Description

一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备
本申请要求在2015年11月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520943475.4、发明名称为“一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权，其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示设备安装技术领域，特别是涉及一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备。
背景技术
挂架作为平板电视机挂装于墙壁的配件设备，它广泛应用于家庭、办公室、会议厅、展览馆、酒店、机场、火车站、医院、巴士站和购物广场等场所。
目前，在使用挂架将电视机壁挂安装时，往往都是很简单地将电视机挂装在挂架上。当电视机受到外力作用时，很有可能会发生电视机从挂架上脱落的意外，从而损坏电视机甚至造成人身伤害。
发明内容
本发明提供一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备，以提高显示设备壁挂安装的安全可靠性。
本发明提供的显示设备的壁挂装置，包括用于与墙壁固定连接的墙壁固定件和用于与显示设备本体固定连接的显示设备本体固定件，其中：
所述显示设备本体固定件挂接于所述墙壁固定件，且所述显示设备本体固定件与所述墙壁固定件通过磁铁磁性吸附连接。
优选的，所述墙壁固定件横向设置，所述显示设备本体固定件包括纵向设置且与所述显示设备本体背侧固定连接的长臂，以及所述长臂背侧所固定连接的中间挂件；
所述墙壁固定件具有挂接板，所述中间挂件具有挂接于所述挂接板的挂钩，所述磁铁固定于所述中间挂件并与所述墙壁固定件吸附连接。
可选的，所述中间挂件的背侧具有凹槽，所述凹槽内通过紧固件固定有 几字形固定板，所述几字形固定板的两个耳板分别具有嵌装孔，所述磁铁嵌装于所述嵌装孔内。
可选的，所述中间挂件的两侧具有耳板，每个耳板具有嵌装孔，所述磁铁嵌装于所述嵌装孔内。
可选的，所述磁铁通过强力胶或者螺钉嵌装于所述嵌装孔内。
较佳的，所述挂接板具有挂接限位口，所述挂钩挂接于所述挂接板的挂接限位口。
更佳的，所述挂钩包容于所述挂接板的上下两侧。
优选的，所述长臂和对应的中间挂件至少为两组。
采用本发明技术方案，显示设备在进行壁挂安装时，首先将显示设备本体固定件与显示设备本体固定连接，将墙壁固定件与墙壁固定连接，然后将显示设备本体固定件挂接在墙壁固定件上，使显示设备本体固定件与墙壁固定件贴合，这时显示设备本体固定件与墙壁固定件通过磁铁磁性吸附在一起。采用该方案，显示设备在壁挂安装后，由于磁铁的吸附作用，显示设备本体和显示设备本体固定件与墙壁固定件不易产生相对移动，从而减少了从墙壁固定件上脱落的风险，提高了显示设备壁挂安装的安全可靠性，并且安装过程非常简便。
本发明还提供了一种显示设备，包括前述任一技术方案所述的显示设备的壁挂装置。该显示设备可以实现稳固的壁挂安装，安全可靠性较高。
可选的，所述显示设备包括平板电视机或平板显示器。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3、图5所示，本发明实施例提供的显示设备的壁挂装置，包括用于与墙壁(图中未示出)固定连接的墙壁固定件1和用于与显示设备本体3固定连接的显示设备本体固定件2，其中：显示设备本体固定件2挂接于墙壁固定件1，且显示设备本体固定件2与墙壁固定件1通过磁铁4磁性吸附连接。
该实施例中，墙壁固定件1横向设置，显示设备本体固定件2包括纵向设置且与显示设备本体3背侧固定连接的长臂5，以及长臂5背侧所固定连接的中间挂件6；墙壁固定件1具有挂接板11，中间挂件6具有挂接于挂接板11的挂钩61，磁铁4固定于中间挂件6并与墙壁固定件1吸附连接。
其中，墙壁固定件1可采用铁板冲压件，与墙壁可通过螺钉实现固定连 接，为了进一步提高承重，也可以使用膨胀螺钉。墙壁固定件上开设有多个腰形孔，这样对螺钉的装配位置精度要求较低，操作人员可根据需要灵活选择若干个腰形孔，通过螺钉将墙壁固定件1固定在墙壁上。长臂5与显示设备本体3之间，以及中间挂件6与长臂5之间也可通过螺钉实现固定连接，在实际组装时，可以先将长臂5与中间挂件6组装，然后再将该组件与显示设备本体3组装；也可以先将长臂5与显示设备本体3组装，然后再将中间挂件6与长臂5组装。
为了增加壁挂装置的承重，使显示设备更加平稳的安装，长臂5和对应的中间挂件6至少为两组。通常采用两组即可，也可以根据显示装置的规格尺寸和安装需要选择三组或者更多组。
磁铁4在中间挂件6上具体的设置位置、设置形式和设置数量不限。
如图4和图6所示，该实施例中，中间挂件6的背侧具有凹槽(图4中凹槽被几字形固定板63遮挡，故未示出)，凹槽内通过紧固件固定有几字形固定板63，几字形固定板63的两个耳板631分别具有嵌装孔632，磁铁4嵌装于嵌装孔632内。具体的，磁铁4可以通过强力胶或者螺钉嵌装于嵌装孔632内。此外，在本发明的另一实施例中，中间挂件的两侧具有耳板，每个耳板具有嵌装孔，磁铁嵌装于嵌装孔内。
如图1和图2所示，在本发明的优选实施例中，挂接板11具有挂接限位口111，挂钩61挂接于挂接板11的挂接限位口111，进一步的，挂钩61包容于挂接板11的上下两侧。由于挂接限位口111对挂钩61的限位作用，显示设备本体固定件2和显示设备本体3不会相对墙壁固定件1水平移动，从而更加增强了显示设备安装稳定性。
采用本发明实施例方案，将显示设备进行壁挂安装的操作步骤如下：
步骤一、将墙壁固定件1与墙壁固定连接，将长臂5与中间挂件6组装，然后将组件与显示设备本体3固定连接；
步骤二、将中间挂件6的挂钩61挂接在挂接板11的挂接限位口111内，向墙壁方向推动显示设备本体3，使磁铁4与墙壁固定件1吸附在一起，至此显示设备实现稳固的壁挂安装。
采用该方案，显示设备在壁挂安装后，由于磁铁4的吸附作用，显示设备本体3和显示设备本体固定件2与墙壁固定件1不易产生相对移动，从而减少了从墙壁固定件1上脱落的风险，提高了显示设备壁挂安装的安全可靠 性，并且安装过程非常简便。
将显示设备拆下的步骤如下：背向墙壁方向拉动显示设备本体3的下部，使磁铁4与墙壁固定件1分离，然后向上搬起使中间挂件6与墙壁固定件1脱离挂接；将中间挂件6和长臂5与显示设备本体3拆分即可。
值得一提的是，显示设备的类型不限，具体的，例如可以为平板电视机、平板显示器等等。尤其是针对大尺寸平板电视机，采用该壁挂装置可以实现稳固安装，并且安装过程非常方便，也便于拆卸。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示设备，包括根据前述任一技术方案的壁挂装置。该显示设备可以实现稳固的壁挂安装，安全可靠性较高。可选的，显示设备包括平板电视机或平板显示器。
最后应说明的是：以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案，而非对其限制；尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解：其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改，或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换；而这些修改或者替换，并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，包括用于与墙壁固定连接的墙壁固定件和用于与显示设备本体固定连接的显示设备本体固定件，其中：
    所述显示设备本体固定件挂接于所述墙壁固定件，且所述显示设备本体固定件与所述墙壁固定件通过磁铁磁性吸附连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壁挂装置，其特征在于，
    所述墙壁固定件横向设置，所述显示设备本体固定件包括纵向设置且与所述显示设备本体背侧固定连接的长臂，以及所述长臂背侧所固定连接的中间挂件；
    所述墙壁固定件具有挂接板，所述中间挂件具有挂接于所述挂接板的挂钩，所述磁铁固定于所述中间挂件并与所述墙壁固定件吸附连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述中间挂件的背侧具有凹槽，所述凹槽内通过紧固件固定有几字形固定板，所述几字形固定板的两个耳板分别具有嵌装孔，所述磁铁嵌装于所述嵌装孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述中间挂件的两侧具有耳板，每个耳板具有嵌装孔，所述磁铁嵌装于所述嵌装孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述磁铁通过强力胶或者螺钉嵌装于所述嵌装孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述挂接板具有挂接限位口，所述挂钩挂接于所述挂接板的挂接限位口。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述挂钩包容于所述挂接板的上下两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述长臂和对应的中间挂件至少为两组。
  9. 一种显示设备，其特征在于，包括根据权利要求1～8任一项所述的显示设备的壁挂装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示设备，其特征在于，所述显示设备包括平板电视机或平板显示器。
