插座一般安装在墙壁、地面或者是接线板上,目前市场上大部份插座均没有防水功能,一旦有水进入插座就容易发生短路,从而引发各种事故,特别是在浴室、厨房等用水频率较高的地方。为此人们开始研制防水插座,最常见的就是在插座上方安装一个防水盖,在不使用插座时将防水盖盖紧,在需要使用插座时打开防水盖,插入插头。这种结构一旦忘记将防水盖盖好就无法起到防水效果,且在插头与插座相连时也同样无法起到防水效果。中国专利局于2009年3月11日公开的公开号为“CN101383465A”的“一种防水插座”,它包括插座本体,在插座本体内腔底部开设有至少一对插脚孔,插座本体的下部设置与插脚孔相对应的安置腔,每个安置腔中设置插套件,每个插套件由接线端子和插套簧片构成,每个插套簧片位于相应插脚孔的下方;插座本体上还铰接有与设置在插座本体内腔沿口的防水圈相配合的防水盖;所述的防水圈通过注塑与插座本体设置在一起,形成一体化结构。这种结构也只是在插座上方设置防水盖,无法阻止水从插座侧边以及插座底部进入,不能起到全面防水的效果。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的缺陷和不足,为人们提供一种全方位立体防水的安全电器插座,以满足人们日常所需。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的本发明所采取的技术方案是:该防水插座,包括面板、固定框和底座,所述的底座内嵌装有带输出端子和接线端子的导电片,面板和固定框上均设置与输出端子同轴的上插孔,在底座的底部安装与导电片接线端子相套接的线卡,所述的固定框与底座之间设置内芯固定座,内芯固定座上开设与输出端子同轴的下插孔,在两下插孔之间设置容置槽,在容置槽内设置防水内芯,所述的防水内芯包括活动穿插于容置槽内的主体,在主体上方的两侧设置能将固定框上的上插孔封闭的两个上封门,上封门的下方对称设置两个摆杆,摆杆的一端与主体铰接,摆杆的另一端设置能将内芯固定座上的下插孔封闭的下封门;内芯固定座与防水内芯之间设置主体旋转导向装置,所述主体底部与内芯固定座的容置槽之间设置能使主体旋转复位的扭簧;固定框与摆杆之间设置复位下压装置;插座使用时,插头插脚使上封门下移而离开上插孔,旋转导向装置引导主体旋转,从而带动摆杆脱离复位下压位置并向上旋转,下封门离开下插孔,扭簧拉伸而受力;插座未使用时, 由于扭簧回复力的作用及旋转导向装置的引导,主体旋转上移复位,带动上封门封住上插孔,同时摆杆进入复位下压装置,由于复位下压装置阻挡摆杆向下旋转,使下封门封住下插孔。
所述的旋转导向装置包括设置在内芯固定座上的弧形凸起以及设置在防水内芯的主体侧壁设置的滑杆,所述的滑杆由弧形凸起的上表面导向。
所述的复位下压装置包括设置在固定框的底部的两个挡块,所述主体的上端中心设置通孔,挡块向下穿过通孔后与对应摆杆的上表面相对;所述的摆杆上表面设置滑槽,在防水内芯的主体下移并旋转时,挡块移出滑槽,在防水内芯的主体复位时,挡块嵌入滑槽。
所述两个摆杆之间设置W形弹簧,W形弹簧的两端分别穿插于对应摆杆的侧壁。
所述的W形弹簧通过封板连接在主体上。
所述固定框的上表面以及内芯固定座的下表面均嵌装有密封片,在密封片上开设有与上插孔、下插孔同轴的小孔,小孔的直径小于上插孔和下插孔。
所述导电片的接线端子的轴向至少分为两段,从下段到上段内径渐小。
所述导电片的侧面固定有连接片,接线端子延轴向断开,一半与导电片相连,另一半与连接片相连。
所述线卡内插装有防水密封圈,线卡的底部旋装有螺丝盖,螺丝盖的底部内腔呈倒锥形,螺丝盖上旋能使线卡下端及防水密封圈向中心压紧。
所述的线卡与底座通过螺纹连接,线卡与底座的连接处设置密封垫圈。
发明效果
本发明可以安装于墙壁、地面或者是接线板内,无论是在插头未插入时,上封门能将固定框上的上插孔封闭,下封门能将内芯固定座上的下插孔封闭,双重保护,防止进水;在插头与插座相连时,插头与上、下两层密封片配合,也能有效地防止进水;螺丝盖上旋能使线卡下端及防水密封圈与电线压紧,从而防止底部进水;即使将插座整个没入水中,也不会有水进入插座内,非常安全。导电片上的接线端子可供穿插多种粗细不同的导线,使用范围更广。具有结构简单、防水效果好的优点,具有良好的市场前景。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本发明为一种防水插座,它包括面板2、与面板2固定的外罩18以及安装于两者之间的固定框5和底座11,为了美观,在面板2的前侧还设置面盖1。所述的底座11内嵌装有带输出端子901和接线端子902的导电片9,面板2和固定框5上均设置与输出端子901同轴的上插孔502,当插头19从上插孔502插入就可以与导电片9上的输出端子901相连。在底座11的底部安装有与导电片9接线端子902相套接的线卡13,导线穿过线卡13后就能与导电片9上的接线端子902相连。所述的固定框5与底座11之间设置内芯固定座8,内芯固定座8上同样开设有与输出端子901同轴的下插孔803,在内芯固定座8的两下插孔803之间设置向下凹陷的容置槽801,在内芯固定座8的容置槽801内设置防水内芯6。所述底座11上方设置导电片固定盖10,该导电片固定盖10包覆于导电片9的外侧,并位于内芯固定座8的下方,防止导电片9移动,并能隔绝导电片9,防止漏电。所述固定框5的上表面以及内芯固定座8的下表面均嵌装有密封片3,在密封片3上开设有与上插孔502、下插孔803同轴的小孔301,小孔301的直径小于上插孔502和下插孔803,在插头19的插脚插入上插孔502和下插孔803时,通过密封片3与插脚的配合,可以防止水进入。所述面板2内设置接地夹4,在底座11的外侧固定有接地连接片16,在接地夹4与接地连接片16之间设置接地弹簧17。
如图5、图6、图7所示,所述的防水内芯6包括活动穿插于容置槽801内的主体606,在主体606上方的两侧设置能将固定框5上的上插孔502封闭两个上封门602,主体606下移时上封门602会离开固定框5上的上插孔502。上封门602的下方对称设置两个摆杆603,摆杆603的一端与主体606铰接,摆杆603的另一端下方设置能将内芯固定座8上的下插孔803封闭的下封门604,主体606下移时摆杆603与内芯固定座8上的容置槽801边沿相靠,产生旋转,使下封门604向上旋转离开内芯固定座8上的下插孔803。所述内芯固定座8与防水内芯6之间设置旋转导向装置,在防水内芯6的主体606下移时,旋转导向装置会带动主体606旋转。旋转导向装置有很多方式可以实现,比如斜坡、斜槽等,本发明的旋转导向装置包括设置在内芯固定座8上的弧形凸起802以及设置在防水内芯6的主体606侧壁设置的滑杆601,所述的滑杆601由弧形凸起802的上表面导向。因此当主体606下移时,滑杆601由于弧形凸起802的阻挡导向到侧边,并带动主体606旋转。在主体606底部与内芯固定座8的容置槽801之间设置扭簧7,在无其他外力作用下,扭簧7的回复力会使防水内芯6的主体606旋转复位,在旋转复位时旋转导向装置带动主体606上移。具体地说是滑杆601由于弧形凸起802的阻挡导向到弧形凸起802的顶端,从而带动主体606上移。
所述的固定框5与摆杆603之间设置复位下压装置,在主体606下移旋转时,摆杆603脱离复位下压装置,在主体606旋转上移复位时,进入复位下压装置,由于复位下压装置阻挡摆杆603向下旋转,使下封门604封住下插孔803。因此复位下压装置只需要在防水内芯6的主体606旋转上移复位时能抵住摆杆603即可,也有很多方式可以实现。本发明的复位下压装置包括设置在固定框5的底部的两个挡块501,所述主体606的上端中心设置通孔608,挡块501向下穿过通孔608后与对应摆杆603的上表面相对。所述的摆杆603上表面设置滑槽609,在防水内芯6的主体606下移并旋转时,挡块501移出滑槽609,使挡块501不会阻挡摆杆603向上旋转。在防水内芯6的主体606复位时,挡块501嵌入滑槽609,将摆杆603的上表面抵住,使摆杆603的下封门604向下旋转,并将内芯固定座8上的下插孔803重新封闭。在为了便于挡块501的嵌入与滑出,所述的滑槽609的底部由内至处向下倾斜。所述两个摆杆603之间设置W形弹簧605,W形弹簧605的两端分别穿插于对应摆杆603的侧壁,W形弹簧605回复力可以使摆杆603的下封门604保持上翘或保持下压。所述的W形弹簧605通过封板607连接在主体606上,可以防止摆杆603和W形弹簧605掉落。
所述的面板2、固定框5、内芯固定座8、导电片固定盖10及底座11在组合时均采用超声波进行无缝焊接,防止连接处漏水。
如图8、图9所示,所述导电片9的接线端子902的轴向至少分为两段,从下段到上段内径渐小,因此接线端子902可供穿插多种粗细不同的导线,使用范围更广。在图中,左侧导线20为细导线,可以一直插到底,右侧导线为粗导线,无法完全插入。但是接线端子902分段后会增加导电片9的加工难度,为此可以在导电片9的侧面加装一块连接片903,通过螺钉使连接片903与导电片9固定。接线端子902可以延轴向断开分体加工,一半与导电片9相连,另一半与连接片903相连,当连接片903与导电片9固定后,接线端子902重新组合起来。对于一块导电片9上设置两个接线端子902的,可以将两块断开部分分别设置在连接片903的两端。
所述线卡13内插装有防水密封圈14,线卡13的底部旋装有螺丝盖15,螺丝盖15的底部内腔呈倒锥形,因此螺丝盖15上旋能使线卡13下端及防水密封圈14与电线压紧,从而防止底部进水。所述的线卡13与底座11通过螺纹连接,线卡13与底座11的连接处设置密封垫圈12,确保线卡13与底座11的连接处不漏水。
在插入插头19时,插头19首先会推动上封门602离开固定框5上的上插孔502,并带动整个防水内芯6下移;通过防水内芯6上的滑杆601与内芯固定座8上弧形凸起802的配合,使防水内芯6在下移的同时发生旋转。在防水内芯6的主体606旋转下移的同时,摆杆603与内芯固定座8上的容置槽801边沿相靠,产生旋转,使下封门604离开内芯固定座8上的下插孔803,同时挡块501滑出滑槽609,解除了对摆杆603的上端限位。此时插头19的插脚可以插入,并与导电片9上的输出端子901相连。此时由于密封片3和插脚的配合,起到了密封的效果。
拔出插头19时,扭簧7回复力使防水内芯6旋转复位,滑杆601由于弧形凸起802的阻挡导向到弧形凸起802的顶端,使防水内芯6整体上移,上封门602重新将固定框5上的上插孔502封闭,在主体606旋转上移复位时,挡块501重新嵌入滑槽609内,将摆杆603的上表面抵住,使摆杆603的下封门604向下旋转,并将内芯固定座8上的下插孔803重新封闭,同样也起到了密封效果。
本发明可以安装于墙壁、地面或者是接线板内,无论是在插头19未插入时,上封门602能将固定框5上的上插孔502封闭,下封门604能将内芯固定座8上的下插孔803封闭,双重保护,防止进水;在插头19与插座相连时,插头19与上、下两层密封片3配合,也能有效地防止进水;螺丝盖15上旋能使线卡13下端及防水密封圈14与电线压紧,从而防止底部进水;即使将插座整个没入水中,也不会有水进入插座内,非常安全。
如图10、图11、图12、图13、图14所示,本发明的插座可以制作成中式、美式、英式、意式、法式等多种样式,其中图10为中式插座,图11为美式插座,图12为英式插座,图13为意式插座,图14为法式插座。各种样式的插座区别仅在于插孔的形状不同以及接地夹4的形式不同,接地夹4更换成接地插孔,对于三个插孔的插座,可以将防水内芯6设置在三插孔的旋转中心,并对应设置三个上封门和三个下封门即可,因此只是改变插座样式也处于本发明的保护范围之内。
如图15所示,本发明的插座也可以制作成可移动的排插,其内部结构相同,同样具有防水效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防水插座,包括面板(2)、固定框(5)和底座(11),所述的底座(11)内嵌装有带输出端子(901)和接线端子(902)的导电片(9),面板(2)和固定框(5)上均设置与输出端子(901)同轴的上插孔(502),在底座(11)的底部安装与导电片(9)接线端子(902)相套接的线卡(13),其特征在于:所述的固定框(5)与底座(11)之间设置内芯固定座(8),内芯固定座(8)上开设与输出端子(901)同轴的下插孔(803),在两下插孔(803)之间设置容置槽(801),在容置槽(801)内设置防水内芯(6),所述的防水内芯(6)包括活动穿插于容置槽(801)内的主体(606),在主体(606)上方的两侧设置能将固定框(5)上的上插孔(502)封闭的两个上封门(602),上封门(602)的下方对称设置两个摆杆(603),摆杆(603)的一端与主体(606)铰接,摆杆(603)的另一端设置能将内芯固定座(8)上的下插孔(803)封闭的下封门(604);内芯固定座(8)与防水内芯(6)之间设置主体(606)旋转导向装置,所述主体(606)底部与内芯固定座(8)的容置槽(801)之间设置能使主体(606)旋转复位的扭簧(7);固定框(5)与摆杆(603)之间设置复位下压装置;插座使用时,插头(19)插脚使上封门(602)下移而离开上插孔(502),旋转导向装置引导主体(606)旋转,从而带动摆杆(603)脱离复位下压位置并向上旋转,下封门(604)离开下插孔(803),扭簧(7)拉伸而受力;插座未使用时, 由于扭簧(7)回复力的作用及旋转导向装置的引导,主体(606)旋转上移复位,带动上封门(602)封住上插孔(502),同时摆杆(603)进入复位下压装置,由于复位下压装置阻挡摆杆(603)向下旋转,使下封门(604)封住下插孔(803)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述的旋转导向装置包括设置在内芯固定座(8)上的弧形凸起(802)以及设置在防水内芯(6)的主体(606)侧壁设置的滑杆(601),所述的滑杆(601)由弧形凸起(802)的上表面导向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述的复位下压装置包括设置在固定框(5)的底部的两个挡块(501),所述主体(606)的上端中心设置通孔(608),挡块(501)向下穿过通孔(608)后与对应摆杆(603)的上表面相对;所述的摆杆(603)上表面设置滑槽(609),在防水内芯(6)的主体(606)下移并旋转时,挡块(501)移出滑槽(609),在防水内芯(6)的主体(606)复位时,挡块(501)嵌入滑槽(609)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述两个摆杆(603)之间设置W形弹簧(605),W形弹簧(605)的两端分别穿插于对应摆杆(603)的侧壁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述的W形弹簧(605)通过封板(607)连接在主体(606)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述固定框(5)的上表面以及内芯固定座(8)的下表面均嵌装有密封片(3),在密封片(3)上开设有与上插孔(502)、下插孔(803)同轴的小孔(301),小孔(301)的直径小于上插孔(502)和下插孔(803)。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述导电片(9)的接线端子(902)的轴向至少分为两段,从下段到上段内径渐小。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述导电片(9)的侧面固定有连接片(903),接线端子(902)延轴向断开,一半与导电片(9)相连,另一半与连接片(903)相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述线卡(13)内插装有防水密封圈(14),线卡(13)的底部旋装有螺丝盖(15),螺丝盖(15)的底部内腔呈倒锥形,螺丝盖(15)上旋能使线卡(13)下端及防水密封圈(14)向中心压紧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防水插座,其特征在于所述的线卡(13)与底座(11)通过螺纹连接,线卡(13)与底座(11)的连接处设置密封垫圈(12)。
