本专利申请要求 2013年 9月 5 日申请的, 申请号为 201310400704. 3 , 名称为 "固定 装置及风口结构" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 在此将其全文引入作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷领域, 特别是涉及一种固定装置及风口结构。
背景技术
目前行业所用风口的固定方式通常有两种, 一是直接用螺钉将风口固定在机组上, 二 是将风口固定在天花板上; 第一种安装方式, 由于风口开制时, 机组已吊装在密闭的天花 板里, 看不见机组的安装孔位, 且一般风口的安装都是在工程现场临时开制, 所以开制的 风口位置及尺寸存在较大的偏差性, 给风口直接固定在机组上带来很大的困难。 第二种安 装方式, 由于通过螺钉固定在天花上, 螺钉的尾部会棵露在风口之外, 影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固定装置及风口结构, 结构筒单, 方便安装及拆卸风口。 为达到上述目的, 本发明实施例釆用如下技术方案:
一种固定装置, 包括第一板体、 第二板体和弹性部件, 所述固定装置还包括锁紧装置; 所述第一板体和所述第二板体通过枢轴枢接, 所述弹性部件设置在所述枢轴上, 所述 弹性部件的一端卡在所述第一板体上, 另一端卡在所述第二板体上;
所述锁紧装置设置在所述第一板体和 /或第二板体上, 所述第二板体能够被所述锁紧装 置锁定在所述第一板体上。
较优地, 所述锁紧装置包括锁钩板和与所述锁钩板相配合的钩座;
所述第二板体上设置有开口槽, 所述锁钩板设置于所述开口槽内, 与所述第二板体枢 接;
所述钩座设置在所述第一板体上。 较优地, 所述锁紧装置包括电磁铁和铁片;
所述铁片设置在第一板体上, 所述电磁铁设置在第二板体上;
所述电磁铁通电时, 所述电磁铁吸住所述铁片, 使得第二板体被锁定在所述第一板体 上。
较优地, 所述第二板体上设置有用于容纳所述弹性部件一端部的凹槽。
较优地, 所述弹性部件为扭簧, 所述扭簧的一端置于所述凹槽内。
进一步地, 所述扭簧的数量为两个, 所述凹槽的数量也为两个, 分别为第一凹槽和第 二凹槽, 每个所述凹槽对应一个所述扭簧。

所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽中至少一个的一端设置有对所述折弯部定位的定位部。 较优地, 所述第一板体与所述第二板体在打开状态时的夹角为 60° -120° 。
还涉及一种风口结构, 用于设置在天花板的开口中通风, 包括风口部件,
所述风口部件的周侧间隔设置有多个上述任一技术方案的固定装置。
较优地, 多个所述固定装置对称设置在所述风口部件上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的固定装置及风口结构, 结构筒单, 操作方便, 风口结构无需釆用螺钉即可安装 在天花板上, 方便风口结构的安装及拆卸。

参见图 1至图 6 , 本发明的固定装置一实施例, 包括第一板体 1、 第二板体 2、 弹性部 件和锁紧装置; 第一板体 1和第二板体 2通过枢轴 3枢接, 弹性部件设置在枢轴 3上, 弹 性部件的一端卡在第一板体 1上, 另一端卡在第二板体 2上; 弹性部件可为扭簧 4或其它 类似弹簧机构。
锁紧装置设置在第一板体 1和 /或第二板体 2上, 第二板体 2能够被所述锁紧装置锁定 在第一板体 1上。 优选的, 第一板体 1与第二板体 2在打开状态时的夹角为 60° -120° , 优选 85。 -95。 。
第二板体 2上设置有用于容纳所述弹性部件一端部的凹槽, 扭簧 4的一端置于所述凹 槽内。扭簧 4的数量为两个,所述凹槽的数量也为两个,分别为第一凹槽 21和第二凹槽 22 , 每个凹槽对应一个扭簧 4。
进一步地, 扭簧 4的端部设置有 L型折弯部 41。
第一凹槽 21和第二凹槽 22中至少一个的一端设置有对折弯部 41定位的定位部 23 ,在 图 2中, 第二凹槽 11的侧部设置凹部 24 , 使凹部 24的一侧形成用于对扭簧 4的折弯部 41 定位的台阶, 所述台阶即为定位部 23 ; 当然, 第一凹槽 21 的一端也可设置定位部 23 , 定 位部 23的设置方便了折弯部 41的定位, 防止扭簧 4脱离凹槽, L型折弯部 41使扭簧 4固 定更牢靠。
较优地, 作为一种可实施方式, 所述锁紧装置包括锁钩板 5和与锁钩板 5相配合的钩 座 11。
第二板体 2上设置有开口槽, 锁钩板 5设置于所述开口槽内, 与第二板体 2枢接, 钩 座 11设置在第一板体 1上。 锁钩板 5钩挂在钩座 11上时, 第二板体 2被锁定在第一板体 1 上, 按图 4中箭头方向触动锁钩板 5的另一端, 根据杠杆原理, 锁钩板 5脱离钩座 11 , 第 二板体 2在扭簧 4的作用下, 绕枢轴 3转至水平位置, 从而使第一板体 1和第二板体 2处 于打开状态。
较优地, 作为一种可实施方式, 所述锁紧装置包括电磁铁 25和铁片 12 ;
铁片 12设置在第一板体 1上, 电磁铁 25设置在第二板体 2上, 电磁铁 25通电时, 电 磁铁 25吸住铁片 12 , 使得第二板体 2被锁定在第一板体 1上, 电磁铁断电后, 第二板体 2 转至水平位置, 从而使第一板体 1和第二板体 2处于打开状态。
如图 6所示, 上述任一技术方案的固定装置 2' 应用在风口结构上, 风口结构用于设置 在天花板 3' 的开口中通风, 风口结构包括风口部件 1 ' , 风口部件 1 ' 的周侧间隔设置有 多个固定装置 2' 。 优选地, 多个固定装置 2' 对称设置在风口部件 1 ' 上。
安装风口结构时, 风口部件 1 ' 进入天花板 3' 的开口前, 第二板体 2锁定在第一板体 1上, 第一板体 1和第二板体 2呈竖直状态, 风口部件 1 ' 进入天花板 的开口中, 安装 的过程中, 天花开口边缘会沿图 4中箭头方向触动到锁钩板 5的另一端, 锁钩板 5脱离钩 座 11 , 第二板体 2在扭簧 4的作用下, 绕枢轴 3转趋向水平位置。 安装到位后, 第二板体 2在扭簧 4的作用下即被压在天花板 3' 上, 风口部件 1 ' 被天花板 3' 支撑, 从而使风口 结构被固定在天花板 3' 上。
拆卸风口结构时, 当固定装置为图 1所示的固定装置时(无电磁铁), 手动向下拉动风 口结构, 固定装置的第二板体 2在天花板 3' 的支撑下开始向竖直状态改变, 当达到一定状 态时, 即可从天花板 3' 的开口中拉出风口结构。 当固定装置为图 5所示的固定装置时(带 电磁铁), 给电磁铁通电, 使第二板体 2锁定在第一板体 1上, 即可拿下风口结构。
以上实施例中的固定装置及风口结构, 结构筒单, 操作方便, 风口结构无需釆用螺钉 即可安装在天花板上, 方便风口结构的安装及拆卸。

1、 一种固定装置, 包括第一板体、 第二板体和弹性部件, 其特征在于:

所述扭簧的数量为两个, 所述凹槽的数量也为两个, 分别为第一凹槽和第二凹槽, 每 个所述凹槽对应一个所述扭簧。

所述扭簧的端部设置有 L型折弯部;
所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽中至少一个的一端设置有对所述折弯部定位的定位部。
8、 根据权利要求 1-3任一项所述的固定装置, 其特征在于:
所述第一板体与所述第二板体在打开状态时的夹角为 60° -120° 。
9、 一种风口结构, 用于设置在天花板的开口中通风, 包括风口部件, 其特征在于: 所述风口部件的周侧间隔设置有多个如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的固定装置。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的风口结构, 其特征在于:
多个所述固定装置对称设置在所述风口部件上。
