Abstract

Description
涂胶美发箔及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及美发技术领域, 提供一种用于烫发或染发过程中对于头发进行塑形或隔离用 的涂胶美发箔及其制备方法。
背景技术
在烫发或染发过程中, 需要将要处理的一部分头发涂抹上试剂或药水, 用铝箔包起来, 这种铝箔即为美发铝箔。 现有技术中的美发铝箔一般就是一块大小符合美发要求的铝箔。 在 美发铝箔的改进中, 有这样的改迸方案; 将一块铝箔截开, 再用透明材料连接起来, 让美发 铝箔上的一部分变得透明。 使用这样的美发铝箔, 在将头发包起来后, 可以通过透明材料部 分看到包起的头发, 有利干控制美发过程。 但是, 现有的美发铝箔还存在一个问题, 用美发 铝箔包起来的一缕头发一般是聚在一起成为一绺, 虽然在卷头发过程中美发师会甩手将头发 摊幵, 但是, 在用美发铝箔包起来后, 头发就又聚 ¾成綹了。 这样, 头发接触药液就很难均 匀, 在加热过程中, 也会造成受热不均。 再有, 美发过程中需要对于一个层次的头发与其它 部分的头发做隔离, 将现有的隔离介质固定在头发上是很难做到的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进现有技术的不足, 提供一种可以使得头发均匀地以层状而不是绺 状包在其中或方便地固定到头发上的涂胶美发箔及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的;
一种涂胶美发箔, 其包括铝箔, 使用时与头发接触的一面为暗面, 另一面为明面, 在所 述暗面上设有一条带状胶层, 在所述明面设有防粘剂层。
在上述方案中, 所述铝箔可为各种颜色单色或两种及两种以上颜色的混合搭配, 优选的是, 所述铝箔为银白本色。
进一歩地, 在所述暗面上的胶层上还可以覆盖设置离型层。
所述暗面上设置所述带状胶层、 所述明面上设置防粘剂层的所述涂胶美发箔为卷成的卷 状。 使 时, 再根据美发师的要求裁剪成块使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例 1:
如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明提供的涂胶美发箔, 包括一块铝箔 1, 使用时与头发接触的 一面为暗面 10, 朝外的一面为明面 1 1, 在所述暗面 10上设有一条宽度为 25厘米的带状胶 层 2。
在本实施例中, 在所述明面 1 !设有防粘剂层 3 , 防粘剂是聚甲基乙烯基硅氧垸, 所述防 粘剂层 3均布涂设在铝箔〗 的明面 1】 上。 所述胶层 2是压敏胶, 纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。 如 图 3所示, 本发明提供的美发铝箔出厂时为带状, 在制作中是在带状的铝箔的一个侧面上 着胶层, 在另一侧均匀涂覆防粘剂, 然后, 再卷到一个纸卷芯 4上成为美发铝箔卷 5。 如果 明面上不带有防粘剂层, 将带有胶层的铝箔直接卷起来, 胶层 2就会粘在铝箔的明面上, 使 用 , 展开涂胶美发箔就困难, 胶层也会被损坏。 本实施例中, 在铝箔 1的明面上均匀涂敷 防粘剂, 这样生产中卷成卷的涂胶美发箔卷就不会粘连。
本实施例的涂胶美发铝箔的制备方法如下:
a. 将防粘剂以 35m/min的速度滚涂到铝箔的一面上;
b. 将温度为 100Ό的胶材料在 60MPa的压力下喷涂到以 40 m/min移动的涂有防粘剂的 铝箔的另一面上, 形成 20 mm宽的带状胶层;
c 将涂有胶层和防粘剂的铝箔加工成抽取式盒装铝箔。
胶材料的温度 可以是 110、 115、 120、 125和 130Ό , 所述压力还可以是 50、 55、 65、 70禾 ί1 75 Μ¾, 涂有防粘剂的铝箔的移动速度也可以是 30和 35m/m;n, 最终带状胶层的 宽度还可以是 25、 30、 35和 40mm„
本发明提供的涂胶美发箔可以这样使用- 方法 1 : 用涂胶美发箔包裹头发。 通过在铝箔的暗面固定位置上设置的一条胶层, 将一 缕头发平贴在铝箔暗面上, 被胶层粘住, 很容易成为一层而不是一绺, 这样, 向头发上涂抹 烫发或染发的药水, 非常容易使每根头发均匀涂上药水, 且不伤头皮和毛孔, 在包起来后, 因为头发成片地粘在铝箔上, 不会聚集起来, 受热也容易均匀, 能够大大提高烫发或染发质 量。
方法 2; 用涂胶美发箔做头发的分层隔离。 将本涂胶美发箔暗面接触头发, 通过在铝箔 的暗面固定位置上设置的一条胶层, 使得涂胶美发箔粘 在需要处理的头发部位, 折边, 再 将一缕头发平贴在铝箔涂有防粘剂的明面上进行处理, 例如进行染发。 本涂胶美发箔很容易 固定在头发上, 使得操作人员的工作难度降低、 很便捷轻松的完成烫 /染头发的过程, 效率 得到提高。
本发明提供的涂胶美发箔, 其上的胶层使用纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。 在涂胶美发箔上使用 的胶应该是容易粘住头发, 但粘接力又不能过大, 也就是要容易分离。 如果胶粘剂粘性过 大, 很难与头发分离, 要取下本涂胶美发箔甚至还要拔下一些头发, 就很不合适了。 上述共 聚乳液或相类似性能的材料比较适合作为胶层的原料使用。
实施例 2:
如图 4所示, 本发明提供的另一个实施例是, 在上述实施例的基础上, 在暗面胶层 2上 着一离型层, 该离型层可以是一侧带有塑料薄膜的无纺布或棉条。 离型层的带有塑料薄膜 的一侧与胶层贴合。 这样的结构一个作用是防止胶层的粘连, 另外, 这种美发铝箔在使用 时, 可以将胶层上的无纺布或棉条揭下来用作向头发上涂覆药水之用。
所述棉条可以是 14g/m2棉条。
所述无纺布可以是 45g/m2、 50g/m2、 80g/m2左右无纺布或 100g/m2、 125 g/m2、 150 g/m2 左右加厚无纺布。
所述胶层 2为在该铝箔的一个方^上贯穿的带状胶层。
所述铝箔为压制有花紋的凹凸面铝箔。 这种压制了花纹的凹凸面铝箔比起光面铝箔, 可 以提髙铝箔对于胶层或防粘剂的 ίί着性。
本实施例的涂胶美发铝箔的制备方法如下:
a. 将防粘剂以 30m/ffiiii的速度滚涂到铝箔的一面;
b. 将温度为 120Ό的胶材料在 55MPa的压力下喷涂到以 40ra/m;ii移动的涂有防粘剂的 铝箔另一面上, 形成 20 mm宽的带状胶层;
C. 在设有带状胶层的一面贴上棉花条或无纺布。
d. 将涂有胶层和防粘剂的铝箔加工成抽取式盒装铝箔。
实施例 3 ;
如图 5 所示, 本发明提供的另一种涂胶美发箔, 包含两块压制有花纹的凹凸面铝箔 Ί, 铝箔一面设有宽 20mm的带状胶层, 另一面涂有聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷作为防粘剂层, 两块铝 箔之间设有有纵向和橫向拉力的 PET塑料薄膜 6, 塑料薄膜 6与头发接触的一面也设有带状 胶层, 将铝箔 7和薄膜 6复合在一起, 形成两边是铝箔中间透明的美发箔。 制成的美发箔的 暗面设有带状胶层 2, 明面涂有防粘剂层。 将美发箔加工成抽取式盒装铝箔, 便于取用。 本实施例提供的美发箔, 具有实施例 1 中涂胶美发箔的优点, 同时中间透明便于观察烫发或 染发过程, 有利于发型师控制美发过程。
本实施例的涂胶美发铝箔的制备方法如下:
a. 将铝箔压印花纹并进行分切, 并将塑料薄膜进行分切;
b. 将分切后的铝箔和分切后的塑料薄膜复合, 形成两边是铝箔中间透明的铝箔; c 将防粘剂以 40m/min的速度滚涂到所述两边是铝箔中间透明的铝箔的一面上; d. 将温度为 120Ό的胶材料在 55MPa的压力下喷涂到以 40m/miti移动的所述两边是铝 箔中间透明的美发铝箔的另一面上, 形成 20 mm宽的带状胶层;
e. 将涂有胶层和防粘剂的美发铝箔加工成抽取式盒装铝箔。
Claims
1. 一种涂胶美发箔, 其包括铝箔, 使用时与头发接触的一面为暗面, 另一面为 明面,其特征在于:在所述暗面上设有一条带状胶层在所述明面上设有防粘剂层。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的涂胶美发箔,其特征在于: 暗面上设置所述带状胶层, 明面上设置防粘剂层的所述涂胶美发箔为卷制成卷。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 在所述暗面上的胶层上覆 盖设置离型层。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述离型层是在 所述胶层上设带有塑料薄膜的棉条或无纺布, 所述塑料薄膜与胶层贴合。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述棉条是 14g/m2棉条; 或者, 所述无纺布是 45-150g/ m2无纺布。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述胶层是压敏 胶, 或者是热熔胶; 或者是纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述防粘剂是聚甲基乙烯 基硅氧烷。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述胶层为在该铝箔的一 个方向上贯穿的带状胶层; 和 /或, 该带状胶层的宽度是 20〜40mm。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述铝箔为压制有花纹的 凹凸面铝箔。
10. 根据权利要求 3所述的涂胶美发箔,其特征在于: 在所述带状胶层上覆盖离 型层的所述美发铝箔是制成为块状。
11. 如权利要求 1所述的涂胶美发箔,其特征在于: 所述涂胶美发箔包含两块铝 箔, 两块铝箔之间设有塑料薄膜, 铝箔与塑料薄膜复合在一起。
12.根据权利要求 4所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述塑料薄膜为 PET薄膜 或 B0PP薄膜。
13. 根据权利要求 11所述的涂胶美发箔, 其特征在于: 所述塑料薄膜为 PET薄 膜或 B0PP薄膜。
14. 根据权利要求 11所述的美发箔,其特征在于: 将其加工成抽取式盒装铝箔。
15.一种制备涂胶美发铝箔的方法, 其包括:
a. 在铝箔的一面涂覆防粘剂;
b. 将温度为 100-130°C的胶材料在 50-75MPa的压力下喷涂到以 30-40 m/min移 动的涂有防粘剂的铝箔的另一面上, 形成 20-40 mm宽的带状胶层;
c 将涂有胶层和防粘剂的铝箔加工成成品。
16.如权利要求 15所述的制备方法, 其特征在于: 在步骤 b完成之后, 在设有带 状胶层的一面设置离型层, 再进行步骤 c。
17. 如权利要求 15所述的制备方法, 其特征在于: 先将分切后的铝箔和分切后 的塑料薄膜复合, 再依次进行步骤 a, 13和(:。
