Abstract
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'industrie des liqueurs et de la vodka, peut être utilisée dans la production de boissons alcoolisées et notamment de produits à base de vodka. Le but de l'invention est d'élargir l'éventail de compositions d'ingrédients pour la production de vodka tout en améliorant les indices organoleptiques qui distingueront la présente vodka de celles connues de manière claire grâce à un arôme agréable caractéristique et facilement reconnaissable, et avec une couleur particulière de blanc laiteux donnant au produit un caractère individuel net ainsi que son attrait. L'invention concerne essentiellement une composition d'ingrédients pour une vodka particulière, comprenant (en litres pour 1000 parts de produit fini) : sirop de sucre (5,8 -20), décoction aqueuse alcoolisée de croûtons de seigle (0,5 -5), décoction aqueuse alcoolisée de racine de raifort (0,1-5), agent de turbidité (7-20), mélange d'eau et d'alcool (adapté pour un degré d'alcool de 40%).
