一种可替换刀片的螺丝攻,其具有一夹持把体(10)、一拆卸式刀片(20)及一固定件(30),夹持把体(10)具有一容置区(13)及一崁接部(14,15),拆卸式刀片(20)设置于夹持把体(10)的容置区(13)中,拆卸式刀片(20)具有一崁合部(24),拆卸式刀片(20)的崁合部(24)与夹持把体(10)的崁接部(14,15)相对应的尖部相嵌合,固定件(30)穿设固定在夹持把体(10)及拆卸式刀片(20)中,拆卸式刀片(20)可与夹持把体(10)相分离。因拆卸式刀片具有替换功能,则一夹持把体可搭配多种规格的刀片,此外于刀片毁损时,只需更换刀片即可重复使用。

可替换刀片的螺丝攻
技术领域
本发明为一种可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 是指一种可替换多种规格刀片的螺丝攻。 背景技术
螺丝攻常见于加工业, 其用于加工螺丝孔且为不可或缺的加工刀具, 现有技术的螺 丝攻为一体成形的结构, 其刀刃螺牙部分直接成形于刀体上, 然而同一孔径的螺丝攻刀 具的螺牙有分为直式及斜式两种,于螺牙的间距规格上亦分为公制、英制及美制,因此, 为满足不同规格螺丝孔的加工, 需备用多种规格的螺丝攻, 如此则增加螺丝攻的采购成 本, 此外螺丝孔常加工在钢板等较硬的材质上, 则螺丝攻在加工过程中, 其刀刃容易产 生崩牙的情形, 当刀刃受损后需汰换整组螺丝攻刀具, 如此则会增加汰换成本, 同时也 造成资源的浪费。 发明内容
有鉴于前述的现有技术的缺点, 本发明改良现有技术的螺丝攻, 以达到便于替换使 用及降低成本的目的。
为达到上述发明的目的, 本发明所采用的技术手段为设计一种可替换刀片的螺丝 攻, 其包含:
一夹持把体, 其具有第一夹合片、 第二夹合片、一容置区及一崁接部, 第一夹合片 及第二夹合片分别延伸成形于夹持把体, 容置区成形于第一夹合片及第二夹合片之间, 崁接部设置在第一夹合片及第二夹合片之间且具有一尖部;
一拆卸式刀片, 其穿设于夹持把体的容置区, 拆卸式刀片具有一刃部及一崁合部, 该刃部成形于拆卸式刀片的两侧边缘, 崁合部设置在拆卸式刀片的一端壁面上, 拆卸式 刀片的崁合部嵌合于夹持把体的崁接部且具有一尖部,崁合部的尖部与崁接部的尖部相 对应且相嵌合;
一固定件, 其穿设固定于第一夹合片、 第二夹合片及拆卸式刀片中。
本发明的优点在于, 设置拆卸式刀片于夹持把体中且利用崁合部及崁接部的尖部 的嵌合以固定拆卸式刀片的方位, 于加工不同规格的螺丝孔时, 仅需替换相应规格的刀 片即可进行加工, 则一夹持把体可搭配多种规格的刀片, 于刀片毁损时, 只需更换刀片 即可重复使用, 如此于加工使用上较为便利且能有效降低汰换的成本。 附图说明

以下配合图式及本发明的较佳实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采 取的技术手段。
请参阅图 1所示, 本发明包含一夹持把体 10、 一拆卸式刀片 20及一固定件 30。 请参阅图 2及图 3所示,前述的夹持把体 10为钢材结构,其具有一第一夹合片 11、 一第二夹合片 12、 一容置区 13及一崁接部, 第一夹合片 11及第二夹合片 12分别延伸 成形于夹持把体 10的一端壁面, 第一夹合片 11贯穿成形有一穿孔 111 (第一穿孔) , 第二夹合片贯穿成形有一螺孔 121, 穿孔 111与螺孔 121的开口位置相对应, 容置区 13 设置在第一夹合片 11及第二夹合片 12之间, 崁接部包含有一尖部, 在较佳实施例中, 崁接部包含一延伸块 14及一凹槽 15, 延伸块 14接合第一夹合片 11及第二夹合片 12 的内壁面且位于容置区 13的末端, 参阅图 4所示, 凹槽 15内凹成形于延伸块 14的壁 面,该凹槽 15具有两斜向侧壁且该尖部成形于该凹槽 15的底端中央,于较佳实施例中, 夹持把体 10进一步设有一间隙 16,间隙 16贯穿成形于第一夹合片 11及延伸块 14之间; 于另一较佳实施例中, 请参阅图 5所示, 夹持把体 10A的崁接部包含一延伸块 14A及一 凸缘 15A, 凸缘 15A突伸成形于延伸块 14A的壁面, 该凸缘 15A具有两斜向侧壁且该尖 部成形于该凸缘 15A的顶端中央。
请参阅图 2及图 4所示, 前述的拆卸式刀片 20被夹持于夹持把体 10的容置区 13 中且设有刃部及崁合部, 拆卸式刀片 20的崁合部与夹持把体 10的崁接部相嵌合, 崁合 部具有一尖部, 崁合部的尖部与崁接部的尖部相对应并相嵌合, 拆卸式刀片 20的两壁 面分别与第一夹合片 11及第二夹合片 12相抵靠, 刃部包含有多个切削刃 21及至少一 修光刃 22, 切削刃 21及修光刃 22分别突伸成形于拆卸式刀片 20的两侧边缘, 切削刃 21位于拆卸式刀片 20的一端, 则修光刃 22位于拆卸式刀片 20的另一端, 该拆卸式刀 片 20的刀片宽度由切削刃 21至修光刃 22方向渐增,拆卸式刀片 20进一步具有一穿孔 23 (第二穿孔), 穿孔 23贯穿成形于拆卸式刀片 20, 拆卸式刀片 20的崁合部为一突伸 成形的凸缘 24, 该凸缘 24位于连接修光刃 22的端部的壁面上, 该凸缘 24具有两斜向 侧壁且该尖部成形于该凸缘 24的顶端中央, 凸缘 24嵌合夹持把体 10的凹槽 15, 以此 提高拆卸式刀片 20定位于夹持把体 10中的效果, 于另一较佳实施例中, 请参阅图 5所 示, 拆卸式刀片 20A的崁合部为一内凹成形的凹槽 24A, 该凹槽 24A成形于连接修光刃 22的端部,该凹槽 24A具有两斜向侧壁且该尖部成形于该凹槽 24A的底端中央,该凹槽 24A嵌合夹持把体 10A的凸缘 15A。
请参阅图 2及图 3所示, 前述的固定件 30穿设固定夹持把体 10及拆卸式刀片 20, 在较佳实施例中, 固定件 30为一螺栓, 于固定过程中, 固定件 30依序穿透第一夹合片 11的穿孔 111及拆卸式刀片 20的穿孔 23,最后固定件 30螺合固定于第二夹合片 12的 螺孔 121中。
本发明的优点在于, 透过拆卸式刀片 20的使用, 使得一夹持把体 10可搭配不同规 格的拆卸式刀片 20, 于加工的用途上更具多样性, 当拆卸式刀片 20之刀刃损毁时, 仅 需替换新的拆卸式刀片 20而无需汰换整支螺丝攻, 因夹持把体 10为钢材结构, 其具有 弹性, 借由间隙 16的设置可使第一夹合片 11具有位移空间, 如此则更易于拆卸及安装 刀片, 借由凹槽 15及凸缘 24的嵌合可精准确地定位拆卸式刀片 20。

1、 一种可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述可替换刀片的螺丝攻包含:
一夹持把体, 其具有第一夹合片、 第二夹合片、 一容置区及一崁接部, 所述第一 夹合片及所述第二夹合片分别延伸成形于所述夹持把体,所述容置区成形于所述第一夹 合片及所述第二夹合片之间,所述崁接部设置在所述第一夹合片及所述第二夹合片之间 且具有一尖部;
一拆卸式刀片, 其穿设于所述夹持把体的容置区, 所述拆卸式刀片具有一刃部及 一崁合部, 所述刃部成形于所述拆卸式刀片的两侧边缘, 所述崁合部设置在所述拆卸式 刀片的一端壁面上,所述拆卸式刀片的崁合部嵌合于所述夹持把体的崁接部且具有一尖 部, 所述崁合部的尖部与所述崁接部的尖部相对应且相嵌合;
一固定件, 其穿设固定于所述第一夹合片、 所述第二夹合片及所述拆卸式刀片中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述拆卸式刀片的 刃部具有多个切削刃及至少一修光刃,所述切削刃及所述修光刃分别突伸成形于所述拆 卸式刀片的两端, 所述切削刃位于所述拆卸式刀片的一端, 则所述修光刃位于所述拆卸 式刀片的另一端, 所述拆卸式刀片的刀片宽度由所述切削刃至所述修光刃方向渐增。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述拆卸式刀片的 崁合部为一突伸成形的凸缘, 所述凸缘位于所述拆卸式刀片的一端上, 所述凸缘具有两 斜向侧壁且所述崁合部的尖部成形于所述凸缘的顶端中央,所述夹持把体的崁接部包含 —延伸块及一凹槽,所述延伸块接合所述第一夹合片及所述第二夹合片的内壁面且位于 所述容置区的末端, 所述凹槽内凹成形于所述延伸块的壁面, 所述凹槽具有两斜向侧壁 且所述崁接部的尖部成形于所述凹槽的底端中央,所述拆卸式刀片的凸缘嵌合所述夹持 把体的凹槽。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述拆卸式刀片的 崁合部为一突伸成形的凸缘, 所述凸缘位于连接所述修光刃的端面上, 所述凸缘具有两 斜向侧壁且所述崁合部的尖部成形于所述凸缘的顶端中央,所述夹持把体的崁接部包含 一延伸块及一凹槽,所述延伸块接合所述第一夹合片及所述第二夹合片的内壁面且位于 所述容置区的末端, 所述凹槽内凹成形于所述延伸块的壁面, 所述凹槽具有两斜向侧壁 且所述崁接部的尖部成形于所述凹槽的底端中央,所述拆卸式刀片的凸缘嵌合所述夹持 把体的凹槽。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述夹持把体具有 延伸块, 所述夹持把体的崁接部为一凸缘, 所述凸缘突伸成形于所述延伸块的壁面, 所 述凸缘具有两斜向侧壁且所述崁接部的尖部成形于所述凸缘的顶端中央,所述拆卸式刀 片的崁合部为一凹槽, 所述凹槽内凹成形于拆卸式刀片的一端上, 所述凹槽具有两斜向 侧壁且所述崁合部的尖部成形于所述凹槽的底端中央,所述凹槽嵌合所述夹持把体的凸 缘。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述夹持把体还具 有延伸块, 所述夹持把体的崁接部为一凸缘, 所述凸缘突伸成形于所述延伸块的壁面, 所述凸缘具有两斜向侧壁且所述崁接部的尖部成形于所述凸缘的顶端中央,所述拆卸式 刀片的崁合部为一凹槽, 所述凹槽内凹成形于连接所述修光刃的端面上, 所述凹槽具有 两斜向侧壁且所述崁合部的尖部成形于所述凹槽的底端中央,所述凹槽嵌合所述夹持把 体的凸缘。
7、 根据权利要求 3至 6中任一项所述的可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述 夹持把体进一步设有一间隙, 所述间隙贯穿成形于所述第一夹合片及所述延伸块之间。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的可替换刀片的螺丝攻, 其特征在于, 所述 第一夹合片贯穿成形有一第一穿孔, 所述第二夹合片贯穿成形有一螺孔, 所述穿孔与所 述螺孔的开口位置相对应, 所述拆卸式刀片进一步具有一第二穿孔, 所述第二穿孔贯穿 成形拆卸式刀片, 所述固定件为一螺栓, 所述固定件依序穿透所述第一夹合片的第一穿 孔及所述拆卸式刀片的第二穿孔, 最后所述固定件螺合固定于所述第二夹合片的螺孔 中。
