[0032] 本发明为一种手拉式折叠滑板车, 如图 1至 3、 6至 11所示, 包括有前轮 1、 后轮 2、 踏板座 3、 把手杆 4、 把手 5, 在位于所述踏板座 3前端设有一对平行相隔的耦 片 6, 在所述把手杆 4下端设有刚好落在这对耦片 6之间的杆座 41, 所述把手杆 4 通过横穿过杆座 41和耦片 6的摆动轴 7来摆动幵合; 在所述耦片 6和杆座 41之间设 有控制把手杆能否幵合的收折结构 8; 在所述耦片 6的竖壁上设有以摆动轴 7的轴 心为圆心的弧形面 61, 在所述耦片 6的弧形面 61两头分别设有展幵卡槽 62和折叠 卡槽 63; 所述的收折结构 8包括有沿该弧形面 61摆动滑行后滑落到展幵卡槽 62或 折叠卡槽 63中的幵合锁定柱 81、 将幵合锁定柱 81拉近该摆动轴的轴心的弹性件 8 2、 用来将幵合锁定柱 81拉出展幵卡槽 62和折叠卡槽 63的钢性拉绳 83; 在所述杆 座 41上设有条形槽 411, 外力作用下的幵合锁定柱 81在该条形槽中滑动后就可以 进出展幵卡槽 62或折叠卡槽 63。 当滑板车处于展幵状态吋, 幵合锁定柱 81滑落 在耦片的展幵卡槽 62中, 这样就可以供小孩玩耍使用了, 如图 1、 6、 7所示; 当 要收折起来携带或收藏吋, 用手拉动钢性拉绳 83, 使幵合锁定柱 81在克服弹性 件 82的作用力后在杆座 41的条形槽 411中往外滑行到离幵展幵卡槽 62, 这吋就可 以稍微收折一个小角度, 然后松幵拉绳, 使幵合锁定柱 81与耦片 6的弧形面 61接 触, 接着继续将把手杆 4合向踏板座 3的同吋, 幵合锁定柱 81沿耦片 6的弧形面 61 滑向折叠卡槽 63, 直到自动滑落到折叠卡槽 63中, 即完成了滑板车的折叠过程 , 如图 2、 8所示。 同样地, 当要展幵滑板车来使用吋, 用手拉动钢性拉绳 83, 使幵合锁定柱 81在克服弹性件 82的作用力后在杆座 41的条形槽 411中往外滑行至 离幵折叠卡槽 63, 这吋就可以稍微展幵一个小角度, 然后松幵拉绳, 使幵合锁 定柱 81与耦片 6的弧形面 61接触, 接着继续将把手杆 4摆离踏板座 3的同吋, 幵合 锁定柱 81沿耦片 6的弧形面 61滑向展幵卡槽 62, 直到自动滑落到展幵卡槽 62中, 即完成了滑板车的展幵过程, 如图 1、 6所示。 从上可以看出, 这个收折结构只 用幵合锁定柱 81、 弹性件 82和钢性拉绳 83等三个部件就可实现滑板车在展幵、 收折状态吋的锁定, 因此本发明的结构更合理、 生产成本更低; 另外, 当要展 幵或收折吋, 只要用手拉钢性拉绳来带动幵合锁定柱沿杆座 41的条形槽 411滑动 离幵展幵卡槽或折叠卡槽, 然后稍微转动把手杆后松幵拉绳, 就可以在弹性件 的作用下沿耦片的弧形面摆动滑行直到自动滑落到另一个槽中即可自动锁定展 幵或收折状态, 因此它的收折或展幵操作简单和方便。 在此, 弹性件 82是拉簧 , 其两端分别连接在幵合锁定柱 81和摆动轴 7上。
[0033] 在实施例一中, 如图 1至 3所示, 所述的前轮 1有两个, 滑板车在收折并竖直立 起来吋所述的这对耦片 6的地面支撑点 64和这对前轮 1的地面切点 11刚好连成一 条与地面相平的水平直线, 如图 2所示, 这样就可以使处于收折状态的滑板车平 稳地竖直立起来而不易倒下来, 以便于人们存放收藏或竖直提取整个滑板车。 在实施例二中, 如图 6至 9所示, 所述的前轮 1有一个。
[0034] 钢性拉绳 83的拉手端可设在滑板车的不同位置上, 只要用手能拉动拉绳即可。
优选地, 所述钢性拉绳 83的拉手端设在把手杆 4的上端, 这样在收折或展幵滑板 车吋, 非常方便地操作拉环来进行收合滑板车, 而不用弯下身来拉动拉绳。 在 实施例一中, 如图 1至 3所示, 为了在手指拉动拉绳吋更舒服, 在所述钢性拉绳 8 3的拉手端设有扁平、 用软质材料制成的拉环 84, 它刚好在套管伸缩调节结构 9 上并由套管伸缩调节结构 9托住。 而在实施例二中, 如图 6至 10所示, 在所述钢 性拉绳 83的拉手端设有滑动套在把手杆上端外的拉动套管 85, 拉动套管 85在复 位状态吋, 其刚好被位于把手杆一侧的中空的伸出凸肩 44挡住以免掉落下来, 钢性拉绳 83穿过中空的伸出凸肩 44后与位于凸肩上方的拉动套管 85连接以使拉 绳藏在伸出凸肩中, 当要操作收折结构吋, 用手握在拉动套管 85上并往上拉, 即可拉动钢性拉绳 83来使幵合锁定柱 81沿杆座 41的条形槽 411滑动离幵展幵卡槽 或折叠卡槽, 然后就可以展幵或收折滑板车了, 这样除了在操作收折结构吋手 握在拉动套管 85外更舒服, 还可以使滑板车的外形更美观。
在实施例一中, 如图 4、 5所示, 所述的把手杆 4包括有下端与杆座 41固定连接 的直管 42、 可伸缩套入到该直管 42内的 T型套管 43, 在所述直管 42和套管 43之间 设有套管伸缩调节结构 9, 其包括有套在直管端口处的幵口型套环 91、 穿插在套 环 91幵口处的锁紧螺栓 92、 位于套环 91一侧的预紧件 93、 设在套管 43内的至少 两个弹片 94 (根据伸缩调节的档位来定弹片数量) , 所有弹片 94依次上下排列 地装入到套管后其上的销柱 95分别从套管 43对应的销柱孔 431中弹出, 在此有两 个弹片 94, 相应地在套管上设有与弹片数量相同的上下两个销柱孔 431 ; 在所述 直管 42和套环 91上分别设有供对应位置上的那个弹片的销柱穿出并外露出套环 9 1的销柱孔 421、 911, 当套管内的不同弹片的销柱从直管和套环的销柱孔中弹出 吋, 就可实现伸缩调节, 这跟目前用来伸缩调节的结构一致, 所不同的是在套 环 91与预紧件 93之间设有 S型的弹性按压片 96, 所述弹性按压片 96—端固定在位 于套环 91和预紧件 93之间的那段螺栓上, 另一端呈弧形地弯向套环 91, 这样要 按压销柱 95使之缩入到套管 43内来伸缩调节吋, 就可以直接按压到弹性按压片 9 6上, 再由弹性按压片 96将销柱 95压入到套管内, 这比起当前用手指直接捏在销 柱上所带来的手指疼痛来说, 弹性按压片 96就可以避免这种疼痛感, 使到人们 在伸缩调节把手杆吋更舒服、 也更合理。 由于直管和套环的厚度较厚, 有吋难 以用手指将销柱按入到套管内, 因此为了更好地将销柱按压到套管内, 优选地 , 使弹性按压片 96在对向套环 91的销柱孔 911的那一侧上设有顶入凸起 961, 目 的是有足够的长度来使销柱缩回到套管内, 如图 5所示, 当手按在弹性按压片上 吋, 顶入凸起 961刚好将销柱 95压入到套管内。 [0036] 在实施例二中, 如图 6至 11所示, 所述的把手杆 4包括有下端与杆座 41 固定连接的直管 42、 可伸縮套入到该直管 42内的 T型套管 43, 在所述直管 42 和套管 43之间设有套管伸縮调节结构 9, 其包括有套在直管端口处的开口型套 环 91、 穿插在套环 91开口处的锁紧螺栓 92、 位于套环 91一侧的预紧件 93、 设 在套管 43 内的弹片 94, 在所述直管 42竖直方向上间隔地设有至少两个高度定 位孔 421, 所述弹片 94装入到套管 43后其上的销柱 95从套管 43的销柱孔 431 中弹出后滑落到对应位置上的那个高度定位孔 421中, 在此有两个高度定位孔。 当要伸縮调节时, 先使预紧件 93解除对直管 42和套管 43的锁紧后, 用手按压 弹片 94上的销柱 95使之从直管 42的高度定位孔 421縮进到套管 43的销柱孔 431中时, 就可实现拉动套管来伸縮调节, 这跟目前滑板车常用的伸縮调节结构 一致。
[0037] 在实施例一、 二中, 如图 3、 10所示, 钢性拉绳 83通过一倒 " U "型的 连接耳 86与幵合锁定柱 81连接, 连接耳 86安装在杆座 41内, 在连接时, 钢性 拉绳 83下端连接在连接耳 86的横板 861上, 而开合锁定柱 81横穿过连接耳 86 的两竖板 862后, 其每一端都穿过杆座 41的条形槽 411和落在耦片 6的展开卡 槽 62或折叠卡槽 63中, 这样在拉动钢性拉绳 83来收折或展幵操作时, 可以使 开合锁定柱 81两端更加同步地离开或滑落到那对耦片 6的展开卡槽 62或折叠卡 槽 63, 从而使展开、 收折的操作更可靠。
[0038] 在实施例二中, 如图 6、 8所示, 在杆座 41、 耦片 6外分别设有保护罩 10、 20,这样既可以更好地保护小孩以免受到夹伤,又可以使整车的外形更美观。

[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的手拉式折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述的前轮 有两个, 滑板车在收折并竖直立起来吋所述的这对耦片的地面支撑点 和这对前轮的地面切点刚好连成一条与地面相平的水平直线。

[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的手拉式折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述的把 手杆包括有下端与杆座固定连接的直管、 可伸缩套入到该直管内的 T 型套管; 在所述直管和套管之间设有套管伸缩调节结构, 其包括有套 在直管端口处的幵口型套环、 穿插在套环幵口处的锁紧螺栓、 位于套 环一侧的预紧件、 设在套管内的至少两个弹片, 所有弹片依次上下排 列地装入到套管后其上的销柱分别从套管对应的销柱孔中弹出, 在此 有两个弹片, 相应地在套管上设有与弹片数量相同的上下两个销柱孔 ; 在所述直管和套环上分别设有供对应位置上的那个弹片的销柱穿出 并外露出套环的销柱孔; 在所述套环与预紧件之间设有 S型的弹性按 压片, 所述弹性按压片一端固定在位于套环和预紧件之间的那段螺栓 上, 另一端呈弧形地弯向套环; 所述弹性按压片能将销柱压入到套管 内。
根据权利要求 6所述的手拉式折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述弹性按 压片在对向套环的销柱孔的那一侧上设有顶入凸起。
根据权利要求 7所述的手拉式折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述的钢性 拉绳通过一倒 "U"型的连接耳与幵合锁定柱连接, 连接耳安装在杆座 内。
根据权利要求 4或 5所述的手拉式折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述的把 手杆包括有下端与杆座固定连接的直管、 可伸缩套入到该直管内的 T 型套管, 在所述直管和套管之间设有套管伸缩调节结构, 其包括有套 在直管端口处的幵口型套环、 穿插在套环幵口处的锁紧螺栓、 位于套 环一侧的预紧件、 设在套管内的弹片, 在所述直管竖直方向上间隔地 设有至少两个高度定位孔, 所述弹片装入到套管后其上的销柱从套管 的销柱孔中弹出后滑落到对应位置上的那个高度定位孔中。
根据权利要求 9所述的手拉式折叠滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述的钢性 拉绳通过一倒 "U"型的连接耳与幵合锁定柱连接, 连接耳安装在杆座 内。
