Description

一种新型内燃机的水平对置活塞、 圆缺口曲柄、 曲轴及水平对置缸体 技术领域- 本发明涉及内燃机和空气压縮机部件领域,具体涉及一种内燃机。 背景技术:
目前, 内燃机的活塞都是一个单独的个体活塞, 由曲柄连接活 塞和曲轴做运动, 机械磨损相对较大, 零部件相对较多, 促使曲轴较 长, 体积相对较大, 因此制造成本较高, 零部件较多。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种内燃机的水平对置活塞和圆缺口曲柄、 曲轴和水平对置缸体,它能实现内燃机的体积减小、轻量化和高性能。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题, 本发明是采用以下技术方案: 它包含水平对置活塞(1) 、 圆缺口曲柄 (2)、 曲轴 (3)及水平对置缸体 (4), 圆缺口曲柄(2)嵌套于水平对置活塞(1)的圆缺口曲柄孔(1 - 1) 圆型孔内部, 两个对置活塞头(1-3)均由活塞销(1-2)联接构成水平 对置活塞 (1 ), 圆缺口曲柄 (2)的曲拐槽 (2-2) 通过曲拐 (3-1 ) 与 曲轴 (3)连接, 整体嵌套于水平对置缸体 (4) 内。
所述圆缺口曲柄 (2) 的一半有离心平衡重 (2-1 ), 水平对置活 塞 (1 ) 上有两个活塞销 (1-2) 和两个活塞头 (1-3)。
本发明吸取了转子发动机的偏心圆曲轴设计思路,可以减少曲轴 的震动和摩擦, 减小了内燃机的体积, 提高了推重比, 有利于提高内 燃机的性能和延长使用寿命。

参照图 1-图 4, 本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案: 它包含水平 对置活塞(1) 、 圆缺口曲柄 (2)、 曲轴 (3)及水平对置缸体 (4), 圆缺 口曲柄 (2)嵌套于水平对置活塞(1)的圆缺口曲柄孔(1-1)圆型孔内 部, 两个对置活塞头(1-3)均由活塞销(1-2)联接构成水平对置活塞 ( 1 ), 圆缺口曲柄 (2)的曲拐槽 (2-2 ) 通过曲拐 (3-1 ) 与曲轴(3) 连接, 整体嵌套于水平对置缸体 (4) 内。
所述水平对置活塞( 1 )有两个活塞头( 1-3 )并由两个活塞销(1-2) 做联接构成水平对置活塞 (1 )。
所述圆缺口曲柄 (2)的边缘设有一个缺口曲拐槽 (2-2), 并有一 个离心平衡重 (2-1 )。
所述圆缺口曲柄 (2)的缺口用于连接曲轴 (3)做滑动和旋转运动, 同时水平对置活塞(1)做对置直线运动, 曲轴 (3)做圆周运动。
所述圆缺口曲柄(2)的直径可以大于或等于或小于活塞头(1 - 3) 的直径。
所述圆缺口曲柄 (2)的质量配重是一半圆的质量大于另一半圆的 质量。 所述增加曲轴 (3)上的曲拐(3-1 )部分可以连接多个水平对置 活塞 (1 ) 构成多缸体结构内燃机。

( 1-2)联接构成水平对置活塞(1 ), 圆缺口曲柄 (2)的曲拐槽(2-2) 通过曲拐(3-1 )与曲轴 (3)连接, 整体嵌套于水平对置缸体(4) 内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型内燃机的水平对置活塞、 圆 缺口曲柄、曲轴及水平对置缸体 ,其特征在于所述水平对置活塞(1 ) 有两个活塞头 (1-3 ) 并由两个活塞销 (1-2) 做联接构成水平对置活 塞 (1 )。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型内燃机的水平对置活塞、 圆 缺口曲柄、 曲轴及水平对置缸体 , 其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄(2) 的边缘设有一个缺口曲拐槽 (2-2), 并有一个离心平衡重 (2-1 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型内燃机的水平对置活塞、 圆 缺口曲柄、 曲轴及水平对置缸体 , 其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄 (2) 的缺口用于连接曲轴(3)做滑动和旋转运动, 同时水平对置活塞(1) 做对置直线运动, 曲轴 (3)做圆周运动。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型内燃机的水平对置活塞、 圆 缺口曲柄、 曲轴及水平对置缸体 , 其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄(2) 的直径可以大于或等于或小于活塞头(1-3)的直径。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型内燃机的水平对置活塞、 圆 缺口曲柄、 曲轴及水平对置缸体 , 其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄(2) 的质量配重是一半圆的质量大于另一半圆的质量。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型内燃机的水平对置活塞、 圆 缺口曲柄、 曲轴及水平对置缸体 , 其特征在于所述增加曲轴(3 )上 的曲拐 (3-1 ) 部分可以连接多个水平对置活塞 (1 ) 构成多缸体结构 内燃机。
