一种杯盖式风扇,包括扇叶组件以及与扇叶组件连接的控制部件、电源件(103),风扇还包括底座(1),底座(1)内安装有控制部件以及电源件(103),扇叶组件设置于底座(1)上部;扇叶组件包括扇罩(6)以及安装于扇罩(6)内的叶轮部(60),扇罩(6)与底座(1)通过连接结构转动连接,扇罩(6)沿连接结构翻折转动实现与底座(1)上表面之间的开合;底座(1)形成有用于与杯体杯口处盖合的盖合端。上述杯盖式风扇的扇罩沿连接结构翻折转动实现与底座上表面之间的开合,以便进行风向的调整。

Description

一种杯盖式风扇以及水杯 技术领域
本发明涉及杯盖式风扇以及具有这种风扇的水杯。
背景技术
消费者在户外运动时经常会随身携带水杯,尤其是户外骑行、攀登等剧烈运动的爱好者,水杯更是不可或缺的随身用品。现有一种带风扇的水杯,其专利授权号为201480873U,但这种水杯的杯盖式风扇设置存在以下缺点:1、不方便收纳和实现风向的更多角度选择并定位;2、水杯饮水也非常不便;3、完全外露的风扇扇叶无法保护,会造成使用安全问题;4、整个扇叶结构不能遮盖而保持美观和防摔的实用性。所以,非常有存在改进的必要。但是,由于水杯直径尺寸有限,而导致匹配的杯盖风扇的尺寸有限,在一个狭小范围内要实现多种功能例如方便收纳,多角度调整,保护扇叶和使用安全,便于喝水,外形美观等组合的考虑,导致对于本技术领域而言,一些我们认为是众所周知的结构,组合或者设计,实际上都需要非常难的技术考虑。因此水杯风扇如何合理的改进真正能够应用于市场是本案亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种改进的杯盖式风扇以及具有这种风扇的水杯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种杯盖式风扇,风扇包 括扇叶组件,以及与扇叶组件连接的控制部件、电源件,所述风扇还包括底座,底座内安装有所述控制部件以及电源件,所述扇叶组件设置于底座上部;其中,扇叶组件包括扇罩以及安装于扇罩内的叶轮部,所述扇罩与所述底座通过连接结构转动连接,扇罩沿所述连接结构翻折转动实现与底座之间的开合;所述底座的底部形成有用于与杯体杯口处盖合的盖合端,所述盖合端为套合在杯口外围的套接腔或套合在杯口内的套接头。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,底座上安装有用于与杯体连通的吸管,所述吸管的吸嘴端可活动用以控制吸管开合。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述吸嘴端安装于底座上的一腔体中,腔体具有开口以供吸管处于打开状态时其吸嘴端外露。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述吸管包括用于伸入杯体内的主管体,主管体连接于在底座上通水孔下方,所述吸嘴端活动以控制其入水口与通水孔的对应、错位。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述吸嘴端的内端转动安装于腔体中,所述通水孔、入水口相较于吸嘴端内端的轴心线偏心设置,所述吸嘴端往返转动以实现其入水口与通水孔的对应、错位。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述吸嘴端为可弯折的软管,底座上设有用于限定处于弯折状态中的吸嘴端的限位结构。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,腔体中设有供吸嘴端弯折时着力的挡板,所述限位结构为腔体开口处活动安装的推板,所述推板往返运动以弯折、释放所述吸嘴端。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述吸嘴端的外端设有硬管部,所述限位结构为腔体上的卡位凸起,所述卡位凸起的位置与吸嘴端弯折状态中其硬管 部的位置对应。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述底座上盖合有的上盖。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述底座的外侧壁上环设有若干间隔排列的限位块,所述限位块与设于上盖内侧壁上的定位块对应卡接,各限位块之间的间距足以供相应的定位块进出,所述上盖转动实现限位块与定位块的扣接。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述上盖的侧壁开设有与腔体侧开口匹配的窗口,所述上盖转动以实现窗口与侧开口的对应与错位。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述盖合端与控制部件、电源件之间设有隔热腔。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述连接结构包括转动件、安装部,所述转动件、安装部两者分设于扇罩和底座上的,转动件与安装部活动匹配连接,所述连接结构处设有用于稳定转动件转动角度的限位结构。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述转动件为扇罩上的旋转支架,所述安装部为底座上的横向固定轴,所述旋转支架穿设于横向固定轴上;所述限位结构包括设置于旋转支架外表面的若干条横向齿纹,以及底座上用于匹配嵌套入横向齿纹中的定位卡板。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述转动件为扇罩上的横转轴,所述安装部为底座上的轴孔;所述限位结构为与横转轴紧靠的弹性垫片。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述扇罩与底座的开合侧设有相互匹配的卡扣结构。
如前所述的一种杯盖式风扇,所述底座上还设有用于与杯体连通的气孔,在气孔下方设有吸管使用状态来控制开合的活动气阀片。
一种水杯,所述水杯的杯口处设有如前任一项所述的杯盖式风扇。
实施本发明的技术方案,至少具有以下的有益效果:可以通过转动扇罩来调整风向,操作便利。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如附图1-12所示,一种杯盖式风扇,风扇包括扇叶组件,以及与扇叶组件连接的控制部件、电源件103,所述风扇还包括底座1,底座1内安装有所述控制部件以及电源件103,所述扇叶组件设置于底座1上部;其中,扇叶组件包括扇罩6以及安装于扇罩6内的叶轮部60,所述扇罩6与所述底座1通过连接结构转动连接,扇罩6沿所述连接结构翻折转动实现与底座1之间的开合,一般是与底座上表面开合;所述底座1的底部形成有用于与杯体2杯口处盖合的盖合端,所述盖合端为套合在杯口外围的套接腔100或套合在杯口内的套接头。扇罩与底部的开合侧(与两者连接处相对的那一侧)设有相互匹配的卡扣结构,卡扣结构可以将闭合状态中的扇罩与底座相对固定,避免扇罩随意的打开,卡扣结构较常见,采用卡位于凸起的配合即可。
相较于背景技术中的方案,本案将叶轮部60(即扇叶)放置在扇罩6内以形成保护,加强安全性,利用连接结构来转动扇罩6使其与底座1的上表面进行开合,这种翻书式的活动操作即能灵活的实现风向的调整,也便于风扇的收藏,减小占用空间。底座1与杯体2的盖合方式,无论是套接腔100还是套接头都可以采用螺纹配合、卡扣配合等常见方式来实现。
连接结构一般包括转动件、安装部,所述转动件、安装部两者分设于扇罩6和底座1上的,转动件与安装部活动匹配连接。扇罩6的转动虽然实现了风向的调节,但是如果不能对转动到某个角度的扇罩6进行固定的话,杯 盖式风扇的便利性将大大折扣,需要人工扶持或者是其他的支撑件来辅助,因此作为优选方案,在连接结构处设置限位结构。
限位结构可以是以下设置方式:
其一,转动件为扇罩6上的旋转支架7,所述安装部为底座1上的横向固定轴71,所述旋转支架7穿设于横向固定轴71上;所述限位结构包括设置于旋转支架7外表面的若干条横向齿纹70,以及底座1上用于匹配嵌套入横向齿纹70中的定位卡板8。在旋转支架7沿着横向固定轴71转动的过程中,定位卡板8会与一条条相对应的横向齿纹70卡位匹配。选定某一个扇罩6打开的角度,然后撤销外力,此时定位卡板8与对应的那条横向齿纹70就形成了稳定的卡位配合,防止扇罩6随意的自主活动,以此确保风向的稳定。
其二,转动件为扇罩6上的横转轴,所述安装部为底座1上的轴孔;所述限位结构为与横转轴紧靠的弹性垫片。弹性垫片是固定在底座1上且位于横转轴的下方,它对横转轴产生持续的挤压力,又因为是弹性材质,所以当外力干预时横转轴还是可以沿着轴孔转动以此达到扇罩6方向的调节,此时弹性垫片会处于一种被挤压变形的状态,当转动到合适位置外力撤销后,弹性垫片的复位会继续将横转轴挤压住,避免其随意转动。
实施例一、二、三的区别主要在于吸嘴端5的设置。
用于与杯体2连通的吸管安装在底座1上,吸管的吸嘴端5可活动控制吸管的开合;吸嘴端5安装于底座1上的一腔体4中,腔体4具有开口以供吸管处于打开状态时其吸嘴端5外露。使用吸管时需要外部气压进入杯体2内才能将水吸出,现有的水杯技术已有多种实现方式,本案采用在底座1上设置用于与杯体2连通的气孔42,一般就设置在腔体4中,然后在气孔42下方设置由吸管使用状态控制开合的活动气阀片。喝水时,外部空气经由气孔 42打开活动气阀片从而进入杯体2内,水顺着吸管流出;不喝水时,活动气阀片贴合着气孔42防止水流出。
实施例一中,吸管包括吸嘴端5以及主管体52,通水孔53设置在底座1上,它与伸入杯体2内的吸管主管体52连通,所述吸嘴端5活动以控制其入水口51与通水孔53的对应、错位。吸嘴端5可以设置成在腔体4中滑动的,例如吸嘴端5往外滑动直至从腔体4开口外露的时候刚好其入水口51与通水孔53对应,再往里滑动收藏在腔体4中时,其入水口51与通水孔53错位,水无法流出。
本案优选采用入水口51、通水孔53偏心设置的方式,吸嘴端5的内端50转动安装于腔体4中,所述通水孔53、入水口51相较于吸嘴端5内端50的轴心线偏心设置,所述吸嘴端5往返转动以实现其入水口51与通水孔53的对应、错位。如吸嘴端5内端50纵向安装在腔体4中以控制其外端54水平往返转动。
实施例二中,所述吸嘴端5为软管,腔体4中设有供软管弯折时着力的挡板10,腔体4开口处活动安装有与之匹配的推板9,所述推板9往返运动以弯折、释放所述吸嘴端5。如附图7-8所示(图中将吸嘴端5的两种状态同时展示),操作推板9运动顺势将吸嘴端5弯折于腔体4内并将其限定于此种状态,软管的吸嘴端5弯折后就等同于闭合了吸管,使得水无法流出;往回操作推板9,撤销其对吸嘴端5的作用力,吸嘴端5自行回弹复位并外露于开口以此打开吸管。挡板10的作用在于提供吸嘴端5弯折时所需的着力点,否则其弯折效果不可控。
实施例三中,在软管材质的吸嘴端5外端54设置硬管部,腔体4上设有与外端54对应以用于限定吸嘴端5处于弯折状态的卡位凸起11。硬管部可以 是拿一硬块塑胶环绕在软胶管的外围来形成,当人工操作将吸嘴端5沿着软管部弯折后,硬管部能对弯折处的软管部形成挤压作用,吸管的闭合效果更佳。卡位凸起11可以设置在腔体4的顶部或底部,而吸嘴端5横向弯折之后被其卡住,不能自动复位。在硬管部靠近内端的部分设置一个槽口540,槽口540与吸嘴端弯折的方向对应,可以减小弯折时的阻力。
为了实现吸嘴端在打开时从腔体开口外露,可以有多种方式,腔体具有足够的空间可以容纳住吸嘴端,而吸嘴端的安装处到开口处的距离又小于吸嘴端的长度即可。例如:实施例一中,腔体具有长侧边40、短侧边41,吸嘴端5靠近两侧边的夹角处设置,长侧边40长度大于吸嘴端长度,吸嘴端5长度大于短侧边41长度,当吸嘴端5转动到靠近长侧边40的时候就处于闭合收藏状态,转动到短侧边41的时候处于外露打开状态。
一些实施例中,底座1盖合有可转动的上盖3,所述上盖3的侧壁开设有与腔体4开口匹配的窗口30,所述上盖3转动以实现窗口30与开口的对应、错位。底座1与上盖3可以通过彼此结构上间隔设置的限位块101、定位块31来实现固定扣合,首先限位块101、定位块31是错开的以便盖合,然后转动上盖3使得两个结构上下扣住,避免上盖3随意脱离。
在一些实施例中,在盖合端与主板等控制部件、电源件103之间设有隔热腔102,且底座1中一般形成有电源腔,隔热腔102能减少杯体2内饮品所产生的热量对电源件103的影响,保证风扇的正常运转。电源件103一般采用可以反复充电使用的锂电电池,在底座1上设置与主板连接的充电输入口以便进行电量补充,还可以设置充电输出口,将其作为移动电源使用,为其他电子设备充电。
此外,与杯盖式风扇组合的杯体2上可安装一条柔性的提拉带,提拉带 固定于杯口处,便于携带。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种杯盖式风扇,风扇包括扇叶组件,以及与扇叶组件连接的控制部件、电源件,其特征在于:所述风扇还包括底座,底座内安装有所述控制部件以及电源件,所述扇叶组件设置于底座上部;其中,扇叶组件包括扇罩以及安装于扇罩内的叶轮部,所述扇罩与所述底座通过连接结构转动连接,扇罩沿所述连接结构翻折转动实现与底座之间的开合;所述底座的底部形成有用于与杯体杯口处盖合的盖合端,所述盖合端为套合在杯口外围的套接腔或套合在杯口内的套接头。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:底座上安装有用于与杯体连通的吸管,所述吸管的吸嘴端可活动用以控制吸管开合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述吸嘴端安装于底座上的一腔体中,腔体具有开口以供吸管处于打开状态时其吸嘴端外露。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述吸管包括用于伸入杯体内的主管体,主管体连接于在底座上通水孔下方,所述吸嘴端活动以控制其入水口与通水孔的对应、错位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述吸嘴端的内端转动安装于腔体中,所述通水孔、入水口相较于吸嘴端内端的轴心线偏心设置,所述吸嘴端往返转动以实现其入水口与通水孔的对应、错位。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述吸嘴端为可弯折的软管,底座上设有用于限定处于弯折状态中的吸嘴端的限位结构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:腔体中设有供吸嘴端弯折时着力的挡板,所述限位结构为腔体开口处活动安装的推板,所述 推板往返运动以弯折、释放所述吸嘴端。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述吸嘴端的外端设有硬管部,所述限位结构为腔体上的卡位凸起,所述卡位凸起的位置与吸嘴端弯折状态中其硬管部的位置对应。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述底座上盖合有的上盖。(这条可以与第11条合并)
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述底座的外侧壁上环设有若干间隔排列的限位块,所述限位块与设于上盖内侧壁上的定位块对应卡接,各限位块之间的间距足以供相应的定位块进出,所述上盖转动实现限位块与定位块的扣接。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述上盖的侧壁开设有与腔体侧开口匹配的窗口,所述上盖转动以实现窗口与侧开口的对应与错位。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述盖合端与控制部件、电源件之间设有隔热腔。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括转动件、安装部,所述转动件、安装部两者分设于扇罩和底座上的,转动件与安装部活动匹配连接,所述连接结构处设有用于稳定转动件转动角度的限位结构。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述转动件为扇罩上的旋转支架,所述安装部为底座上的横向固定轴,所述旋转支架穿设于横向固定轴上;所述限位结构包括设置于旋转支架外表面的若干条横向齿纹,以及底座上用于匹配嵌套入横向齿纹中的定位卡板。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述转动件为扇罩上的横转轴,所述安装部为底座上的轴孔;所述限位结构为与横转轴紧靠的弹性垫片。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述扇罩与底座的开合侧设有相互匹配的卡扣结构。
  17. 如权利要求2所述的一种杯盖式风扇,其特征在于:所述底座上还设有用于与杯体连通的气孔,在气孔下方设有吸管使用状态来控制开合的活动气阀片。
  18. 一种水杯,其特征在于:所述水杯的杯口处设有如权利要求1-17任一项所述的杯盖式风扇。
