Description

一种镜脚连接结构 技术领域
本发明涉及眼镜的技术领域,特别涉及一种镜脚连接结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,眼镜的镜脚通常是借助枢接方式与镜框连接在一起。所谓枢接方式,大致有两种。
一种是在镜脚和镜框上形成枢接座,在枢接座上形成螺纹孔和通孔,将螺丝穿过通孔并旋入螺纹孔中,使镜脚和镜框枢接在一起,这种枢接采用了螺丝(金属件),安装拆卸需要借助工具,操作不方便,而且,螺丝连接安全性差,也不环保。
另一种是在镜框上形成轴孔和让位槽,在镜脚上形成枢轴和连接段,将枢轴插置在轴孔中,并使连接段与让位槽对齐,即使得镜脚和镜框枢接在一起,这种枢接方式采用直接插入安装或直接抽拔拆卸,操作更方便,而且,因为没有使用螺丝等金属件,所以安全性高,也环保,特别适合小朋友使用。但是,这种镜脚容易因枢轴与轴孔的配合偏松而造成镜脚在镜框上容易自动打开,更甚者会脱落的情形,所以,连接不够牢固,而且,镜脚开合操作时手感较差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种镜脚连接结构,使镜脚的组装、拆卸及更换都十分方便、容易,而且,连接更加牢固。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种镜脚连接结构,在镜框上沿纵向形成同轴的轴槽和轴孔,在镜框上沿横向形成让位槽,让位槽与轴槽靠近轴孔的位置贯通,在镜脚上形成枢轴和连接段,连接段与枢轴的中间连接,枢轴的两端形成弹性剖槽,枢轴的两端插置在轴孔和轴槽中,且连接段与让位槽对齐,使镜脚和镜框枢接在一起。
所述枢轴的两端表面形成凸起和导角。
所述轴槽的开口呈C型,且C型开口靠近镜框的转弯处。
采用上述方案后,本发明没有使用螺丝等金属件,安全性高,也环保,特别适合小朋友使用,直接插拔进行安装或拆卸,使镜脚的组装、拆卸及更换都不需再借助工具,收折操作十分方便、容易,而且,本发明的枢轴借助弹性剖槽,使枢轴与轴槽和轴孔配合更紧,连接更加牢固,镜脚开合时受紧配合产生的阻力影响,操作手感更好。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,是本发明揭示的一种镜脚连接结构,在镜框1上沿纵向形成同轴的轴槽11和轴孔12,在镜框1上沿横向形成让位槽13,轴槽11靠近轴孔的位置与让位槽13贯通,在镜脚2上形成枢轴21和连接段22,连接段22与枢轴21的中间连接,枢轴21的两端形成弹性剖槽23。
为了使枢轴21与轴槽11和轴孔12配合更牢固,此实施例在枢轴21的两端表面形成凸起24,而为了使插入安装和拔出拆卸时较为省力,此实施例在枢轴21的两端表面形成导角25。
为了防止枢轴21沿轴线方向从轴孔12和轴槽11中随意脱出,此实施例还将轴槽11的开口14设计呈C型,且C型开口14靠近镜框1的转弯处,使镜脚2在自然收折角度连接段22与开口14的位置错开,因为通常镜脚2在无外力特别作用时很难收折至完全紧靠镜框1,所以,枢轴21也就无法沿轴线方向从轴槽11和轴孔12中脱出,确保了镜脚连接的牢固性。
本发明镜脚2组装时,将枢轴21对准轴槽11,并将连接段22对准轴槽11的开口14,然后,将枢轴21由下向上插入,至连接段22与让位槽13对齐,此时,枢轴21以可转动的方式插置在轴槽11和轴孔12中,借助弹性剖槽23使转动配合张弛有度,镜脚2和镜框1以枢接的方式牢固连接在一起,组装操作十分方便。
本发明镜脚2拆卸时,使连接段22与开口14的位置对齐,枢轴21从轴槽11和轴孔12中由上向下退出即可,拆卸操作也很方便。
本发明镜脚2开合时,因为弹性剖槽23引起的紧配合,使转动时阻力增加,所以,操作手感更好。
以上所述仅为本发明的一个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1、一种镜脚连接结构,其特征在于:在镜框上沿纵向形成同轴的轴槽和轴孔,在镜框上沿横向形成让位槽,让位槽与轴槽靠近轴孔的位置贯通,在镜脚上形成枢轴和连接段,连接段与枢轴的中间连接,枢轴的两端形成弹性剖槽,枢轴的两端插置在轴孔和轴槽中,且连接段与让位槽对齐,使镜脚和镜框枢接在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种镜脚连接结构,其特征在于:所述枢轴的两端表面形成凸起和导角。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种镜脚连接结构,其特征在于:所述轴槽的开口呈C型,且C型开口靠近镜框的转弯处。
