Description
本発明は、レンズを保持するレンズ枠を移動させて観察倍率を可変することのできる内視鏡用光学ユニットに関する。
周知の如く、内視鏡は、人体の体内(体腔内)の観察、処置等、或いは工業用のプラント設備内の検査、修理等のため広く用いられている。近年においては、対物光学系のレンズを保持するレンズ枠を撮影光軸方向に移動することで、撮影像へのフォーカス機能、及びズーミング/テレ機能に可変できるものがある。
このようなレンズ枠を移動させる光学系は、例えば、日本国特開2009-25401号公報に開示されている。この公報に開示されている光学系では、移動レンズを観察者の所望の速度で所望の倍率に相当する位置に確実に移動させることができる。
複数のレンズ群からなる対物光学系では、レンズを保持するレンズ枠には、光の乱反射を防止するための黒処理を施すことが一般的であり、この黒処理により、不要な光線が乱反射することによる発生するフレアを防止することができ、後段の撮像系での画質向上を図ることができる。
しかしながら、黒処理によって生成される黒色層は、厚さを精密に制御することが困難であり、上述したようなレンズ枠を移動させる光学系では、摺動部のクリアランスを最適に保つことが困難であり、摺動性不良の原因となる。
さらに、黒処理した摺動面では、摺動に対する耐久性を確保することが困難であり、黒処理層の一部が剥離してゴミとなり、画像中に映り込む等の現象が発生して画像品質が悪化する可能性がある。特に、拡大観察の倍率が大きい場合、レンズ枠の移動量も大きいため、耐久性の低下による上述の現象が顕著となる。
この場合、レンズ枠の摺動部にのみ黒処理を施さないことも考えられるが、近年の内視鏡では、患者への負担を考慮した挿入部の細径化が要請されており、内視鏡の挿入部内に収納される光学系も、例えばレンズ径が約2mm前後といったように細径化されている。従って、このような極めて径の小さいレンズを保持するレンズ枠の一部分のみに対して、マスキングや後加工によって黒処理を除去することは困難であり、敢えて実行しても、コストが著しく上昇したり、後加工によって摺動部の同軸度等の精度悪化を招く等の重大な問題が発生し、実用上、適用することはできない。
本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、移動レンズ枠の摺動性を良好に維持すると共に、フレア発生による画質低下を防止することのできる内視鏡用光学ユニットを提供することを目的としている。
本発明の一態様に係る内視鏡用光学ユニットは、レンズを保持するレンズ枠を移動させて観察倍率を可変することのできる対物光学系を有する内視鏡用光学ユニットであって、前記対物光学系は少なくとも、光の入射方向から順に、それぞれ少なくとも1つのレンズからなる、第1のレンズ群、第2のレンズ群を配設するとともに、前記第1のレンズ群を保持する第1のレンズ枠と、少なくとも一部が筒形状であり、筒内部に前記第2のレンズ群を保持し、筒外周面の少なくとも一部に外摺動面を有する第2のレンズ枠と、前記第2のレンズ枠の前記外摺動面を摺動可能に保持する内摺動面を有し、前記第2のレンズ枠を光軸方向に移動可能に保持する摺動保持枠と、を備え、前記第2のレンズ枠及び前記摺動保持枠には、光の反射を防止する黒処理を施すことなく、前記第1のレンズ枠もしくは前記第2のレンズ枠の一方の光の出射側に、前記対物光学系のF値を定める光学絞りが配設されている。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図1において符号1は内視鏡装置を示し、本実施の形態においては、観察部位に対する通常観察から拡大観察までが可能な内視鏡2と周辺装置200とを備えて構成されている。内視鏡2は、操作部7と、挿入部6と、ユニバーサルコード8と、内視鏡コネクタ(以下、単にコネクタと称す)9とから主要部が構成されている。周辺装置200は、光源装置3と、ビデオプロセッサ4と、接続ケーブル4aと、モニタ5とから主要部が構成されている。内視鏡2と周辺装置200とは、コネクタ9により互いに接続されている。
図1において符号1は内視鏡装置を示し、本実施の形態においては、観察部位に対する通常観察から拡大観察までが可能な内視鏡2と周辺装置200とを備えて構成されている。内視鏡2は、操作部7と、挿入部6と、ユニバーサルコード8と、内視鏡コネクタ(以下、単にコネクタと称す)9とから主要部が構成されている。周辺装置200は、光源装置3と、ビデオプロセッサ4と、接続ケーブル4aと、モニタ5とから主要部が構成されている。内視鏡2と周辺装置200とは、コネクタ9により互いに接続されている。
内視鏡2の操作部7には、ビデオスイッチ14、送気送水操作釦15、吸引操作釦16、湾曲操作ノブ17、ズームレバー18等の操作部材が配設され、さらに、これらの操作部材より先端側に、把持部7aと処置具挿入口19とが配設されている。また、内視鏡2の挿入部6は、先端部11と湾曲部12と可撓管部13とにより構成されている。
湾曲部12は、操作部7に設けられた湾曲操作ノブ17により湾曲操作されるものであり、先端部11と可撓管部13との間に配設されている。一方、先端部11の挿入方向先端側(以下、単に先端側と称す)の先端面11aには、図2に示すように、後述する撮像装置20の光学ユニット30(いずれも図3参照)の光軸方向Kの先端側に位置する対物レンズ22が配設されている。
また、先端面11aに、対物レンズ22の表面に水や空気等の流体を噴きつけて対物レンズ22の表面を洗浄するノズル23と、例えば3つの照明窓24と、処置具挿通路を兼ねた吸引管路の先端開口25とが配設されている。
尚、対物レンズ22、ノズル23、照明窓24、先端開口25は、先端部11を構成する枠体に設けられている。また、先端部11の先端面11aには、傾斜部11bが設けられ、ノズル23と先端開口25とは、対物レンズ22よりも挿入方向後端側に凹んだ位置に設けられ、先端面11aを平面視した状態では、同軸上に並んで配置されている。
ノズル23からは、操作部7の送気送水操作釦15の釦操作により、気体と液体とが選択的に噴出される。一方、処置具挿通路を兼ねた吸引管路の先端開口25からは、操作部7の吸引操作釦16の釦操作により、挿入部6内に処置具挿入口19から先端開口25まで設けられた吸引管路を介して、体腔内の粘液や、ノズル23から供給された流体により対物レンズ22の表面から除去された汚れ等が回収される。
図1に戻ると、内視鏡2のユニバーサルコード8の先端には、コネクタ9が設けられている。このコネクタ9は、周辺装置200の光源装置3にライトガイドコネクタ9aを介して接続されている。また、コネクタ9には、ビデオコネクタ9bを介して、光源装置3をビデオプロセッサ4に電気的に接続するための接続ケーブル4aが接続されている。
ライトガイドコネクタ9aからは、ファイババンドルからなるライトガイド(図示せず)が延出され、コネクタ9内、ユニバーサルコード8内、操作部7内及び挿入部6内を介して先端部11内の3つの照明窓24に近接する位置まで挿通されている。ライトガイドは、光源装置3からの照明光を照明窓24に伝送するものであり、これにより、照明光を照明窓24を介して体腔内に拡開照射することができる。
また、ビデオコネクタ9bからは、後述する信号ケーブル67(図3参照)が延出され、コネクタ9内、ユニバーサルコード8内、操作部7内及び挿入部6内を挿通され、先端部11内の撮像装置20の固体撮像素子61に回路基板66(いずれも図3参照)を介して電気的に接続されている。信号ケーブル67は、撮像装置20の固体撮像素子61で撮像した体腔内の観察部位の像の電気信号を、ビデオコネクタ9bを介してビデオプロセッサ4へと伝達する。
ビデオプロセッサ4は、固体撮像素子61からの電気信号を変換処理し、モニタ5に映像信号を送る。これにより、モニタ5には、観察部位の画像が表示される。
次に、先端部11内に設けられた撮像装置20について説明する。
図3に示すように、撮像装置20は、先端部11に形成された光軸方向Kの貫通孔内に配設され、対物光学系を構成する光学ユニット30と、光学像を電気信号に変換する撮像ユニット60とから主要部が構成されている。

光学ユニット30は、先端側から順に、それぞれ少なくとも1つのレンズを保持する第1,第2,第3の3つのレンズ枠31,35,40を備え、さらに、第2のレンズ枠35を光軸方向Kに摺動自在に保持する摺動保持枠45を備えている。これらのレンズ枠31,35,40、及び摺動保持枠45は、例えば、ステンレス鋼等で形成されている。摺動保持枠45は、本実施の形態においては、第1のレンズ枠31及び第3のレンズ枠35に対して別体で形成されて両者の間に介在され、第1のレンズ枠31と第3のレンズ枠35とを連結・固定する連結枠として構成されている。
詳細には、第1のレンズ枠31は、先端の対物レンズ22と、この対物レンズ22後方の凸レンズ32と、2つのレンズを接合して構成される接合レンズ33とを、第1のレンズ群として保持する固定レンズ枠である。この第1のレンズ枠31は、摺動保持枠45の先端開口側に挿入・嵌合されて固定されている。
第2のレンズ枠35は、移動レンズ36を第2のレンズ群として保持すると共に、摺動保持枠45内で光軸方向Kに沿って摺動自在に配置される移動レンズ枠を形成している。この第2のレンズ枠は、少なくとも一部が移動レンズ36を保持する円筒形状に形成され、この円筒形状の外周面が摺動保持枠45の内摺動面45aと摺動する外摺動面35aを形成している。また、第2のレンズ枠35の下部には、後述する移動シャフト50が連結される操作桿部35bが一体的に形成されている。操作桿部35bには、操作桿部35bの外側から移動シャフト50との連結部に通じる接着孔35cが設けられている。接着剤を、接着孔35cを介して操作桿部35bと移動シャフト50との連結部に導くことにより、操作桿部35bと移動シャフト50とが接着固定される。
第3のレンズ枠40は、光の入射側の凸レンズ41を第3のレンズ群として保持すると共に、凸レンズ41の後方にフィルタ42,43を保持する固定レンズ枠であり、摺動保持枠45の外周後端に嵌合されて固定されている。この第3のレンズ枠40の後端部には、撮像ユニット60の固体撮像素子61を保持する素子枠62の前端部分が挿嵌され接着固定されている。第3のレンズ枠40の素子枠62が挿嵌される部分には、凹部40cが設けられている。この凹部40cは、余剰となる接着剤が、素子枠62の挿嵌される部分からはみ出し、特に撮像装置20の内部に流れ込むことを低減するための、接着溜りである。
ここで、第1のレンズ枠31と第3のレンズ枠40との間に介在される摺動保持枠45には、第2のレンズ枠35の外摺動面35aを摺動可能に保持する内摺動面45aの一部に、第2のレンズ枠35の操作桿部35bが進退できるように、ガイド溝を構成する切り欠き部45bが設けられている。この切り欠き部45bを介して、摺動保持枠45に第3のレンズ枠40を結合する前に操作桿部35bを一体的に有する第2のレンズ枠35を摺動保持枠45内に挿入することができる。
また、摺動保持枠45には、第2のレンズ枠35の操作桿部35bの前方の移動を規制するための規制当接部45cが先端部分の下部方向から延出されて一体的に形成されている。この規制当接部45cには、切り欠き部45bの前壁部を構成しており、この前壁部に移動シャフト50を挿通するための貫通孔が設けられ、キャップ51によって閉塞されている。キャップ51は、キャップ51の先端が規制当接部45cの先端から基端側にずれて配設されている。これにより、キャップ51を固定する接着剤がキャップ51の先端側からはみ出したとしても、規制当接部45cの先端より先端側にはみ出すことを低減している。
移動シャフト50は、第2のレンズ枠35を光軸方向Kに沿って進退移動させるための操作軸であり、第3のレンズ枠40の下部から下方に延出されたガイド桿部40aに介装されたシャフトホルダ52内に挿通されて支持されている。このシャフトホルダ52内で、移動シャフト50の後端部に移動ワイヤ53が固設され、この移動ワイヤ53がシャフトホルダ52に接続されるシャフトパイプ54内を挿通されている。このシャフトホルダ52は、ガイド桿部40aとの嵌合部と、素子枠62との間の接着部100と、で接着固定されている。
移動ワイヤ53は、操作部7のズームレバー18を操作することにより、図示しないアクチュエータを介して牽引・弛緩され、第2のレンズ枠35が摺動保持枠45内で光軸方向Kに沿って進退移動される。このとき、第2のレンズ枠35の操作桿部35bが摺動保持枠45の規制当接部45cに当接する位置が光学系の最小倍率となり、操作桿部35bの反対側の面が切り欠き部45b内で第3のレンズ枠40の先端部に当接する位置が光学系の最大倍率となる。
第2のレンズ枠35の操作桿部35bは、外摺動面35aに対して一体的に形成されているため、外摺動面35aとの直角度を高精度に製作することができる。同様に、摺動保持枠45の規制当接部45cも、内摺動面45aに対して一体的に形成されているため、内摺動面45aとの直角度を高精度に製作することができる。
これにより、第2のレンズ枠35の光軸方向に移動させるときの傾きを抑えて円滑に摺動させることができ、特に、光学系を最小倍率に固定するとき、すなわち第2のレンズ枠35の操作桿部35bを摺動保持枠45の規制当接部45cに当接させたときに、第2のレンズ枠35の個体毎の姿勢のバラツキを大幅に低減することができる。その結果、常に一定の安定した倍率での観察が可能となり、第2のレンズ枠35の個体毎の姿勢のバラツキによる観察像の倍率バラツキを解消して術者が違和感を抱くことを防止することができる。
また、摺動保持枠45の規制当接部45cと第3のレンズ枠40のガイド桿部40aとは、同様の形状に形成され、外周側が接着剤で固定されるカバー55によって覆われている。具体的には、図4,図5に示すように、摺動保持枠45の規制当接部45cと第3のレンズ枠40のガイド桿部40aとは、共に光軸方向Kと直交する縦方向の断面形状が略長円状に形成されており、縦方向の断面形状がU字状のカバー55によって規制当接部45c及びガイド桿部40aの外周面が覆われ、接着材が充填されて固定されている。
このとき、共に縦方向の断面形状が略長円状の規制当接部45cとガイド桿部40aとは、規制当接部45cの基部側の壁部45dとガイド桿部40aの基部側の壁部40bとが同一平面となるようにカバー55を介して揃えることで、容易に位置決めすることができる。これにより、組み付け作業性を向上すると共に、移動シャフト50のガイド溝となる摺動保持枠45の切り欠き部45bに対する第3のレンズ枠40のガイド桿部40aの光軸回りの位相を正確に合わせることができ、第2のレンズ枠35を円滑に摺動させて移動させることができる。
また、規制当接部45c及びガイド桿部40aの下端となる稜線部には、それぞれ、縦方向に凹部をなす溝部56を設けている。この溝部56には、カバー55との隙間に充填した接着材を溜めることができ、接着材の外部へのはみ出しを低減して液密性を確保すると共に、各部材の組み立て強度を向上することができる。さらに、摺動保持枠45の規制当接部45cと、第3のレンズ枠40の壁部40bと、の各々のカバー55との固定部の外形が、同一形状をなし連続して設けられている。これにより、カバー55を各々に固定した際に隙間無く配設でき、容易に液密性を確保することが出来る。
尚、溝部56はカバー55側に設けても良い。また、カバー55内面側にガイド桿部40aの先端部が当接する突起部を設ける、規制当接部45cの下端となる稜線部を下方に延出し、カバー55の先端部が当接する当接部を設ける等して、接着材のはみ出しを低減するようにしても良い。
一方、撮像ユニット60は、第3のレンズ枠40に接合される素子枠62の後端に芯出し用のカバーガラス63が固設され、このカバーガラス63の後端面に、CCDやCMOS等からなる固体撮像素子61の撮像面を保護するガラスリッド64が貼着されている。ガラスリッド64は、固体撮像素子61の撮像面に、紫外線硬化型接着剤等により接着固定されている。
また、素子枠62の外周には、シールド枠65の先端が固定されており、このシールド枠65内に、リジット基板又はフレキシブル基板から構成された回路基板66が配設され、固体撮像素子61と電気的に接続されている。回路基板66には、信号ケーブル67を構成する複数のリード線のリードピン67aが電気的に接続されている。
尚、シールド枠65の外周には、信号ケーブル67の先端部分までを一体的に被覆する熱収縮管である被覆部材68が設けられ、シールド枠65及び被覆部材68にて形成される空間内に接着剤等の保護剤が充填されている。
以上の撮像装置20は、光学ユニット30の第2のレンズ枠35の摺動性確保と、観察画像のフレア防止とを同時に実現するため、光の反射を防止する黒処理の対象を適切に設定すると共に、固体撮像素子61への不要な光の入射を防止する部材を適切に配置している。
本実施の形態においては、固定レンズ枠である第1のレンズ枠31と第3のレンズ枠40には、枠全体に黒処理を施している。一方、移動レンズ枠である第2のレンズ枠35と摺動保持枠45に対しては黒処理を全く施さず、外摺動面35aと内摺動面45aとの間の摺動性を良好に維持するようにしている。尚、撮像ユニット60側では、素子枠62に黒処理が施されているものとする。
黒処理は、例えば、黒染液による処理、黒色ニッケルや黒アルマイト等によるメッキ処理、黒色酸化皮膜による表面処理といった周知の方法で実施することができる。しかしながら、黒処理によって不要な光の反射を防止することができる反面、第2のレンズ枠35及び摺動保持枠45に黒処理を施す場合、黒処理層の厚さを精密に制御して外摺動面35aと内摺動面45aとの間のクリアランスを最適に保つことが困難となる。
すなわち、第2のレンズ枠35及び摺動保持枠45に黒処理を施した場合には、摺動部のクリアランスが小さ過ぎて移動レンズ36を円滑に移動させることが困難となったり、摺動部のクリアランスが大き過ぎて、移動レンズ36が移動中に揺れてしまい、画面が揺れて像ブレが発生するといった事態が生じ、操作性及び観察性能の低下を招く。
また、黒処理した摺動面では、摺動に対する耐久性を確保することが困難であり、黒処理層の一部が剥離してゴミとなり、画像中に映り込む等の現象が発生して画像品質が悪化する。特に、拡大観察の倍率が大きい場合、第2のレンズ枠35に移動量も大きいため、耐久性の低下による上述の現象が顕著となる。
従って、第2のレンズ枠35及び摺動保持枠45に対しては、黒処理を省略して外摺動面35aと内摺動面45aとの間の良好な摺動性を確保し、不要な光の反射によるフレア発生に対しては、光線高さを低くして撮像に不要な光を阻止する、絞り孔を有する絞り部材を用いて対処する。本実施の形態においては、第2のレンズ枠35の入射側に位置する第1のレンズ枠31の光の出射側に、出射光の光線高を低くして撮像に不要な光を阻止する絞り部材として、第1のレンズ群と第2のレンズ群と第3のレンズ群とを含む対物光学系のF値を定める光学絞り70を配設している。
この光学絞り70で第1のレンズ枠31から出射される光束を絞り、第2のレンズ枠35の移動レンズ36から第3のレンズ枠40の凸レンズ41及びフィルタ42,43を通過して固体撮像素子61に入射される光の光線高を低くすることができ、撮像に不要な光を低減してフレア発生を防止することができる。
光学絞り70は、摺動保持枠45の内摺動面45aの直近に設けられている。さらには、対物光学系のF値を定める光学絞りは、単にフレアの発生を防止するための絞り部材よりも、絞り孔の開口径が小さい。このため、光学絞り70の絞り孔を通過した光と内摺動面45aとの間に十分な離間距離を有することができ、摺動保持枠45への不要な光を十分に遮光し、フレアの発生を防止することができる。
また、光学絞り70を用いて、黒処理を省略した第2のレンズ枠35や摺動保持枠45への不要な光を遮光するため、対物光学系のF値を定める光学絞りの他に、第2のレンズ枠35や摺動保持枠45への不要な光を遮光するための専用の絞り部材を設ける必要がない。
また、黒処理していない第2のレンズ枠35に対しては、移動レンズ36の光入射側となる枠端面と光出射側となる枠端面とに、それぞれ、黒処理された反射防止プレート71,72を貼着している。さらに、第1のレンズ枠31の対物レンズ22の光出射側に、レンズの周辺光を絞る絞り部材73を配設し、第3のレンズ枠40のフィルタ42,43の間に、同様の絞り部材74を配設している。尚、撮像ユニット60側では、固体撮像素子61の前面のカバーガラス63の周縁にマスク75を配設している。
このように、本実施の形態においては、移動レンズ枠である第2のレンズ枠35と、この第2のレンズ枠35の外摺動面35aに対する内摺動面45aを有する摺動保持枠45とに対しては、黒処理を全く施さないことで、摺動性の悪化を防止して観察倍率を変更する際の操作性を向上させている。同時に、対物光学系のF値を定める光学絞り70を用いて、黒処理を省略した第2のレンズ枠35や摺動保持枠45への不要な光を遮光し、固体撮像素子61への不要な光線の入射を抑制することで、観察画像のフレアを防止して画質向上を図る。
なお、光学絞りは、第2のレンズ枠35の光の出射側に配設しても良い。例えば、第1のレンズ枠31の光の出射側の光学絞り70を、図6に示すように、絞り部材73と同様の絞り部材76に変更し、第2のレンズ枠35の光の出射側の反射防止プレート72を、光学絞り70と同様の光学絞り77としても良い。
また、図3で説明した第2のレンズ枠35,第3のレンズ枠40,摺動保持枠45は、図3に示す形態に限定されることなく、種々の変形が可能である。以下、図7,図9,図10に示す変形例1,2,3について、図3と異なる点のみ説明する。尚、何れの変形例においても、第1のレンズ枠31は共通であり、光の出射側に光学絞り70が配設されているものとする。
図7に示す変形例1は、図3に示す第3のレンズ枠40,摺動保持枠45を、それぞれ、第3のレンズ枠40_1、摺動保持枠45_1とするものである。第3のレンズ枠40_1は、凸レンズ41_1とフィルタ42_1とを保持し、先端側が第1のレンズ枠31に嵌合されて連結・固定されるように構成されており、図3の摺動保持枠45の切り欠き部45b、規制当接部45c、第3のレンズ枠40のガイド桿部40aに相当する構成を、切り欠き部40_1a、規制当接部40_1b、ガイド桿部40_1cとして備えている。
尚、第3のレンズ枠40_1の後端側は、撮像ユニット60の素子枠62を内周面に嵌合して固定するように構成されている。
また、これに伴い、摺動保持枠45_1は、第3のレンズ枠40_1内に収納される円筒形状に形成されている。この摺動保持枠45_1は、円筒形状の内面が第2のレンズ枠35の外摺動面35aと摺動する内摺動面45_1aを形成しており、また、図8に示すように、第3のレンズ枠40_1の切り欠き部40_1aに対応して、第2のレンズ枠35の操作桿部35bが挿通される切り欠き部を光軸方向に有している。
次に、図9に示す変形例2は、図3に示す摺動保持枠45と第3のレンズ枠40との連結形状を変更し、この連結形状の変更に伴い、第2のレンズ枠35を若干変更している。すなわち、図9の摺動保持枠45_2は、第2のレンズ枠35_1を内部に摺動自在に収納した上で、凸レンズ41_1とフィルタ42_1とを保持する第3のレンズ枠40_2を内部に嵌合して固定し、更に、後端部内部に撮像ユニット60の素子枠62を嵌合して固定するように構成されている。第2のレンズ枠35_1は、別体の操作桿部35_2を備えている。
さらに、図10に示す変形例3では、第3のレンズ枠40を省略し、摺動保持枠45_3の後部に、凸レンズ41_1とフィルタ42_1とを直接保持している。摺動保持枠45_3の後端部内周面には、図9と同様、撮像ユニット60の素子枠62を嵌合して固定する。
以上の変形例1~3においても、摺動部を構成する部位には黒処理はなされておらず、観察倍率を変更するためのレンズ移動に際して、黒処理に起因する摺動性悪化を防止しつつ、光学絞り70でフレア発生を防止することができる。

Claims (2)
- レンズを保持するレンズ枠を移動させて観察倍率を可変することのできる対物光学系を有する内視鏡用光学ユニットであって、
前記対物光学系は少なくとも、光の入射方向から順に、それぞれ少なくとも1つのレンズからなる、第1のレンズ群、第2のレンズ群を配設するとともに、
前記第1のレンズ群を保持する第1のレンズ枠と、
少なくとも一部が筒形状であり、筒内部に前記第2のレンズ群を保持し、筒外周面の少なくとも一部に外摺動面を有する第2のレンズ枠と、
前記第2のレンズ枠の前記外摺動面を摺動可能に保持する内摺動面を有し、前記第2のレンズ枠を光軸方向に移動可能に保持する摺動保持枠と、
を備え、
前記第2のレンズ枠及び前記摺動保持枠には、光の反射を防止する黒処理を施すことなく、前記第1のレンズ枠もしくは前記第2のレンズ枠の一方の光の出射側に、前記対物光学系のF値を定める光学絞りが配設されている
ことを特徴とする内視鏡用光学ユニット。 - 前記第2のレンズ枠の、前記第2のレンズ群の光の入射側および出射側の少なくとも一方の枠端面に、黒処理された反射防止部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡用光学ユニット。
