技术领域
本申请涉及衣物清洁技术领域,例如涉及一种衣架及衣物护理机。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物处理的要求也在不断的提高,其中,衣物护理机能够对衣物进行去味、整平、熨烫等护理,使得衣物整洁如新,受到广大用户的普遍欢迎。
衣物护理机通常包括护理箱体以及护理模块,在护理箱体的顶部设置有挂杆,挂杆上挂设有若干衣架,衣服挂设在衣架上;衣架内设置有喷雾头,护理模块通过衣架的喷雾头对衣物进行喷淋护理。
但是,在衣架翻转时衣架的进水接头处会出现漏水,水珠滴落到衣物上会影响衣物护理效果。
实用新型内容
本申请提供一种衣架及衣物护理机,以解决衣架的进水接头处会出现漏水,水珠滴落到衣物上会影响衣物护理效果的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
本申请的第一方面提供一种衣架,包括:衣架主体以及单向接头;所述衣架主体内形成有空腔,所述空腔的底壁设置有喷淋出口,所述空腔的侧壁顶部设置有喷淋入口,所述喷淋入口内安装有所述单向接头,所述单向接头和所述喷淋出口之间形成喷淋通道;所述单向接头能够打开,以使所述喷淋入口的喷淋水经由所述喷淋通道进入所述喷淋出口;所述单向接头能够关闭,以隔断所述喷淋入口和所述喷淋通道。
与相关技术相比,本申请第一方面提供的衣架具有如下优点:
本申请提供的衣架,通过在衣架主体的喷淋入口内安装单向接头,使得衣物护理机的供水接头与单向接头连接时,单向接头能够打开而与供水接头连通,实现供水;在供水接头与单向接头分离时,单向接头关闭,避免漏水。
作为本申请上述衣架的一种改进,所述单向接头包括接头壳体,所述接头壳体与所述 衣架主体固定连接,且所述接头壳体内设置有第一通道和第二通道,所述第一通道的第一端口设置在所述第二通道的侧壁,所述第一通道的第二端口与所述喷淋通道连通;所述第二通道的外端开口形成所述喷淋入口,所述第二通道的内端封闭形成端壁;所述第二通道内安装有阀芯,所述阀芯的第一端与所述第二通道的端壁之间设置有第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件推动所述阀芯封堵所述第二通道;所述阀芯的第二端受抵顶力,推动所述阀芯压缩所述第一弹性件,以使所述第二通道与所述第一通道连通。

本申请的第二方面还提供一种衣物护理机,其包括:供水接头以及第一方面所述的衣架;所述供水接头与所述衣架的单向接头密封连接,以使所述单向接头打开与所述供水接头连通;所述供水接头与所述单向接头分离,所述单向接头关闭。
本申请第二方面提供的衣物护理机,由于其包括第一方面所述的衣架,因此本申请第二方面提供的衣物护理机也具有与第一方面的衣架相同的优点。
作为本申请上述衣物护理机的一种改进,所述供水接头包括接头座,所述接头座设置有供水通道,所述供水通道的一端部设置有压板密封圈,且所述供水通道内还设置有第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件和所述压板密封圈之间设置有抵顶件;所述第二弹性件将所述抵顶件压紧在所述压板密封圈,以封堵所述供水通道;在所述压板密封圈与所述单向接头密封连接时,所述抵顶件与所述单向接头抵接提供抵顶力,以使所述供水通道通过所述单向接头与所述喷淋通道连通。
作为本申请上述衣物护理机的一种改进,所述抵顶件为钢珠,所述喷淋入口设置在所述第二通道外端的侧壁。

具体实施方式
衣物护理机通常包括护理箱体以及护理模块,在护理箱体的顶部设置有挂杆,挂杆上挂设有若干衣架,衣服挂设在衣架上;衣架内设置有喷雾头,护理模块通过衣架的喷雾头对衣物进行喷淋护理。但是,在衣架翻转时衣架的进水接头处会出现漏水,水珠滴落到衣物上会影响衣物护理效果。
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种衣架及衣物护理机,其衣架内部设置有喷淋通道,可以直接从衣物内部向衣物喷淋冷水,提高去皱塑形效率;并且在喷淋入口内安装单向接头,供水接头与单向接头连接时,单向接头能够打开而与供水接头连通,实现供水;在供水接头与单向接头分离时,单向接头关闭,避免漏水。
下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
参照图1,其中,图1为本申请实施例提供的衣物护理机的剖视图。本申请实施例提供的衣物护理机包括护理箱体100和门体130,护理箱体100包括箱体外壳110以及设置在箱体外壳110内部的内胆120。门体130铰接在箱体外壳110上,门体130与内胆120形成封闭的护理空间150,其中,护理空间150用于容纳衣物160,其可以是矩形空间、圆柱形空间等。门体130能够相对内胆120打开,以放置衣物160。
可选地,护理箱体100为前侧开口的矩形箱体,其前后方向为图1中X方向,其高度方向为图1中Z方向,其水平方向为垂直于XZ平面。门体130安装在护理箱体100的前侧,形成矩形的护理空间150。在此需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,方位词“前”指的是朝向用户的一侧,即,朝向门体130的一侧;方位词“后”指的是与门体130相对的一侧。
继续参照图1和图2,箱体外壳110和内胆120之间形成安装空间140,安装空间140的底部用于安装后面将要描述的供水机构300以及第一热风装置410等提供安装空间;安装空间140顶部用于容纳扭动机构900的至少部分结构以及第一热风装置410的至少部分结构。
本申请实施例提供的衣物护理机还包括衣架200、供水机构300以及第一热风装置410,衣架200安装在护理箱体100的内胆120的顶部,不仅能够起到支撑衣物160的作用;并且,供水机构300通过衣架200向衣物160内部喷淋水雾,对衣物160进行冷水去皱塑形;第一热风装置410通过衣架200向衣物160内部吹出热风,对衣物160进行烘干。
参照图4至图7,其中,图4为本申请实施例提供的衣架一方向的结构示意图;图5为本申请实施例提供的衣架另一方向的结构示意图;图6为本申请实施例提供的衣架的爆炸图;图7为本申请实施例提供的衣架的剖视图。
衣架200包括衣架主体201、喷雾头240以及通道组件250。衣架主体201内形成有空腔210,空腔210的侧壁211的顶部设置有喷淋入口221,空腔210的底壁212设置有喷淋出口231和出风口232,空腔210的顶壁213设置有进风口222,进风口222和出风口232之间形成出风风道260;空腔210内安装有喷雾头240,且喷雾头240与喷淋出口231相对;空腔210内设置有通道组件250,通道组件250连通喷淋入口221和喷雾头240。
其中,衣架200内形成空腔210的方式有多种,例如,衣架200包括左右两半壳体,左右两半壳体固定连接形成空腔210。再例如,参照图6,衣架主体201包括上壳220和下盖230,其中,上壳220为底部开口的壳体结构;上壳220和下盖230固定连接形成空腔210。如此,上下结构的上壳220和下盖230方便安装,并且,上壳220为一体结构,不仅结构强度高,且无连接缝隙,可以避免划伤衣物。此时,上壳220形成空腔210的顶壁213和侧壁211,下盖230形成空腔210的底壁212。
可选的,上壳220包括竖直部223和支撑部224,其中,竖直部223沿竖直方向Z延伸,方便与后续描述的固定座800连接,以将衣架主体201固定在内胆120的顶部。支撑部224用于与衣物160接触,以支撑衣物160。本实施例中,支撑部224的底部向上凹陷,形成拱形结构,既有利于提供良好的支撑作用,还有利于降低衣架200的重量。支撑部224的边缘为弧形,方便与衣物160的肩部接触,而不划伤衣物。
为了配合拱形结构的支撑部224,下盖230为拱形结构,如此在下盖230上设置多个喷雾头240时,多个喷雾头240可以位于不同的高度位置上,形成上下多层次喷淋,有利于提高塑形效果。下盖230与支撑部224的固定连接方式有多种,例如,下盖230与支撑部224卡接、螺接等。
在本实施例中,喷淋入口221设置在竖直部223的侧面,方便与供水机构300连通。喷淋出口231设置在下盖230上,方便向衣物160内部喷淋水雾,避免水雾喷淋到衣物160外部而影响喷淋效果。进风口222设置在竖直部223的顶端,与喷淋入口221分开,使得出风风道260和过水的通道组件250分隔开。出风口232设置在下盖230上,方便向衣物160内部吹出热风。并且,进风口222和出风口232分别设置在衣架200的上下两端,便于进风口222的热风分配到出风口232,有利于提高出风的均匀性。
空腔210内安装有喷雾头240,喷雾头240与喷淋出口231相对,并且喷雾头240的 喷淋方向向下。喷雾头240的喷淋方向向下,当作广义理解,喷雾头240可以垂直向下喷淋,即,喷雾头240的喷淋方向可以竖直向下;或者,喷雾头240还可以倾斜向下喷淋,例如,喷雾头240可以向前或者向后倾斜喷淋,使得水雾更多的喷淋到衣物的前部或后部。
可选的,喷雾头240的喷淋孔的直径为0.1~0.6mm,如此可以形成细腻致密的喷淋水雾,有利于提高喷淋效果。避免喷淋孔尺寸过小导致喷淋面积过小,还可以避免喷淋孔尺寸过大导致喷淋水滴过大而不能充分浸润衣物。
喷雾头240与喷淋入口221之间设置通道组件250,为喷淋水提供通道,将喷淋水和热风分隔开,避免相互影响效果。并且,喷淋入口221用于与供水机构300连通,如此,供水机构300的冷水通过喷淋入口221进入通道组件250,再进入喷雾头240形成水雾喷出到衣物160内部。
进风口222和出风口232之间形成出风风道260,例如,在空腔210内设置有风道壁,风道壁限定形成出风风道260;再例如,上壳220和下盖230限定形成出风风道260,有利于简化结构。在本申请实施例中,出风风道260由上壳220、下盖230以及通道组件250的第一壳体254和第二壳体255共同限定形成出风风道260。
当然,本申请实施例提供的衣物护理机还包括处理器和操作面板,处理器分别与操作面板、供水机构300以及第一热风装置410电连接,用户通过操作面板输入指令,处理器在接收到指令后,调用预设程序控制供水机构300开启,从而喷雾头240喷淋形成水雾,对衣物进行护理;或者,控制第一热风装置410开启,热风经过出风风道260从出风口232吹出。
由此,本申请实施例提供的衣物护理机,其衣架200的衣架主体201内形成空腔210,空腔210内设置有喷雾头240和通道组件250;并且,在空腔210的侧壁211的顶部设置有喷淋入口221,空腔210的底壁212设置有喷淋出口231,喷淋出口231与喷雾头240相对,且喷雾头240和喷淋入口221之间通过通道组件250连通,供水机构300与喷淋入口221连通,如此,供水机构300通过通道组件250为喷雾头240供水,使得喷雾头240能够向衣物160内部喷淋水雾,水滴在渗透作用下从衣物160内部向外部渗透,并且,水雾在喷雾头240喷出时具有初始速度,其击打在衣物160能够提高水滴的渗透作用,随着水滴在重力作用下不断向下流动,衣物160整体被润湿,舒展衣物160纤维,从而去除衣物160上的褶皱,提高塑形效果。
本申请实施例的衣物护理机直接喷淋冷水即可实现对衣物的去皱塑形护理,有利于降低使用成本。而且,由于喷雾头240喷淋冷水,可以降低内胆120的耐温要求以及门体 130的密封性能,有利于降低制造成本。
并且,本申请实施例衣物护理机,在其衣架200的空腔210的顶壁213设置有进风口222,在空腔210的底壁212设置有出风口232,出风口232和进风口222之间形成出风风道260,第一热风装置410的出风端口与进风口222连通,如此,第一热风装置410吹出的热风可以通过出风风道260和出风口232进入到衣物160内部,从内向外对衣物160进行烘干,有利于提高烘干效果和效率。
本申请实施例的衣架主体201具有空腔210,空腔210内设置通道组件250,为供水机构300提供过水通道;空腔210内形成出风风道260,为第一热风装置410提供风道,从而实现从衣物160内部进行喷淋塑形、烘干护理,拓展衣架200的功能。
第一热风装置410的热风通过出风口232进入到衣物160内部,出风口232的形状和数量可以有多种情况。出风口232可以是圆形开口、椭圆形开口、长条形开口等,示例性的,参照图5,出风口232为沿空腔210长度方向延伸的长条形开口,由于衣架主体201的长度方向尺寸较大,方便布置出风口232。由于下盖230为弧形板,相应的,沿衣架200长度方向,出风口232具有不同的高度位置。
出风口232可以设置一个,例如,沿空腔210的底壁212的长度方向延伸的长条形开口。当然,为了提高出风口232的出风量以及均匀性,参照图5,出风口232设置有多个,例如,六个、八个等,本领域技术人员可以根据空腔210的底壁212尺寸,也就是,下盖230的尺寸进行设置。所有的出风口232可以尺寸相同,其中部分出风口232的尺寸可以不同,提高出风口232设置的灵活性。
多个出风口232的布置方式也可以有多种,例如,多个出风口232沿空腔210的底壁212的长度方向间隔设置;再例如,多个出风口232呈矩阵排布在空腔210的底壁212,即,出风口232在下盖230上的呈矩阵排布。在一实施例中,沿空腔210底壁的长度方向间隔设置多个出风口232,且沿空腔210底壁的宽度方向间隔设置多个出风口232。如图5所示,沿空腔210底壁212的长度方向(也即列方向)间隔设置五列出风口232;且沿空腔210底壁212的宽度方向(也即行方向)间隔设置两行出风口232,如此,在空腔210的底壁212设置十个出风口232。矩阵排布的出风口232在下盖230上形成格栅结构,既能够提高出风面积、均匀出风,还能够保证衣架主体201的结构强度。
在这里需要说明的是,空腔210底壁212的长度方向,即为图5中长中线L1的方向;空腔210底壁212的宽度方向,即为图5中宽中线L2的方向。
在其中一种实现方式中,多个出风口232关于空腔210底壁212的宽中线L2对称, 如此设置使得衣架主体201两侧的出风量一致,提高衣物160烘干的均匀性。示例性的,如图5所示,其中一个较长的出风口232关于空腔210底壁212的宽中线L2对称,另外四个较短的出风口232分别设置较长出风口232的两侧。
第一热风装置410作为提供烘干热风的装置,结合图2,其中图2是图1中P的放大示意图。第一热风装置410可以包括第一热风外壳411,第一热风外壳411内形成热风风道412,例如,第一热风外壳411作为热风风道412的风道壁,限定形成热风风道412;再例如,第一热风外壳411内设置有单独的管道,限定形成热风风道412。热风风道412的出风端口与进风口222连通,以使热风风道412与出风风道260连通,热风风道412的进风端口设置在护理箱体100的内胆120的顶部,如此,热风风道412、出风风道260、衣物160内部以及衣物160外部的护理空间150形成气体循环通道。
热风风道412内安装有第一风机413和发热器414,其中,发热器414用于加热气体,其可以是PTC加热器、滑轮式热风机等。第一风机413产生负压使气体循环,不断将热风风道412内吸入气体,并将发热器414加热后的气体出吹到衣架200的出风风道260内,经由出风口232进入衣物160内部,以对喷淋后的衣物进行烘干。
可选的,第一热风装置410为外循环烘干模式,此时,护理箱体100还设置有与外界环境连通的两个通气孔,其中一个通气孔用于排出湿热的气体,另外一个通气孔用于通入干冷的气体,如此循环以烘干衣物160。
可选的,第一热风装置410为内循环烘干模式,此时,第一热风装置410还包括冷凝装置,用于将护理空间150内的水蒸汽冷凝形成冷凝水,如此以烘干衣物。
可选的,本申请实施例的衣物护理机还包括第二热风装置420,且第一热风装置410与第二热风装置420共用一个冷凝装置,有利于节约成本。参照图1,第二热风装置420安装在护理箱体100底部的安装空间140内,第二热风装置420的回风端口426和出风端口427设置在护理箱体100的底壁,如此,在护理箱体100的顶部和底部分别设置第二热风装置420对衣物160进行烘干,有利于提高烘干效率,例如是对于长款的大衣、棉衣等。
如图1所示,第二热风装置420包括:第二热风外壳425以及安装在第二热风外壳425内部的压缩机421、蒸发器422、冷凝器423以及第二风机424。回风端口426和出风端口427分别设置在内胆120的底壁。
本申请实施例提供的第二热风装置420的烘干原理如下:
第二风机424转动产生负压区,使得护理空间150内的湿冷气体经过回风端口426进入到第二热风外壳425内部;冷媒在压缩机421的作用下变成高温高压气体,高温高压气 体在冷凝器423释放热量,冷媒变成低温液体;其释放的热量将湿冷气体加热形成湿热气体。低温液体冷媒经过蒸发器422时与湿热气体进行换热,气体中的水分在蒸发器422冷凝形成冷凝水,而存储在冷凝水箱中;蒸发器422中的冷媒被加热循环至压缩机421中,而湿热气体经过换热后形成干燥气体,经过出风端口427排入到护理空间150内,如此往复对护理空间150内的衣物进行烘干。
本实施例提供的第一热风装置410和第二热风装置420均采用为内循环烘干,无需向室内排出气体而影响室内空气质量。
为了提高喷淋范围,结合图5,空腔210的底壁212布置有多个喷淋出口231,每个喷淋出口231分别对应设置一个喷雾头240,也就是说,衣架主体201的下盖230上设置有多个喷雾头240,例如,三个、五个等,本申请实施例对喷雾头240的数量不做限定。
可选的,多个喷淋出口231沿空腔210底壁212的长度方向间隔设置,如此在衣架主体201长度方向的间隔布置多个喷雾头240,提高喷淋面积和喷淋效率。
可选的,沿空腔210底壁212的长度方向相邻两个喷雾头240之间的距离为50~120mm,既可以避免相邻两个喷雾头240之间的距离过小导致衣架200结构复杂,又可以避免相邻两个喷雾头240之间的距离过大而导致喷淋效果差。
可选的,多个喷淋出口231关于空腔210底壁212的宽中线L2对称,其中,空腔210底壁的宽中线L2与其长中线L1垂直。如此设置使得衣物160两侧的喷淋均匀,有利于提高去皱塑形效果。
在一些实施例中,所有喷雾头240形成喷雾组,喷雾组两端的喷雾头240分别向外倾斜预设角度。结合图7,位于下盖230两端最外侧的喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b分别向外倾斜预设角度,此处所说的“外侧”指的是衣物160的外侧,如此使得喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b分别指向衣物160的衣袖方向,以朝向衣物160的衣袖进行喷淋。继续参照图7,喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b分别背离衣架200的中心线L倾斜。喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b分别向外倾斜预设角度β,使其喷出的水雾朝向衣物的衣袖,从而使得衣袖能够更好的润湿,从而去除褶皱,提高衣物160的塑形效果。
其中,中心线L是衣架200在护理箱体100竖直方向Z的中线,宽中线L2是衣架200在护理箱体100水平方向的中线,长中线L1是衣架200在240前后方向的中线。
可选的,预设角度β可以20°~50°,即,喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b相对于竖直方向的倾斜角度为20°~50°,如此设置既可以避免喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b向外倾斜较大的角度导致水雾喷淋到衣袖的外侧,还可以避免喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b向外倾 斜角度较小而导致水雾不能喷淋到衣袖内。
在喷雾组一些实现方式中,结合图5和图7,喷雾组包括五个喷雾头240,其中一个喷雾头240安装在空腔210底壁的宽中线L2位置,另外四个喷雾头240关于空腔210宽中线L2位置的喷雾头240两侧对称。如此有利于提高衣物160两侧喷淋的均匀性。并且,相邻两个喷雾头240之间的距离为50~120mm,位于衣架200两端最外侧的两个喷雾头240a和喷雾头240b分别向外倾斜20°~50°,中间三个喷雾头240竖直向下喷淋,以全面喷淋衣物,避免存在喷淋死角,有利于提高喷淋效果。
本申请对喷雾头240的结构不做限定,本领域技术人员可以结合喷雾头240的喷出范围、成本、尺寸大小等实际情况进行设置。喷雾头240的喷淋孔的直径为0.1~0.6mm,如此可以形成细腻致密的喷淋水雾,有利于提高喷淋效果。避免喷淋孔尺寸过小导致喷淋面积过小,还可以避免喷淋孔尺寸过大导致喷淋水滴过大而不能充分浸润衣物。
结合图6和图7,在一些实现方式中,通道组件250包括进水接头、分水接头251、第一水管252以及第二水管253;进水接头安装在喷淋入口221,且进水接头的进口与供水机构300连通,进水接头的出口与分水接头251的进口通过第一水管252连通;分水接头251的出口与喷雾头240通过第二水管253连通。
其中,分水接头251用于将进水接头通入的水分配至各个喷雾头240,分水接头251可以是相关技术中的多通接头。例如,在衣架主体201内安装有五个喷雾头240时,分水接头251为六通接头,其中一端口通过第一水管252与进水接头的出口连通,另外五个端口通过五根第二水管253分别与五个喷雾头240连通。
可选的,本申请实施例的通道组件250还包括第一壳体254和第二壳体255,第一壳体254和第二壳体255均安装在空腔210内,在一实施例中,第一壳体254和第二壳体255中的至少一个与衣架主体201固定连接。示例性的,第一壳体254与下盖230通过螺钉连接。
并且,第一壳体254和第二壳体255固定连接形成容纳腔256,例如,第一壳体254和第二壳体255卡接、螺接等。如此,第一水管252、第二水管253以及分水接头251固定在容纳腔256内,如此方便有序安装和遮挡第一水管252、第二水管253以及分水接头251,避免异物从进风口222进入到衣架200内部触碰水管而造成漏水隐患。
在本实施例中,喷雾头240的至少部分结构固定在容纳腔256内,即,第一壳体254和第二壳体255设置有安装喷雾头240的安装座257;在下盖230上还设置有配合座233,配合座233与安装座257相配合,固定喷雾头240。其中,喷淋出口231位于配合座233 内部。当然,喷雾头240也可以固定在第一壳体254和第二壳体255上,喷雾头240还可以安装在下盖230上。
进水接头可以是相关技术中的管道接头,用于与供水机构300连接。在本申请实施例中,进水接头为单向接头500,单向接头500能够打开,以使喷淋入口221的喷淋水正向经由喷淋通道进入喷淋出口231;单向接头500还能够关闭,以隔断喷淋入口221和喷淋通道,避免喷淋水不能反向流动,避免漏水。
参照图3和图8,其中,图3为图2中Q的放大示意图,图8为图7中M的放大示意图。本申请实施例提供的衣物护理机还包括供水接头600,供水接头600的一端与供水机构300连接,供水接头600的另一端用于与单向接头500密封连接;并且,单向接头500和喷淋出口231之间的第一水管252、分水接头251以及第二水管253形成喷淋通道。
在供水接头600与单向接头500密封连接时,结合图3,供水接头600将单向接头500打开,而使得供水机构300的水依次通过供水接头600、单向接头500进入到喷淋通道内;结合图8,在供水接头600与单向接头500分离时,单向接头500关闭,避免漏水滴落到衣物而影响护理效果。
图9为本申请实施例提供的衣架的单向接头和锁紧机构的爆炸图。结合图3、图8以及图9,在一些实现方式中,单向接头500包括接头壳体510,接头壳体510与衣架主体201固定连接,且接头壳体510内设置有第一通道513和第二通道514,第一通道513的第一端口设置在第二通道514的侧壁,第一通道513的第二端口与喷淋通道的第一水管252连通;第二通道514的外端开口形成喷淋入口221,第二通道514的内端封闭形成端壁515。如图3和图8所示,第一通道513沿Z向延伸,第二通道514沿X方向延伸。
其中,参照图8,在第二通道514内安装有阀芯520,阀芯520的第一端与第二通道514的端壁515之间设置有第一弹性件530,在第一弹性件530的弹性力下,第一弹性件530推动阀芯520封堵第二通道514,第二通道514和第一通道513分隔,喷淋通道和第一通道513内的水不能通过第二通道514的喷淋入口221泄漏。
参照图3,在供水接头600与单向接头500密封连接时,供水接头600与阀芯520的第二端抵接,而使得阀芯520的第二端受抵顶力,推动阀芯520朝向端壁515移动并压缩第一弹性件530,以使第二通道514与第一通道513连通,如此,供水机构300的水通过供水接头600进入第二通道514,并通过第一通道513进入喷淋通道,由喷雾头240喷淋形成水雾,以浸润衣物160。
本实施例通过第一弹性件530向外推动阀芯520,以封堵第二通道514,避免喷淋通 道和第一通道513内的水通过喷淋入口221泄漏,实现单向接头500的反向封堵作用;并且,利用供水接头600即可向内推动阀芯520,使得第二通道514与第一通道513连通,从而使得供水机构300的水可以通过第二通道514和第一通道513进入喷淋通道,实现单向接头500的正向导通作用,结构简单,安装方便。
在一种实现方式中,第二通道514内设置有封堵台阶516,第一通道513的第一端口设置在封堵台阶516与第二通道514的端壁515之间。在第二通道514为圆形通道时,封堵台阶516和端壁515之间的部分第二通道514的直径较大,封堵台阶516和喷淋入口221之间的部分第二通道514的直径较小。
结合图9,阀芯520包括导杆521和封堵头522,导杆521的一端与封堵头522连接,且封堵头522的横截面积大于导杆521的横截面积。例如,导杆521与封堵头522为一体成型的一体件,结构强度大。再结合图8,导杆521远离封堵头522的端部伸出至第二通道514的外侧,方便与供水接头600抵接。并且,导杆521与直径较小部分的第二通道514的侧壁之间具有过水间隙523。
可选的,导杆521和第二通道514的横截面均为圆形,且导杆521外径与第二通道514的内径相同,如此可以避免导杆521在第二通道514内晃动。例如,直径较小部分的第二通道514的侧壁设置有凹槽,如此,第二通道514的侧壁与导杆521之间形成过水间隙523。再例如,参照图9,导杆521的外侧面凹陷形成过水凹槽524,过水凹槽524贯穿导杆521的轴向,过水凹槽524与第二通道514的侧壁形成过水间隙523。可选的,过水凹槽524设置有多个,且多个过水凹槽524沿导杆521的周向间隔设置,增大进水面积。例如,沿导杆521的周向均匀间隔设置四个过水凹槽524,使得导杆521形成十字形结构;再例如,沿导杆521的周向间隔设置三个过水凹槽524,使得导杆521形成T字形或者Y形结构。
封堵头522远离导杆521的一端与第二通道514的端壁515之间设置第一弹性件530,封堵头522靠近导杆521的一端与封堵台阶516抵接,从而封堵第二通道514。
为了稳定的安装第一弹性件530,结合图8,封堵头522远离导杆521的一端设置有容纳凹槽525,容纳凹槽525内设置有限位柱526。如此,第一弹性件530套设在限位柱526外,且第一弹性件530的两端分别与容纳凹槽525的底壁、第二通道514的端壁515抵接,如此通过容纳凹槽525的侧壁和限位柱526限制第一弹性件530晃动,避免第一弹性件530从封堵头522和端壁515之间脱出而影响单向接头500的防漏功能。其中,第一弹性件530可以是弹簧,也可以是橡胶套。
由此,本申请实施例的阀芯520通过封堵头522与封堵台阶516抵接而实现单向接头500的防漏功能,结构简单、可靠。
继续参照图3、图8以及图9,接头壳体510包括入口前盖511和入口后盖512,且入口前盖511和入口后盖512密封连接,避免入口前盖511和入口后盖512之间的间隙漏水。并且,入口前盖511与衣架主体201固定连接,从而将单向接头500固定在衣架主体201上,示例性的,参照图9,入口前盖511上设置有第一连接孔5111,衣架主体201内设置有第一螺纹孔,螺钉穿过第一连接孔5111与第一螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而实现入口前盖511与衣架主体201的固定连接。当然,入口前盖511还可以与衣架主体201卡接、粘接等。
在一种示例中,入口前盖511与入口后盖512之间设置有第一密封圈540,且入口前盖511和入口后盖512之间通过螺钉连接。结合图3和图8,沿竖直方向Z入口前盖511间隔设置有三个第二螺纹孔5112,相对应的,入口后盖512上设置有三个第二连接孔5121,螺钉分别穿过第二连接孔5121与第二螺纹孔5112螺纹连接,实现入口前盖511与入口后盖512的固定连接。当然,第二螺纹孔5112的数量和布置方式不限于此。
可选的,入口前盖511与入口后盖512相配合的表面设置有凹凸定位结构,方便入口前盖511与入口后盖512的固定连接。示例性的,参照图8,在入口前盖511朝向入口后盖512的表面设置有凸出部5113,相应的,在入口后盖512朝向入口前盖511的表面设置有凹陷部5122,凹陷部5122与凸出部5113配合定位,提高入口前盖511与入口后盖512安装的便利性。
并且,在入口前盖511的边缘设置有定位扣5115,在入口后盖512的边缘设置有定位口5125,通过定位口5125与定位扣5115定位配合,提高入口前盖511与入口后盖512安装的便利性。
入口前盖511与入口后盖512通过螺钉连接,将第一密封圈540被夹紧在入口前盖511与入口后盖512之间而实现密封。
图10为本申请实施例提供的单向接头的入口前盖的结构示意图。参照图10,入口前盖511的内侧设置有第一安装环5114,第一密封圈540的一端设置有环形凹槽541,第一密封圈540的一端套设在第一安装环5114上,第一密封圈540的另一端与入口后盖512抵接。在X方向上,第一密封圈540被夹持在第一安装环5114端面与入口后盖512之间,从而限制第一密封圈540沿X方向移动,实现入口前盖511和入口后盖512端面之间的密封。
参照图9,入口后盖512朝向入口前盖511的一侧设置有第二安装环5123,第二安装环5123套接在第一密封圈540的外侧,通过第一安装环5114和第二安装环5123夹紧第一密封圈540,实现入口前盖511和入口后盖512周向的密封。
为了提高第一密封圈540的密封性,在入口后盖512的第二安装环5123内设置有环形凸筋5124,第一密封圈540远离其环形凹槽541的一端与环形凸筋5124相配合,提高密封性。
此外,在本实施例中,入口前盖511和入口后盖512固定连接的三个螺钉中,其中有一颗螺钉穿过第一安装环5114内。为了避免在第二连接孔5121和第二螺纹孔5112漏水,参照图9,第一密封圈540在环形凹槽541内设置有密封环542,螺钉穿过第二连接孔5121、密封环542后,与第二螺纹孔5112螺纹连接,密封环542被第二螺纹孔5112的外壁和入口后盖512挤压而实现密封。
在本实施例中,入口前盖511朝向入口后盖512的一侧设置有封堵台阶516,入口前盖511背离入口后盖512的一侧设置有喷淋入口;入口后盖512的局部形成第二通道514的端壁515,在一实施例中,入口后盖512的局部设置有凹槽,以限制和容纳第一弹性件530,该凹槽对应的底壁即为端壁515。也就是说,第二通道514的直径较小的部分设置在入口前盖511,入口前盖511和入口后盖512之间形成另外直径较大部分的第二通道514。并且,入口前盖511和入口后盖512之间形成部分第一通道513,入口前盖511形成另外部分第一通道513。
并且,入口前盖511和入口后盖512之间形成的部分第二通道514和部分第一通道513均位于第一密封圈540内,避免第二通道514和第一通道513漏水,提高单向接头500的密封性。
结合图3,供水接头600与单向接头500相连接,其可以包括接头座610,接头座610设置有供水通道611,供水通道611的一端部设置有压板密封圈620,且供水通道611内还设置有第二弹性件630,第二弹性件630和压板密封圈620之间设置有抵顶件640。接头座610的端部还设置有压盖650,压盖650与接头座610固定连接,且压板密封圈620的第一端被夹紧在压盖650与接头座610之间,在固定压板密封圈620的同时,对压盖650与接头座610之间进行密封。
在供水接头600与单向接头500未连接时,第二弹性件630将抵顶件640压紧在压板密封圈620的第二端,以封堵供水通道611。
在供水接头600与单向接头500连接时,结合图3,压板密封圈620与第二通道514 的外端密封连接,压板密封圈620被夹紧在第二通道514外端侧壁和供水通道611的内壁之间而实现密封。抵顶件640与阀芯520的导杆521抵接而提供抵顶力,使得阀芯520受抵顶力,推动阀芯520朝向端壁515运动,封堵头522远离封堵台阶516,以使供水通道611通过第二通道514与第一通道513连通,由此,供水机构300的水依次经过供水通道611、第二通道514、第一通道513以及喷淋通道,进入喷雾头240。
其中,抵顶件640为钢珠,此时,喷淋入口221设置在第二通道514外端的侧壁,即,在第二通道514外端的侧壁设置缺口以形成喷淋入口221,如此,钢珠在与阀芯520抵顶时,不会封堵第二通道514。
另外,第二弹性件630可以是弹簧,也可以是橡胶套等弹性件。
在一种实现方式中,参照图1,供水机构300包括净水箱310、水泵320以及第三水管330;水泵320的进水端通过第三水管330与净水箱310连通,水泵320的出水端通过第三水管330与进水接头的进口连通,在本实施例中,水泵320的出水端通过第三水管330与供水接头600的进口连通,供水接头600的出口与进水接头连通,进水接头可以采用上述的单向接头500。
净水箱310作为储水容器,其可以是任意形状,可以根据实际安装空间设置净水箱310的形状。净水箱310内存储有冷水,此处所说的冷水指的是未经过加热的水。水泵320用于将净水箱310中的水抽吸至喷雾头240中。
本实施例的供水机构300通过水泵320将净水箱310内的水通过第三水管330传输至喷雾头240,以使喷雾头240喷出形成水雾,结构简单,无需对水进行加热;相对于设置有蒸汽发生器的衣物护理机,本实施例的衣物护理机结构简单,有利于降低成本。
继续参照图1和图2,本实施例提供的衣物护理机还包括固定座800,固定座800与护理箱体100连接,且固定座800与衣架主体201可拆卸连接。其中,固定座800通过下面将要描述的扭动机构900与护理箱体100连接,固定座800与衣架主体201可拆卸连接,方便将衣架200从护理空间150内取出,取放衣物160。
可选的,衣架主体201的顶部可滑动的安装在固定座800上。示例性的,如图4和图5所示,在空腔210的顶壁213外侧设置有滑动结构,滑动结构可滑动的安装在固定座800上。在一实施例中,在空腔210的顶壁213外侧的左右两侧分别设置有其长度方向延伸的滑轨225,即,衣架主体201的竖直部223的左右两侧均设置有滑轨225;如图12所示,其中,图12为本申请实施例提供的固定座的结构示意图,固定座800的左右两侧分别设置有滑槽810,滑槽810与滑轨225相配合,使得衣架主体201能够相对固定座800滑动, 提高衣架200取放的便利性。
并且,在衣架主体201的顶部设置有锁紧机构700,在护理过程中,锁紧机构700能够将衣架主体201相对固定座800锁紧,避免衣架主体201及其上的衣物160移动;或者,锁紧机构700能够解锁衣架主体201,以使衣架主体201能够相对固定座800滑动,方便衣架主体201及其上衣物160的取放。
在锁紧机构700的一种实现方式中,锁紧机构700包括锁扣壳、两个锁扣720以及两个按键730;两个锁扣720沿衣架主体201的宽度方向Y间隔设置。如此,将衣架主体201的左右两侧锁紧在固定座800上,提高锁紧的可靠性。
本实施例的锁扣壳与衣架主体201连接,且锁扣壳套接在锁扣720的外侧,以支撑锁扣720。其中,锁扣壳可以为单独设置的壳体结构,其可以直接与衣架主体201连接,或者,锁扣壳通过单向接头500的接头壳体510连接间接的与衣架主体201连接。示例性的,锁扣板710与接头壳体510的入口后盖512连接形成锁扣壳,简化衣架200内部结构。锁扣板710与入口后盖512之间通过螺钉连接,参照图9,锁扣板710上设置有第三连接孔711;参照图11,图11为本申请实施例提供的单向接头的入口后盖的结构示意图。入口后盖512远离入口前盖511的一侧设置有第三螺纹孔5126,螺钉穿过第三连接孔711与第三螺纹孔5126螺纹连接。本申请实施例对第三连接孔711的数量及布置方式不做限定。例如,在锁扣板710的中部设置一个第三连接孔711,在锁扣板710的底部间隔设置两个第三连接孔711,如此形成三角形连接,有利于提高连接的稳定性。此外,在不影响入口后盖512密封性的前提下,螺钉还可以穿过第三连接孔711与入口后盖512、入口前盖511连接,减少螺钉数量。锁扣板710的顶部设置有第一卡扣712,入口后盖512的顶部设置有卡口5127,通过第一卡扣712与卡口5127卡接,不仅方便锁扣板710与入口后盖512通过螺钉连接,还能够提高锁扣板710与入口后盖512连接的稳定性。
锁扣壳上设置有第一过孔5128,在一实施例中,入口后盖512和锁扣板710固定连接形成第一过孔5128。参照图6,衣架主体201空腔210的侧壁211设置有第二过孔226。参照图12,固定座800上设置有锁紧槽820。
继续参照图9,锁扣720包括本体721以及设置在本体721顶部外侧的锁紧柱722,锁紧柱722沿衣架主体201的宽度方向Y延伸,锁紧柱722穿设于第一过孔5128和第二过孔226内,且锁紧柱722的至少部分位于第二过孔226的外侧,也就是说,锁紧柱722伸出到衣架主体201的外侧;并且,位于第二过孔226外侧的部分锁紧柱722容纳在锁紧槽820内,以锁紧衣架主体201和固定座800。
本申请实施例的按键730用于驱动锁扣720锁紧或者解锁衣架主体201。按键730的一端与衣架主体201卡接,按键730的另一端与本体721抵接;按键730受压力能够向内推动本体721,以使锁紧柱722容纳在第二过孔226内而解锁衣架主体201。
参照图6,衣架主体201的上壳220设置有安装口227,上壳220上设置有卡槽;参照图9,按键730为长臂结构,其一端设置有第二卡扣731,通过第二卡扣731与卡槽卡接,将按键730固定在衣架主体201的顶部。按键730的抵接部732穿过入口后盖512上设置的避让口5130与本体721抵接。按键730的按压部733位于安装口227内,如此方便用户按压按键730,且按键730的至少部分位于衣架主体201内部而与本体721抵接。
如此,用户按压按键730,按键730向内推动本体721,从而使得锁紧柱722从固定座800的锁紧槽820中缩回至第二过孔226内,从而解锁衣架主体201,此时,衣架主体201相对固定座800滑动取出。
按键730的内侧设置有限位部734,限位部734与衣架主体201内设置的挡板228抵接,既可以限制按键730的移动,还方便按键730的安装。
继续参照图9,锁扣720还包括分别设置在本体721内侧上下两端的导向柱723,导向柱723沿衣架主体201的宽度方向Y延伸;锁扣壳的入口后盖512内设置有与导向柱723相配合的导向槽5129,通过导向柱723与导向槽5129相配合,使得锁扣720沿衣架主体201的宽度方向Y移动。
参照图1、图2以及图12,本申请实施例提供的衣物护理机还包括扭动机构900,扭动机构900与固定座800连接,扭动机构900通过固定座800驱动衣架200绕竖向轴910转动。
在一实施例中,扭动机构900通过竖向轴910与固定座800的连接座830连接,扭动机构900可以包括驱动电机,驱动电机通过竖向轴910驱动固定座800以及衣架200及其内部结构转动,而使得衣物160的扭动效应,能够让衣物更充分地与水雾接触,使水雾快速且充分渗透到衣物纺织层内,提升衣物的塑形效果。同时在烘干时,可加速衣物表面的空气流动,加快烘干,进而提高护理效果和护理效率。
此外,本申请实施例衣架200设置有多个,且多个衣架200沿护理箱体100的水平方向间隔设置。
本实施例通过在护理箱体100内设置多个衣架200,提高单次护理衣物的数量,提高护理效率。并且,由于每件衣物160均单独挂设在一个衣架200上,也就是说,每件衣物160都可以分别通过其衣架200上的喷雾头240进行喷淋润湿,进而起到去皱塑形的效果, 相邻衣物之间的塑形效果不受影响,提高衣物护理一致性。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的衣架200,不仅起到支撑衣物的作用,其内部设置有喷淋通道以及喷雾头240对从衣物内部进行喷淋,提高护理效果;并在衣架200内部设置出风风道,从衣物内部进行烘干,提高护理效率。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种衣架,其中,包括:衣架主体以及单向接头;
    所述衣架主体内形成有空腔,所述空腔的底壁设置有喷淋出口,所述空腔的侧壁顶部设置有喷淋入口,所述喷淋入口内安装有所述单向接头,所述单向接头和所述喷淋出口之间形成喷淋通道;
    所述单向接头能够打开,以使所述喷淋入口的喷淋水经由所述喷淋通道进入所述喷淋出口;所述单向接头能够关闭,以隔断所述喷淋入口和所述喷淋通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣架,其中,所述单向接头包括接头壳体,所述接头壳体与所述衣架主体固定连接,且所述接头壳体内设置有第一通道和第二通道,所述第一通道的第一端口设置在所述第二通道的侧壁,所述第一通道的第二端口与所述喷淋通道连通;所述第二通道的外端开口形成所述喷淋入口,所述第二通道的内端封闭形成端壁;
    所述第二通道内安装有阀芯,所述阀芯的第一端与所述第二通道的端壁之间设置有第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件推动所述阀芯封堵所述第二通道;
    所述阀芯的第二端受抵顶力,推动所述阀芯压缩所述第一弹性件,以使所述第二通道与所述第一通道连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣架,其中,所述第二通道内设置有封堵台阶,所述第一通道的第一端口设置在所述封堵台阶与所述第二通道的端壁之间;
    所述阀芯包括相连接的导杆和封堵头,所述导杆的端部伸出至所述第二通道的外侧,且所述导杆与所述第二通道的侧壁之间具有过水间隙;所述封堵头远离所述导杆的一端与所述第二通道的端壁之间设置所述第一弹性件,所述封堵头靠近所述导杆的一端与所述封堵台阶抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣架,其中,所述导杆和所述第二通道的横截面均为圆形,且所述导杆外径与所述第二通道的内径相同;
    所述导杆的外侧面凹陷形成过水凹槽,所述过水凹槽贯穿所述导杆的轴向,所述过水凹槽与所述第二通道的侧壁形成所述过水间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣架,其中,所述过水凹槽设置有多个,且多个所述过水凹槽沿所述导杆的周向间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的衣架,其中,所述封堵头远离所述导杆的一端设置有容纳凹槽,所述容纳凹槽内设置有限位柱;
    所述第一弹性件套设在所述限位柱外,且所述第一弹性件的两端分别与所述容纳凹槽 的底壁、所述第二通道的端壁抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的衣架,其中,所述接头壳体包括入口前盖和入口后盖,且所述入口前盖和所述入口后盖密封连接;所述入口前盖与所述衣架主体固定连接;
    所述入口前盖朝向所述入口后盖的一侧设置有所述封堵台阶,所述入口前盖背离所述入口后盖的一侧设置有所述喷淋入口;所述入口后盖的局部形成所述第二通道的端壁;
    所述入口前盖和所述入口后盖之间形成部分所述第一通道,所述入口前盖形成另外部分所述第一通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣架,其中,所述入口前盖与所述入口后盖之间设置有第一密封圈,且所述入口前盖和所述入口后盖之间通过螺钉连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的衣架,其中,所述入口前盖的内侧设置有第一安装环,所述第一密封圈的一端套设在所述第一安装环上,所述第一密封圈的另一端与所述入口后盖抵接;
    所述入口后盖朝向所述入口前盖的一侧设置有第二安装环,所述第二安装环套接在所述第一密封圈的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的衣架,其中,所述入口前盖和所述入口后盖之间形成的部分第二通道和部分第一通道均位于所述第一密封圈内。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的衣架,其中,所述喷淋出口安装有喷雾头。
  12. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的衣架,其中,所述空腔的顶壁设置有进风口,所述空腔的底壁设置有出风口,所述进风口和所述出风口之间形成出风风道。
  13. 一种衣物护理机,其中,包括:供水接头以及权利要求1-12任一项所述的衣架;
    所述供水接头与所述衣架的单向接头密封连接,以使所述单向接头打开与所述供水接头连通;
    所述供水接头与所述单向接头分离,所述单向接头关闭。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述供水接头包括接头座,所述接头座设置有供水通道,所述供水通道的一端部设置有压板密封圈,且所述供水通道内还设置有第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件和所述压板密封圈之间设置有抵顶件;
    所述第二弹性件将所述抵顶件压紧在所述压板密封圈,以封堵所述供水通道;在所述压板密封圈与所述单向接头密封连接时,所述抵顶件与所述单向接头抵接提供抵顶力,以使所述供水通道通过所述单向接头与所述喷淋通道连通。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述衣物护理机还包括供水机 构,所述供水机构与所述供水接头连接,且所述供水机构通过所述供水接头、所述单向接头以及所述喷淋通道与所述喷淋出口连通。
