以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。 应当理解的 是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制 本发明。
如图 2和图 3所示, 作为本发明的一个方面, 提供一种液晶面板, 该液晶面板包括第一 _ί ^反 11、 第二 _ί ^反 12、 第一偏光片 21、 第二偏光片 22和设置在所述第一基板 11和所述第二基板 12之间的液晶层 60,其中, 第一偏光片 21设置在第一 _¾ ^反 11和液晶层 60之间,第二偏光片 22设置 在第二基板 12和液晶层 60之间。
应当理解的是, 在本发明中, 第一偏光片 21 的偏光轴 /吸收轴垂直 于第二偏光片 22的偏光轴 /吸收轴。
如上所述, 在本发明所提供的实施方式中, 如图 2和图 3所示, 第 一偏光片 21设置在第一 _¾ ^反 11与液晶层 60之间,第二偏光片 22设置在 第二基板 12与液晶层 60之间。 第二基板 12变形而造成的入射光线的光 程差的变化对射入第二偏光片 22而经第二偏光片 22吸收后产生的光线的 偏光态没有影响, 同时,通过第二偏光片 22的光线经过液晶层 60传递至 第一偏光片 21 , 第一偏光片 21可以将该光线吸收, 即, 光线在射出第一 _ί ^反 11之前已经被第一偏光片 21吸收, 因此, 即便第一_1 ^反 11发生变 形, 也不会对射入第一偏光片 21的光线的偏光态造成影响, 同样也不会 对射出第一基板 11的光线的偏光态造成影响, 从而可以减轻暗态漏光现 象。
为了保护第一偏光片 21 , 优选地, 所述液晶面板可以包括第一保护 层 31 , 该第一保护层 31设置在第一偏光片 21的下表面上。 在本发明中, 可以利用绝缘的树脂材料形成第一保护层 31。
在本发明中,可以将第一偏光片 21设置在第一 _¾ ^反 11的下表面上, 而将第二偏光片 22设置在第二 _ί ^反 12的上表面上。
在本发明的第一种实施方式中, 如图 2所示, 设置了第一保护层 31 之后, 还可以在第一保护层 31的下表面上设置彩膜层 40、 透明电极等。
同样地, 为了保护第二偏光片 22 , 所述液晶面板可以包括第二保护
层 32 , 该第二保护层 32设置在第二偏光片 22的上表面上。 可以利用绝 缘的树脂材料形成第二保护层 32。
同样地,在本发明的第一种实施方式中,设置了第二保护层 32之后, 还可以在第二保护层 32的上表面上设置薄膜晶体管阵列 50。薄膜晶体管 阵列 50包括多个薄膜晶体管、 多条与所述薄膜晶体管的源极连接的数据 线和多条与所述薄膜晶体管栅极连接的扫描线等。 薄膜晶体管阵列 50与 第二保护层 32形成的结构与现有技术中的阵列基板结构类似, 这里不再 赘述。
在本发明中, 所述液晶面板包括第一液晶取向层 71 , 该第一液晶取 向层 71位于彩膜层 40和液晶层 60之间; 所述液晶面板包括第二液晶取 向层 72 ,该第二液晶取向层 72位于薄膜晶体管阵列 50和液晶层 60之间。
第一液晶取向层 71以及第二液晶取向层 72的作用在于为液晶层 60 中的液晶分子提供预倾角。
在本发明的第二种实施方式中, 如图 3所示, 可以在第一基板 11的 下表面上设置彩膜层 40, 而将第一偏光片 21设置在彩膜层的下表面上。 同样地, 可以在第二基板 12的上表面上设置薄膜晶体管阵列 50, 将第二 偏光片 22设置在薄膜晶体管阵列 50的上表面上。
在第二种实施方式中, 可以在第一保护层 31和液晶层 60之间设置 第一液晶取向层 71 , 而在第二保护层 32和液晶层 60之间设置第二液晶 取向层 72。
在本发明所提供的液晶面板中, 第一偏光片和第二偏光片设置在第 一基板与第二基板之间, 因此,第一 反和第二 反变形时引起的光程差 不会影响经过第一偏光片和第二偏光片的光线的偏光态,从而可以减轻暗 态漏光现象。
作为本发明的另一个方面, 提供一种液晶显示装置, 该液晶显示装 置包括液晶面板, 其中, 该液晶面板为本发明所提供的上述液晶面板。
由于在所述液晶面板中, 将第一偏光片 21设置在第一基板 11与液 晶层 60之间,将第二偏光片 22设置在第二基板 12与液晶层 60之间,从 而减轻了液晶面板的暗态漏光现象, 因此,所述液晶显示装置具有较好的 显示效果。
作为本发明的再一个方面, 如图 4和图 5所示, 提供一种液晶面板
的制造方法, 该制造方法包括: 步骤 100、 提供第一基板 11和第二基板 12; 步骤 210、 在第一基板 11的下方设置第一偏光片 21 ; 步骤 220、 在 第二 _ί ^反 12的上方设置第二偏光片 22。
在本发明中, 如图 2和图 4所示, 可以将第一偏光片 21直接设置在 第一基板 11的下表面上。 这种情况下, 所述步骤 210包括: 步骤 210a: 在第一基板 11的下表面上形成第一偏光取向层; 和步骤 210b: 在所述第 一偏光取向层上设置偏光材料,并使该偏光材料固化,以获得第一偏光片 21。当然,在所述步骤 210a之前,可以对第一基板 11的下表面进行清理, 以便于形成所述第一偏光取向层。
步骤 210a可以包括: 在第一基板 11的下表面上涂覆光配向材料, 并利用紫外光源照射,使所述光配向材料产生取向,形成所述第一偏光取 向层。
在本发明中, 可以将第二偏光片 22直接设置在第二基板 12的上表 面上。 这种情况下, 所述步骤 220包括: 步骤 220a: 在第二基板 12的上 表面上形成第二偏光取向层; 和步骤 220b: 在所述第二偏光取向层上设 置偏光材料, 并使该偏光材料固化, 以获得第二偏光片 22。 类似地, 在 进行步骤 220a之前,可以对第二基板 12的上表面进行清理,以便于形成 所述第二偏光取向层。
具体地, 步骤 220a可以包括: 在第二基板 12的上表面上涂覆光配 向材料, 并利用紫外光源照射,使所述光配向材料产生取向, 形成所述第 二偏光取向层。
为了保护第一偏光片 21 , 所述制造方法还可以包括: 步骤 211、 在 第一偏光片 21的下表面上设置第一保护层 31 ,并在该第一保护层的下表 面上设置彩膜层 40。 在本发明中, 可以通过在第一偏光片 21的下表面上 涂敷绝缘的树脂材料, 然后对其进行固化而获得第一保护层 31。
为了保护第二偏光片 22 , 所述制造方法还可以包括: 步骤 221、 在 第二偏光片 22的上表面上设置第二保护层 32 ,并在该第二保护层的上表 面上设置薄膜晶体管阵列 50。 在本发明中, 可以通过在第二偏光片 22的 上表面上涂敷绝缘的树脂材料,然后对其进行固化而获得第二保护层 32。
设置彩膜层 40的方法以及薄膜晶体管阵列 50的方法与现有技术中 的相同, 这里不再赘述。
在本发明中, 所述制造方法还包括: 步骤 213、 在所述彩膜层 40的 下表面上设置第一液晶取向层 71 ,该第一液晶取向层 71位于所述彩膜层 40和所述液晶层 60之间;步骤 223、在所述薄膜晶体管阵列 50的上表面 上设置第二液晶取向层 72 ,该第二液晶取向层 72位于所述薄膜晶体管阵 列 50和所述液晶层 60之间。
作为本发明的第二种实施方式, 如图 3和 5所示, 可以将彩膜层 40 直接设置在第一基板 11上, 将薄膜晶体管阵列 50直接设置在第二基板 12上。 即, 所述制造方法还包括步骤 110, 其在所述步骤 100和所述步骤 210之间进行, 以在第一基板 11的下表面上形成彩膜层 40; 所述制造方 法还包括步骤 120, 其在所述步骤 100和所述步骤 220之间进行, 以在第 二基板 12的上表面上形成薄膜晶体管阵列 50。
在第二种实施方式中, 所述步骤 210包括: 步骤 210c: 在彩膜层 40 的下表面上形成第一偏光取向层; 和步骤 210d: 在所述第一偏光取向层 上设置偏光材料, 并使该偏光材料固化, 以获得所述第一偏光片 21。
具体地, 步骤 210c可以包括: 在彩膜层 40的下表面上涂覆光配向 材料, 并利用紫外光源照射,使所述光配向材料产生取向, 形成所述第一 偏光取向层。
所述步骤 220可以包括: 步骤 220c:在薄膜晶体管阵列 50的上表面 上形成第二偏光取向层; 和步骤 220d: 在所述第二偏光取向层上设置偏 光材料, 并使该偏光材料固化, 以获得第二偏光片 22。
具体地, 步骤 220c可以包括: 在薄膜晶体管阵列 50的上表面上涂 敷光配向材料, 并利用紫外光源照射,使所述光配向材料产生取向, 形成 所述第二偏光取向层。
在这种实施方式中, 所述制造方法还包括: 步骤 214、在第一保护层 31的下表面上设置第一液晶取向层 71; 和步骤 224、在第二保护层 32的 上表面上设置第二液晶取向层 72。
在进行完上述步骤之后, 可以进行步骤 300: 在第一基板 11和第二 基板 12之间设置液晶层 60。
进行步骤 300时, 可以在第一 _ί ^反 11和第二基板 12中的一个上滴 注液晶材料,在第一基板 11和第二基板 12中的另一个上印封框胶,然后 进行对盒,从而,所述液晶层 60位于所述第一液晶取向层 71与所述第二
液晶取向层 72之间。
进行完步骤 300后, 可以进行后续的切割工艺, 这与现有技术中的 切割工艺相同, 不再赘述。
在本发明所提供的液晶面板的制造方法中, 第一偏光片和第二偏光 片设置在第一基板与第二基板之间, 因此,第一 _ί ^反和第二 _ί ^反变形时引 起的光程差不会影响经过第一偏光片和第二偏光片的光线的偏光态,从而 可以减轻暗态漏光现象。
可以理解的是, 以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用 的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术 人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和 改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。本发明的实施例可以省 略上述技术特征中的一些技术特征,仅解决现有技术中存在的部分技术问 题。 而且, 所公开的技术特征可以进行任意组合。本发明的范围由所附权 利要求及其等价表述来限定,本领域其他技术人员可以对所附权利要求中 所公开的技术方案进行各种变型和组合。
Claims
1、 一种液晶面板, 所述液晶面板包括第一_1 ^反、 第二基板、 第一偏 光片、 第二偏光片和设置在所述第一 反和所述第二 反之间的液晶层, 其特征在于,所述第一偏光片设置在所述第一 _ί ^反和所述液晶层之间,所 述第二偏光片设置在所述第二基板和所述液晶层之间。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶面板, 其特征在于, 所述液晶面板包 括第一保护层,所述第一保护层设置在所述第一偏光片的下表面上;所述 液晶面板包括第二保护层,所述第二保护层设置在所述第二偏光片的上表 面上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶面板, 其特征在于, 所述第一偏光片 设置在所述第一基板的下表面上,所述第一保护层的下表面上设置有彩膜 层;所述第二偏光片设置在所述第二基板的上表面上,所述液晶面板的薄 膜晶体管阵列设置在所述第二保护层的上表面上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶面板, 其特征在于, 所述液晶面板包 括第一液晶取向层,所述第一液晶取向层位于所述彩膜层和所述液晶层之 间;所述液晶面板包括第二液晶取向层,所述第二液晶取向层位于所述薄 膜晶体管阵列和所述液晶层之间。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶面板, 其特征在于, 所述第一基板的 下表面上设置有彩膜层, 所述第一偏光片设置在所述彩膜层的下表面上; 所述第二基板的上表面上设置有所述液晶面板的薄膜晶体管阵列,所述第 二偏光片设置在所述薄膜晶体管阵列的上表面上。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的液晶面板, 其特征在于, 所述液晶面板包 括第一液晶取向层,所述第一液晶取向层位于所述第一保护层和所述液晶 层之间;所述液晶面板包括第二液晶取向层,所述第二液晶取向层位于所
述第二保护层和所述液晶层之间。
7、 一种液晶显示装置, 所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板, 其特征在 所述液晶面板为权利要求 1至 6中任意一项所述的液晶面板。
8、 一种液晶面板的制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述制造方法包括: 步骤 100、 提供第一基板和第二基板;
步骤 210、 在所述第一基板的下方设置第一偏光片;
步骤 220、 在所述第二基板的上方设置第二偏光片;
步骤 300、 在所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间设置液晶层, 其中, 所述液晶层位于所述第一偏光片与所述第二偏光片之间。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶面板的制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述 制造方法还包括:
步骤 211、在所述第一偏光片的下表面上设置第一保护层,并在所述 第一保护层的下表面上设置彩膜层;
步骤 221、在所述第二偏光片的上表面上设置第二保护层,并在所述 第二保护层的上表面上设置所述液晶面板的薄膜晶体管阵列。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶面板的制造方法, 其特征在于, 所 述制造方法还包括:
步骤 110、其在所述步骤 100和所述步骤 210之间进行, 以在所述第 一基板的下表面上形成彩膜层; 以及
步骤 120、其在所述步骤 100和所述步骤 220之间进行, 以在所述第 二基板的上表面上形成所述液晶面板的薄膜晶体管阵列, 其中,
所述第一偏光片设置在所述彩膜层的下表面上, 所述第二偏光片设 置在所述薄膜晶体管阵列的上表面上。
