Claims (5)
- 커플링 체결핀을 지지하기 위하여 좌측벽 및 우측벽으로부터 각각 돌출 형성되는 후크부를 구비하는 본체;라지 챔버와 스몰 챔버, 상기 라지 챔버의 입구에 고정되는 웨지고정구 및 유압에 의해 신장 및 수축 구동하되 신장 구동시에 상기 웨지고정구와 반대 방향으로 이동하는 로드를 포함하는 유압실린더;상기 웨지고정구의 외측단부에 고정되며, 상기 유압실린더의 이동에 의하여 상기 커플링 체결핀과 결합 및 해제되는 제1 웨지;몸체로부터 돌출된 가이드를 구비하며, 상기 로드의 외측 단부에 고정되고, 상기 로드의 신장 및 수축 시에 상기 제1 웨지와 반대 방향으로 이동하여 상기 커플링 체결핀과 결합 및 해제되는 제2 웨지; 및상기 유압실린더와 상기 제2 웨지 사이에 설치되며, 상기 체결핀의 해제를 위하여 이동되는 상기 유압실린더 및 상기 제2 웨지의 움직임을 구속하는 스토퍼;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 퀵 커플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유압실린더의 라지 챔버 내부에 탄성부재가 설치되며, 상기 탄성부재의 일측은 상기 웨지고정구의 후단부를 지지하며 타측은 상기 로드의 선단부를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 퀵 커플러.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유압실린더의 내부에 상기 로드의 최대 신장 범위를 구속하는 로드 스토퍼를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 퀵 커플러.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 본체의 좌측벽이 상기 제2 웨지의 가이드와 접지되어 상기 제2 웨지의 최대 돌출 범위를 구속하는 지지블럭을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 퀵 커플러.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 퀵 커플러의 본체가 아암 기단부에 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계용 퀵 커플러.
