Abstract

 本発明に従い、所定の鋼板成分を有すると共に、Bを0.0003%未満に抑制し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなる鋼板成分を有し、Ti、NbおよびMoを、Ti量(〔Ti〕)、Nb量(〔Nb〕)およびMo量(〔Mo〕)が、〔Nb〕/(〔Ti〕+〔Nb〕+〔Mo〕)≧0.3の関係を満足する範囲で含みかつ平均粒子径が20nm以下の析出物を有する鋼板とすることによって、海洋構造物や船舶、圧力容器、ペンストックなど鉄鋼構造物に用いて好適な、降伏応力(YS)が460MPa以上で、多層溶接部の溶接熱影響部の低温靭性(CTOD特性)と溶接施工時の熱処理後の強度靭性(PWHT特性)に優れる厚肉高張力鋼板を得ることができる。
