技术领域
本申请涉及衣物护理技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有按键的衣架及衣物护理组件。
背景技术
衣架顶部设有半圆形挂钩,通过将挂钩挂在挂衣杆上,将衣架悬挂,从而实现衣架的挂衣功能。而应用该种衣架挂衣物,并对衣物进行护理时,只能由衣物的外部对衣物送风或喷淋,以护理衣物,对衣物的护理效果(如塑形效果等)有限。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的之一在于:提供一种具有按键的衣架,其可向衣物的内部提供护理介质,可提升衣物的护理效果;并且可轻松地实现衣架的拿取和固定。
本申请实施例的目的之二在于:提供一种衣物护理组件,其可通过衣架向衣物内部提供护理介质,可提升衣物的护理效果;并且可轻松地实现衣架的拿取和固定。
为达上述目的之一,本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种具有按键的衣架,包括:
架体,其设有介质进口和介质出口;所述介质出口设于所述架体的底部;
锁定组件,其包括锁扣、按键和弹性复位件;所述按键通过转轴与所述架体转动连接;所述锁扣固定于所述按键,所述锁扣具有锁定位置;所述锁扣位于锁定位置时,用于与挂衣固定座卡接;所述弹性复位件提供弹性力给所述按键,以使所述按键具有带动所述锁扣转动至所述锁定位置的趋势;所述按键用于在受到外力作用时,带动所述锁扣向远离所述锁定位置的方向转动,从而使所述锁扣脱离挂衣固定座。
为达上述目的之二,本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种衣物护理组件,包括上述的衣架,还包括挂衣固定座;所述挂衣固定座设有卡接部;所述锁扣位于所述锁定位置,所述锁扣与所述卡接部卡接,以将所述衣架固定于所述挂衣固定座。
本申请的有益效果为:该衣架和衣物护理组件在应用时,可通过架体的介质出口将护理介质(如热风、水等)送至衣物的内部,提升护理效果,实现深度护理;同时,用户通过按动按键,可轻松地实现衣架的拿取与固定;用户使用体验更佳。

本申请提供了一种衣架10,还提供了一种衣物护理组件;本申请的衣架10与外部设备连接后,可通过衣架10向衣物的内部提供热风、水汽的等护理介质,可提升衣物的护理效果;并且可轻松实现衣架10的拿取和固定,既保证衣物的护理效果,也提升了用户的操作体验。
如图1-17所示,在申请的衣物护理组件的一实施例中,该衣物护理组件包括衣架10和挂衣固定座20;挂衣固定座20上设有卡接部21;
其中,衣架10包括:
架体11,其内部设有空腔;架体11还设有与空腔连通的介质进口和介质出口,介质出口设于架体11的底部;锁定组件13,其包括锁扣131、按键14和弹性复位件132;按键14通过转轴30与架体11转动连接,锁扣131固定于按键14,锁扣131具有锁定位置和解锁位置;按键14绕转轴30转动,可带动锁 扣131相对架体11移动,以使锁扣131在锁定位置与解锁位置之间调整;其中,锁扣131位于锁定位置时,用于与挂衣固定座20卡接,此时可将衣架10固定于挂衣固定座20,锁扣131脱离锁定位置(即锁扣131位于解锁位置时),脱离与挂衣固定座20的卡接,此时可以将衣架10由挂衣固定座20取出;弹性复位件132用于给按键14提供弹性力,以使按键14具有带动锁扣131转动至锁定位置的趋势;按键14用于在外力作用下,克服弹性力的作用,带动锁扣131向远离锁定位置的方向转动至解锁位置。
需要说明的是,锁扣131的锁定位置并非某一固定位置,只要锁扣131处于与挂衣固定座20卡接的位置,锁扣131即位于锁定位置;同理地,锁扣131的解锁位置并非某一固定位置,只要锁扣131与挂衣固定座20脱离卡接,锁扣131即位于解锁位置。
当用户按动按键14时,按键14由初始状态被压至按压状态;用户松开按键14时,按键14弹性复位件132的弹力的作用下恢复至初始状态。按键14位于初始状态时,锁扣131位于锁定位置;按键14位于按压状态时,锁扣131位于解锁位置。
其中,如图8所示,转轴30的中心线为O,按键14可带动锁扣131绕中心轴线O转动。
本实施例的衣物护理组件适用于衣物护理机。如图1所示,当衣物护理组件应用于衣物护理机时,将挂衣固定座20固定于衣物护理机的内胆上。
本实施例的衣物护理组件中,介质进口用于与外部的介质提供机构(如风机、水泵等)连接;当待护理衣物搭挂于衣架10时,由于介质出口设于衣架10的底部,介质出口不会被衣物遮挡,介质出口可向衣物的内部(即衣物前幅与后幅之间的空间)喷出热风、水等护理介质,由衣物的内部对衣物进行塑形、除味等护理,实现更深层的护理,护理效果更好。
当需要悬挂固定衣架10时,用户按动按键14,按键14克服弹性力的作用下绕第二方向转动,按键14带动锁扣131转动至解锁位置,此时,可调整衣架10与挂衣固定座20之间的位置;调整好位置之后,用户松开按键14,按键14在弹性复位件132的弹性力的作用下,绕与第二方向相反的第一方向转动,从而带锁扣131回复至锁定位置,锁扣131与挂衣固定座20的卡接部21卡接,从而将衣架10挂接并固定于挂衣固定座20,锁扣131在弹性复位件132的作用下保持于锁定位置。
衣架10在使用时,通过锁定组件13固定于挂衣固定座20,避免由于水压或气压等作用造成衣架10松动,保证护理效果。
当需要拿取衣架10时,用户按动按键14,通过按键14带动锁扣131移动至解锁位置,即可将衣架10由挂衣固定座20取出。
本申请的该衣架10和衣物护理组件在应用时,衣架10可具备吹风功能和/或喷淋功能,实现深度护理;同时,用户可轻松地拿取和固定衣架10,用户体验佳。
本实施例中,为了能够更使弹性复位件132的安装更加方便,衣架10的结构更加简单,并且充分地利用弹性复位件132的弹性力,锁定组件13通过如下方式实施:
采用扭簧作为弹性复位件132;扭簧套设于转轴30,扭簧的一端与架体11相接,另一端与按键14相接;扭簧提供弹性力给按键14,以使按键14具有绕第一方向转动的趋势;按键14用于在外力作用下绕第二方向转动,以带动锁扣131转动远离锁定位置;第一方向为顺时针方向,第二方向为逆时针方向;或,第一方向为逆时针方向,第一方向为顺时针方向。
需要说明的是,扭簧的一端与架体11相接,可以是连接也可以是抵接;扭簧的另一端与按键14相接,可以是连接也可以是抵接;只要能够通过扭簧趋使按键14带动锁扣131向锁定位置转动即可。
在无外力作用于按键14时,按键14的自由端在扭簧的弹性力的作用下,保持于初始状态,此时锁扣131位于锁定位置;在需要将锁扣131推至解锁位置时,用户给按键14的转动端施力,按键14的转动端绕转轴30转动,从而带动锁扣131绕转轴30转动至解锁位置。
本实施例中,为了更好地实现对锁扣131位置的调整,将按键14配置为:按键14的一端为安装端,另一端为转动端,安装端通过转轴30与架体11转动连接。如此设置,基本整个按键14均可绕转轴30转动;如此,按动按键14的任一处,均可使按键14转动,从而带动锁扣131移动;用户使用体验更佳。
进一步地,为了使衣架10的结构更加紧凑,在按键14转动角度一定时,可以使锁扣131移动更多距离,将锁扣131设于转动端,锁扣131相对于按键14凸出;转动端绕转轴30顺时针或逆时针转动时,即可调整锁扣131的位置。如此设置,无需预留过多的转动端的转动避位空间,衣架10的结构更加紧凑。
本实施例中,锁扣131与按键14一体成型,衣架10的结构更加简单紧凑,便于组装。
在其他实施例中,锁扣131也可以通过螺钉等紧固件固定于按键14。在其他实施例中,锁定组件13也可以通过如下方式实施:
采用弹簧或弹片作为弹性复位件132,按键14的两端分别是安装端和转动 端,安装端通过转轴30与架体11转动连接,转动端与架体11之间夹设弹簧;当与弹簧的弹力方向相反的外力作用于按键14时,弹簧受到压缩,弹簧变形,按键14带动锁扣131由锁定位置向解锁位置移动。如图17所示,挂衣固定座20的卡接部21为卡槽。
在一实施例中,为了保证衣架10外观美观,将锁定组件13安装于架体11的内部;架体11的侧壁设有第一通孔1106;锁扣131位于锁定位置时,锁扣131的端部由第一通孔1106向架体11的外部凸出,从而通过凸出的部分与挂衣固定座20的卡接部21卡接;当锁扣131位于解锁位置时,锁扣131缩回架体11内部,即可与挂衣固定座20脱离卡接。
在本实施例中,锁扣131在按键14的带动下,向架体11内部移动时,向解锁位置移动,锁扣131在弹性复位件132的作用下,向架体11外部移动时,向锁定位置移动。
在一实施例中,为了便于用于操作按键14,提升用于操作体验,将按键14配置为:当按键14处于初始状态时,按键14的按压部1421相对于架体11的外壁凸出;具体通过如下方式实施:
架体11设有第二通孔1107;按键14包括相互连接的压板部1422和按压部1421,压板部1422的一端为安装端并与转轴30转动连接,压板部1422的另一端为自由端;锁扣131一体成型于或安装于压板部1422,锁扣131相对于压板部1422凸出;按压部1421相对于压板部1422凸出;压板部1422设于架体11的内部;按压部1421由第二通孔1107向架体11的外部凸出,以便于用于由衣架10的外部按动按压部1421,进行解锁操作;当按压部1421受到外力作用向架体11的内部移动时,压板部1422抵压锁扣131,以带动锁扣131向架体11的内部移动,从而使锁扣131移动至解锁位置。
本实施例,通过在按键14上设置凸出的按压部1421,并使按压部1421相对架体11的外壁凸出,方便用户的手指感知按压位置;并且用户给按压部1421施加朝向架体11内部方向的力,即可解除锁扣131的锁定,便于操作,用户使用体验好。
在本实施例中,按压部1421与压板部1422分体设置,按压部1421为按键14盖,如此便于装配。
如图9所示,按压部1421与架体11的第二通孔1107侧壁之间,形成有行程间隙40,行程间隙40的宽度为d,通过行程间隙40的宽度,从而控制按键14的按压行程。当然按键14的按压行程根据锁扣131的尺寸设计,只要能够保证按压部1421受按压向内侧移动至极限位置时,可将锁扣131调整至解锁位置 即可。
在一实施例中,为了保证衣架10的安装稳定性,在衣架10上设置了两组锁定组件13。
可选地,在设置了两组锁定组件13的基础上,为了便于用于拿取和固定衣架10,将两个按键14设置于架体11宽度方向上的两侧,将两个锁扣131配置为分别相对架体11宽度方向上的两侧凸出,如此,用户可通过两个手指分别捏住两个按键14的按压部1421,使两个按压部1421往架体11内部的方向移动,即可实现锁扣131的解锁。此种解锁方式,用户解锁时不费力,用户体验感好。
相对应地,在挂衣固定座20上设置了两个卡接部21。
具体地,其一锁定组件13的锁扣131位于锁定位置时,相对架体11的左侧面1104凸出,与其一卡接部21卡接;另一锁定组件13的锁扣131位于锁定位置时,相对架体11的右侧面1105凸出,与另一卡接部21卡接;其一锁定组件13的按键14的按压部1421相对架体11的左侧面1104凸出,另一锁定组件13的按键14的按压部1421相对架体11的右侧面1105凸出。
在一实施例中,为了便于用户将架体11挂至挂衣固定座20上,将衣架10进行悬挂;衣架10通过滑动的方式安装至挂衣固定座20;衣架10与挂衣固定座20之间,通过滑动连接组件可选地进行滑动连接。
可选地,衣架10包括设于架体11顶部的第一滑动连接结构12,挂衣固定座20包括第二滑动连接结构22,第一滑动连接结构12和第二滑动连接结构22可选地进行滑动连接。
本实施例中,第一滑动连接结构12为滑轨,第二滑动连接结构22为滑槽,滑轨插入滑槽内,实现衣架10与挂衣固定座20之间的滑动连接;当衣架10滑动到位时,衣架10的锁扣131与挂衣固定座20上的卡接部21卡接,锁扣131限制衣架10在挂衣固定座20的滑槽上的滑动自由度,将衣架10固定于挂衣固定座20。
在本实施例中,架体11包括领撑1111和肩撑,第一滑动连接结构12设于领撑1111的顶部。
挂衣架10时,通过滑动的方式将衣架10安装至挂衣固定座20,便于用户操作;并且当衣架10滑动到位之后,可通过锁扣131将衣架10锁紧于挂衣固定座20,避免衣架10内部通水或通风后,在水压或风压的作用下,衣架10与挂衣固定座20之间的连接产生松动,影响护理效果。
在一实施例中,衣架10具备吹风功能;介质进口包括设于架体11顶部的进风口1101,介质出口包括设于架体11底部的出风口1102。该衣架10使用时, 进风口1101与外部的供气机构连接,即可通过衣架10向衣物内部吹风,进行护理。
其中,供气机构可以为风机但不限于风机。
本实施例中,将进风口1101和第一滑动连接结构12均设于领撑1111的顶部,在领撑1111的内部设置与进风口1101连接的进风通道1103,在挂衣固定座20内设置连通通道;如此,将领撑1111固定于挂衣固定座20的同时,还可以实现挂衣固定座20的连通通道与衣架10进风口1101的连接,便于由衣架10的顶部向进风。
可选地,为了便于用户操作,将锁定组件13也设于领撑1111处,将第二通孔1107设于进风通道1103的侧壁。
可选地,为了避免按键14的压板部1422占用进风通道1103的空间,从而确保足够的风量能够进入衣架10的内部,保证护理效果;将压板部1422配置为:锁扣131位于锁定位置时,压板部1422抵接于进风通道1103的侧壁。
压板部1422的厚度为T,为了避免按键14的第二键体142占用进风通道1103的空间,T<15毫米。
可选地,T=2毫米~5毫米。
在一实施例中,衣架10具备喷淋功能;衣架10还包括喷淋转接模块15,喷淋转接模块15设有进水口和出水口1153,进水口用于与外部供水机构连接;介质出口包括喷淋口,出水口1153与喷淋口连通;喷淋转接模块15设于内腔,并与架体11固定。本实施例的喷淋转接模块15用于将外部供水机构提供的水导入至衣架10内部,以通过衣架10的喷淋口喷射至衣物上,水喷射至衣物内面之后,淋湿衣物;在水的重力作用和分子间润滑作用之下,衣物上的褶皱可高效快速地去除。
其中,喷淋转接模块15包括转接壳体,转接壳体的内部设有水路通道。
在本实施例中,转接壳体包括转接前盖151、密封圈和转接后盖153,密封圈152夹设于转接前盖151和转接后盖153之间,转接前盖151和转接后盖153扣合固定,以在转接壳体内部形成水路通道。
在本实施例中,由于喷淋转接模块15内部受到的水压力较大,将转轴30安装于喷淋转接模块15,将锁定组件13设置于喷淋转接模块15,可直接地对喷淋转接模块15进行固定,从而保证衣架10与挂衣固定座20之间的连接的稳定性。可确保水压作用下,衣架10与挂衣固定座20连接时不会松动,避免漏水,保证护理效果。并且,如此设置,只要将喷淋转接模块15固定安装于架体11的内部,还可同时实现将按键14安装于架体11内部。
在本实施例中,转接前盖151设有转接柱1511,进水口设于转接柱1511。
在一实施例中,转接壳体内的水路通道为加压水道,可以对水流进行加压,有利于喷洒出更细的水珠,提升护理效果。其中,可以采用类似花洒内部的加压水道作为喷淋转接模块的水道,本申请不限制水路通道的结构。
进一步地,喷淋转接模块15还包括防漏阀。
本实施例中,整个喷淋转接模块15结构紧凑,也便于锁定组件13的组装。
在一实施例中,为了使结构更加紧凑,提升用户体验,在挂衣固定座20上设有入水接头23;衣架10与挂衣固定座20滑动连接;衣架10具有固定位置,当衣架10在挂衣固定座20上滑动至固定位置时,挂衣固定座20的入水接头23与喷淋转接模块15的进水口连接,衣架10的锁扣131与挂衣固定座20的卡接部21卡接;此时,水流可通过挂衣固定座20进入喷淋转接模块15,实现衣架10内部通水。
在本实施例中,由于衣架10位于固定位置时,通过锁扣131将衣架10锁紧于挂衣固定座20,从而保证入水接头23与进水口可靠连接,避免漏水。
在一实施例中,在设置了喷淋转接模块15的的结构的基础上衣架10还设有管道模块16;管道模块16包括管道壳体,以及固定于管道壳体内的分流器163和若干喷淋头164,管道壳体包括扣合连接的管道前盖161和管道后盖162,分流器163包括一管道进口和若干管道出口,喷淋转接模块15的出水口1153与管道进口之间连接,管道出口与喷淋头164连接。
可选地,架体11底部的介质出口包括若干出风口1102,还包括若干喷淋口,喷淋头164设于喷淋口处,以通过喷淋头164向衣物的内部喷水。
在一实施例中,架体11包括扣合连接的架上盖111和架下盖112,介质进口设于架上盖111,介质出口设于架下盖112,按键14和喷淋转接模块15安装于架上盖111,管道模块16安装于架下盖112。

  1. 一种具有按键的衣架,包括:
    架体(11),其设有介质进口和介质出口;所述介质出口设于所述架体(11)的底部;
    锁定组件(13),其包括锁扣(131)、按键(14)和弹性复位件(132);所述按键(14)通过转轴(30)与所述架体(11)转动连接;所述锁扣(131)固定于所述按键(14),所述锁扣(131)具有锁定位置;所述锁扣(131)位于锁定位置时,用于与挂衣固定座(20)卡接;所述弹性复位件(132)提供弹性力给所述按键(14),以使所述按键(14)具有带动所述锁扣(131)转动至所述锁定位置的趋势;所述按键(14)用于在外力作用下带动所述锁扣(131)向远离所述锁定位置的方向转动,从而使所述锁扣(131)脱离挂衣固定座(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有按键的衣架,其中,所述弹性复位件(132)为扭簧;所述扭簧套设于所述转轴(30),所述扭簧的一端与所述架体(11)相接,另一端与所述按键(14)相接;
    所述扭簧提供弹性力给所述按键(14),以使所述按键(14)具有绕第一方向转动的趋势;所述按键(14)用于在外力作用下绕第二方向转动,以带动所述锁扣(131)转动远离所述锁定位置;
    所述第一方向为顺时针方向,所述第二方向为逆时针方向;或,所述第一方向为逆时针方向,所述第一方向为顺时针方向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有按键的衣架,其中,所述按键(14)的一端为安装端,另一端为转动端,所述安装端通过所述转轴(30)与所述架体(11)转动连接;所述锁扣(131)设于所述转动端。
  4. 据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有按键的衣架,其中,所述架体(11)的侧壁设有第一通孔(1106);所述锁扣(131)位于所述锁定位置时,所述锁扣(131)的端部穿过所述第一通孔(1106)并相对所述架体(11)的外壁凸出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有按键的衣架,其中,所述架体(11)设有第二通孔(1107);所述按键(14)包括按压部(1421),所述按压部(1421)穿过所述第二通孔(1107)并相对所述架体(11)的外壁凸出;当所述按压部(1421)受到外力作用向所述架体(11)的内部转动时,所述按键(14)带动所述锁扣(131)向所述架体(11)的内部移动,从而带动所述锁扣(131)向远离所述锁定位置的方向移动。

  7. 根据权利要求5所述的具有按键的衣架,其中,所述衣架(10)包括两组所述锁定组件(13);所述架体(11)宽度方向上相对的两侧面分别为左侧面(1104)和右侧面(1105);
    其一所述锁扣(131)位于锁定位置时,相对所述左侧面(1104)凸出;另一所述锁扣(131)位于锁定位置时,相对所述右侧面(1105)凸出;其一所述按键(14)的按压部(1421)相对所述架体(11)的左侧面(1104)凸出,另一所述按键(14)的按压部(1421)相对所述架体(11)的右侧面(1105)凸出;所述锁扣(131)可在所述按键(14)的带动下,向所述架体(11)的内部移动以离开所述锁定位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有按键的衣架,还包括喷淋转接模块(15),所述喷淋转接模块(15)设有进水口和出水口(1153),所述进水口用于与供水机构连接;所述介质出口包括喷淋口,所述出水口(1153)与所述喷淋口连通;所述喷淋转接模块(15)设于所述架体(11)的内部,并与所述架体(11)固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有按键的衣架,其中,所述喷淋转接模块(15)与所述按键(14)之间通过所述转轴(30)转动连接。
  10. 一种衣物护理组件,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的衣架(10),还包括还包括挂衣固定座(20);所述挂衣固定座(20)设有卡接部(21);所述锁扣(131)位于所述锁定位置,所述锁扣(131)与所述卡接部(21)卡接,以将所述衣架(10)固定于所述挂衣固定座(20)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物护理组件,其中,所述衣架(10)包设于所述架体(11)顶部的第一滑动连接结构(12),所述挂衣固定座(20)设有第二滑动连接结构(22);
    所述衣架(10)具有固定位置;所述衣架(10)位于所述固定位置时,所述第一滑动连接结构(12)与所述第二滑动连接结构(22)滑动连接,所述锁扣(131)位于所述锁定位置,所述锁扣(131)与所述卡接部(21)卡接,所述锁扣(131)限制所述衣架(10)的滑动自由度。
