Claims (7)
- 一种弹性耳机线的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤,(1)制备弹性芯线:使用注塑机注塑出弹性丝,作为弹性耳机线的弹性芯线;(2)编织导电层:以所述弹性芯线为中心,在其外表面编织导电层,该导电层为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管,该弹性伸缩网管与弹性芯线紧密结合;(3)制备弹性绝缘保护层:使用注塑机注塑出圆筒形弹性绝缘保护层,该弹性绝缘保护层呈半透明或全透明,其内径比所述导电层外径略大,将该弹性绝缘保护层套设在所述导电层外围,制成弹性耳机线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹性耳机线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层形成平面图案。
- 根据权利要求1所述的弹性耳机线的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂。
- 一种实施权利要求1~3之一所述制备方法的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,其包括弹性芯线、编织在该弹性芯线表面的导电层,及套设在该导电层表面的弹性绝缘保护层,所述导电层为漆包线编织成的弹性伸缩网管。
- 根据权利要求4所述的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,所述导电层为以所述弹性芯线为中心,将漆包线编织成伸缩管网状,得到的具有伸缩功能的伸缩管网状导电层。
- 根据权利要求4所述的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,所述弹性绝缘保护层内表面涂覆有润滑剂。
- 根据权利要求4所述的弹性耳机线,其特征在于,所述漆包线表面设有相同或不同颜色的油漆,使编织成型的导电层形成平面图案。
