而方便使用。 电路板 3通过导线连接一用于控制便 携式微型音箱的控制开关 5 , 通过开关 5方便控制便携式微型音箱, 进而方便使 用。
本实施例中, 所述便携式微型音箱还包括一可充电电池, 便携式微型音箱内 置电池, 可随时随地使用; 电池电量用完可进行充电, 不必经常更换电池; 从 而方便使用。
作为本发明实施例二, 与实施例一的区别在于, 所述限位件为 L型结构, 所 述壳体包括前壳和后壳, 所述前壳和后壳分别设有两个限位件, 这是限位件的 又一结构, 这样设置限位件同样能够把电路板牢固的限位固定在壳体内。
作为本发明实施例三, 与实施例的区别在于, 所述限位件中部设有一用于放 置所述电路板的开槽, 所述壳体包括前壳和后壳, 所述前壳和后壳分别设有两 个限位件, 这是限位件又一结构, 这样设置限位件同样能够把电路板牢固的限 位固定在壳体内。
当然, 电路板 3也可以通过其它结构限位、 固定在壳体内。
