Description

医用体位保持带固定装置

技术领域

背景技术
目前,在医用领域,当病人需要做手术时,医院一般采用捆绑式的绑带(也称“医用体位保持带”)来约束病人的身体部位,防止病人在移动过程中造成自身的伤害。现有医用体位保持带通常一端或两端安装有固定装置,通过该固定装置将医用体位保持带固定到手术床的侧导轨上,从而保持病人的体位不动。
目前的医用体位保持带固定装置主要分两种方案:一是钣金折弯结构(如图1(a)所示),该钣金折弯结构与侧导轨105结合后靠摆块100实现重力自锁,即在不抬起摆块的情况下无法分离;二是靠螺栓实现固定。
方案一的缺陷:无预紧力,与侧导轨结合后可随意滑动,因此它只能安装在侧导轨连接柱106之间,不能安装在一端有开口的地方(如图1(b)所示);另外当侧导轨与水平面成30°的角度时,钣金折弯结构会滑动;由于其结构特殊性,方案一的医用体位保持带固定装置无法满足不同手术床的侧导轨。
方案二的缺陷:采用螺栓200来锁紧固定(如图2所示),不仅耗时而且不易清洁。
发明内容
本发明的一目的是克服现有医用体位保持带固定装置的上述缺陷,提供一种医用体位保持带固定装置,其能提供预夹持力,能安装在手术床侧导轨上的任意位置,确保其在侧导轨与水平面成30°的角度时不滑动,能用于不同手术床的侧导轨(只要侧导轨高度是一定的),避免使用螺栓固定从而提高使用效率且容易清洁。

下面,结合附图对本发明的优选实施方式进行说明。
图3示出了本发明一实施例的医用体位保持带固定装置的爆炸装配图。本发明一实施例的医用体位保持带固定装置用于将医用体位保持带固定到手术床侧导轨和从手术床侧导轨释放,该医用体位保持带固定装置包括上夹件1、下夹件2和弹性件4,上夹件1或下夹件2联接至医用体位保持带。弹性件4的两端分别抵靠或固定至上夹件1和下夹件2。
上夹件1或下夹件2可直接联接至医用体位保持带。当然,上夹件1或下夹件2也可借助保持带联接件3联接至医用体位保持带,保持带联接件3的一 端固定至医用体位保持带,保持带联接件3的另一端固定至上夹件1或下夹件2(例如,图3示出了保持带联接件3的另一端固定至上夹件1)。
较佳的是,弹性件4设置在上夹件1和下夹件2中的至少一个夹件的弹性件容纳部29内。

如图5所示,上夹件1和下夹件2分别设有用于夹持手术床侧导轨5的夹持部11和21。
虽然图5仅仅示出了弹性件4设置在下夹件2的弹性件容纳部29内,但本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上可以理解,弹性件4同样也可设置在上夹件1的弹性件容纳部内。
如图5所示,夹持部11和21较佳地是钩形夹持部。当然,夹持部11和21也可呈现其它形状,只要能可靠地夹持手术床侧导轨5即可,例如夹持部11和21可以是与夹件的其余部分基本平齐的平面夹持部。
在图4-6所示的夹持状态,弹性件4依靠自身的弹力将上夹件和下夹件中的另一个夹件(图4-6所示为上夹件1)的夹持部(图4-6所示为夹持部11)移向所述一个夹件(图4-6所示为下夹件2)的夹持部(图4-6所示为夹持部21),从而将医用体位保持带固定到手术床侧导轨5上。

在图7(c)所示的夹持状态,如上所述,弹性件4依靠自身的弹力将上夹件1的夹持部11移向下夹件2的夹持部21,从而将医用体位保持带固定到手术床侧导轨5上。

在图7(a)所示的使用前状态,上夹件1的抵靠部10和下夹件2的抵靠部20依靠弹性件4的弹力彼此抵靠。由于在该使用前状态、上夹件1的抵靠部10和下夹件2的抵靠部20彼此抵靠,可实现以下有益技术效果:可防止上夹件1的夹持部11和下夹件2的夹持部21在该使用前状态因弹性件4的弹力而靠得太近,从而进一步避免使用者在将医用体位保持带固定装置从使用前状态切换至打开状态时需要克服过大的弹力,使医用体位保持带固定装置的夹持更加简易;在不使用医用体位保持带固定装置时,可将医用体位保持带固定装置稳定地保持在使用前状态,使得该医用体位保持带固定装置不容易散架。
当然,也可不额外地设置上夹件1的抵靠部10和下夹件2的抵靠部20,而在该使用前状态直接借助上夹件1的夹持部11和下夹件2的夹持部21进行抵靠,同样也能实现将医用体位保持带固定装置稳定地保持在使用前状态的技术效果,并且这样的医用体位保持带固定装置也能有效地将医用体位保持带固定到手术床侧导轨。在这样的情况下,与额外地设置上夹件1的抵靠部10和下夹件2的抵靠部20的情况相比,使用者在将医用体位保持带固定装置从使用前状态切换至打开状态时需要克服较大的弹力。
虽然图4-7仅仅示出了弹性件4将上夹件1的夹持部11移向下夹件2的夹持部21,但本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上可以理解,当弹性件4设置在上夹件1的弹性件容纳部内时,弹性件4也可将下夹件2的夹持部21移向上夹件1的夹持部11。
上夹件1和下夹件2能围绕一枢轴12相对于彼此枢转。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,枢轴12一体形成于上夹件1,并在下夹件2上设置枢轴围绕部22。当然,本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上可以理解,也可在下夹件2上一体形成枢轴并在上夹件1上设置枢轴围绕部,同样能实现上夹件1和下夹件2围绕枢轴相对于彼此枢转的技术效果。
在如图5所示枢轴12一体形成于上夹件1的情况下,下夹件2设有开槽。较佳的是,该开槽可如图3所示设置在下夹件2的枢轴围绕部22的横向中间位置。如图5所示,限位件31设置该开槽内,以防止上夹件1和下夹件2相对于彼此横向移动。
在另一实施例中,如图8所示,枢轴12’单独形成且穿过上夹件1和下夹件2。枢轴12’的一端设有枢轴帽12”,所述枢轴的另一端连接有固定螺钉(未示出),以防止上夹件1和下夹件2相对于彼此横向移动。
虽然以上描述了上夹件1和下夹件2能围绕一枢轴12相对于彼此枢转的技术方案,但本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上可以理解,上夹件1和下夹件2也可采用其它连接方案以实现医用体位保持带固定装置的夹持状态和打开状态。例如,上夹件1和下夹件2可采用滑轨连接,在夹持状态,弹性件依靠自身的弹力将上夹件1或下夹件2的夹持部移向下夹件2或上夹件1的夹持部,从而将医用体位保持带固定到手术床侧导轨上,而在打开状态,克服弹性件的弹力以将上夹件1或下夹件2的夹持部移离下夹件2或上夹件1的夹持部,从而将医用体位保持带从手术床侧导轨释放。
弹性件4较佳地是压缩弹簧,如图5所示。压缩弹簧4的一端抵靠下夹件2的弹性件容纳部29的底面,压缩弹簧4的另一端抵靠上夹件1。当然,压缩弹簧4的另一端也可不直接抵靠上夹件1,而是借助滑块6来抵靠上夹件1。
具体地说,本发明一实施例的医用体位保持带固定装置还可包括滑块6,如图5所示,滑块6插设于弹性件4与上夹件1之间且部分地容纳于弹性件容纳部2内。在弹性件4与上夹件1之间插设滑块6具有以下有益技术效果:该滑块通常由耐磨材料(例如塑料)制成,从而能避免弹性件4和上夹件1之间的过度磨损;该滑块与上夹件的接触面积通常比弹性件直接与上夹件的接触面积大,从而能保证弹性件与上夹件之间更稳定的接触并使整个医用体位保持带固定装置更加稳固。
虽然在图5所示的实施例中,弹性件4是压缩弹簧。然而,本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上可以理解,弹性件4也可以是拉伸弹簧、扭转弹簧或片弹簧,甚至是可以实现医用体位保持带固定装置的夹持状态和打开状态的任何其它种类的弹簧或弹性件。
在弹性件4是拉伸弹簧的情况下,该拉伸弹簧的两端分别固定至上夹件1和下夹件2,从而在夹持状态依靠拉伸弹簧的拉伸力将上夹件1和下夹件2各自的夹持部拉向彼此,并在打开状态克服拉伸弹簧的拉伸力使上夹件1和下夹件2各自的夹持部彼此移离。
在弹性件4是扭转弹簧的情况下,该扭转弹簧的两端分别固定至上夹件1和下夹件2,从而在夹持状态依靠扭转弹簧的扭转力将上夹件1和下夹件2各自的夹持部移向彼此,并在打开状态克服扭转弹簧的扭转力使上夹件1和下夹件2各自的夹持部彼此移离。
在弹性件4是片弹簧的情况下(如图8所示),该片弹簧的一端固定至下夹件2,另一端抵靠上夹件1,从而在夹持状态依靠片弹簧的弹力将上夹件1和下夹件2各自的夹持部移向彼此,并在打开状态克服片弹簧的弹力使上夹件1和下夹件2各自的夹持部彼此移离。
较佳的是,上夹件1和下夹件2是挤压成形的。即,上夹件1和下夹件2可以呈夹块的形式。挤压成形的上夹件和下夹件具有以下有益技术效果:即使上夹件和下夹件的形状和构造复杂,例如形成有转轴、转轴围绕部、夹持部、抵靠部、弹性件容纳部等,也可简单地通过挤压成形,加工时间短,可大批量生产。例如,可先挤压成形出夹件长型材,再将该夹件长型材切割成多个夹件,这就大大提高了夹件生产效率。
当然,本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上可以理解,上夹件1和下夹件2也可采用其它成形方式,例如钣金折弯成形等,但无法实现挤压成形所带来的上述有益技术效果。
较佳的是,下夹件2和上夹件1中的设有弹性件容纳部29的所述一个夹件(例如,图5所示的下夹件2)在其一端(例如,图5所示的下端)设有通气孔30,该通气孔30与弹性件容纳部29连通以便于4弹性件动作。上述通气孔的设置具有以下有益技术效果:例如在图5所示的压缩弹簧的情况下,由于医用体位保持带固定装置反复地打开和夹持,压缩弹簧就被反复地压缩和复位,这样不可避免地会将空气压入弹性件容纳部内导致弹性件容纳部内存在一定的气压,这个气压会妨碍使用者对于医用体位保持带固定装置的正常操作,例如妨碍使用者打开医用体位保持带固定装置,然而,通过设置与弹性件容纳部连通的通气孔,就可排掉多余的空气,使得使用者能够方便地操作(尤其是打开)医用体位保持带固定装置。
较佳的是,保持带联接件3的另一端借助螺杆31’固定至上夹件1,如图5所示。这样,可以方便地调节保持带联接件的偏摆角,从而进一步方便地调节 医用体位保持带的束缚位置和角度。
较佳的是,螺杆31’构成前述限位件31。这样,螺杆31’就可同时具备两个功能:一是将保持带联接件3的另一端可调节地固定至上夹件1;二是防止上夹件1和下夹件2相对于彼此横向移动。因此,可减少医用体位保持带固定装置的部件数量,简化设计。
如图9(a)和9(b)所示,上夹件1在其与保持带联接件3相固定的表面上设有圆弧形台阶部13,从而实现保持带联接件3的最大偏摆角为30°。图9(a)示出了保持带联接件3的最大向左偏摆角为30°。图9(b)示出了保持带联接件3的最大向右偏摆角为30°。当然,为了与上夹件1的圆弧形台阶部13相配合,保持带联接件3的相应端面也应设计成圆弧形,如图9(a)和9(b)所示。
发明人发现,倘若保持带联接件3的最大偏摆角超过30°,则整个医用体位保持带固定装置容易侧滑,从而有可能在手术过程中危及病人的安全。因此,如上所述,上夹件1的圆弧形台阶部13设计成限制保持带联接件3的最大偏摆角为30°。
较佳的是,下夹件2或上夹件1设有凸耳部28,以便于使用者在使用时抓持。例如,参见图6,下夹件2设有凸耳部28。这样,使用者在将医用体位保持带固定到所述手术床侧导轨或调整医用体位保持带的位置时,单手就能实现医用体位保持带固定装置的打开和夹持,使得医用体位保持带固定或调整的过程更加简单、快速。
图10示出了本发明一实施例的医用体位保持带固定装置的力学原理图。当医用体位保持带固定装置固定在位且病人静卧在手术床上时,医用体位保持带的附加张紧力为零,即,医用体位保持带借助保持带联接件3施加至上夹件1的附加力F1为零。一旦有附加张紧力(例如来自病人的无意识动作)作用在医用体位保持带上,则医用体位保持带固定装置的上夹件钩形夹持部11会有附加夹持力施加在手术床侧导轨上,此时上夹件1还会受到来自手术床侧导轨的与该附加夹持力大小相同且方向相反的反作用力F2。如图10所示,枢轴12的支点为O,力F1和力F2的力臂分别为L1和L2,则存在以下关系:F1×L1=F2×L2。还如图10所示,由于力臂L1是力臂L2的若干倍,因此力 F2是力F1的若干倍。因此,随着所述医用体位保持带的附加张紧力增大,所述上夹件的钩形夹持部施加在所述手术床侧导轨上的附加夹持力成倍地增大。医用体位保持带固定装置的上述设计(主要是上夹件的形状设计)具有以下有益技术效果:即使病人在手术过程中有无意识动作,也能将病人稳固地保持在某一位置;病人的动作越激烈(即,医用体位保持带的附加张紧力越大),上夹件的钩形夹持部施加在手术床侧导轨上的附加夹持力越大,确保将病人稳固地保持在某一位置;上夹件的钩形夹持部施加在手术床侧导轨上的附加夹持力能将医用体位保持带的附加张紧力成倍地放大,放大倍数为L1/L2,进一步确保将病人稳固地保持在某一位置。
图11(a)和图11(b)示出了本发明另一实施例的医用体位保持带固定装置的剖视图。与图5所示的实施例相比,图11(a)和图11(b)所示的实施例在保持带联接件3和上夹件1之间设置了垫片32,该垫片32用于将保持带联接件3与上夹件1隔开,从而避免在医用体位保持带固定装置的使用过程中保持带联接件3与上夹件1相互摩擦。垫片32较佳地是塑料垫片,当然也可采用其它耐磨材料制成。
此外,如图11(a)和图11(b)所示,由于在保持带联接件3和上夹件1之间设置了垫片32,保持带联接件3获得了一定范围内的左右摆动自由度。图11(a)示出了保持带联接件3摆动至最右极限位置的状态,图11(b)示出了保持带联接件3摆动至最左极限位置的状态。这样,避免了保持带联接件3与上夹件1的绝对联动,只有当保持带联接件3向右摆动至最右极限位置之后,保持带联接件3的进一步右摆才会带动上夹件1的打开,从而使得本发明的医用体位保持带固定装置更加安全。
较佳的是,垫片32至少部分地嵌入上夹件1中的凹槽中,以使垫片32的设置更加稳固。
虽然图11(a)和图11(b)所示的实施例仅仅示出了保持带联接件3固定至上夹件1的情况,但本领域技术人员在本发明的基础上可以理解,在保持带联接件3固定至下夹件2的情况下,垫片32也可设置在保持带联接件3和下夹件2之间。
图12(a)-12(c)示出了本发明另一实施例的医用体位保持带固定装置 的夹持状态剖视图、打开状态剖视图和爆炸装配图。
如图12(a)-12(c)所示,医用体位保持带固定装置包括滑块6’,弹性件4’的一端抵靠或固定至下夹件2,弹性件4’的另一端借助滑块6’抵靠或固定至上夹件1。
图12(a)-12(c)所示的实施例与图11(a)和图11(b)所示的实施例的不同之处在于:在图12(a)-12(c)所示的实施例中,弹性件4’和滑块6’均沿水平方向设置;而在图11(a)和图11(b)所示的实施例中,弹性件4和滑块6均沿竖直方向设置。

  1. 一种医用体位保持带固定装置,用于将医用体位保持带固定到手术床侧导轨和从手术床侧导轨释放,其特征在于,所述医用体位保持带固定装置包括上夹件、下夹件和弹性件,所述上夹件或所述下夹件联接至所述医用体位保持带,所述上夹件和所述下夹件分别设有用于夹持所述手术床侧导轨的夹持部,所述弹性件的两端分别抵靠或固定至所述上夹件和所述下夹件,所述医用体位保持带固定装置能呈现夹持状态和打开状态,在所述夹持状态,所述弹性件依靠自身的弹力将所述上夹件的夹持部和所述下夹件的夹持部移向彼此,从而将所述医用体位保持带固定到所述手术床侧导轨上,而在所述打开状态,克服所述弹性件的弹力以将所述上夹件的夹持部和所述下夹件的夹持部移离彼此,从而将所述医用体位保持带从所述手术床侧导轨释放。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述上夹件或所述下夹件借助保持带联接件联接至所述医用体位保持带,所述保持带联接件的一端固定至所述医用体位保持带,所述保持带联接件的另一端固定至所述上夹件或所述下夹件。

  14. 如权利要求3所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述下夹件和所述上夹件中的设有所述弹性件容纳部的所述至少一个夹件在其一端设有通气孔,所述通气孔与所述弹性件容纳部连通以便于所述弹性件动作。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述医用体位保持带固定装置还能呈现使用前状态,在所述使用前状态,所述上夹件的抵靠部和所述下夹件的抵靠部依靠所述弹性件的弹力彼此抵靠。
  16. 如权利要求2所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述保持带联接件的所述另一端借助螺杆固定至所述上夹件。
  17. 如权利要求6所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述保持带联接件的所述另一端借助螺杆固定至所述上夹件,且所述螺杆构成所述限位件。
  18. 如权利要求2所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述上夹件在其与所述保持带联接件相固定的表面上设有圆弧形台阶部,从而实现所述保持带联接件的最大偏摆角为30°。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述下夹件或所述上夹件设有凸耳部,以便于使用者在使用时抓持。
  20. 如权利要求1所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述夹持部是钩形夹持部。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述上夹件的形状设计成:随着所述医用体位保持带的附加张紧力增大,所述上夹件的钩形夹持部施加在所述手术床侧导轨上的附加夹持力成倍地增大。
  22. 如权利要求2所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述医用体位保持带固定装置还包括垫片,所述垫片设置在所述保持带联接件和所述上夹件或所述下夹件之间。
  23. 如权利要求1所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述医用体位保持带固定装置还包括滑块,所述弹性件的一端抵靠或固定至所述上夹件和所述下夹件中的至少一个夹件,所述弹性件的另一端借助所述滑块抵靠或固定至所述上夹件和所述下夹件中的至少另一个夹件。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件和所述滑块均沿水平方向设置。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件和所述滑块均沿竖直方向设置。
  26. 如权利要求23所述的医用体位保持带固定装置,其特征在于,所述滑块设有弹性件容纳部,所述弹性件至少部分地容纳于所述弹性件容纳部内。
