本发明是有关于一种收放装置,且特别是有关于一种带体收放装置。
背景技术
运动鞋顾名思义是专指以运动为导向所设计的鞋款,其为了保持脚步的稳定性,有着较坚硬的后跟护套,且为了穿着时的舒适性与透气性,往往配置有鞋舌与透气鞋面,也因为运动鞋本身的便利性、功能性与舒适性,因此几乎成为男女老少外出时的优先选择。
一般而言,为了防止行走或运动时脚部在鞋内滑动而受伤,运动鞋格外着重鞋体与脚部间的紧密度的调节,而以往为了达到这个目的,常见的方式例如是透过鞋带、松紧带、拉链或魔鬼毡。然而魔鬼毡刺边容易卡毛屑灰尘,且多次撕黏后易疲乏,实用性不佳,而拉链的调节幅度小,固定性较差,至于松紧带则耐候性不佳,易随时间逐渐硬化而丧失功能。因此,市面上的运动鞋仍以鞋带型为大宗。
只是,对于不会绑鞋带的孩童而言,鞋带因绑不好而松脱是常见的问题,而对于体力衰退的老年人来说,蹲下绑鞋带的动作也经常是困扰。最重要的是,在一些较为激烈或特殊的运动场合中,例如是篮球、网球、攀岩、滑板等等,一旦鞋带松脱或鞋带余留过长,往往容易在脚部移动的过程中造成绊倒,亦或是遭外界异物勾扯,进而发生危险,而这对于以运动为职涯的选手们,将是莫大的威胁。

实现本发明的最佳方式
请参照图1及图2,其分别绘示依照本发明一实施方式的一种带体收放装置的爆炸图及另一视角的爆炸图。如图所示,带体收放装置包含一底座100、一环形件200、一带体收放件300、一连动件400以及一盖体500。

连动件400的第一组合部430与各弹性臂420的凸块422皆位于环形件200的开口210内,至于各弹性臂420的抵顶端421则抵顶卡槽220。盖体500的第二组合部510与连动件400的第一组合部430相配组。更具体而言,盖体500的第二组合部510对应嵌入连动件400的第一组合部430,据此盖体500正向旋转时,连动件400将受盖体500连动,而盖体500反向旋转时则会先进入一空转行程,意即在盖体500的空转行程中,连动件400不会受盖体500连动。

最后,请同时参阅图8、图9,图8绘示又一实施方式的爆炸图;图9则绘示图8的带体收放装置的剖视图。本发明的又一实施方式提供一种带体收放装置,其同样具备一底座100、一环形件200、一带体收放件300、一连动件400以及一盖体500,但本实施方式特别将前述连动件400与带体收放件300整合为一体射出的零件。如此一来,不仅能简化构件数量;更重要的是,连动件400与带体收放件300整合为一体连结的射出构件后,能强化本发明的连动件400机构强度,借以提升连动件400位居动作核心时的整体耐用次数。
本发明的带体收放装置的环状轨道内可以收放一鞋带带体,但并不以应用于鞋子的鞋带为限,亦可应用于一般手套、约束手套、裤子、帽子、安全帽等有系绑带体需求的生活或照护用品上。虽然本发明已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。
工业应用性
由上述本发明实施方式可知,应用本发明具有下列优点。
本发明的带体收放装置,透过正反向旋转的操作方式即可收放带体而进行调节,且带体收放装置在未受外力操作时,可防止带体反向释放,一方面免除了传统鞋带需系绑的麻烦,另一方面也有效避免过去因鞋带松脱或余留过长而衍生的危险。
本发明的带体收放装置的环状轨道内可以收放一鞋带带体,但并不以应用于鞋子的鞋带为限,亦可应用于一般手套、约束手套、裤子、帽子、安全帽等有系绑带体需求的生活或照护用品上。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种带体收放装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一底座,具有二带孔;
    一环形件,组设于该底座上,该环形件与该底座间形成一容置空间,该环形件具有一开口及多个卡槽,所述多个卡槽环绕该开口,该容置空间与该二带孔连通;
    一带体收放件,枢装于该容置空间,该带体收放件具有一第一结合部;
    一连动件,枢装于该容置空间,该连动件具有一第二结合部、至少一弹性臂及一第一组合部,该第二结合部与该第一结合部相结合,该弹性臂具有一抵顶端及一凸块,该抵顶端与该凸块相邻,该抵顶端抵顶所述多个卡槽的一者而阻挡该带体收放件朝一第一方向旋转,该凸块与该第一组合部位于该开口内;以及
    一盖体,可旋转地组设于该底座上,该盖体覆盖该环形件,该盖体具有一第二组合部,该第二组合部与该第一组合部相配组,该第二组合部于该第一方向旋转抵压该凸块而使该抵顶端脱离该卡槽,且该第二组合部于一第二方向旋转连动该抵顶端于所述多个卡槽间切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该带体收放件具有一环状轨道,该二带孔对应该环状轨道而与该容置空间连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该第二结合部对应该第一组合部,该弹性臂位于该第二结合部与该第一组合部的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该弹性臂的数量为四且平均地环绕该第二结合部与该第一组合部。
  5. 一种带体收放装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一底座,具有二带孔;
    一环形件,组设于该底座上,该环形件与该底座间形成一容置空间,该环 形件具有一开口及多个卡槽,所述多个卡槽环绕该开口;
    一带体收放件,容置于该容置空间,该带体收放件具有一环状轨道及一第一结合部;
    一连动件,容置于该容置空间,该连动件具有一第二结合部、多个弹性臂及一第一组合部,该第二结合部对应该第一组合部,所述多个弹性臂平均地环绕该第二结合部与该第一组合部,该第二结合部与该第一结合部相结合,各该弹性臂具有一抵顶端及一凸块,各该抵顶端与各该凸块相邻,所述抵顶端抵顶所述卡槽,所述凸块与该第一组合部位于该开口内;以及
    一盖体,可旋转地组设于该底座上,该盖体覆盖该环形件,该盖体具有一第二组合部,该第二组合部与该第一组合部相配组;
    其中,该二带孔对应该环状轨道而与该容置空间连通,所述抵顶端与所述卡槽间的抵顶阻挡该带体收放件朝一第一方向旋转,当该盖体朝该第一方向旋转时,该第二组合部抵压所述凸块并使所述抵顶端脱离所述卡槽,且当该盖体朝一第二方向旋转时,所述抵顶端受该盖体连动而于所述多个卡槽间切换。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该带体收放件的环状轨道内收放一鞋带带体。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该带体收放件的环状轨道内收放一安全帽系绑带体。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该带体收放件的环状轨道内收放一手套或一约束手套系绑带体。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该带体收放件的环状轨道内收放一裤子系绑带体。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该带体收放件的环状轨道内收放一帽子系绑带体。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的带体收放装置,其特征在于,该带体收放件与该连动件一体连结。
