Description
本発明はゴルフ用手袋に関し、より詳細には、ゴルフスイングを矯正できるゴルフ用手袋に関するものである。
通常のゴルフスイングでは、ゴルフクラブのヘッドのリーディングエッジが目標に向かって垂直になるようにアドレスした後、テイクバック、トップ、ダウンスイング、フォロースルー、フィニッシュに至る一連の動作が行われる。ここで、理想的なゴルフスイングでは、インパクトポイントにおけるヘッドのリーディングエッジ（フェース面）の向きがアドレス時の向きと同じ、すなわちリーディングエッジが目標に向かって垂直になり、ボールは目標に向かってに打ち出される。
ところが、初心者や未熟なプレーヤーでは、アドレスからテイクバックの途中あるいはトップからダウンスイングの途中、あるいはその両方において、ゴルフクラブが捻られて、インパクトポイントにおけるヘッドのリーディングエッジの向きがアドレス時の向きからズレてしまい、ボールの飛ぶ方向が安定しない。
そこで、これまで様々な練習用ゴルフクラブが提案され、また少ないながらゴルフスイングを矯正するゴルフ用手袋も提案されている。例えば、特許文献１や特許文献２では、手首装入用の開口部を絞って手の甲部分に係止する係止片に板状の錘を設けたゴルフ用手袋が提案されている。
しかしながら、特許文献１及び特許文献２に提案のゴルフ用手袋は、ゴルフクラブをトップからダウンスイングする際に、手袋に設けた錘によって大きな慣性力が生じさせて、クラブヘッドがボールをインパクトする際の速度を速くしボールの飛距離を伸ばすとともに、ボールを打った後のフォロースルーを安定させようとするものであって、ゴルフスイング全体の矯正を図ろうとするものではない。
本発明の目的は、ゴルフクラブのテイクバックからトップ、ダウンスイング、フォロースルー、フィニッシュに至るゴルフスイング全体を理想的なスイングに矯正できるゴルフ用手袋を提供することにある。
本発明によれば、装着状態において手袋本体の甲側の、第１中手骨上を除く第１中手骨と第２中手骨との間の領域内に錘部を取り付けたことを特徴とするゴルフ用手袋が提供される。
ここで、使用者の利便性などの観点から、前記錘部は手袋本体に着脱自在であるのが好ましい。
また、前記錘部の重さとしては５０ｇ～３００ｇの範囲が好ましい。
そしてまた、前記錘部は、袋状体と、該袋状体内に装入可能な錘とを有するのが好ましい。この場合、前記錘としてコインを用い、前記袋状体に装入するコインの枚数によって前記錘部の重さを調整するようにしてもよい。あるいは、前記錘としてゴルフボールを用いてもよい。
利き手と逆の手又は両手に本発明のゴルフ手袋を装着して、ゴルフ手袋に取り付けられた錘を手に載せている感覚を意識することによって、ゴルフクラブを上げる意識が弱められ、テイクバックからフィニッシュに至るゴルフスイングを力を抜いて行うことによって、使用者の骨格上無理のない理想的なゴルフスイングできるようになる。このような理想的なゴルフスイングができることによって、ボールは目標に向かってに安定して打ち出され、ボールの飛距離も伸びるようになる。
以下、本発明に係るゴルフ用手袋について図に基づいて詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施形態に何ら限定されるものではない。
図１は、本発明に係るゴルフ用手袋の一例を示す正面図である。図１のゴルフ用手袋は左手用であって、薄手の皮革又は合成皮革で形成されている。手袋本体１は、５本の指部１１と、甲部１２と、手を装入するための開口部１４とを有している。そして、開口部１４から指部１１の根元に向かって切込み１５が形成され、切込み１５の一方側辺には、裏面に面ファスナー１６が取り付けられた係止片１３が設けられている。また、甲部１２には、係止片１３の面ファスナー１６と係合する面ファスナー１７が設けられている。ゴルフ用手袋を使用者が装着する場合、係止片１３と甲部１２との係合状態を解消し、係止片１３を開放して切込み１５を広げて開口部１４を大きくする。そして、ゴルフ用手袋の開口部１４から左手を差し入れた後、係止片１３の面ファスナー１６を甲部１２の面ファスナー１７に係合させて左手にぴったりと合うようにゴルフ手袋を締め付ける。
また、使用者がゴルフ用手袋を装着した状態において、手袋本体１の、使用者の第１中手骨上を除く第１中手骨と第２中手骨との間の領域（図１の斜線領域）には面ファスナー１８が設けられている。そして、この領域に、底面に面ファスナー（不図示）が設けられた棒状の錘部２が着脱自在に取り付けられる。
錘部２の取付位置は、使用者の、第１中手骨上を除く第１中手骨と第２中手骨との間の領域内に錘部２の重心が位置する限りにおいて、使用者のゴルフクラブの握り方などを考慮し適宜決定すればよい。通常、錘部２の重心が前記領域内の中央に位置するように取り付けるのが好ましい。また、錘部２が棒状の場合には、ゴルフクラブのグリップを握ったときに、錘部２の軸方向がゴルフクラブのシャフトと略平行となるように取り付けるのが好ましい。
図２に、ゴルフクラブのグリップ３を握った状態のゴルフ用手袋の斜視図を示す。この状態で、錘部２を前記領域に載せていることを意識しながら、力を抜いて左肘を伸ばして、テイクバックからフィニッシュに至るゴルフスイングを行うと、使用者の骨格上無理のない理想的なゴルフスイングできるようになる。
これまで、初心者や高ハンディのゴルファーの多くは、プロゴルファーや低ハンディのゴルファーのスイングを参考にして、彼らのスイングに近づけようと種々努力を重ねていた。しかし、かかる努力は主として視覚情報に基づくものであるため、ゴルフクラブのスイングをどうしても利き腕によって調整しようとし体勢に無理が生じていた。後述の実施例で詳述するが、本発明者が、一般に標準とされる握りのグリップ手形模型を用いて数名の被験者に従来の手袋を装着してスイングをさせたところ、すべての被験者が、テイクバックからトップの位置にかけて特に体勢が窮屈で苦しいとの感想であった。続いて、図１に示す本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着して同様にスイングさせたところ、スイング中に体勢の無理は感じず苦しさもなかったとのことであった。これはすなわち、被験者のこれまでのスイングはその人の骨格や筋力などに合っていないスイングであったが、本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着することによって理想的なスイングができるようなった一つの証拠と言える。本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着してスイングを繰り返し行うことによって、理想的なスイングが体（小脳）に覚え込まれ、本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着していないときでも、理想的なスイングができるようになる。
本発明で使用する錘部２の重さとしては、通常、５０ｇ～３００ｇの範囲が好ましく、より好ましくは１００ｇ～２００ｇの範囲である。なお、手袋本体１に錘部２を装着してゴルフスイングを行うことは、スイングの矯正の他、筋力トレーニングにもなるので、前記好適範囲にかかわらず、より重い錘部を用いても構わない。
また、錘部２の重さは調整可能であるのが好ましく、例えば、重さの異なる錘部を用意しておき、所望の重さの錘部２を手袋本体１に取り付けるようにしてもよい。あるいは、図３に示すように、錘部２を袋状体２１ａと錘２２とから構成し、袋状部２１ａは手袋本体１に着脱可能とする。そして、錘２２として、５００円硬貨や１００円硬貨などの硬貨やゴルフ練習場の貸玉用コインを用い、これらのコインを袋状体２１ａに複数枚装入可能とし、コインの枚数によって錘部２の重さを調整するようにしてもよい。
錘部２の形状に特に限定はなく、棒状の他、球状や柱状、円盤状、台形状など従来公知の形状を用いることができる。また、錘部２の体積を小さくするためには、錘として鉛や鉄などの比重の大きい金属材料を用いればよい。
以上説明した実施形態では、錘部２は手袋本体１に対して着脱可能としていたが、錘部２を手袋本体１に縫着や溶着などの従来公知の固定手段によって固定してもよい。また、錘部２が袋状部と錘とから構成される場合は、袋状部を手袋本体１に固定してもよい。
図４（ａ）に、袋状部を手袋本体に固定した場合の実施形態例を示す斜視図を示す。この図に示すゴルフ用手袋は、中空球状の袋状部２１ｂを手袋本体１に縫着したものである。そして、袋状部２１ｂが縫着された領域の、手袋本体１の裏面側には、図４（ｂ）に示すように、直線上の切込み１９が形成されている。この切込み１９から、錘としてのゴルフボール（不図示）を差し入れる。なお、切込み１９は、直線状の他、十字状や放射線状など、ゴルフボールを袋状部２１ｂの内部に差し込める形状であればよい。
このような実施形態のゴルフ用手袋によれば、使用者の手に装着した状態で、錘としてのゴルフボールが袋状部２１ｂから飛び出すことはない。また、袋状部２１ｂに収納されたゴルフボールが、使用者の手との小さな接触部分においてわずかな圧力（刺激）を与え続けるので、使用者は錘を手に載せている感覚を意識しやすくなる。加えて、手に存在する、万能のツボとされる「合谷」を刺激することにもなり、視力回復などの副次的効果も期待できる。さらに、ゲーム途中で手持ちのボールがなくなった場合には、錘として装着していたゴルフボールをゲームボールとして使用することもできる。
図５に、袋状部を手袋本体に固定した場合のさらに他の実施形態例を示す斜視図を示す。この図に示すゴルフ用手袋では、上面封鎖の円筒状の袋状部２１ｃが手袋本体１に縫着されている。そして、袋状部２１ｃが縫着された領域の、手袋本体１の裏面側には、図４（ｂ）に示したと同様ように、直線上の切込み１９が形成されている。この切込み１９から、錘として硬貨や貸玉用コインなど差し入れる。袋状部２１ｃの内径は、錘として差し入れる硬貨や貸玉用コインなどの直径と略同一とするのが、スイングしたときの錘の安定性の観点などから望ましい。図４及び図５に示す袋状部２１ｂ，２１ｃを構成する材質は、伸縮性及び柔軟性を有するものが好ましく、例えば、クロロプレンゴムなどのゴム材を用いた素地が好ましい。
また、以上説明した本発明のゴルフ用手袋は左手用であったが、右手用のゴルフ用手袋にも当然ながら本発明は適用できる。スイングの矯正には、バランスを取る観点から、左右両方の手に本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着してスイングするのが好ましい。
（ゴルフスイング体感評価）
被験者Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ，Ｅに従来のゴルフ用手袋を装着させ、一般に標準とされる握りのグリップ手形模型を用いてスイングをさせて、スイング中の体勢を下記基準で評価させた。次いで、図１に示すゴルフ用手袋を装着させ、スイング中の体勢を前記と同様にして評価させた。結果を表１に示す。なお、先に従来のゴルフ用手袋を装着させてスイングさせたのは、本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着してスイングした後では、その矯正されたスイングフォームを体が覚えている可能性があるからである。

被験者Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ，Ｅに従来のゴルフ用手袋を装着させて５番アイアンで１０球打撃させ、ボールのおおよその飛距離と方向を測定した。次いで、図１に示すゴルフ用手袋を装着させ、同様にしてボール打撃を行い、ボールの飛距離と方向を測定した。結果を表２に示す。なお、ボールの方向は、正面方向を中心として右側を「＋」、左側を「－」として表した。
被験者Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ，Ｅに従来のゴルフ用手袋を装着させて５番アイアンで１０球打撃させ、ボールのおおよその飛距離と方向を測定した。次いで、図１に示すゴルフ用手袋を装着させ、同様にしてボール打撃を行い、ボールの飛距離と方向を測定した。結果を表２に示す。なお、ボールの方向は、正面方向を中心として右側を「＋」、左側を「－」として表した。
表１から理解されるように、従来のゴルフ用手袋を装着したスイングでは、被験者のすべてが体勢に何らかの無理を感じたのに対し、本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着したスイングでは、被験者のすべてが体勢に無理を感じなかった。
また表２から明らかなように、本発明のゴルフ用手袋を装着した打撃によるボールの飛距離は、従来のゴルフ用手袋を装着した場合に比べて１０ｍ～１６ｍ伸び、ボールの方向性はより高まった。これは、本発明のゴルフ用手袋によってゴルフスイングが理想的なフォームに近づき、クラブヘッドのスイートスポットにボールが当たる確率が高まったからと考えられる。
本発明のゴルフ用手袋によれば、ゴルフ手袋に取り付けられた錘を手に載せている感覚を意識することによって、ゴルフクラブを上げる意識が弱められ、テイクバックからフィニッシュに至るゴルフスイングを力を抜いて行うことによって、使用者の骨格上無理のない理想的なゴルフスイングできるようになる。これにより、ボールは目標に向かってに安定して打ち出され、ボールの飛距離も伸びるようになり有用である。

- 前記錘部の重さが５０ｇ～３００ｇの範囲である請求項１又は２記載のゴルフ用手袋。
- 前記錘部が、袋状体と、該袋状体内に装入可能な錘とを有する請求項１～３のいずれかに記載のゴルフ用手袋。
- 前記錘がコインであって、前記袋状体に装入するコインの枚数によって前記錘部の重さを調整する請求項４記載のゴルフ用手袋。
- 前記錘がゴルフボールである請求項４記載のゴルフ用手袋。
