Abstract
Description
また、特許文献2には、チアフェナシルを含む式(1)のウラシル系化合物と、除草性化合物とを含有する除草組成物が記載されている。
しかしながら、特許文献1には(A)チアフェナシルと(B)フラザスルフロンとを組合せることにつき具体的な記載は一切見られない。
また、それらを組み合わせた場合に相乗的な除草効果を発揮することに関する開示はない。さらに、特許文献2にフラザスルフロンは記載されていない。
本発明の目的は、それぞれ単独の有効成分が示す除草活性を超えた高活性を有する、2種の有効成分を組み合わせた除草組成物と、この組成物を用いた除草方法を提供することである。
即ち、本発明は、(A)チアフェナシル又はその塩(以下化合物Aと略す)と(B)フラザスルフロン又はその塩(以下化合物Bと略す)とを有効成分として含有する除草組成物に関する。
また、本発明は、化合物Aと化合物Bとを有効成分として含有する除草組成物を望ましくない植物又はそれらが生育する場所に施用し、望ましくない植物を防除又はその生育を抑制する方法に関する。
さらに、本発明は、化合物Aの除草有効量と、化合物Bの除草有効量とを望ましくない植物又はそれらが生育する場所に施用し、望ましくない植物を防除又はその生育を抑制する方法に関する。
2種の有効成分を組み合わせた場合の除草活性が、その2種の有効成分各々の除草活性の単純な合計(期待される活性)よりも大きくなる場合、これを相乗作用という。2種の有効成分の組合せにより期待される活性は、次のようにして計算することができる(Colby S.R.、「Weed」15巻、20~22頁、1967年を参照)。

α;除草剤Xをxg/haの量で処理した時の生育抑制率
β;除草剤Yをyg/haの量で処理した時の生育抑制率
E;除草剤Xをxg/ha及び除草剤Yをyg/haの量で処理した時に期待される生育抑制率
すなわち、実際の生育抑制率(実測値)が上記計算による生育抑制率(計算値)より大きい場合には、組合せによる活性は相乗作用を示すということができる。本発明の除草組成物は、上記式で計算した場合、相乗作用を示す。
重量比で500:1~1:100であり、望ましくは50:1~1:33.3であり、より望ましくは20:1~1:10であり、更に望ましくは8:1~1:2である。
(1)本発明の除草組成物は顕著な相乗効果を奏し、化合物A及び化合物B双方の施用量が少量であっても良好な除草効果を奏することから、周辺環境に与える影響が抑えられる。
(2)化合物A、又は化合物Bそれぞれを、単独で施用する場合に比して、除草効果の持続性が長い、即ち、長期残効性を持った除草組成物を提供できる場合がある。
(3)化合物A、又は化合物Bそれぞれを、単独で施用する場合に比して、イネ科草種及び広葉草種の両方に高い効果を示す、広スペクトルの除草組成物を提供できる場合がある。
(4)化合物Aと化合物Bは、作用性の異なる組み合わせであるため、除草剤抵抗性雑草や低感受性雑草の出現を抑えられる場合がある。
(5)化合物A、又は化合物Bそれぞれを、単独で施用する場合に比して、有用作物に対する安全性が向上する場合がある。
1.化合物Aと化合物Bとを一緒に混合し、製剤調製したものをそのまま施用する。
2.化合物Aと化合物Bとを一緒に混合し、製剤調製したものを水等で所定濃度に希釈し、必要に応じて各種展着剤(界面活性剤、植物油、鉱物油など)を添加して施用する。
3.化合物Aと化合物Bとを別々に製剤調製し、各々をそのまま施用する。
4.化合物Aと化合物Bとを別々に製剤調製し、必要に応じて各々を水等で所定濃度に希釈し、必要に応じて各種展着剤(界面活性剤、植物油、鉱物油など)を添加して、各々施用する。
5.化合物Aと化合物Bとを別々に製剤調製したものを、水等で所定濃度に希釈する時に混合し、必要に応じて各種展着剤(界面活性剤、植物油、鉱物油など)を添加して施用する。
(1)(A)チアフェナシル又はその塩と(B)フラザスルフロン又はその塩とを含有する除草組成物。
(2)(A)と(B)との混合比率が重量比で500:1~1:100である、前記(1)に記載の組成物。
(3)(A)と(B)との混合比率が重量比で20:1~1:10である、前記(1)に記載の組成物。
(4)(A)と(B)との混合比率が重量比で8:1~1:2である、前記(1)に記載の組成物。
(5)(A)チアフェナシル又はその塩の除草有効量と(B)フラザスルフロン又はその塩の除草有効量とを望ましくない植物又はそれらが生育する場所に施用し、望ましくない植物を防除又はその生育を抑制する方法。
(6)(A)を5~500g/ha、(B)を1~500g/ha施用する、前記(5)に記載の方法。
(7)(A)を10~200g/ha、(B)を10~100g/ha施用する、前記(5)に記載の方法。
(8)(A)を12.5~150g/ha、(B)を20~40g/ha施用する、前記(5)に記載の方法。
試験例1
1/1,000,000haバットに畑作土壌をつめ、メヒシバ(large crabgrass(Digitaria sanguinalis L.))の種子を播種した。7葉齢に達したメヒシバに、チアフェナシルを通常の製剤方法に準じて調製した乳剤(EC剤)、フラザスルフロンを有効成分とする顆粒水和剤(WG剤/商品名:シバゲンDF、石原産業株式会社製)の所定量を、1ヘクタールあたり300リットル相当の水に希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、24日目にメヒシバの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査し、下記評価基準に従って評価した。生育抑制率(%)〔実測値〕及びコルビー(Colby)の方法により算出した生育抑制率(%)〔計算値〕を第1表に示す。
生育抑制率(%)=0(無処理区同等)~100(完全枯殺)の抑草率(%)

薬剤処理後、14日目にメヒシバの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査し、前記試験例1と同様の評価基準に従って評価した。生育抑制率(%)〔実測値〕及びコルビー(Colby)の方法により算出した生育抑制率(%)〔計算値〕を第2表に示す。
果樹圃場を一試験区あたり0.5平方メートルに区分けした。その後自然発生したツユクサ(common dayflower(Commelina communis L.))が35-40cmに達したとき、チアフェナシルを通常の製剤方法に準じて調製したマイクロエマルジョン製剤(ME剤)、フラザスルフロンを有効成分とするWG剤(試験例1に同じ)の所定量を、農業用展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions LLC.社製)を0.5vol%含む水(1ヘクタール当たり300リットル相当)で希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、23日目にツユクサの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査し、前記試験例1と同様の評価基準に従って評価した。生育抑制率(%)〔実測値〕及びコルビー(Colby)の方法により算出した生育抑制率(%)〔計算値〕を第3表に示す。
果樹圃場を一試験区あたり0.5平方メートルに区分けした。その後自然発生したメヒシバ(large crabgrass(Digitaria sanguinalis L.))が50-55cmに達したとき、チアフェナシルを有効成分とするME剤(試験例3に同じ)、フラザスルフロンを有効成分とするWG剤(試験例1に同じ)の所定量を、農業用展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions LLC.社製)を0.5vol%含む水(1ヘクタール当たり300リットル相当)で希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、23日目にメヒシバの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査し、前記試験例1と同様の評価基準に従って評価した。生育抑制率(%)〔実測値〕及びコルビー(Colby)の方法により算出した生育抑制率(%)〔計算値〕を第4表に示す。
果樹圃場を一試験区あたり0.5平方メートルに区分けした。その後自然発生したスギナ(common horsetail(Equisetum arvense))が15-20cmに達したとき、チアフェナシルを有効成分とするME剤(試験例3に同じ)、フラザスルフロンを有効成分とするWG剤(試験例1に同じ)の所定量を、農業用展着剤(商品名:Destiny HC、Winfield Solutions LLC.社製)を0.5vol%含む水(1ヘクタール当たり300リットル相当)で希釈し、小型スプレーで茎葉処理した。
薬剤処理後、23日目にスギナの生育状態を肉眼で観察調査し、前記試験例1と同様の評価基準に従って評価した。生育抑制率(%)〔実測値〕及びコルビー(Colby)の方法により算出した生育抑制率(%)〔計算値〕を第5表に示す。
Claims (9)
- (A)チアフェナシル又はその塩と、(B)フラザスルフロン又はその塩とを含有する除草組成物。
- (A)と(B)との混合比率が、重量比で500:1~1:100である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- (A)と(B)との混合比率が、重量比で20:1~1:10である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1、2又は3に記載の除草組成物を、望ましくない植物又はそれらが生育する場所に施用し、望ましくない植物を防除又はその生育を抑制する方法。
- 望ましくない植物が、メヒシバ属雑草(Digitaria spp.)、ツユクサ科雑草(commelinaceae)又はトクサ科雑草(equisetaceae)である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- (A)チアフェナシル又はその塩の除草有効量と、(B)フラザスルフロン又はその塩の除草有効量とを、望ましくない植物又はそれらが生育する場所に施用し、望ましくない植物を防除又はその生育を抑制する方法。
- (A)を5~500g/ha、(B)を1~500g/ha施用する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- (A)を10~200g/ha、(B)を10~100g/ha施用する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 望ましくない植物が、メヒシバ属雑草(Digitaria spp.)、ツユクサ科雑草(commelinaceae)又はトクサ科雑草(equisetaceae)である、請求項6、7又は8に記載の方法。
