图 7是根据本发明优选实施例的机顶盒控制系统的示意图, 如图 7所示, 该系统 包括遥控器 62、 机顶盒 64。 图 8是根据本发明实施例的遥控器的结构示意图, 如图 8所示, 图中 A所标注的 位置为指纹识别区,内置传感器即指纹识别器用来感应并传输手指按在遥控器指纹识 别区的信息。 用户使用时, 只需将手指按在指纹识别区上, 就可以识别该用户的指纹 信息, 遥控器将所识别的指纹信息传递给机顶盒, 机顶盒中建立个人档案信息。 机顶盒 64包括激活模块 642、控制模块 644、和内容分发模块 646。激活模块 642, 内置计时器用来计算用户触及指纹识别区所按时长。 控制模块 644, 包含识别模块和 用户档案库模块。 识别模块用来判断是否是本系统用户, 它又包含采集单元和匹配单 元, 采集单元具有对新用户指纹信息进行处理并存储用户档案信息的功能, 匹配单元 则是对现有用户指纹信息与用户档案信息进行匹配, 并传送参数到内容分发模块 646。 内容分发模块 646, 根据不同用户信息传输相应内容到显示终端上。 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的用户档案信息处理方法的流程图,该方法应用 在图 7所示的系统上, 如图 9所示, 该流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 S902,用户开启机顶盒,将手指放在遥控器的指纹识别区,并将指纹信息传到 激活模块。 步骤 S904, 激活模块中计时器计算遥控器传来的信息 3秒以上, 以便有效识别用 户是不是误按, 并进一步将信息通知到控制模块。 步骤 S906, 控制模块判断识别模块传来的信息, 如果是创建信号, 则采集单元进 行处理并存储, 如果是现有用户信号则进行匹配对比, 并将该信息传到内容分发模块。 步骤 S908 , 内容分发模块根据该用户档案信息与内容单元建立的一对一映射关 系, 匹配到相应的显示内容。 步骤 S910, 终端显示上述内容, 比如当某用户按下指纹后, 在终端显示的内容应 该显示该用户定制的个性化内容。 用户切换时当重复以上步骤。 图 10、 11、 12分别为新建用户、 已有用户、 切换用户三个场景流程图。 图 10 是根据本发明优选实施例的用户首次使用该机顶盒设备时创建新用户的流 程图, 如图 10所示, 该流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 S1002, 用户开启机顶盒设备。 步骤 S1004, 用户如果初次使用,则自动创建新用户,进入个人临时账户创建流程。 如果中断, 可按遥控器返回建取消当前操作。 步骤 S1006, 用户使用具有指纹识别功能的遥控器, 触摸指纹识别器, 系统录入 用户指纹并确认用户名称并保存。 步骤 S1008, 用户个人档案信息建立成功。 系统建立起针对用户的用户档案信息。 用户档案信息可以在本地也可以同步到云 端。 用户档案信息可以分个人系统、 私人存储空间两大部分: 个人系统, 包括用户个 人操作习惯、 用户个人订购列表、 用户个人录制列表、 用户个人频道收藏等功能。 私 人存储, 包括用户个人录制存储、 用户个人文件存储、 用户个人音乐存储、 用户个人 图片存储等功能。 步骤 S1010, 用户档案信息创建完成后, 用户可进入常规操作。 系统将对该用户 的操作习惯进行记忆和归档。 步骤 S1012, 用户操作离开系统时, 会提示是否存档。 如果用户选择确定, 则将用户的操作信息保存到用户档案信息, 如果用户选择取 消, 则删除该临时用户, 结束本流程。 图 11 是根据本发明实施例的已创建过个人档案信息的用户使用机顶盒设备时的 操作流程图, 如图 11所示, 该流程包括: 步骤 S1102, 用户开启机顶盒设备。 步骤 S1104, 用户使用具有指纹识别器的遥控器, 触摸指纹识别器, 系统通过对 指纹的扫描和核对, 调出与该用户指纹相匹配的账户。 步骤 S1106, 用户选择账户, 并激活登录。 步骤 S1108, 登录完成后, 用户进入常规操作。 图 12是根据本发明实施例的账户切换操作的流程图, 如图 12所示, 该流程包括 以下步骤: 步骤 S1202, 用户 A在正常使用机顶盒设备。 步骤 S1204, 用户 B需要切换到个人账户, 选择切换账户。 步骤 S1206, 用户 B需要使用具有指纹识别模块的遥控器, 触摸指纹识别器, 系 统通过对指纹的扫描和核对, 调出与该用户指纹相匹配的账户。 步骤 S1208, 用户 B选择个人账户, 并激活登录。 步骤 S1210, 登录完成后, 用户 B进入常规操作。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实施例实现了如下技术效果: 机顶盒接收遥 控器上的指纹采集器采集到的用户指纹后, 创建出与用户相关的个人私密系统即用户 档案信息。 其次, 机顶盒通过遥控器信号进行判断, 对用户的个人操作习惯等进行记 忆和存档。 同时, 对该用户录制的视频、 上传的文件、 音乐、 图片等资料进行指纹加 密。 在未开放权限的情况下, 其他用户无权查看。 用户查看个人私人定制系统中的文 件时, 只需要通过指纹识别技术在多用户之间实现切换和激活即可, 能够有效防止账 户密码的遗忘和丢失。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种用户档案信息处理方法、 装置、 机顶盒、 遥控器及系统具有以下有益效果: 机顶盒接收遥控器上的指纹采集器采集到的用户 指纹后, 创建出与用户相关的个人私密系统即用户档案信息。 其次, 机顶盒通过遥 控器信号进行判断, 对用户的个人操作习惯等进行记忆和存档。 同时, 对该用户录 制的视频、 上传的文件、 音乐、 图片等资料进行指纹加密。 在未开放权限的情况下, 其他用户无权查看。 用户查看个人私人定制系统中的文件时, 只需要通过指纹识别 技术在多用户之间实现切换和激活即可, 能够有效防止账户密码的遗忘和丢失。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用户档案信息处理方法, 包括: 机顶盒获取用户指纹;
所述机顶盒将所述用户指纹与预先建立的用户档案信息进行匹配, 确定相 应的所述用户档案信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户档案信息包括以下至少之一: 个人档案信息, 用于记录用户的个性化定制信息或操作信息; 私人存储信息, 用于记录用户的存储内容。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述个人档案信息包括以下至少之一: 用户个人操作习惯、 用户个人订购 列表、 用户个人录制列表、 用户个人频道收藏; 和 /或
所述私人存储信息包括以下至少之一: 用户个人录制存储、 用户个人文件 存储、 用户个人音乐存储、 用户个人图片存储。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述机顶盒将所述用户指纹与预先建立的 所述用户档案信息进行匹配之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述机顶盒采集所述用户指纹;
所述机顶盒建立所述用户指纹与所述用户档案信息的对应关系。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 查看相应的所述用户档案信息之后, 所述 方法还包括: 所述机顶盒确定与所述用户档案信息相应的显示内容。
6. 一种用户档案信息处理装置, 位于机顶盒上, 包括: 获取模块, 设置为获取用户指纹;
确定模块, 设置为将所述用户指纹与预先建立的用户档案信息进行匹配, 确定相应的所述用户档案信息。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括内容模块, 设置为确定与 所述用户档案信息相应的显示内容。 一种机顶盒, 包括权利要求 6或 7所述的装置。 一种遥控器, 包括: 指纹识别器, 设置为采集用户指纹;
处理器, 设置为将所述用户指纹发送给机顶盒, 或者, 对所述用户指纹进 行识别和处理, 并将识别和处理后的所述用户指纹发送给所述机顶盒。 一种机顶盒控制系统, 包括: 权利要求 9所述的遥控器和权利要求 8所述的机 顶盒。
