【技术领域】
本发明涉及玩具领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种电子敲击棒。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种电子敲击棒, 包括壳体、 电路板、 电池、 灯、 喇叭及开 关; 电路板上设置有控制单元, 当敲击电子敲击棒时控制单元控制喇叭发出不 同敲击乐及控制灯发光。 此方案未公开。 开关由设置在壳体内的两个相对的限 位板固定, 这样固定不够牢固, 在使用开关时容易错位, 不方便使用者使用。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种开关固定牢固的电子敲击棒。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种电子敲击棒, 包括壳体、 电路板和电池, 还包括与所述电路板通过导线连接的灯、 喇八及开关; 所述电 路板上设置有控制单元, 当敲击所述电子敲击棒时所述控制单元控制所述喇叭 发出不同敲击乐及控制所述灯发光; 所述壳体设置有用于放置所述开关的放置 槽及用于顶压在所述开关上的固定件。
优选的, 所述壳体包括面壳和底壳, 所述放置槽设置在所述面壳边沿处, 所述固定件设置在所述底壳边沿处。 把放置槽设置在面壳边沿, 固定件设置在 底壳边沿, 而且相互配合, 开关放置在放置槽内被限位, 当面壳和底壳固定时 固定件顶压在开关一侧, 从而将开关牢固的固定在放置槽内。
优选的, 所述面壳和底壳边沿对应设有用于避让所述开关的第一开口和第 二开口。 当面壳和底壳固定后第一开口和第二开口相互配合形成用于避让开关 的避让开口, 这样设置方便成型。
优选的, 所述底壳边沿设有用于套接在所述放置槽侧壁上的加强壁。 当面 壳和底壳固定时加强壁套接在放置槽的两个相对的侧壁上, 从而增加放置槽侧 壁的强度, 使开关固定更加牢固。
优选的, 所述开关设有用于和导线连接的连接部, 所述放置槽侧壁设置有 用于避让开关上的连接部的第三开口。 方便开关和电路板连接。
优选的, 所述放置槽侧壁设置有加强板。 增加放置槽侧壁的强度。
优选的, 所述加强板为两个, 分别设置在所述放置槽两相对的侧壁上。 这 样增加放置槽两个相对的侧壁的强度, 而且使两个相对的侧壁受力平衡。
优选的, 所述固定件为板状结构。 固定效果好。
优选的, 所述固定件为圓柱体结构。 方便成型, 固定效果更佳。
本发明由于壳体设置有用于放置开关的放置槽及用于顶压在开关上的固定 件, 开关放置在放置槽内被限位固定, 由固定件顶压进行进一步限定固定, 从 而使开关牢固的固定在壳体内。

本发明公开一种电子敲击棒, 如图 1至图 3所示, 包括壳体、 电路板和电 池, 还包括与所述电路板通过导线连接的灯、 喇叭及开关; 所述电路板上设置 有控制单元, 当敲击所述电子敲击棒时所述控制单元控制所述喇八发出不同敲 击乐及控制所述灯发光; 所述壳体设置有用于放置所述开关的放置槽 11及用于 顶压在所述开关上的固定件 21。 本发明由于壳体设置有用于放置开关的放置槽 11及用于顶压在开关上的固定件 21, 开关放置在放置槽 11 内被限位固定, 由 固定件 21顶压进行进一步限定固定, 从而使开关牢固的固定在壳体内。
在本实施例中, 所述壳体包括面壳 1和底壳 2, 所述放置槽 11设置在所述 面壳 1边沿处, 所述固定件 21设置在所述底壳 2边沿处。 把放置槽 11设置在 面壳 1边沿, 固定件 21设置在底壳 2边沿, 而且相互配合, 开关放置在放置槽 11内被限位, 当面壳 1和底壳 2固定时固定件 21顶压在开关一侧, 从而将开关 牢固的固定在放置槽 11内。 所述面壳 1和底壳 2边沿对应设有用于避让所述开 关的第一开口 12和第二开口 22。 当面壳 1和底壳 2固定后第一开口 12和第二 开口 22相互配合形成用于避让开关的避让开口, 这样设置方便成型。
所述固定件 21为板状结构, 固定效果好, 当然, 也可以为其它结构, 避让 圓柱体结构。
所述底壳 2边沿设有用于套接在所述放置槽 11侧壁上的加强壁 23。 当面壳 1和底壳 2固定时加强壁 23套接在放置槽 11的两个相对的侧壁上,从而增加放 置槽 11侧壁的强度, 使开关固定更加牢固。
在本实施例中, 所述开关设有用于和导线连接的连接部, 所述放置槽侧壁
11设置有用于避让开关上的连接部的第三开口 13。 方便开关和电路板连接。 所 述放置槽 11的侧壁还设置有加强板 14。 增加放置槽 11侧壁的强度。 所述加强 板 14为两个, 分别设置在所述放置槽 11 两相对的侧壁上。 这样增加放置槽两 个相对的侧壁的强度, 而且使两个相对的侧壁受力平衡。
如图 1 所示, 喇叭固定在壳体的一端的端部, 灯固定在壳体的另一端, 电 子敲击棒还包括套接在灯上的用于保护灯的灯罩 4及固定在喇叭处的用于保护 喇叭的喇叭罩 3, 从而防止灯和喇叭受损。 使用者手握喇叭固定端进行敲击, 喇 叭随着敲击发出不同的敲击乐, 同时灯亮, 绚丽多彩, 方便使用者使用; 灯罩 4 为透明的软质的塑料材料, 弹性好, 在受到撞击时更加保护灯而受损。
