Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation pour encapsuler physiquement, dans une particule d'hydrogel, un liposome contenant une substance active liposoluble, et plus particulièrement, concerne un procédé pour fixer physiquement un liposome à un réseau réticulé d'hydrogel par : préparation d'un liposome contenant au moins une substance active liposoluble in vivo parmi un dérivé de phytosphingosine, le rétinol et un dérivé de celui-ci, un céramide, l'idébénone, et un agent de croissance des cheveux ou tonifiant pour les cheveux faiblement hydrosoluble ; obtention d'une émulsion E/H contenant, dans une phase aqueuse, le liposome préparé de cette manière en utilisant un procédé de mélange de fluide en flux ; et réticulation de polymère sélective uniquement de la phase aqueuse. Un film d'hydrogel n'est pas rompu par un tensioactif ou un sel même après que des particules de liposome-hydrogel préparées par la présente invention ont été mélangées dans une composition cosmétique, et donc un liposome contenant une substance active est encapsulé de façon stable à l'intérieur d'une particule d'hydrogel.
