CN2933105Y的技术性非常高, 可惜结构上影响其可普及性。 目前, 旅行箱多己 使用四个万向轮, 既便如此, 人们仍喜欢以拖拉的形式来使用, 因为旅行途中 要求一路坦平的路面是极不现实的, 人们喜欢以穏定的扶手来控制箱体, 又希 望有一个悠闲、 自在的旅途, 本发明以此为目标, 几年后一定能满足人们的这 一需求。 因为, 一个简洁、 轻便, 既可以自由、 穏定、 随意地使用扶手, 而使 用者又无需承托箱体重量的新型旅行箱即将被普及使用。 发明内容
本发明者认为, 本拉杆箱是以解决在四轮着地、 四轮承托箱体整个重量的情 况下, 可以自由、 随意地使用扶手来拖拉旅行箱的技术, 这种技术最初是以"箱 体的背面底边设置滑杆, 通过支撑件、 滑杆与导向槽的配合来控制底盘和箱体 开启与收合, 但覚得结构上比较繁杂, 随后又改良成 U型结构的底盘, 通过设 于箱体背面的滑槽和支撑件一端在滑槽中的移动来控制底盘和箱体开启与收 合。 而后一种技术方案与前一种是同出一个思维理念, 是 "孪生兄弟", 也是解 决同一个问题, 所以把两者同摆在权利要求 1 上。 如果非要拆开成两个专利, 那么, 专利法会把我们这类人拒于门外, 成为 "贵族法"。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种拉杆箱, 在使用者无需承受箱体 重量的情况下, 可以自由地使用扶手来拖拉旅行箱。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明的实施例提供了一种拉杆箱, 包括箱体、 滚 轮、 滑道、 支撑件及底盘, 箱体的背面底边设有滑杆, 底盘包括连接杆, 连接 杆上设有与滑杆相配合的导向槽; 通过支撑件、 滑杆与导向槽的配合使得底盘 相对箱体的背面底边移动; 滑道设于箱体的背面, 滑道具有一滑槽, 支撑件包 括支撑杆和支撑轴, 支撑杆外凸一端与滑槽活动连接, 底盘分别与箱体、 支撑 轴连接, 当支撑杆外凸一端沿着滑槽移动时, 支撑件与底盘之间的夹角改变。
当底盘开启时, 箱体的重量由支撑杆、 底盘共同承担, 使用者在拖拉旅行箱 时无需承受箱体的重量。 进一步地, 通过滑道、 支撑件及底盘的相互配合, 支 撑杆沿着滑槽的移动可以实现支撑件与底盘之间夹角的调整, 从而收合或开启 底盘。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述。
参见图 1, 为本发明中第一实施例提供的一种拉杆箱, 包括箱体 1、 拉杆 2、 第一滚轮 4、 第二滚轮 3及用于使第一滚轮 4起落的折迭支架 5。
拉杆 2滑动设置于箱体 1的背面。 本实施例中, 拉杆 2包括把手 21及两个 相互平行设置的伸縮杆 22, 伸縮杆 22具有相对的第一端和第二端, 把手 21固 定在两个伸縮杆 22第一端之间。箱体 1的背面固设有两个导向管 11, 两个伸縮 杆 22的第二端分别滑动套设在两个导向管 11中,使得拉杆 2滑动设置于箱体 1, 便于调整拉杆 2的长度, 使用方便。
折迭支架 5包括相互铰接的支撑件 51及底盘 52。 在本实施例中, 支撑件 51包括两个相对设置的支撑杆 511、及一支撑轴 512。支撑杆 511具有相对的第 一端和第二端, 两个支撑杆 511 的第一端分别固定至支撑轴 512的两端。 两个 支撑杆 511的第二端分别滑动连接于箱体 1的背面。 支撑轴 512绕自身轴向转 动连接于底盘 52, 从而使得支撑杆 511的第二端相对第一端远离底盘 52。 本实 施例中, 支撑件 51为由一金属杆弯折形成的 U形, 以便加工制备, 同时可保证 支撑杆 511的结构强度。
为了保证支撑杆 511第二端滑动的稳定性, 箱体 1 的背面设置有滑动装置 包括滑道 12,滑道 12具有一滑槽 121,支撑杆 511的第二端滑动设置于滑槽 121 中。滑道 12为相互平行的两个, 分别与两个支撑杆 511对应配合。本实施例中, 两个滑道 12固定在两个导向管 11之间, 以便于生产装配。 为了进一步便于支 撑杆 511与滑道 12的配合, 支撑杆 511的第二端或滑动固定件向滑槽 121内弯 折形成一弯折部 511a或滑动固定件,弯折部 511a或滑动固定件滑动设置在滑槽 121中, 同时弯折部 511a或滑动固定件形成支撑杆 511的转轴。 优选地, 参见 图 4, 滑槽设有下凹部份以容纳所述滑动固定件, 下凹部份 61的内表面 63相对 于滑道的外表面 62形成的角度少于 90度。
进一步地, 支撑杆具有弹性, 两根支撑杆 511 之间的距离不小于两条滑槽 的距离; 则在支撑杆 511沿着滑槽 121移动时, 当需要锁定支撑杆位置的时候, 弯折部 511a在弹性的作用下嵌入滑槽内而锁紧支撑杆。
通过两个支撑杆 511可保证支撑件 51对箱体 1支撑的稳定性, 防止其在拉 动中倾倒。 此处, 作为另外的实施方式, 支撑件 51也可仅包括一个支撑杆 511, 其一端铰接于底盘 52, 另一端滑动连接于箱体 1。 或者, 支撑件 51为条形的板 状或其他结构形式。
底盘 52包括两个连接杆 521及一固定杆 522。 两个连接杆 521沿箱体 1的 背面底边的长度方向 (即拉杆 2箱的宽度方向) 排布设置。 连接杆 521相对的 第一端和第二端, 连接杆 521 的第一端与箱体 1 的背面底边铰接, 其第二端相 对第一端远离箱体 1。作为优选,两个连接杆 521相互平行设置, 以便加工制备。 所述固定杆 522固定在两个连接杆 521之间。 固定杆 522的两端分别固定于两 个连接杆 521的第二端。两个连接杆 521、 固定杆 522及箱体 1的背面底边形成 一方形。支撑轴 512绕自身轴向转动连接于所述固定杆 522, 固定杆 522与支撑 轴 512相互平行, 以保证支撑轴 512转动的稳定性, 当然, 在其他的实施方式 中, 固定杆 522亦可固定连接至连接杆 521的其他位置; 两个连接杆 521、 固定 杆 522及箱体 1的背面底边亦可形成梯形或其他四边形; 底盘 52的结构也不限 于上述实施方式, 亦可为方形或三角形或其他形状的板状。
当底盘为两个连接杆 521及一固定杆 522形成的 U型结构时, 可以是单式 结构, 如图 3 ; 亦可以是双式结构, 如图 7。
通过固定杆 522可保证两个连接杆 521 同时转动, 在其他的实施方式中, 底盘 52可仅包括两个连接杆 521, 两个连接杆 521均转动连接于支撑件 51, 同 时两连接杆 521的端部均与箱体 1的背面底边铰接。
第一滚轮 4安装于折迭支架 5。 本实施例中, 所述第一滚轮 4安装于底盘 52。进一步, 第一滚轮 4为两个, 分别安装于两个连接杆 521, 使得两个第一滚 轮 4亦沿底边的长度方向排布。
第二滚轮 3 为两个, 沿背面底边的宽度方向排布。 此处, 需要说明的是, 第二滚轮 3的数目并不局限于本实施例, 在另外的实施方式中, 第二滚轮 3亦 可为四个, 两两设置于底盘, 或者第二滚轮 3 为其他数目; 作为优选, 第二滚 轮 3为万向轮, 以便变换拉杆 2箱的移动方向。 箱体 1的底部还设有支脚 13, 在不需要拉动拉杆箱时, 支脚 13可用于支撑箱体 1, 同时支脚 13与地面之间的 摩擦力可使得拉杆箱不能够移动, 便于驻停。
两个第一滚轮 4与两个第二滚轮 3排布成平面四边形, 形成四轮机构, 可 保证拉杆 2箱在拉动过程中的稳定性。 当然, 在其他的实施方式中, 第一滚轮 4 亦可仅为一个, 安装在两个连接杆 521之间, 如安装于固定杆 522的中间位置, 与两个第二滚轮 3可排布成三角形; 第一滚轮 4亦可采用万向轮。
本实施方式中, 两个第二滚轮 3分别安装于两个连接杆 521 的第一端, 使 得第二滚轮 3在折迭及收起状态均位于箱体 1的背面底边处, 当第一滚轮 4收 起时, 亦不会影响第二滚轮 3的正常使用, 拉动拉杆 2, 可仅利用第二滚轮 3实 现拉杆 2箱的移动。 当然, 在其他的实施方式中, 两个第二滚轮 3亦可以直接 安装在箱体 1的背面底边上, 此时, 底盘 52亦可以整体为杆状, 其一端转动连 接至箱体 1背面底边的中间位置, 另一端转动连接至支撑件 51。
底盘 52的连接杆 521与箱体 1之间的转轴、 支撑件 51的支撑轴 512与底 盘 52的固定杆 522之间的转轴均平行于所述背面底边, 且两个转轴之间存在间 距, 本实施方式中, 所述间距即为连接杆 521的长度。 底盘 52及支撑件 51连 接形成一类似曲柄滑块的机构, 支撑件 51相对箱体 1的滑动可实现第一滚轮 4 的起落。 支撑杆 511 的第二端滑动至相对远离第二滚轮 3的第一位置时, 支撑 件 51与底盘 52之间所成的夹角最大, 第一滚轮 4收起并位于相对靠近箱体 1 的位置。 支撑杆 511 的第二端滑动至相对靠近第二滚轮 3的第二位置时, 支撑 件 51及底盘 52转动, 支撑杆 511的第一端、连接杆 521的第二端向远离箱体 1 背面的方向移动, 底盘 52与支撑件 51之间的夹角变小, 使得第一滚轮 4向远 离箱体 1的位置移动,同时支撑件 51、底盘 52及箱体 1三者形成稳固的三角形。 第一滚轮 4抵靠于地面, 并与第二滚轮 3形成四轮机构; 支撑件 51支撑于箱体 1的背面, 使得背面与地面成锐角, 即使得箱体 1向地面方向倾斜, 便于使用者 拉动拉杆 2箱行走, 且箱体 1不易倾倒; 无需拉动行走时, 将箱体 1竖直设置 即可随时驻停, 使用方便。
进一步,滑槽 121内设有将支撑件 51的弯折部 511a锁定在折迭支架折迭状 态的限位元凸台 122, 便于支撑件 51滑动后进行定位, 从而将第一滚轮 4锁定 在收起状态; 限位凸台 122的端面为圆弧面, 以便于支撑杆 511 的第二端在外 力作用下通过限位凸台 122。此处, 限位凸台 122即形成将折迭支架 5锁定在折 迭状态的折迭锁定结构, 作为其他的实施方式, 折迭锁定结构亦可为与弯折部 511a相配合的卡勾、 弹性扣, 或者其他结构; 或者折迭锁定结构与支撑件 51的 其他部位相配合从而将支撑件 51的位置锁定, 进而将折迭支架 5锁定在折迭状 态。 参考图 10, 限位凸台 122可安装于伸縮杆 22的外侧。 参考图 11, 限位凸 台 122可安装于伸縮杆 22的内侧。
滑槽 121内还设有将支撑件 51的弯折部 511a锁定在折迭支架打开状态的限 位槽 123, 当弯折部 511a滑动至折迭支架打开时, 弯折部 511a位于限位槽 123 中, 从而将支撑杆 511定位, 第一滚轮 4锁定在落下状态。 使支撑杆 511的第 二端从限位槽 123中脱出, 即可滑动支撑杆 511。作为优选,限位槽 123为多个, 沿滑槽 121的长度方向排布设置。 利用多个限位槽 123可将支撑杆 511定位在 不同位置, 从而可将箱体 1定位在不同倾斜角度, 以便拉动。 此处, 限位槽 123 即形成将折迭支架 5 锁定在打开状态的打开锁定结构, 作为其他的实施方式, 打开锁定结构亦可为与锁紧螺钉, 或者其他结构; 或者打开锁定结构与支撑件 51的其他部位相配合从而将支撑件 51的位置锁定,进而将折迭支架 5锁定在打 开状态。
在上述实施方式中,支撑件 51通过支撑杆 511与滑槽 121的配合实现滑动, 在需要支撑件 51滑动时,需要使用者对支撑件 51或底盘 52施力使得支撑件 51 滑动。
在上述实施方式中, 支撑件 51与底盘 52二者远离箱体 1的端部的相互铰 接, 作为本发明提供的第二实施方式, 如图 5所示, 支撑件 51的端部亦可铰接 于底盘 52的中部, 或底盘 52其他位置; 作为本发明提供的第三实施方式, 底 盘 52端部亦可铰接于支撑件 51的其他位置, 如图 6所示, 第一滚轮 4安装于 支撑件 51远离箱体 1的端部; 总之, 支撑件 51相对箱体 1滑动, 可使得支撑 件 51、 底盘 52及箱体 1之间构成三角形即可。
如图 7至图 9所示, 在本发明提供的第四实施方式提供的一种拉杆箱中, 包括箱体 1、 拉杆 2、 第一滚轮 4、 第二滚轮 3及用于使第一滚轮 4起落的折迭 支架 5。 拉杆 2与箱体 1的配合方式与第一实施方式相同, 在此不在赘述。
折迭支架 5包括相互铰接的支撑件 51及底盘 52; 支撑件 51的两端分别转 动连接至箱体 1的背面及底盘 52。 支撑件 51的结构形状与第一实施方式相同, 亦包括两个相对设置的支撑杆 511、 及一支撑轴 512, 支撑杆 511的第二端亦弯 折形成一折弯部 511a,箱体 1上设有轴孔 150,折弯部 511a转动设置在轴孔 150 中, 形成支撑件 51与箱体 1之间的转轴。
滑动装置包括底盘 52转动并滑动连接于箱体 1的背面底边, 支撑件 51、底 盘 52、 及箱体 1两两之间的转轴均平行于背面底边, 且各转轴之间存在间距, 以保证三者可形成三角形。
进一步, 滑动装置包括两个连接杆 521及两固定杆 522。滑动装置包括两个 连接杆 521及两固定杆 522连接成矩形, 以保证整个底盘 52的结构强度。 两个 连接杆 521沿箱体 1的背面底边的长度方向 (即拉杆 2箱的宽度方向) 排布设 置。 第一滚轮 4和第二滚轮 3均为两个, 分别设置在底盘 52矩形的四个角上。 利用两个固定杆 522使滑动装置包括两个连接杆 521之间固定连接, 使得两连 接杆 521可以同时滑动及转动,当然在其他实施方式中,可以不设置固定杆 522, 两个连接杆 521相互平行, 且沿箱体 1 的背面底边的长度方向排布设置。 两连 接杆 521均滑动且转动连接于箱体 1的背面底边, 并铰接于支撑件 51。
箱体 1 的背面底边的两端分别设有滑动固定件或两个滑杆 19, 连接杆 521 上设有与滑动固定件或滑杆 19相配合的导向槽 521a或滑槽, 导向槽 521a或滑 槽为条状, 沿连接杆 521或滑道的长度方向设置, 通过滑动固定件或滑杆 19与 导向槽 521a或滑槽的配合使得底盘 52可相对箱体 1的背面底边滑动, 同时滑 杆 19可形成底盘与箱体 1之间的转轴。导向槽 521a或滑槽内设有将折迭支架 5 锁定在打开状态的定位槽 521b或下凹部份 61, 当滑动固定件或滑杆 19沿导向 槽 521a或滑槽移动一定距离、 支撑件 51及底盘 52转动使折迭支架 5打开后可 进入定位槽 521b或下凹部份 61, 从而将滑动固定件或滑杆 19定位, 折迭支架 5锁定在打开状态, 定位槽 521b即形成所述打开锁紧结构。 同时第一滚轮 4向 远离箱体 1的位置移动, 支撑件 51、底盘 52及箱体 1三者形成三角形。 定位槽 521b或下凹部份 61为多个, 沿导向槽 521a或滑槽的长度方向排布设置, 可将 滑动固定件或滑杆 19定位在不同位置, 从而可控制折迭支架 5打开后箱体 1的 倾斜角度。 优选地, 参见图 4, 导向槽 521a设有下凹部份或定位槽 521b以容纳 滑动固定件或滑杆 19,下凹部份 61或定位槽 521b的内表面 63相对于滑道或导 向槽 521a的外表面 62形成的角度少于 90度。
当折迭支架 5处于折迭状态时, 第一滚轮 4收起并移动至靠近箱体 1的位 置; 第二滚轮 3位于背面底边处, 同时底盘 52设有第二滚轮 3的端部亦位于箱 体 1 的背面底边处, 以便于拉杆箱收起存放。 此时, 仅利用第二滚轮 3亦可实 现拉动箱体移动。 此处, 可以在导向槽 521a靠近第二滚轮 3的端部处设置将滑 杆 19锁定的挂钩、 限位元凸起等结构作为折迭锁紧结构, 在折迭支架 5折迭状 态时的定位。
本实施方式中, 轴孔 150可以为多个, 沿拉杆的长度方向排布设置, 利用 支撑件 51的两个支撑杆的形变可使得两个弯折部相互靠近, 使得弯折部从当前 轴孔 150中脱出移动到另一个轴孔 150中, 以便改变弯折部与箱体之间的相对 位置, 从而改变箱体在折迭支架打开时的倾斜角度。 此处, 作为另外的实施方 式, 弯折部与箱体之间的连接关系亦可采用第一实施方式中所描述的连接方式, 使得支撑件亦滑动连接于箱体。
以上所述的实施方式, 并不构成对该技术方案保护范围的限定。 任何在上 述实施方式的精神和原则之内所作的修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在该 技术方案的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种拉杆箱, 包括箱体、 滚轮、 滑道、 支撑件及底盘, 其特征在于: 所述箱体的背面底边设有滑杆, 所述底盘包括连接杆, 连接杆上设有与滑杆相 配合的导向槽; 通过支撑件、 滑杆与导向槽的配合使得底盘相对箱体的背面底 边移动;
所述滑道设于箱体的背面, 所述滑道具有一滑槽, 所述支撑件包括支撑杆和支 撑轴, 支撑杆与滑槽活动连接, 所述底盘分别与箱体、 支撑轴连接, 当支撑杆 沿着滑槽移动时, 支撑件与底盘之间的夹角改变。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的底盘为两条连接杆和两 条固定杆形成的矩形结构。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的导向槽为条状, 沿 连接杆的长度方向设置。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述导向槽内设有定位槽, 用于滑杆的定位。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的底盘至少设有三个 滚轮。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 支撑轴绕自身轴向转动连接于 底盘, 支撑杆的第二端相对第一端远离底盘。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的底盘为两条连接杆和一 条固定杆形成的 U形结构。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的底盘可以是单式结构或 者是双式结构。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的 U型结构底盘的上部转 动连接于所述箱体的一部份, 所述拉杆箱还包括第一滚轮及第二滚轮, 所述第 一滚轮设于所述 U型底盘的第二部份, 所述第二轮设于所述 U型底盘的第一部 分。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的支撑杆的一端向滑槽内 弯折形成弯折部, 弯折部滑动设置在滑槽中。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的拉杆箱, 其特征在于, 所述的支撑杆为两根, 幷且具 有弹性; 所述滑槽为两条, 两根支撑杆为上宽下窄, 上部的距离不小于两条滑 槽的距离; 则在支撑杆沿着滑槽移动时, 支撑杆的上部弯折部在弹性的作用下 嵌入滑槽内而锁紧支撑杆。
12. 根据权利要求 1所述的拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述的滑槽内设有数对限位槽, 用于将支撑件的弯折部锁定, 同时调节拉杆的角度。
