Abstract

一种弹性耳机线的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:(I)制备弹性芯线(1);(II)编织导电层(2):以该弹性芯线为中心,由漆包线编织弹性伸缩网管;(III)制备弹性绝缘保护层(3),将该弹性绝缘保护层套设在该导电层外围,形成弹性耳机线。该弹性耳机线具备优良的伸缩性和较长的伸缩长度,增加了耳机线的使用寿命,拓宽了耳机线的使用方式。

Description

一种弹性耳机线的制备方法及制品 技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种弹性耳机线的制备方法及制品。
背景技术
普通的导线是一般是由金属导线构成,但其反复弯曲性能较差,也较低,不能满足一些动态场合的使用。例如中国专利申请号200620090447.3《可伸缩电线、电缆》、和申请号86203746《弹性导线和电缆》揭示了两种具有伸缩性的导线,其共同点是均由导线中心是橡胶条和缠绕在橡胶条上的导体构成,优点是具有一定的伸缩性,但金属导体不可避免的会有金属疲劳问题,一旦反复伸缩弯曲就会导致金属导体的断裂,所以,上述两种产品在实际使用中仍会存在比较严重的使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足,提供一种弹性耳机线的制备方法及制品,本发明的制备方法将漆包线编织成弹性伸缩网管,从而制得的耳机线产品能够具备优良的伸缩性和较长的伸缩长度,并提高耳机线的使用寿命及使用效果。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种弹性耳机线的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤,
(1)制备弹性芯线:使用注塑机注塑出弹性丝,作为弹性耳机线的弹性芯线;
(2)编织导电层:以所述弹性芯线为中心,在其外表面编织导电层,该导电层为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管,该弹性伸缩网管与弹性芯线紧密结合;
(3)制备弹性绝缘保护层:使用注塑机注塑出圆筒形弹性绝缘保护层,该弹性绝缘保护层呈半透明或全透明,其内径比所述导电层外径略大,将该 弹性绝缘保护层套设在所述导电层外围,制成弹性耳机线。
在所述弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂。
所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层形成平面图案。
一种实施上述制备方法的弹性耳机线,其包括弹性芯线、编织在该弹性芯线表面的导电层,及套设在该导电层表面的弹性绝缘保护层,所述导电层为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管,在弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂。
所述导电层为漆包线以所述弹性芯线为中心,将漆包线编织成伸缩管网状,得到的具有伸缩功能的伸缩管网状导电层。
所述弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂。
所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层形成平面图案。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的制备方法将漆包线以弹性芯线为中心进行编织,得到的具有伸缩功能的伸缩管网状导电层,导电层与弹性芯线及弹性绝缘保护层共同组成弹性耳机线,该弹性耳机线具备优良的伸缩性和较长的伸缩长度,增加了耳机线的使用寿命,拓宽了耳机线的使用方式。
在弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂,在弹性耳机线不断发生伸缩时,导电层与弹性绝缘保护层能够顺利的产生滑移,经过多次的伸缩或者弯曲,导电层也不会发生磨损,保证弹性耳机线的性能。
漆包线的外层油漆可以是相同颜色的油漆或者不同颜色的油漆,再根据编织工艺,使编织成型的伸缩管网具有各种图案。
下面结合附图与具体实施方式,对本发明进一步说明。

具体实施方式
实施例,参见图1~图2,本实施例提供的弹性耳机线的制备方法,其包 括以下步骤,
(1)制备弹性芯线1:使用注塑机注塑出弹性丝,作为弹性耳机线的弹性芯线1;
(2)编织导电层2:以所述弹性芯线1为中心,在其外表面编织导电层2,该导电层2为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管,该弹性伸缩网管与弹性芯线1紧密结合;
(3)制备弹性绝缘保护层3:使用注塑机注塑出圆筒形弹性绝缘保护层3,该弹性绝缘保护层3呈半透明或全透明,其内径比所述导电层2外径略大,在弹性绝缘保护层3内表面涂覆一层润滑剂,将该弹性绝缘保护层3套设在所述导电层2外围,形成高韧性、弹性耳机线。
所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层2形成平面图案。并透过透明或半透明的弹性绝缘保护层3观察到平面图案。
一种弹性耳机线,其包括弹性芯线1、编织在该弹性芯线1表面的导电层2,及套设在该导电层2表面的弹性绝缘保护层3,所述导电层2为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管,在弹性绝缘保护层3内表面涂覆润滑剂。
所述导电层2为以所述弹性芯线1为中心,将漆包线编织成伸缩管网状,得到的具有伸缩功能的伸缩管网状导电层2。
所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层形成平面图案。
本实施例的制备方法以弹性芯线1为中心将漆包线编织成伸缩管网状导电层2,导电层2与弹性芯线1及弹性绝缘保护层3共同组成弹性耳机线,该弹性耳机线具备优良的伸缩性和较长的伸缩长度,增加了耳机线的使用寿命,拓宽了耳机线的使用方式。
在弹性绝缘保护层3内表面涂覆有润滑剂,在弹性耳机线不断发生伸缩或弯曲时,导电层2与弹性芯线1和弹性绝缘保护层3能够顺利的产生滑移,经过多次的伸缩或者弯曲,导电层2也不会发生磨损,保证弹性耳机线的性能。
漆包线的外层油漆可以是相同颜色的油漆或者不同颜色的油漆,再根据 编织工艺,使编织成型的伸缩管网具有各种鲜艳颜色的图案。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,采用与本发明上述实施例相同或近似的方法或结构,而得到的其他弹性耳机线的制备方法及制品,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种弹性耳机线的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤,
    (1)制备弹性芯线:使用注塑机注塑出弹性丝,作为弹性耳机线的弹性芯线;
    (2)编织导电层:以所述弹性芯线为中心,在其外表面编织导电层,该导电层为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管,该弹性伸缩网管与弹性芯线紧密结合;
    (3)制备弹性绝缘保护层:使用注塑机注塑出圆筒形弹性绝缘保护层,该弹性绝缘保护层呈半透明或全透明,其内径比所述导电层外径略大,将该弹性绝缘保护层套设在所述导电层外围,制成弹性耳机线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性耳机线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层形成平面图案。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性耳机线的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂。
  4. 一种实施权利要求1~3之一所述制备方法的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,其包括弹性芯线、编织在该弹性芯线表面的导电层,及套设在该导电层表面的弹性绝缘保护层,所述导电层为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,所述导电层为以所述弹性芯线为中心,将漆包线编织成伸缩管网状,得到的具有伸缩功能的伸缩管网状导电层。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,所述弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层形成平面图案。
