Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fourniture de motifs intarsia avec un métier à mailles cueillies et tissu à mailles cueillies avec motif intarsia pouvant être obtenu avec le procédé. Le procédé consiste à : avoir un métier à mailles cueillies avec au moins deux alimentations ou gouttes (13, 14) et avec un porte-aiguille (6) qui soutient une pluralité d'aiguilles qui peuvent être actionnées pour saisir les fils distribués par les alimentations (13, 14) et pour former un tricot ; le porte-aiguille (6) étant mobile par rapport aux alimentations (13, 14) le long d'une trajectoire et les alimentations (13, 14) étant disposées successivement le long de la trajectoire ; le porte-aiguille (6) étant actionnable par rapport aux alimentations (13, 14) le long de la trajectoire dans deux directions de mouvement mutuellement opposées, respectivement un mouvement vers l'avant et un mouvement de retour, afin de faire en sorte que les aiguilles font face successivement aux deux alimentations (13, 14) et forment un tricot à la fois dans le mouvement vers l'avant et dans le mouvement de retour du porte-aiguille (6) par rapport aux alimentations (13, 14) ; fournir, pour la formation de chaque rangée de tricot du motif intarsia (2) à produire, pour l'utilisation d'au moins deux groupes adjacents d'aiguilles (23, 24), qui doivent produire des parties adjacentes correspondantes de la même rangée de tricot des deux régions (3, 4) du motif intarsia (2), des fils qui sont réciproquement différents en termes de couleur ou de type, et corréler chacun des deux groupes d'aiguilles (23, 24) avec une alimentation correspondante (13, 14) entre les deux alimentations (13, 14) ; les aiguilles d'un groupe d'aiguilles (23 ou 24) saisissent le fil ou les fils délivrés exclusivement par l'alimentation (13 ou 14) avec laquelle le groupe d'aiguilles (23 ou 24) est corrélé, et les deux parties d'une même rangée de tricot produit par les deux groupes d'aiguilles (23, 24) durant le mouvement vers l'avant ou durant le mouvement de retour du porte-aiguille (6) sont produites successivement en faisant tricoter les aiguilles d'un groupe d'aiguilles (23 ou 24) parmi les deux groupes d'aiguilles (23, 24), dans une première étape, au niveau de l'alimentation (13 ou 14) avec laquelle il est corrélé, puis, dans une seconde étape qui est ultérieure à la première étape, les aiguilles de l'autre groupe d'aiguilles (24 ou 23) tricotent au niveau de l'alimentation (14 ou 13) avec laquelle il est corrélé ; l'étendue du mouvement dans les deux directions du porte-aiguille (6) est telle qu'elle permet l'achèvement des deux étapes.
