一种可更换眼镜镜脚结构,在镜框(1)和镜脚(2)之间设有连接件(3),连接件(3)的前端枢接在镜框上,连接件的后端形成水平转轴(32)和径向定位杆(33),水平转轴(32)和径向定位杆(33)垂直连接,在镜脚(2)的前端开设水平轴孔(21)和径向定位槽(22),水平轴孔(21)上开设轴向剖槽(23),水平轴孔(21)、轴向剖槽(23)和径向定位槽(22)垂直贯通,借助水平转轴(32)和水平轴孔(21)配合使连接件(3)的后端与镜脚(2)枢接在一起,并借助径向定位杆(33)与径向定位槽(22)配合使连接件(3)的后端与镜脚(2)固定在一起。该结构可以方便镜脚的组装更换。

Description

可更换眼镜镜脚结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种眼镜,特别与可更换镜脚结构有关。
背景技术
现有技术中,眼镜大致是由镜框、镜脚和镜片组成。镜框和镜脚一般通过螺丝枢接在一起。镜脚更换时,需要用专业工具将枢接的螺丝旋上或旋下,操作十分不方便。而且,反复更换后,容易造成螺丝与螺丝孔配合松动,直接影响镜框和镜脚的枢接。
有鉴于此,本发明人特别研制了一种新型镜脚结构,以方便更换操作,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可更换眼镜镜脚结构,以方便镜脚的组装更换。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
可更换眼镜镜脚结构,在镜框和镜脚之间设有连接件,连接件的前端枢接在镜框上,连接件的后端形成水平转轴和径向定位杆,水平转轴和径向定位杆垂直连接,在镜脚的前端开设水平轴孔和径向定位槽,水平轴孔上开设轴向剖槽,水平轴孔、轴向剖槽和径向定位槽垂直贯通,借助水平转轴和水平轴孔配合使连接件的后端与镜脚枢接在一起,并借助径向定位杆与径向定位槽配合使连接件的后端与镜脚固定在一起。
所述连接件的前端和镜框上形成相互配合的枢座,枢座上开设枢孔,枢接用螺丝穿插在枢孔中,使连接件的前端和镜框枢接在一起。
所述径向定位杆的直径小于水平转轴的直径,轴向剖槽的宽度大于径向定位杆的直径,径向定位槽的宽度小于径向定位杆的直径。
采用上述方案后,本发明结构简单,镜脚组装时,将连接件的前端枢接在镜框上,再借助水平转轴和水平轴孔配合、径向定位杆与径向定位槽配合使连接件的后端与镜脚固定在一起,如此通过连接件使镜脚枢接在镜框上,组装方便。
镜脚更换时,只需将径向定位杆从径向定位槽脱出,再将水平转轴从水平轴孔脱出,即可拆解旧镜脚,更换新镜脚重新组装,整个更换操作无需专业工具,操作十分方便,反复更换都不必拆解螺丝,保证镜框和镜脚的枢接稳定。
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,是本发明的较佳实施例。
本发明揭示的可更换眼镜镜脚结构,是在镜框1和镜脚2之间设有连接件3。
连接件3的前端枢接在镜框1上。为了方便枢接配合,连接件3的前端和镜框1上形成相互配合的枢座31和11,枢座31和11上开设对应的枢孔,枢接用螺丝4穿插在对应的枢孔中,使连接件3的前端和镜框1枢接在一起,配合图2所示。
连接件3的后端形成水平转轴32和径向定位杆33,水平转轴32和径向定位杆33垂直连接。在镜脚2的前端开设水平轴孔21和径向定位槽22,水平轴孔21上开设轴向剖槽23,水平轴孔21、轴向剖槽23和径向定位槽22垂直贯通。镜脚2组装时,如图3所示,水平转轴32插入水平轴孔21配合,使连接件3的后端与镜脚2枢接在一起,其间径向定位杆33通过轴向剖槽23,并如图4所示,转动镜脚2,径向定位杆33卡入径向定位槽22配合,使连接件3的后端与镜脚2固定在一起,如此通过连接件3使镜脚2枢接在镜框1上,组装方便。
为了使装配更方便、牢固,此实施例将径向定位杆33的直径设计成小于水平转轴32的直径,轴向剖槽23的宽度大于径向定位杆33的直径以方便径向定位杆33通过轴向剖槽23,径向定位槽22的宽度小于径向定位杆33的直径以便令径向定位杆33牢固卡入径向定位槽22中定位。
本发明进行镜脚2更换时,在图4所示状态下,转动镜脚2,将径向定位杆33从径向定位槽22脱出,再如图3所示,将水平转轴32从水平轴孔21脱出,其间径向定位杆33通过轴向剖槽23,即可拆解旧镜脚,更换新镜脚重新组装。整个更换操作无需专业工具,操作十分方便,反复更换都不必拆解螺丝,保证镜框1和镜脚2的枢接稳定。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例,并非对本发明的保护范围的限定。凡依本案的设计思路所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1、可更换眼镜镜脚结构,其特征在于:在镜框和镜脚之间设有连接件,连接件的前端枢接在镜框上,连接件的后端形成水平转轴和径向定位杆,水平转轴和径向定位杆垂直连接,在镜脚的前端开设水平轴孔和径向定位槽,水平轴孔上开设轴向剖槽,水平轴孔、轴向剖槽和径向定位槽垂直贯通,借助水平转轴和水平轴孔配合使连接件的后端与镜脚枢接在一起,并借助径向定位杆与径向定位槽配合使连接件的后端与镜脚固定在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的可更换眼镜镜脚结构,其特征在于:所述连接件的前端和镜框上形成相互配合的枢座,枢座上开设枢孔,枢接用螺丝穿插在枢孔中,使连接件的前端和镜框枢接在一起。
3、如权利要求1所述的可更换眼镜镜脚结构,其特征在于:所述径向定位杆的直径小于水平转轴的直径,轴向剖槽的宽度大于径向定位杆的直径,径向定位槽的宽度小于径向定位杆的直径。
