- the store terminal device 20 requests a transmission list reception page in order to register transmission list information in the information processing server 10.
- the information processing server 10 transmits information on the transmission list reception page (step S1). Specifically, when a transmission list reception page request is received, the system control unit 14 of the information processing server 10 transmits information on the transmission list reception page to the requesting store terminal device 20.
- the shop terminal device 20 displays the transmission list reception page 40 on the display unit 23 as shown in FIG. Then, the store side inputs a selection for a desired transmission condition on the transmission list reception page 40 and a composition permission flag indicating whether or not composition is permitted with other e-mail contents.

- the information processing server 10 stores the transmission list information as transmission candidate information (step S3). Specifically, based on the received transmission list file, the system control unit 14 as shown in FIG. 3 shows a transmission destination such as an e-mail address, a transmission source, e-mail body information, desired transmission conditions, and composition permission. A flag or the like is stored in the electronic mail information DB 12d as transmission candidate information.

- FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing an example of e-mail body analysis information.
- FIG. 14 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the generated e-mail main body information.
- a predetermined transmission condition When a predetermined transmission condition is satisfied, an operation of generating and transmitting an e-mail body in the information processing server 10 is performed. For example, as a predetermined transmission condition, when the transmission request time of the desired transmission condition in the transmission list is reached, transmission at the e-mail information DB 12d is performed at a predetermined time such as every other day or every other week. For example, the number of accumulated waiting e-mails (transmission candidate information) exceeds a certain threshold value (an example of the fifth threshold value or the sixth threshold value). The accumulated number of transmission candidate information may be the number of e-mails waiting to be transmitted for each destination, or the number of e-mails waiting to be transmitted in the entire e-mail information DB 12d.
- the fifth threshold value is an elapsed time (current time and past) from the transmission time (for example, the transmission time transmitted last time) when the e-mail was transmitted in the past to the information identifying the transmission destination (for example, e-mail address). Is set according to the difference in the time of transmission to. For example, the longer the elapsed time, the higher the fifth threshold value, and the shorter the elapsed time, the lower the fifth threshold value. That is, when the elapsed time is short, the fifth threshold is set so that the electronic mail body can be more easily combined even if the number of stored emails is the same as when the elapsed time is long. .
- the fifth threshold value is set so that the e-mail body is more easily synthesized even if the elapsed time is the same.
- the information processing server 10 performs the processing shown in steps S10 to S15 (combining e-mails) below.
- the e-mail is sent as it is to the destination e-mail address.
- the information processing server 10 stores the transmission candidate information stored in the transmission candidate information.
- the transmission candidate information stored in the transmission candidate information.
- the information processing server 10 stores the transmission candidate information stored in the transmission candidate information.
- the past information corresponding to the information for identifying the transmission destination by extracting two or more pieces of transmission candidate information related to at least one of the constituent elements in the main body of the e-mail that match the information for identifying the transmission destination It functions as an example of a setting means for setting the fifth threshold value according to the elapsed time from the transmission time transmitted to.
- the sixth threshold is set based on the communication amount of the communication line (for example, the network 3). For example, the sixth threshold value is decreased during a time period when the communication amount of the communication line is large, and the sixth threshold value is increased during a time period when the communication amount of the communication line is small. In other words, even when the number of emails stored is the same in the time zone when the communication amount of the communication line is large compared to the time zone where the communication amount of the communication line is small, the email body is more easily synthesized.
- a sixth threshold is set.
- the communication amount of the communication line may be estimated by the number of accesses to a predetermined site or a change in the number of accesses.
- the communication amount of the communication line is When the number of accesses to the predetermined site is equal to or greater than a first reference value, the communication amount of the communication line is When the number of accesses to the predetermined site is equal to or less than a second reference value (smaller than the first reference value), it may be determined that the communication amount of the communication line is small.
- the information processing server 10 functions as an example of a setting unit that sets the sixth threshold based on the communication amount of the communication line for transmission by the transmission unit.
- the information processing server 10 acquires electronic mail main body information (step S10). Specifically, the system control unit 14 of the information processing server 10 acquires e-mail main body information that has not been analyzed from the e-mail information DB 12d.
- the email main body information is described in a markup language such as HTML, for example.
- the information processing server 10 analyzes the e-mail body information (step S11). Specifically, the system control unit 14 of the information processing server 10 analyzes the email main body information from the top based on the tag information in the markup language, the description pattern of the sentence, or the like. For example, the tag “ ⁇ a>” “ ⁇ /a>”, “ ⁇ categ1>” “ ⁇ / categ1>”, “ ⁇ product ID>” “ ⁇ / product ID>”, etc. The portions are extracted as the constituent elements 51a, 52a, and 52b.
- the tag represents an element or a command in a sentence described from an HTML package.
- Tags “ ⁇ categ1>” “ ⁇ / categ1>”, tags “ ⁇ product ID>” “ ⁇ / product ID>”, and the like are tags defined in the HTML header.
- the product ID is an example of product identification information.
- tag “ ⁇ categ1>” “ ⁇ / categ1>”, tag “ ⁇ categ2>” “ ⁇ / categ2>”, tag “ ⁇ categ3>” “ ⁇ / categ3>”, tag “ ⁇ categ4>” “ ⁇ / ⁇ / “categ4>” is a product category, and shows a lower category in order from a higher category.
- the constituent element “15,000”, the constituent element “ ⁇ ”, the constituent element “free”, the constituent element “500”, the constituent element “1000”, the constituent element “10”, and the like can be given.
