在一些实施例中, 所述喷臂水路连接装置还包括: 导向件, 所述导向件设在所述连接 管的所述第一端上, 所述导向件适于推动所述挡片移动。
在一些实施例中, 所述导向件包括: 本体, 所述本体包括彼此相交设置的至少两个插 接片, 所述本体的第一端具有沿从第二端朝向第一端的方向倾斜的导向面; 其中所述挡板 的朝向所述连接管的一侧表面上具有相交的两条凸筋, 所述凸筋的端部具有倾斜面, 所述 倾斜面与所述导向面配合以引导所述本体推动所述挡板。
可选地, 两个所述插接片垂直设置。
在一些实施例中, 所述连接管的所述第一端端部具有相对设置的插接槽, 其中一个所 述插接片插入到所述插接槽内。
在一些实施例中, 每个所述插接片的第一端的宽度大于其第二端的宽度以限定出台 阶,其中至少一个所述插接片的第一端插入到所述插接槽内且第二端伸入到所述连接管内。

在一些实施例中, 所述喷臂水路连接装置还包括: 密封垫, 所述密封垫设在所述导向 套和所述内水管的下游端之间, 所述密封垫上具有与所述出水孔对应的通孔。
在一些实施例中, 所述导向套的朝向所述密封垫的表面上具有限位筋, 所述密封垫上 具有与所述限位筋配合的限位槽。
在一些实施例中, 所述导向套和所述内水管的所述下游端的至少一个上具有卡扣且另 一个上具有扣台, 所述卡扣与所述扣台配合以将所述内水管和所述导向套卡扣连接。

下面参考图 1-图 11描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的一种喷臂水路连接装置,所述喷 臂水路连接装置用于洗碗机中。
根据本发明实施例的一种喷臂水路连接装置, 包括: 内水管 10、 导向套 30、 多个挡片 50、 连接管 40、 喷臂水管 20, 如图 1和图 2所示, 内水管 10的下游端具有出水口 12。 在 本发明的描述中, "下游端"指的是沿水流方向的下游端, 即如图 1和图 2中的上端。 导 向套 30套设在内水管 10的下游端且具有多个出水孔 31, 在如图 1-11中所示的示例中, 导向套 30上具有两个出水孔 31。
多个挡片 50分别可弹性恢复地设在多个出水孔 31处以导通或密封出水孔 31, 连接管 40的第一端 (例如图 1和图 2中的左端) 适于与多个出水孔 31中的其中一个出水孔 31配 合, 其中连接管 40的第一端插入出水孔 31内时推动挡片 50导通出水孔 31, 喷臂水管 20 连接在连接管 40的第二端(例如图 1和图 2中的右端)上且包括喷水管 201和与其连接的 喷射头 202。
在使用时可根据需要将连接管 40选择不同高度插入出水孔 31 中, 此时插接在出水孔 31的连接管 40推动挡片 50, 使得该出水孔 31打开, 从而将内水管 10、 导向套 30、 连接 管 40和喷臂水管 20导通, 而其他的出水孔 31仍然处于密封状态。在不需要出水时可将连 接管 40从出水孔 31中退出, 挡片 50弹性恢复, 使该挡片 50所在的出水孔 31恢复密封状 态, 此时所有的出水孔 31均处于密封状态。 由于每个出水孔 31出都设有一个挡片 50, 且 各挡片 50之间相互独立, 工作互不干扰, 使得各出水孔 31的状态也相互独立, 互不干扰。
根据本发明实施例的喷臂水路连接装置,通过采用具有至少 2个出水孔 31的导向套 30 与连接管 40以及在出水孔 31上设置的挡片 50的配合, 可以自由地改变喷臂水管 20的出 水高度, 同时通过挡片 50在不需要出水时密封内水管 10, 降低了水路密封的压力, 消除 了漏水渗水的隐患。
在一些实施例中, 挡片 50可枢转地设在出水孔 31处。 在如图 1和图 2所示的示例中, 导向套 30内具有多对转轴槽 33; 且每个挡片 50包括: 挡板 51和转轴 52, 挡板 51的形状 与出水孔 31的形状对应, 用于密封该出水孔 31。 转轴 52与挡板 51连接, 可选地, 挡板 51形成为圆形且转轴 52与挡板 51相切。转轴 52上套设有扭簧 53, 转轴 52可转动地设在 一对转轴槽 33内。 连接管 40的第一端插入其中一个出水孔 31内时, 推动挡板 51绕转轴 向内水管 10的出水口方向转动, 此时该出水孔 31处于导通状态。 当连接管 40撤去后挡板 51在扭簧 53的作用下弹性恢复, 此时该出水孔 31处于密封状态。
通过挡板 51、 转轴 52和扭簧 53之间的配合, 可以使挡板 51绕转轴 52转动又可弹性 恢复, 通过简单的结构实现对出水孔 31的导通 /密封的控制。
根据本发明的进一步的实施例, 喷臂水路连接装置还包括: 多对压块 70, 每对压块 70 中的每个压块 70上均具有凹槽 71, 压块 70安装在导向套 30内且凹槽 71与转轴槽 33位 置对应以限定出转轴孔, 转轴 52的两端套设在转轴孔内。 该转轴 52可在转轴孔中转动。 通过增设的压块 70与转轴槽 33共同围成一转轴孔, 防止了转轴 52从转轴槽 33中脱出。
如图 11所示, 每个压块 70具有两个凸耳 72, 如图 3所示, 导向套 30上具有与凸耳
72分别配合的插槽 35, 插槽 35位于转轴槽 33的沿转轴 52轴向的两侧。 由此可将压块 70 安装至导向套 30上。
需要调节喷水高度时, 可根据需要将连接管 40选择不同高度插入相应的出水孔 31中, 此时设置在连接管 40的第一端推动挡片 50, 使得该出水孔 31打开, 从而将内水管 10、 导 向套 30、 连接管 40和喷臂水管 20导通, 而其他的出水孔 31仍然处于密封状态。 在不需 要时可将连接管 40从出水孔 31中退出, 挡片 50弹性恢复, 使该挡片 50所在的出水孔 31 恢复密封状态, 此时所有的出水孔 31均处于密封状态。
在如图 1、 图 2和图 6所示的实施例中, 喷臂水路连接装置还进一步包括: 导向件 60, 导向件 60设在连接管 40的第一端上, 导向件 60适于推动挡片 50移动。 可选地, 导向件 60包括本体 64, 本体 64包括彼此相交设置的至少两个插接片 62, 例如如图 6所示, 包括 垂直设置的两个插接片 62。 本体 64的第一端 (例如图 6中的左端) 具有沿从第二端 (例 如图 6中的右端) 朝向第一端的方向倾斜的导向面 61, 例如本体 64的第一端可以形成为 尖端。 其中挡板 51的朝向连接管 40的一侧表面上具有相交的两条凸筋 511, 如图 5所示, 凸筋 511的端部具有倾斜面 512,倾斜面 512与导向面 61配合以引导本体 64推动挡板 51。
由于导向件 60的导向面 61呈相对于挡板 51倾斜设置, 使得导向件 60在推动挡板 51 时更容易使挡板 51绕转轴 52向内水管 10的出水口方向转动。
在一些示例中, 连接管 40的内壁上位于第一端端部处具有相对设置的插接槽 41, 其中 一个插接片 62插入到插接槽 41内, 如图 6和图 7所示。 具体而言, 每个插接片 62的第一 端的宽度大于其第二端的宽度以限定出台阶 621, 其中至少一个插接片 62的第一端插入到 插接槽 41内且第二端伸入到连接管 40内。在进一步的可选实施例中, 如图 6和图 7所示, 插接片 62的第一端和第二端之间具有向外延伸出的定位柱 63; 连接管 40上邻近第一端端 部设有安装孔 44, 其中定位柱 63插入到安装孔 44内, 从而进一步将导向件 60固定在连 接管 40的第一端的管口处。
根据本发明的一些实施例, 如图 1、 图 2和图 7所示, 连接管 40的邻近第一端端部处 形成有环形的密封槽 42, 密封槽 42内设置密封圈 90, 密封槽 42位于安装孔的远离第一端 端部的一侧。 通过密封圈 90的设置增加了连接管 40与导向套 30的出水孔 31连接的密封 性, 防止了当出水孔 31导通时有水从连接管 40与出水孔 31的连接处流出。
根据本发明的一些实施例, 如图 1-2、 图 7以及图 10所示, 连接管 40的第二端上具有 定位孔 43, 喷水管 201的远离喷射头的一端具有定位凸台 21, 定位凸台 21与定位孔 43配 合以使连接管 40与喷臂水管 20固定连接并相互连通。 定位凸台 21与定位孔 43的连接既 保证了连接管 40与喷臂水管 20连接的稳固性, 又使得安装和拆卸更加方便。
如图 2和图 8所示, 根据本发明一些实施例的喷臂水路连接装置还包括: 密封垫 80, 密封垫 80设在导向套 30和内水管 10的下游端之间,用于对内水管 10与导向套 30之间的 连接缝进行防水密封。 密封垫 80上具有与出水孔 31对应的通孔 82。 可选地, 如图 8和图 9所示, 导向套 30的朝向密封垫 80的表面上具有限位筋 32, 密封垫 80上具有与限位筋 32配合的限位槽 81。 该限位筋 32容置在限位槽 81中以对密封垫 80起到限位的作用, 杜 绝密封垫 80移位而导致密封效果下降, 甚至是漏水的现象。 根据本发明的一些实施例, 导向套 30和内水管 10的下游端的至少一个上具有卡扣 11 且另一个上具有扣台 34, 卡扣 11与扣台 34配合以将内水管 10和导向套 30卡扣连接。 如 图 3-4和图 9所示的示例中, 内水管 10的下游端上具有多个卡扣 11, 导向套 30具有与多 个卡扣 11对应的扣台 34, 卡扣 11与扣台 34配合使内水管 10和导向套 30卡扣连接。 卡 扣连接既保证了内水管 10与导向套 30连接的稳固性, 又使得安装和拆卸更加方便。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的一种洗碗机, 包括根据本发明第一方面实施例的喷臂水 路连接装置。 由于本洗碗机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案, 因此有上述实施例的 技术方案所带来的所有有益效果本实施例的洗碗机同样具有, 在此不再一一赘述。
根据本发明实施例洗碗机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知 的, 这里不再详细描述。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
内水管, 所述内水管的下游端具有出水口;
导向套, 所述导向套套设在所述内水管的下游端且具有多个出水孔;
多个挡片, 所述多个挡片分别可弹性恢复地设在所述多个出水孔处以导通或密封所述 出水孔;
连接管, 所述连接管的第一端适于与所述多个出水孔中的其中一个出水孔配合, 其中 所述连接管的所述第一端插入所述出水孔内时推动所述挡片导通所述出水孔;
喷臂水管, 所述喷臂水管连接在所述连接管的第二端上且包括喷水管和与其连接的喷 射头。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述挡片可枢转地设在所 述出水孔处。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向套内具有多对转 轴槽; 且每个所述挡片包括:
挡板, 所述挡板的形状与所述出水孔的形状对应;
转轴, 所述转轴与所述挡板连接, 所述转轴上套设有扭簧, 所述转轴可转动地设在一 对所述转轴槽内。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述挡板形成为圆形且所 述转轴与所述挡板相切。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
多对压块, 每对所述压块中的每个压块上均具有凹槽, 所述压块安装在所述导向套内 且所述凹槽与所述转轴槽位置对应以限定出转轴孔,所述转轴的两端套设在所述转轴孔内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 每个所述压块具有两个凸 耳, 所述导向套上具有与所述凸耳分别配合的插槽, 所述插槽位于所述转轴槽的沿所述转 轴轴向的两侧。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
导向件, 所述导向件设在所述连接管的所述第一端上, 所述导向件适于推动所述挡片 移动。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向件包括: 本体, 所述本体包括彼此相交设置的至少两个插接片, 所述本体的第一端具有沿从第 二端朝向第一端的方向倾斜的导向面;
其中所述挡板的朝向所述连接管的一侧表面上具有相交的两条凸筋, 所述凸筋的端部 具有倾斜面, 所述倾斜面与所述导向面配合以引导所述本体推动所述挡板。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 两个所述插接片垂直设置。
10、 根据权利要求 8 所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接管的所述第一 端端部具有相对设置的插接槽, 其中一个所述插接片插入到所述插接槽内。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 每个所述插接片的第一 端的宽度大于其第二端的宽度以限定出台阶, 其中至少一个所述插接片的第一端插入到所 述插接槽内且第二端伸入到所述连接管内。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述插接片的所述第一 端和第二端之间具有向外延伸出的定位柱;
所述连接管上邻近所述第一端端部设有安装孔, 其中所述定位柱插入到所述安装孔内。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接管的邻近所述 第一端端部处形成有环形的密封槽, 所述密封槽内设置密封圈, 所述密封槽位于所述安装 孔的远离所述第一端端部的一侧。
14、 根据权利要求 1-13中任一项所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接管 的所述第二端上具有定位孔, 所述喷水管的远离所述喷射头的一端具有定位凸台, 所述定 位凸台与所述定位孔配合以将所述喷水管连接至所述连接管。
15、 根据权利要求 1-14中任一项所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 密封垫, 所述密封垫设在所述导向套和所述内水管的下游端之间, 所述密封垫上具有 与所述出水孔对应的通孔。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向套的朝向所述 密封垫的表面上具有限位筋, 所述密封垫上具有与所述限位筋配合的限位槽。
17、 根据权利要求 1-16中任一项所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向套 和所述内水管的所述下游端的至少一个上具有卡扣且另一个上具有扣台, 所述卡扣与所述 扣台配合以将所述内水管和所述导向套卡扣连接。
18、 根据权利要求 1-17中任一项所述的喷臂水路连接装置, 其特征在于, 所述导向套 上具有两个出水孔。
19、 一种洗碗机, 其特征在于, 包括根据权利要求 1-18中任一项所述的喷臂水路连接 装置。
