- the number of accumulated waiting e-mails exceeds a certain threshold value (an example of the second threshold value or the third threshold value).
- the accumulated number of transmission candidate information may be the number of e-mails waiting to be transmitted for each destination, or the number of e-mails waiting to be transmitted in the entire e-mail information DB 12d.
- the second threshold value is an elapsed time (current time and past) from the transmission time (for example, the transmission time transmitted last time) when the e-mail was transmitted to the information identifying the transmission destination (for example, e-mail address) in the past. Is set according to the difference in the time of transmission to. For example, the longer the elapsed time, the higher the second threshold value, and the shorter the elapsed time, the lower the second threshold value. That is, when the elapsed time is short, the second threshold value is set so that the transmission timing of the e-mail is more easily distributed even if the number of accumulated e-mails is the same as when the elapsed time is long. Is set.
- the second threshold value is set so that the transmission timing of the e-mail is more easily distributed even if the elapsed time is the same.
- the information processing server 10 does not perform the processes shown in steps S10 to S18 below, Send the email as is to the destination email address.
- the third threshold value is set based on the communication amount of the communication line (for example, network 3). For example, the third threshold value is lowered during a time period when the communication amount of the communication line is large, and the third threshold value is increased during a time period when the communication amount of the communication line is small. In other words, even when the number of emails stored is the same in the time zone when the communication amount of the communication line is large compared to the time zone where the communication amount of the communication line is low, the timing at which the email is transmitted is more dispersed.
- the third threshold value is set so as to be easy.
- the communication amount of the communication line may be estimated by the number of accesses to a predetermined site or a change in the number of accesses.
- the communication amount of the communication line is When the number of accesses to the predetermined site is equal to or greater than a first reference value, the communication amount of the communication line is When the number of accesses to the predetermined site is equal to or less than a second reference value (smaller than the first reference value), it may be determined that the communication amount of the communication line is small.

- the related information may be a product set in advance as a product related to the related information list or the related information table, or may be information on a category corresponding to each product.
- the related information is category information, it is determined that a product in which at least one category matches among the categories corresponding to each product is related.
- the transmission time is within a predetermined range, the transmission time is the same day, the same time zone (for example, when 24 hours are divided into 8 every 3 hours, it belongs to the same division), within 1 hour, etc., 1 minute Within the same time.
- the range to be extracted for comparison is transmission candidate information waiting for transmission in the e-mail information DB 12d, the transmission source is different, the transmission destination is the same, and the product ID is related.
- candidate information is transmission candidate information waiting for transmission in the e-mail information DB 12d, the transmission source is different, the transmission destination is the same, and the product ID is related.
- the information processing server 10 may determine whether or not to perform the processing in step S13 and subsequent steps according to the number of extracted emails. For example, when the number of emails to be extracted is equal to or greater than a threshold (second threshold or third threshold), the number of emails received by the user increases. As a result of the comparison, the number of other e-mails that can be compared with each other increases in proportion to the possibility of being buried, or in proportion to the number of e-mails sent simultaneously. Since there is a higher possibility that the user will not be the target of operation compared to the case where the number of e-mails received by the user is small, the processing from step S13 is performed.
- a threshold second threshold or third threshold
- the number of e-mails to be extracted is less than a threshold (second threshold or third threshold)
- the number of e-mails received by the user is small, so that the user may be buried without being an operation target.
- a threshold second threshold or third threshold
- the number of other e-mails that can be compared with each other decreases in proportion to the increase in the number of e-mails that are simultaneously transmitted, there is a possibility that the result of the comparison may not be the operation target of the user. Since the number of e-mails received by the user is lower than that in the case where the number of e-mails is large, the processes after step S13 are not performed.

For example, “item: price” is determined to be superior when the price is lower than the price, and is determined as inferior when the price is higher. “Item: number of points awarded / point grant rate” determines that the higher point grant number / point grant rate is superior and the lower one is inferior. For “item: shipping cost”, the lower shipping cost is determined to be superior, and the higher shipping cost is determined to be inferior. In “item: number of pixels”, a higher pixel number is determined to be superior, and a lower pixel number is determined to be inferior. In “item: weight”, the smaller weight is determined to be superior, and the larger weight is determined to be inferior.
- the system control unit 14 may set only items that the user places importance on as items to be compared. Further, the comparison may be performed by weighting the item value of each item by the weight of each item set according to the transmission destination user. For example, user information that the user places importance on price, user information that men tend to place importance on product specifications, user information that people who buy daily necessities tend to place importance on price, etc. The weight is set to the item value of each item, and the comparison is performed.

- the information processing server 10 compares the item value of the item according to the information identifying the transmission destination of the e-mail of each of the product identification information of the two or more extracted transmission candidate information. Functions as an example.
- system control unit 14 may set only the items to be emphasized as the items to be compared for each category to which the product belongs. For example, in the case of a category where the price difference between each product is small, the specification of the product is often emphasized over the price, and in the category where the difference in specification between each product is small, the price is more important than the specification of the product. Many. Further, the item value of each item may be weighted by the weight of each item set according to the product category, and the comparison may be performed.
- each item value of the product corresponding to the product identification information included in the email that is the user's operation target among the plurality of emails transmitted to the user A by the system control unit 14 and the user's operation target Compare each item value of the product corresponding to the product identification information included in the other e-mail that did not become, and each item value of the product corresponding to the product identification information included in the email that was the user's operation target

- the system control unit 14 refers to the weight information DB 12e, aggregates according to product identification information (for example, product ID and category ID), and sets the weight for each item based on the product category and the like. Then, the system control unit 14 stores the weight set based on the product category or the like in the weight information DB 12e in association with the product identification information (for example, product ID or category ID).
- product identification information for example, product ID and category ID
- the information processing server 10 functions as an example of a transmission timing setting unit that compares item values of items corresponding to categories to which products corresponding to the product identification information of the two or more extracted transmission candidate information items belong. To do.
- specific specific transmission candidate information may be selected, and the selected transmission candidate information may be compared with other transmission candidate information stored in the e-mail information DB 12d one by one.
- the information processing server 10 determines whether to change the item value of the inferior item among the items of the transmission candidate information determined to be inferior as a result of comparing the item values (step 14).
- Step S15 the system control unit 14 may change the allowable range as a desired transmission condition for an item inferior to the item of transmission candidate information to be compared among the items of transmission candidate information determined to be inferior in step 14. Is set, the item value of the inferior item is determined to be changed.
- a difference between the item value of the transmission candidate information item determined to be inferior and the item value of the transmission candidate information item to be compared or the reference item value is set as a desired transmission condition. It may be determined that the item value of the inferior item is changed only when it is less than the allowable fluctuation range. In addition, when there are multiple items of transmission candidate information determined to be inferior, the item value of the item with a small difference from the item value of the transmission candidate information to be compared or the reference item value is preferentially changed. Then, it may be determined. Further, depending on whether the item value of the transmission candidate information item determined to be inferior is superior or inferior in comparison with the item value of the transmission candidate information item to be compared or the reference item value. Instead, it may be determined that the item values of all the items for which the variation allowable range is set as the desired transmission condition are changed.

When these limits are exceeded, the information processing server 10 determines that the item value is not changed. These limit numbers and limit amounts are stored in the store information DB 12b.
- the permissible fluctuation range may be set based on all sales information at the transmission source (store) or sales history information via e-mail. Specifically, when the number of sales via the link included in the e-mail is large, the variation allowable range is set to be larger than the total price of the change price due to the change compared to the case where the number of sales via the link is small. Set.
- the e-mail received for each user may be different, so that 80 of them are inferior to e-mails transmitted at the same time.
- the amount of decrease in profits will increase (for example, if the price per person is reduced by ⁇ 1,000, revenue will decrease by ⁇ 80,000) become).
- the information processing server 10 sets the transmission timing based on the comparison result of each item value (step S16). If the threshold is not exceeded, the system control unit 14 does not change the scheduled transmission time.
- the number determined to be inferior items is a predetermined number or more, it may be determined to change the transmission timing.
- the information processing server 10 compares the item values included in the product information of the two or more extracted transmission candidate information, and corresponds to the two or more extracted transmission candidate information based on the comparison result. It functions as an example of a transmission timing setting means for setting at least two different timings with respect to the transmission timing of each electronic mail.
- the information processing server 10 changes the item value (step S17). Specifically, the system control unit 14 changes the item value so that the item value of the inferior item becomes a superior item within the range of the allowable fluctuation range in the desired transmission condition. For example, the item price is reduced or the points are increased until it has an advantage over other e-mails. Then, the system control unit 14 changes the item value of the email main body information of the transmission candidate information that is the item value change target.
- the item value having a small difference from the item value to be compared is preferentially changed.
