Abstract

一种内燃机,涉及内燃机部件领域,包含水平对置活塞(1)、圆缺口曲柄(2)、曲轴(3)及水平对置缸体(4),圆缺口曲柄(2)嵌套于水平对置活塞(1)的圆缺口曲柄孔(1-1)圆型孔内部,两个对置活塞头(1-3)均由活塞销(1-2)联接构成水平对置活塞(1),圆缺口曲柄(2)的曲拐槽(2-2)通过曲拐(3-1)与曲轴(3)连接,整体嵌套于水平对置缸体(4)内。它吸取了转子发动机的偏心圆曲轴设计思路,可以减少曲轴的震动和摩擦,减小了内燃机的体积,提高了推重比,有利于提高内燃机的高性能和延长使用寿命。

背景技术
目前,内燃机的活塞都是一个单独的个体活塞,由曲柄连接活塞和曲轴做运动,机械磨损相对较大,零部件相对较多,促使曲轴较长,体积相对较大,因此制造成本较高,零部件较多。
实用新型内容
本发明的目的是提供一种内燃机的水平对置活塞和圆缺口曲柄、曲轴和水平对置缸体,它能实现内燃机的体积减小、轻量化和高性能。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它包含水平对置活塞1、圆缺口曲柄2、曲轴3和水平对置缸体4,圆缺口曲柄2嵌套于水平对置活塞1的圆缺口曲柄孔1-1圆形内部,圆缺口曲柄2的缺口曲拐槽2-2通过曲拐3-1与曲轴3连接。
所述圆缺口曲柄2的一半有离心平衡重2-1,水平对置活塞1上有两个活塞销1-2和两个活塞头1-3。
本发明吸取了转子发动机的偏心圆曲轴设计思路,可以减少曲轴的震动和摩擦,减小了内燃机的体积,提高了推重比,有利于提高内燃机的性能和延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图4,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含水平对置活塞1、圆缺口曲柄2、曲轴3和水平对置缸体4,圆缺口曲柄2嵌套于水平对置活塞1的圆缺口曲柄孔1-1圆形内部,圆缺口曲柄2的缺口曲拐槽2-2通过曲拐3-1与曲轴3连接。
所述圆缺口曲柄2的一半有离心平衡重2-1,水平对置活塞1上有两个活塞销1-2和两个活塞头1-3。
所述圆缺口曲柄2的缺口用于连接曲轴3做滑动和旋转运动,同时水平对置活塞1做对置直线运动,曲轴3做圆周运动。
所述圆缺口曲柄2的直径可以大于或等于或小于活塞头1-3的直径。
所述圆缺口曲柄2起到连接水平对置活塞头1和曲轴3的作用,且圆缺口曲柄2的质量配重是一半圆的质量大于另一半圆的质量。
所述水平对置活塞1可以串联在一根曲轴3上形成多个对置活塞的内燃机。
本具体实施方式吸取了转子发动机的偏心圆曲轴设计思路,可以减少曲轴的震动和摩擦,减小了内燃机的体积,提高了推重比,有利于提高内燃机的性能和延长使用寿命。

1.一种内燃机,其特征在于它包含水平对置活塞(1)、圆缺口曲柄(2)、曲轴(3)及水平对置缸体(4),圆缺口曲柄(2)嵌套于水平对置活塞(1)的圆缺口曲柄孔(1-1)圆型孔内部,两个对置活塞头(1-3)均由活塞销(1-2)联接构成水平对置活塞(1),圆缺口曲柄(2)的曲拐槽(2-2)通过曲拐(3-1)与曲轴(3)连接,整体嵌套于水平对置缸体(4)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机,其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄(2)的边缘设有一个缺口曲拐槽(2-2),并有一个离心平衡重(2-1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机,其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄(2)的缺口用于连接曲轴(3)做滑动和旋转运动,同时水平对置活塞(1)做对置直线运动,曲轴(3)做圆周运动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机,其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄(2)的直径大于或等于或小于活塞头(1-3)的直径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机,其特征在于所述圆缺口曲柄(2)的质量配重是一半圆的质量大于另一半圆的质量。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机,其特征在于所述曲轴(3)上的曲拐(3-1)部分连接多个水平对置活塞(1)构成多缸体结构内燃机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机,其特征在于所述水平对置活塞(1)有多个且串联在一根曲轴(3)上构成多缸体内燃机。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机,其特征在于所述水平对置缸体(4)的内部活塞通道是直通结构,水平对置活塞(1)在水平对置缸体(4)内部做对置直线运动。
