一种 USb集线器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及家用电器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种 usb集线器。
【背景技术】
usb设备越来越多, 比如: U盘、 MP3、 MP4、 MP5、 usb灯、 usb音箱等等, 而且现在人们使用的手机大部分都用 usb数据线与电脑连接或充电,随着 usb设 备的越来越多, 电脑上的 usb接口已满足不了人们的需求。
本人已设计了一种 usb集线器, 包括壳体、 固定在壳体内的电路板, 电路板 上设有至少两个 usb接口, 电路板通过导线连接一和电脑插接配合的 usb接头。 壳体包括前壳和后壳,前壳设有用于放置 usb接口的开口, 电路板由前壳和后壳 的固定而固定。 此方案未公开。 电路板直接由前壳和后壳的固定而固定, 固定 不够牢固。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电路板固定牢固的 usb集线器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种 usb集线器, 包括壳体和 通过螺丝固定在所述壳体内的设有至少两个 usb接口的电路板。
优选的, 所述壳体包括前壳和后壳, 所述前壳设有螺丝孔柱; 所述电路板 设有与所述螺丝孔柱配合的螺丝孔。 电路板通过螺丝固定在前壳上, 固定牢固。
优选的, 所述螺丝孔柱顶部设有用于插入所述螺丝孔内的凸沿。 电路板的 螺丝孔和凸沿配合对电路板起限位作用, 使电路板固定更加牢固。
优选的, 所述凸沿的高度等于或小于所述螺丝孔周围侧壁的厚度。 这样设 置防止凸沿凸出在电路板外而不易螺丝固定。
优选的, 所述螺丝孔柱的个数至少为两个。 至少两个螺丝孔柱, 螺丝孔配 合螺丝孔柱设置, 使电路板固定牢固。 优选的, 所述螺丝孔柱的个数为四个。 四个螺丝孔柱和四个螺丝孔配合使 电路板牢固的固定在壳体内。
优选的, 所述电路板整体呈矩形结构, 所述螺丝孔分别位于所述电路板的 四个角处。 这样设置防止因设置螺丝孔而影响到电路板上的电路, 而且螺丝孔 位于电路板的四个角处使电路板固定平衡, 牢固。
优选的, 所述前壳中部设有用于避让所述电路板的凹槽。 设置凹槽用于避 让电路板上的电路, 防止碰触到电路板上的电路。
优选的, 所述前壳设有用于支撑所述电路板的支撑件。 设置支撑件支撑电 路板, 使电路板固定牢固。
优选的, 所述支撑件为圓柱体结构。 圓柱体结构的支撑件方便设置, 支撑 效果好。
本发明由于 usb集线器的电路板通过螺丝固定在壳体内,螺丝固定牢固,便 于安装和拆卸, 从而电路板牢固的固定在壳体内, 不易晃动。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种 usb集线器, 如图 1至图 3所示, 包括壳体和通过螺丝固定 在所述壳体内的设有至少两个 usb接口 31的电路板 3。 本发明由于 usb集线器 的电路板 3 通过螺丝固定在壳体内, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安装和拆卸, 从而电 路板 3牢固的固定在壳体内, 不易晃动。
如图 1所示, 壳体包括前壳 1和后壳 2, 电路板固定在前壳 1上, 如图 2所 示。 结合图 3 , 前壳 1上设有螺丝孔柱 12, 电路板 3设有和螺丝孔柱 12配合的 螺丝孔 32。前壳 1上设有用于放置 usb接口 31的开口 11 ,从而方便和设备进行 插接配合。 螺丝孔柱 12的顶部设有用于插入螺丝孔 32内的凸沿 13 , 凸沿 13和 螺丝孔 32相适应, 凸沿 13和螺丝孔 32配合对电路板 3起到限位作用, 防止其 移动, 增加固定的牢固性。 且凸沿 13的高度小于或等于螺丝孔 32周围侧壁的 厚度, 这样防止凸沿 13凸出在电路板 3外而不易螺丝固定。
本实施例螺丝孔柱 12的个数至少为两个, 如图 3所示, 螺丝孔柱 12的个数 为四个, 螺丝孔配合螺丝孔柱 12设置, 结合图 2, 四个螺丝孔 32配合四个螺丝 孔柱 12使电路板 3牢固固定在前壳 1上。 当然, 本实施例也可以设置其它个数 的螺丝孔进行固定。 结合图 1 , usb集线器的整体呈长方体结构, 壳体的整体呈 长方体结构, 电路板 3适合壳体设置成长方形结构, 四个螺丝孔 32分别位于电 路板 3的四个角处, 从而使电路板 3的受力均匀, 固定平衡。 使电路板 3更加 牢固的固定在前壳 1上。
如图 3所示, 前壳 1上还设有多个用于支撑电路板的支撑件 14, 支撑件 14 支起电路板配合螺丝固定,使电路板的固定更加牢固。支撑件 14为圓柱体结构, 圓柱体结构容易成型, 支撑效果好。 支撑件 14间隔设置在前壳 1上。 当然, 本 实施例支撑件还可以设置成其它结构。
如图 3所示, 前壳 1上还设有用于避让电路板的凹槽, 结合图 1 , usb集线器 还包括一固定在前壳 1外表面上的镜片 4, 前壳 1上设有通孔 15 , 镜片 4封闭 通孔 15形成所述凹槽, 从而避让电路板 3上的电路, 防止触碰到电路板 3上的 电路。

1、 一种 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 包括壳体和通过螺丝固定在所述壳体内 的设有至少两个 usb接口的电路板。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体包括前壳和后 壳, 所述前壳设有螺丝孔柱; 所述电路板设有与所述螺丝孔柱配合的螺丝孔。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述螺丝孔柱顶部设有 用于插入所述螺丝孔内的凸沿。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述凸沿的高度等于或 小于所述螺丝孔周围侧壁的厚度。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述螺丝孔柱的个数至 少为两个。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述螺丝孔柱的个数为 四个。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述电路板整体呈矩形 结构, 所述螺丝孔分别位于所述电路板的四个角处。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述前壳中部设有用于 避让所述电路板的凹槽。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述前壳设有用于支撑 所述电路板的支撑件。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述支撑件为圓柱体结 构。
