Description

拉锯 技术领域
本发明涉及石材切割设备制造领域,特别涉及一种拉锯。
背景技术
拉锯是用于将石材大块荒料分切成薄板的专用设备。目前的拉锯由单飞轮,与飞轮连接的曲柄和与曲柄连接带动的锯框组成,锯框内装有多组相互平行的锯片,并沿平行于锯片的方向做水平向往复运动,从而将石材大块荒料切割成规定后的薄板。薄板再经磨削以及切断等加工工序后,可以获得装饰效果良好的建筑用石材板。由于上述单飞轮、单曲柄结构的拉锯,其需要的推力、冲击力较大,所以造成更大的振动性,石材板加工时易出现破损或平整度不佳的情况,导致生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种拉锯,以解决现有技术中拉锯不便安装、移动、震动性大、生产效率低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种拉锯,包括:飞轮、一端与所述飞轮连接曲柄、以及与所述曲柄另一端连接的锯框;其中,所述飞轮有两组,所述两组飞轮分别通过所述曲柄连接至所述锯框两侧的中间,且所述飞轮和锯框由底座支撑。
作为优选,所述底座包括底台、设置于所述底台一端的固定座和若干立柱,所述立柱分设于所述锯框的四个顶角处,所述立柱顶部设有供所述锯框往复运动的导套,所述立柱之间通过连接座固定连接。
作为优选,所述两组飞轮均为偏心皮带轮。
作为优选,所述两组飞轮分别为主动轮和从动轮;其中,所述主动轮由 一驱动电机控制,并通过一主轴控制所述从动轮同步转动。
作为优选,所述主轴通过主轴座固定在所述固定座上。
作为优选,所述主轴分别通过轴承组件与所述主动轮和从动轮连接。
作为优选,所述驱动电机固定设置在所述主轴座的一侧,与所述主动轮通过一皮带连接。
作为优选,所述锯框的四个顶角处分别设有与所述导套对应的静压装置。
作为优选,所述锯框包括前锯框板、后锯框板以及设置在所述前锯框板和后锯框板之间的两连接架,所述前锯框板、后锯框板和两连接架构成矩形框架。
作为优选,所述飞轮有两组,并分别通过所述曲柄连接至所述锯框两侧的中间。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、飞轮和锯框共同构成双飞轮锯框中间驱动式拉锯,其与底座分开设置,只需在底座上分别安装飞轮和锯框便可直接使用;
2、本发明中飞轮设置有两组,并且通过曲柄分别与锯框两侧的中间位置连接,既能够很好的控制住所述锯框动作,又确保了拉锯的驱动力,避免拉锯在载切过程中发生振动,进而提高了石材板的生产质量,同时提升了锯框的锯切能力;提高了生产效率;
3、通过设置底台,在底台上设立柱和固定座,将飞轮和锯框分别设置在固定座和立柱上,使得拉锯成一体式,不通过打桩安装即可直接使用,可有效解决安装时人为或校准仪器所造成的误差,减少因精度不佳所产生得故障及磨损,且需要移动拉锯时,亦不会破坏拉锯中的各部件。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。需说明的是,本发明附图均采用简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
实施例1
请参照图1,并结合图2~5,本实施例的拉锯,包括:底台10、设置于所述底台10上的固定座20和多个立柱60、设置在所述固定座20上的飞轮30、与所述飞轮30连接的曲柄40以及与所述曲柄40铰接的锯框50。具体地,所述飞轮30有两组,分别固定在所述固定座20的两侧,所述两组飞轮30之间通过一主轴80连接;所述两组飞轮30分别通过所述曲柄40连接至所述锯框50两侧的中间;所述立柱60有四组,分设于所述底台10两侧,分别位于所述锯框50的四个顶角位置处,进一步的,所述立柱60顶部设有供所述锯框50往复运动的导套601。本实施例中,底台10、固定座20和立柱60共同组成底座,该底座与其上的部件一体式设置,可以直接使用,可有效解决安装时人为或校准仪器所造成的误差,减少因精度不佳所产生的故障及磨损;移动拉锯时亦不会破坏拉锯的各部件。此外,两组飞轮30通过曲柄40分别与 锯框50两侧的中间位置连接,既能够很好的控制所述锯框50的动作,又确保了拉锯的驱动力,提升了锯框50的锯切能力。
请重点参照图2,所述立柱60通过若干螺钉固定在所述底台10上,所述立柱60之间通过连接座70固定连接,使得所述立柱60与底台10成为一整体,从而确保拉锯的稳定性,确保其在地基不额外打桩的情况下正常工作。
请重点参照图3~5,所述锯框50包括前锯框板501、后锯框板502以及设置在所述前锯框板501和后锯框板502之间的两连接架503,所述前锯框板501、后锯框板502和两连接架503构成矩形框架,所述曲柄40与所述连接架503的中心铰接,通过这种方式的连接,便于更好的控制所述锯框50的移动,从而更好的锯切石材。
请继续参照图3~5,所述两组飞轮30均为偏心皮带轮。所述两组飞轮30中一个为主动轮301,另一个为从动轮302;其中,所述主动轮301由设置在所述固定座20一侧的驱动电机(图中未示出)控制,所述主动轮301与驱动电机之间采用皮带连接。所述从动轮302与主动轮301之间通过一主轴80连接,驱动电机控制主动轮301转动同时带动所述从动轮302同步转动。
作为优选,请重点参考图3和图4,所述主轴80通过主轴座90固定在所述固定座20上。所述主轴80与所述主动轮301和从动轮302之间分别通过轴承组件801连接,所述曲柄40与飞轮30和锯框50之间也是通过轴承组件连接。
请重点参照图3,所述锯框50的四个顶角处分别设有与所述导套601对应的静压装置504,通过静压装置504可以确保锯框50与立柱60之间的紧密型,保证了拉锯的加工稳定性和精度。
请继续参照图1~5,下面将详细说明本实施例拉锯的工作过程:
首先,在底台10上与锯框50对应的位置处放置石材;
接着,驱动电机动作,带动主动轮301转动,同时主动轮301带动从动轮302转动;
接着,主动轮301和从动轮302通过曲柄40带动锯框50在导套601内做往复运动,从而进行石材切割动作。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别点在于,结构不同。
具体地,本实施例的飞轮和锯框共同构成双飞轮锯框中间驱动式拉锯,其与底座分开设置,通过在底座上分别安装飞轮30和锯框50便可直接使用。而本实施例通过设置两组飞轮30,既能够很好的控制所述锯框50的动作,又确保了拉锯的驱动力,提高产品良率,提升了锯框50的锯切能力,进而提高了拉锯的工作效率。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包括这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拉锯,其特征在于,包括:飞轮、一端与所述飞轮连接的曲柄、以及与所述曲柄另一端连接的锯框;其中,所述飞轮有两组,所述两组飞轮分别通过所述曲柄连接至所述锯框两侧的中间,且所述飞轮和锯框由底座支撑。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拉锯,其特征在于,所述底座包括底台、设置于所述底台一端的固定座和若干立柱,所述立柱分设于所述锯框的四个顶角处,所述立柱顶部设有供所述锯框往复运动的导套,所述立柱之间通过连接座固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的拉锯,其特征在于,所述两组飞轮均为偏心皮带轮。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的拉锯,其特征在于,所述两组飞轮分别为主动轮和从动轮;其中,所述主动轮由一驱动电机控制,并通过一主轴控制所述从动轮同步转动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的拉锯,其特征在于,所述主轴通过主轴座固定在所述固定座上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的拉锯,其特征在于,所述驱动电机固定设置在所述主轴座的一侧,与所述主动轮通过一皮带连接。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的拉锯,其特征在于,所述主轴分别通过轴承组件与所述主动轮和从动轮连接。
