一种可更换式眼镜腿 技术领域
本发明公开一种眼镜腿,特别是一种可更换式眼镜腿。
背景技术
眼镜是人们常见的物品,一般的眼镜都包括镜框、镜片和眼镜腿等几个部分,而眼镜腿通常是用螺钉安装在镜框两侧的。佩戴过眼镜的人都知道,眼镜腿直接决定着一个眼镜佩戴时的舒适程度,两个眼镜腿之间的宽度、眼镜腿的弧度等,都会对一个眼镜的佩戴产生影响。一些公共眼镜,如:观看3D电影时佩戴的特殊眼镜,由于其使用人群众多,不可能做到为每个人都量身定做,只能是做成同样大小,这样就只能使少部分人佩戴起来比较舒适,而大多数人群只能忍受着看电影。同样,近视镜和老花镜等的眼镜腿也是通过螺钉安装在镜框上的,当眼镜腿损坏或者使用者想要更换眼镜腿而改变一下眼镜的风格的时候,只能将螺钉扭下来更换眼镜腿,操作繁琐,存在很多不便之处,且更换眼镜腿后,不容易调试好,会影响眼镜的使用。
发明内容
针对上述提到的现有技术中的眼镜腿更换不便的缺点,本发明提供一种新的眼镜腿结构,眼镜腿主体和一个连接件之间采用卡接结构连接在一起,将连接件通过螺钉安装在镜框上,再将眼镜腿主体和连接件卡接在一起即可,拆装、更换时灵活、方便。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种可更换式眼镜腿,眼镜腿包括眼镜腿主体和连接件,眼镜腿主体前端固定设置有卡接槽,连接件前端为连接端,连接件后端为可插入卡接槽并卡接在卡接槽内的弹性卡片。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案进一步还包括:
所述的卡接槽与眼镜腿主体之间形成一个前端开口的空腔,卡接槽内侧前端设有防脱槽。
所述的弹性卡片呈'U'形,防脱槽前端形状与弹性卡片前端形状相吻合。
所述的防脱槽前端边沿距卡接槽内侧后端的距离与弹性卡片自由端长度相等。
所述的弹性卡片上部固定设有可压迫弹性卡片,使其脱离卡接槽的压板。
所述的压板通过连接柱固定安装在弹性卡片前端。
所述的卡接槽前端顶部开有与连接柱对应的缺口。
所述的弹性卡片底部设有限位台,限位台宽度大于卡接槽内空腔的宽度。
所述的卡接槽上对应于限位台位置处开有限位开口,限位台设置在限位开口内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过巧妙的设计使眼镜腿主体和连接件之间可以随意拆分,当二者组装在一起形成一个完整的眼镜时,可保证眼镜腿主体和连接件之间前后、左右、上下都不会发生相对移动,二者连接牢固紧密,当需要维修或更换眼镜腿时,又可方便简单的将二者拆开,极大的增加了使用的方便性。
下面将结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。

具体实施方式
本实施例为本发明优选实施方式,其他凡其原理和基本结构与本实施例相同或近似的,均在本发明保护范围之内。
请参看附图1至附图5,本发明主要包括两大部分,即眼镜腿主体1和连接件2。本发明中为了描述更加清楚、方便,特将眼镜腿与眼镜框连接的一端定义为前端,另一端定义为后端。眼镜腿主体1前端固定安装有卡接槽3,卡接槽3与眼镜腿主体1前端共同围成一个空腔,空腔的前端设有开口,用于插装连接件2。请结合参看附图6,本实施例中,连接件2包括两大部分,后端为弹性卡片,用于与眼镜腿主体1进行连接,前端为与眼镜框连接的连接端,本实施例中,连接端上设有安装孔4,可通过螺钉与眼镜框连接,具体实施时,也可采用其他连接结构。本实施例中,弹性卡片呈'U'形,弹性卡片一端与连接端连接,另一端为自由端,自由端上通过连接柱10安装有一个压板7,本实施例中,连接柱10为圆柱形,压板7为椭圆柱形,卡接槽3顶部开有一个缺口5,连接柱10可以插入缺口5内。本实施例中,弹性卡片宽度与卡接槽3内空腔的宽度相吻合,可使弹性卡片刚好卡入卡接槽3内,弹性卡片与连接端连接的一端两侧设有限位台8,限位台8处的宽度大于卡接槽3内空腔的宽度,可限制弹性卡片插入深度。卡接槽3两侧与限位台8相接处的地方设有两个小限位口11,当连接件2插入眼镜腿主体1内时,限位台8可刚好卡入限位口11内,可有效防止连接件2与眼镜腿主体1之间上下相对移动。本实施例中,弹性卡片自由端的前端,即弹性卡片前端9位置处呈圆弧形,卡接槽3内侧顶部设有与之形状相吻合的防脱槽6,防脱槽6前端边沿距卡接槽3内侧后端的距离与弹性卡片自由端长度相等,当弹性卡片插入卡接槽3内时,弹性卡片前端9即刚好卡在防脱槽6内,可防止连接件2与眼镜腿主体1之间左右相对移动。
本发明在使用时,将连接件2安装在眼镜镜框上,将连接件2上的弹性卡片插入眼镜腿主体1上的卡接槽3内,当其完全插入时,靠弹性卡片自身的弹力的作用,弹性卡片前端9卡接在防脱槽6内,同时,限位台8卡在限位口11内,以保证眼镜腿主体1和连接件2之间不会相对移动;本发明在拆分时,用力压下压板7,使弹性卡片前端9从防脱槽6内脱出,再将连接件2和眼镜腿主体1拉开即可。
本发明通过巧妙的设计使眼镜腿主体和连接件之间可以随意拆分,当二者组装在一起形成一个完整的眼镜时,可保证眼镜腿主体和连接件之间前后、左右、上下都不会发生相对移动,二者连接牢固紧密,当需要维修或更换眼镜腿时,又可方便简单的将二者拆开,极大的增加了使用的方便性。

Claims (9)

1、一种可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的眼镜腿包括眼镜腿主体和连接件,眼镜腿主体前端固定设置有卡接槽,连接件前端为连接端,连接件后端为可插入卡接槽并卡接在卡接槽内的弹性卡片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的卡接槽与眼镜腿主体之间形成一个前端开口的空腔,卡接槽内侧前端设有防脱槽。
3、根据权利要求2所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的弹性卡片呈'U'形,防脱槽前端形状与弹性卡片前端形状相吻合。
4、根据权利要求2所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的防脱槽前端边沿距卡接槽内侧后端的距离与弹性卡片自由端长度相等。
5、根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的弹性卡片上部固定设有可压迫弹性卡片,使其脱离卡接槽的压板。
6、根据权利要求5所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的压板通过连接柱固定安装在弹性卡片前端。
7、根据权利要求6所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的卡接槽前端顶部开有与连接柱对应的缺口。
8、根据权利要求2至4中任意一项所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的弹性卡片底部设有限位台,限位台宽度大于卡接槽内空腔的宽度。
9、根据权利要求8所述的可更换式眼镜腿,其特征是:所述的卡接槽上对应于限位台位置处开有限位开口,限位台设置在限位开口内。
