目前, 在正面吊俯下速度控制上, 基本釆用平衡阀或其他流量控制阀 对俯仰油缸的回油形成能足够抵抗负载的背压, 以实现负载的平稳下放。
如图 1所示的正面吊中, 车架体 1与臂架基本段 2铰接。 当正面吊在 将负载由高处放至低处 (即俯下) 时, 为防止出现自由落体或加速度下降 的情况, 必须有一外力支撑负载以抵抗负载的重力, 保证负载平稳地下放。 正面吊一般通过俯仰油缸 3 回油节流形成压力 , 并通过油缸作用于负载, 实现负载平稳下放。 在这一过程中, 负载重力势能全部通过节流转化成了 热能, 使液压油发热。
本披露的发明人经过调研发现, 正面吊下放负载的时候存在以下问题:
1 ) 下放过程中, 重力势能未得到回收, 白白浪费;
2 ) 回油节流严重, 液压系统发热。 发明内容
本披露所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种正面吊势能回收利用系统,
以简单的结构实现对正面吊重力势能的回收利用, 达到节能的效果, 同时 减小回油节流损失, 减小系统发热。
有鉴于此, 为解决上述技术问题, 本披露实施例提出以下技术方案: 第一方面, 本披露实施例提供了一种正面吊势能回收利用系统, 该系 统包括: 车架体, 与车架体铰接的臂架基本段, 用于回收利用正面吊势能 的弹性装置, 所述弹性装置位于车架体和臂架基本段之间。
在一些实施例中, 所述弹性装置优选包括: 蓄能油缸、 液压油管和蓄 能器。 其中, 所述蓄能油缸与所述蓄能器通过所述液压油管连接。
在一些实施例中, 蓄能油缸优选为单伸出杆油缸, 其活塞杆伸出端铰 接在臂架基本段上, 另一端铰接在车架体上。

参照图 2和图 3 ,其分别示出了本披露实施例提供的正面吊势能回收利 用系统的结构及其液压系统的工作原理。 本实施例中, 正面吊势能回收利 用系统包括: 车架体 1 , 与车架体 1铰接的臂架基本段 2, 弹性装置位于车 架体 1和臂架基本段 2之间, 用于收集并利用正面吊势能。
需要说明的是, 该势能包括但不限于正面吊臂架本身的势能、 臂架挂 载吊具的势能、 以及吊具所承载的势能等。
本实施例中, 俯仰油缸缩回时臂架 (包括臂架基本段 2 )俯下, 位于车 架体 1和臂架基本段 2之间的弹性装置分解一部分臂架对俯仰油缸 3的压 力, 即弹性装置辅助俯仰油缸对臂架提供一部分支撑力, 并将分解承受的 臂架俯下的重力势能存储起来; 由于弹性装置对臂架提供了辅助支撑力, 因此俯仰油缸需要对负载提供的支撑力得到了降低, 进而俯仰油缸回油路 上的回油节流量降低, 系统发热减小; 而当臂架需再次仰起提起负载时, 弹性装置将在臂架俯下时存储的势能释放出来, 辅助俯仰油缸举升臂架, 因此, 俯仰油缸所需要提供的举升力得到降低, 达到节能的效果。
在上述实施例中, 正面吊势能回收利用系统通过在车架体 1 与臂架基 本段 2之间设置弹性装置, 来回收利用正面吊臂架的重力势能, 从而减小 回油节油损失, 减小系统发热。 该弹性装置结构简单易于实施, 不仅能够 实现对正面吊重力势能的回收和利用, 达到使正面吊系统节能的效果, 还
能够回收正面吊臂架下俯时被液压系统发热浪费掉的能量, 降低了液压系 统的发热, 提高了液压系统的性能和工作寿命。
上述实施例中, 作为一种可选方式, 该弹性装置可包括: 蓄能油缸 31 , 液压油管 32和蓄能器 34。 其中, 蓄能油缸 31与蓄能器 34通过液压油管 32连接。
需要说明的是, 蓄能油缸 31可为两个或两个以上, 分别布置在臂架基 本段 2的两侧。 其中, 当蓄能油缸 31为两个时, 可对称地布置在臂架基本 段 2的两侧。

上述实施例中, 可选的是, 蓄能器 34可为两个或两个以上, 分别布置 在车架体 1上。 如图 3所示, 蓄能器 34可为四个。 另外, 蓄能器 34的油 口与回油箱之间还可设置有截止阀 35。
基于上述各实施例及可选时实施方式, 上述正面吊势能回收利用系统 还可包括: 过渡块 33 , 该过渡块 33可集成有减压阃 331和单向阃 332等部 件。 减压阀 331 位于所述正面吊势能回收利用系统的液压系统进油口处, 如设置于为液压系统供油的变量泵 334 出油口处。 单向阀 332位于减压阀 331与蓄能器 34之间, 也就是说, 减压阀 331和单向阀 332依次布置在压 力油源 (变量泵 334 )和蓄能器 34油口之间的进油通道上。
如图 3所示, 蓄能器 34油口与回油箱之间的回油通道上设置有溢流阀 333 , 溢流阀 333位于蓄能器 34的油口处, 并连接有回油箱。
上述实施例中,弹性装置可视为蓄能油缸-蓄能器组合形成的液压系统, 该液压系统可为闭式液压系统, 其工作原理可如图 3 所示, 该液压系统可 共用现有正面吊上给主系统供油的变量泵 334。
例如, 当初次启动系统时, 变量泵 334给系统供油, 从变量泵 334 出
来的压力油, 除了给主系统 P供油外, 还有一部分压力油经过减压阀 331、 单向阀 332进入蓄能器 34 ,当蓄能器 34充液压力达到溢流阀 333设定的压 力时, 溢流阀 333开启, 系统溢流, 溢流阀 333起安全作用。 此时, 变量 泵 334可通过减压阀 331的压力控制, 不再给势能回收利用系统供油, 而 仅给主系统 P供油。 此处, 还可通过在减压阀 331和单向阀 332设置球阀 , 借助球阀对势能回收利用系统进行供油控制。
当需要举升臂架时, 蓄能器 34 中存储的能量释放, 两个蓄能油缸 31 的活塞杆伸出举升臂架, 辅助俯仰油缸为臂架提供举升力。 当需要俯下臂 架时, 蓄能油缸 31辅助俯仰油缸提供支撑力, 两个蓄能油缸 31 的活塞杆 在臂架重力势能的作用下缩回, 将蓄能油缸 31无杆腔的液压油压出, 蓄能 器 34开启充液, 吸收这部分能量存储在蓄能器 34中, 当臂架需要再次举 升时, 被存储起来的这部分能量再释放出来供蓄能油缸 31的举升。
下面结合图 2、 图 3所示,对本实施例正面吊势能回收利用系统实施例 的工作原理进行以下说明:
俯仰油缸缩回时, 臂架俯下, 位于车架体 1和臂架基本段 2之间的弹 性装置可分解一部分臂架对俯仰油缸的压力, 即辅助俯仰油缸对臂架提供 一部分的支撑力, 并将分解承受的臂架俯下的重力势能存储起来。 由于弹 性装置对臂架提供了辅助支撑力, 因此俯仰油缸需要对负载提供的支撑力 得到了降低, 进而俯仰油缸回油路上的回油节流降低, 从而系统发热减小。 并且, 当臂架需再次仰起提起负载时, 弹性装置将在臂架俯下时存储的势 能释放出来, 辅助俯仰油缸举升臂架, 这样, 俯仰油缸所需要提供的举升 力又得到降低, 进一步达到节能的效果。
参照图 4 ,其示出了本实施例所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统另一实施 例。 与图 2、 图 3 中所示的蓄能油缸-蓄能器技术方案不同的是, 本实施例 中, 弹性装置釆用的是安装在车架体 1与臂架基本段 2之间的弹簧 4 , 直接
利用弹簧 4来存储和释放臂架的重力势能。
当臂架俯下时, 弹簧 4提供辅助支撑力并被压下, 臂架的重力势能转 化为弹簧 4的弹性势能存储起来。 当需要举升臂架时, 弹簧 4存储的弹性 势能释放出来并辅助俯仰油缸提供举升力, 辅助臂架的举升。
上述实施例中, 弹性装置釆用弹簧回收利用正面吊势能, 不仅结构简 单容易实现, 而且能量转换方式为重力势能与弹性势能的转换, 能量转化 损失小, 选择合适的弹簧刚度, 可最大程度的回收利用重力势能。
综上所述, 本实施例提供的正面吊势能回收利用系统, 结构简单易于 实施, 实现了对正面吊重力势能的回收和利用, 达到使正面吊系统节能的 效果。 同时, 由于正面吊臂架下俯时原使液压系统发热的能量被回收, 因 而可降低液压系统的发热, 提高液压系统的性能和工作寿命。
本实施例还提供了一种正面吊。 由于本实施例釆用上述任一实施例的 正面吊势能回收利用系统, 该势能回收利用系统具有上述技术效果, 因此, 以上所述仅为本实施例的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本实施例, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本实施例可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本实 施例的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含 在本实施例的保护范围之内。 工业实用性
本披露实施例提供的正面吊及其势能回收利用系统, 能够以简单的结 构实现对正面吊重力势能的回收利用, 达到节能的效果, 同时减小回油节 流损失, 减小系统发热。 因此, 本披露实施例具有工业实用性。
Claims
1. 一种正面吊势能回收利用系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
车架体 (1);
臂架基本段( 2 ), 与所述车架体( 1 )铰接;
用于回收利用正面吊势能的弹性装置, 位于所述车架体(1 )和所述臂 架基本段 (2)之间。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统, 其特征在于, 所 述弹性装置包括: 蓄能油缸(31)、 液压油管 (32)和蓄能器(34); 其中, 所述蓄能油缸(31 )与所述蓄能器(34)通过所述液压油管 (32)连接。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统, 其特征在于, 所 述蓄能油缸(31 ) 为单伸出杆油缸, 其活塞杆伸出端铰接在所述臂架基本 段(2) 上, 另一端铰接在所述车架体(1 ) 上。
4.根据权利要求 2或 3所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统,其特征在于, 所述蓄能油缸(31 )为两个或两个以上, 分别布置在所述臂架基本段 (2) 的两侧。
5. 根据权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统, 其特 征在于, 所述蓄能器(34)为两个或两个以上, 分别布置在所述车架体(1 ) 上。
6. 根据权利要求 2至 5任一项所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统, 其特
征在于, 还包括过渡块(33), 所述过渡块(33)上集成有减压阃 (331 ) 和单向阃 ( 332 ), 所述减压阃 (331 ) 和所述单向阃 ( 332 )依次布置在压 力油源和所述蓄能器(34)油口之间的进油通道上。
7. 根据权利要求 2至 6任一项所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统, 其特 征在于, 所述蓄能器 (34) 油口与回油箱之间的回油通道上设置有溢流阀 ( 333 )。
8. 根据权利要求 2至 7任一项所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统, 其特 征在于, 所述蓄能器(34) 的油口与回油箱之间还设置有截止阀 (35)。
9.根据权利要求 1至 8所述的正面吊势能回收利用系统,其特征在于, 所述弹性装置为安装于所述车架体(1 ) 与所述臂架基本段(2)之间的弹 簧(4)。
10. 一种正面吊, 其特征在于, 设置有权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述 的正面吊势能回收利用系统。
