Definitions
- the present disclosure relates to a membrane separation device that separates water to be treated into permeated water and concentrated water using a separation membrane.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a seawater desalination apparatus in which filtered water (water to be treated) obtained by filtering seawater is further subjected to membrane separation into fresh water (permeated water) and high concentration salt water (concentrated water) by a reverse osmosis membrane (separation membrane).
- a configuration is disclosed in which the pressure of the filtered water supplied to the reverse osmosis membrane is adjusted by the output control of the high pressure pump.
- the permeated water for pressure regulation Although there is a merit that the response of the flow rate is relatively high, the pressure difference before and after the separation membrane to increase the permeate flow rate (the pressure of the water to be treated supplied to the separation membrane and the permeated water passing through the separation membrane) If the difference between the pressure and the pressure is excessively increased, the separation membrane may be broken, and the impurities in the water to be treated may not be sufficiently removed.
- At least one embodiment of the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a separation membrane without excessively increasing the pressure difference before and after the separation membrane.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a membrane separation device capable of rapidly obtaining a desired flow rate of permeated water and suppressing breakage of the separation membrane by increasing the flow rate of the permeated water.
- a membrane separation apparatus for separating water to be treated into permeated water and concentrated water by a separation membrane, A pressure pump for pressurizing the water to be treated; A separation membrane configured to be supplied with the water to be treated pressurized by the pressurization pump; Flow meter side means for measuring the flow rate of the permeated water that has permeated the separation membrane, An adjusting means configured to adjust the pressure of the water to be treated supplied to the separation membrane so that the flow rate of the permeated water measured by the flow meter side means approaches a target flow rate; Pressure difference detecting means for detecting a pressure difference before and after the separation membrane; A heating unit configured to heat the water to be treated supplied to the separation membrane when the pressure difference detected by the pressure difference detection unit exceeds a threshold value; Have.
- the membrane separation device In the configuration in which the flow rate of permeated water from the separation membrane approaches the target flow rate by adjusting the pressure of the water to be treated supplied to the separation membrane, there is an advantage that the response of the permeated water flow rate to pressure regulation is relatively high. If the pressure difference before and after the separation membrane is increased excessively in order to increase the flow rate of the permeated water, the separation membrane may be broken and it may not be possible to sufficiently remove the impurities of the water to be treated. Therefore, in the membrane separation device according to the above (1), the water to be treated supplied to the separation membrane is heated by the heating means when the pressure difference across the separation membrane detected by the pressure difference detection means exceeds the threshold. It is configured as follows.
- the temperature of the water to be treated is raised by the heating means, the viscosity of the water to be treated is lowered, so that the permeated water flow rate of the separation membrane under the same pressure condition can be increased. Therefore, as described above, if the water to be treated supplied to the separation membrane by the heating means is heated by the heating means when the pressure difference before and after the separation membrane exceeds the threshold value, the pressure difference before and after the separation membrane is excessive.

It is comprised so that the pressure of the said to-be-processed water supplied to a separation membrane may be adjusted.
- the output of the pressure pump is compared with the case where the pressure is adjusted by the output adjustment of the pressure pump. Since the inverter etc. which are used for adjustment are unnecessary, simplification of an electric installation can be achieved.
- the membrane separation device in the membrane separation device according to any one of (1) to (5) above, It is further equipped with a solar power generation device that generates electricity by solar energy,

There is. Thus, even if the pressure difference ⁇ P detected by the pressure difference detection means 28 does not exceed the threshold ⁇ Pth, the water to be treated is heated by the solar water heater 40 to reduce the viscosity of the water to be treated.
