Abstract

La présente invention concerne un agencement de gestion thermique destiné à un dispositif qui comprend un dissipateur de chaleur et un composant électronique placés sur un substrat. Le dissipateur de chaleur est placé à proximité, mais pas en contact avec, le substrat et l'agencement de gestion thermique comprend une liaison thermique composée d'au moins une feuille de graphite souple. La feuille de graphite souple est en contact thermique avec le composant électronique et ledit dissipateur de chaleur. La liaison thermique comprend une partie incurvée s'étendant sur un espace entre le dissipateur de chaleur et le substrat ou le composant électronique, qui est plus long que nécessaire pour enjamber l'espace afin de fournir une partie relâchée qui réduit la transmission d'énergie mécanique entre le dissipateur de chaleur et le substrat.
