具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1-3所示,在本发明的实施例中,喷淋式护理机,包括箱体1、烘干装置2、喷淋装置3、护理液容器4以及刺破装置(图1-3中未示出),其中,箱体1用于限定衣物放置空间,烘干装置2设置于所述箱体1的底部,用于向所述箱体1内输送热风,喷淋装置3设置在所述箱体1内,包括用以产生蒸汽的蒸汽发生机构和与所述蒸汽发生机构连接的喷洒机构,所述喷洒机构设置在被护理的衣物外侧,其具有喷嘴,用以对所述衣物施加蒸汽,所述喷嘴至少包括可由所述衣物顶部向所述衣物施加蒸汽的第一组喷嘴301和可由所述衣物相对的两侧向所述衣物施加蒸汽的第二组喷嘴302,护理液容器4与所述喷淋装置3连通,可通过所述喷淋装置3抽取所述护理液容器4中的液体,刺破装置对应所述护理液容器4设置,能够将放入所述护理液容器4中的护理液胶囊刺破。通过设置蒸汽发生机构与喷洒机构相连,可以对衣物施加蒸汽,而将喷嘴设置 在衣物的顶部和侧部,使得蒸汽具有指向性,且蒸汽喷洒在衣物上的位置更加均匀和全面,使得喷洒无盲区,提高了衣物的处理效果;通过设置刺破装置,在使用护理液胶囊对衣物进行护理时,在刺破装置的作用下,护理液胶囊破裂,存放在其中的护理液流入至护理液容器4中,喷淋装置3从护理液容器4中抽取护理液喷淋在衣物上对衣物进行护理,此结构可以一次性实现胶囊的放置与刺破,无需用户使用太大的力气,减少使用过程中的操作工序,提高效率且节省体力。
在本发明的一个优选的实施例中,喷淋式护理机还包括控制系统和摄像装置(图中未示出),所述控制系统与所述蒸汽发生机构连接,用以控制蒸汽产生量,所述控制系统与所述喷洒机构连接,用以控制所述喷洒机构的蒸气施加量和施加位置,所述控制系统与所述摄像装置连接,用以控制所述摄像装置摄取当前的衣物的图像,并将所述图像上传至所述控制系统。通过设置与控制系统连接的摄像装置,可以实现对应材质的处理,提高衣物的处理效果,即通过摄像装置摄取衣物的材质,再通过控制系统根据材质选择合适的蒸汽产生量或蒸气施加量及施加位置,可以使衣物得到更好的处理。
优选的,所述喷洒机构还包括设置于所述喷嘴处的阀门(图中未示出),所述阀门受控于所述控制系统,用以控制喷洒机构的蒸气施加量和施加位置。通过设置阀门,可以根据需要控制阀门的开启或关闭,实现喷洒区域的控制,即当需要衣物所有面都喷洒时,所有阀门均开启(即所有喷嘴均呈开启状态),当仅需要衣物肩部位置喷洒时,仅开启位于衣物处理机的箱体的顶部的喷嘴。
所述蒸汽发生机构包括加热装置303和液体泵(图中未示出),所述加热装置303通过所述液体泵与所述护理液容器4连接,以通过所述液体泵将所述护理液容器4内的液体泵入所述加热装置303内加热蒸发。所述液体泵与所述控 制系统连接,可通过所述控制系统控制所述液体泵泵入液体的量和速度。
在本实施例中,相邻喷嘴的喷淋区域不重叠。
在本发明的另一个优选的实施例中,如图4-6所示,所述刺破装置5设置在所述护理液容器4的底部,包括与所述护理液容器4连接的固定端501以及用于刺破护理液胶囊6的刺破端502,所述刺破端502朝向所述护理液容器4的开口设置。具体的,所述刺破装置5包括呈锥形的机构主体503,以及位于所述机构主体503周部的扩口元件,所述扩口元件固定设置在所述机构主体503上,并且所述扩口元件的高度小于机构主体503的高度,以使所述机构主体503上的刺破端502可以外露,从而保证刺破效果。
通过设置扩口元件,在护理液胶囊6被刺破产生开口的情况下,继续向下运动的过程中扩口元件会将开口的尺寸进一步加大,从而可以使得护理液胶囊6中的护理液更快的流出。
本实施例中所述扩口元件为均匀分布在所述机构主体503周部的扩口板504,相邻的所述扩口板504之间形成能够使护理液顺利通过的导液槽505,采用扩口板504作为扩口元件,并且在扩口板504之间形成导液槽505,可以避免护理液胶囊6上形成的开口与扩口元件形状对应而完全接触,影响护理液流出的效果。
进一步的,作为本发明所述的衣物护理机的一种优选技术方案,本实施例中所述刺破装置5具有空心的导液腔506,所述导液腔506的侧壁上设置有连通所述护理液容器4以及所述导液腔506的通孔507,所述喷淋系统通过管路与所述导液腔506连通,进而连通所述护理液容器4。
优选的,所述通孔507设置在所述机构主体503的根部位置,即位于所述机构主体503与所述护理液容器4相连接的位置。如此设置可以尽可能的将护 理液容器4中的护理液抽取干净,避免护理液残留过多造成浪费。
作为一种更加优选的技术方案,所述护理液容器4的底部还可以为向下凹陷的弧形结构,刺破装置5设置在弧形结构的最低点位置。设置成弧形结构可以避免产生死角而影响对护理液胶囊6的刺破效果。同时会产生一个相对的最低点,是护理液尽量流入其中,便于抽取干净。
当然护理液容器4与喷淋系统的连通方式并不局限于上述方式,还可以在导液腔506的其他位置形成与喷淋系统连通的结构,或采用管道插入护理液容器4中的方式实现连通。
在本发明的又一个优选的实施例中,如图7和8所示,所述刺破装置5设置在所述护理液容器4的侧壁上,所述护理液胶囊6由护理液容器4与所述刺破装置5相对的一侧装入所述护理液容器4。
所述护理液容器4包括固定部401与活动部402,所述刺破装置5设置在所述固定部401远离所述活动部402一端的侧壁上,所述活动部402可沿靠近或远离所述刺破装置5的方向运动。本实施例中所述固定部401为具有一个侧面开口的腔体,所述活动部402为可在所述腔体中滑动的抽屉,刺破装置5设置在腔体的底部,所述活动部402朝向所述刺破装置5的侧面为开放式结构,使得放置在活动部402中的护理液胶囊6在随活动部402移动至完全进入腔体中时可与刺破装置5直接接触,从而被刺破装置5刺破。
具体的,本实施例中所述方案的工作过程为:在安装护理液的时候首先将活动部402由固定部401中抽出,活动部402上方具有能够放入护理液胶囊6的胶囊入口,抽出活动部402后胶囊入口敞开,此时可放入护理液胶囊6,推动活动部402连同护理液胶囊6一起进入到固定部401中,当活动移动到一定位置,护理液胶囊6开始与刺破装置5接触,从而开始被刺破,直至活动部402 运动到底与固定部401抵接,此时胶囊被刺破至开口最大,护理液可方便流出。本实施例中刺破装置5的结构与实施例一中的结构相同。
在本发明的再一个优选的实施例中,如图9-11所示,所述护理液容器4中设置有胶囊卡位411以及可选择性移动至所述胶囊卡位411处的喷淋水箱412,所述刺破装置5可选择性移动至所述胶囊卡位411处,所述喷淋水箱412位于所述胶囊卡位411中时,所述喷淋水箱412的出水口1414与所述刺破装置5的位置相对应,所述刺破装置5与所述喷淋系统相连通。所述护理液容器4具有可选择性封闭所述护理液容器4的盖板413,所述刺破装置5设置在所述盖板413上,其设置位置与胶囊卡位411的位置相对应。
当需要使用护理液胶囊6进行衣物护理时,喷淋水箱412位于远离所述胶囊卡位411的一端,此时胶囊卡位411空置,将护理液胶囊6放置在所述胶囊卡位411处,在使用盖板413封闭护理液容器4的过程中刺破装置5与护理液胶囊6接触实现对护理液胶囊6的刺破。
同时,在本实施例中所述护理液容器4中具有滑槽,所述喷淋水箱412上与所述滑槽对应的设置有滑块,所述喷淋水箱412通过所述滑槽和所述滑块相配合在所述护理液容器4中移动。
当使用喷淋水箱412中的水进行衣物护理时,喷淋水箱412移动至胶囊卡位411处,此时喷淋水箱412上的出水口414与盖板413上的刺破装置5位置相对应,通过控制盖板413封闭护理液容器4,刺破装置5可插入出水口414中,喷淋系统从喷淋水箱412中抽水进行衣物护理。
在本发明的再一个优选的实施例中,如图12-14所示,本实施例中所述护理液容器4的内壁上设置有用于选择性收纳所述刺破装置5的收纳槽,所述刺破装置5设置在所述收纳槽中并可从所述收纳槽移动至所述护理液容器4中。 还包括用于触发所述刺破装置5动作的触发装置7。
具体的,所述收纳槽具有位于所述护理液容器4的侧壁内侧的第一凹槽421以及位于所述护理液容器4侧壁外侧的第二凹槽422,所述第一凹槽421与所述第二凹槽422之间具有安装孔423,所述刺破装置5位于所述第一凹槽421中,所述触发装置7位于所述第二凹槽422中,刺破装置5与触发装置7通过穿设于安装孔423中的连接杆701固定连接,所述连接杆701上套设有复位弹簧702,所述复位弹簧702的一端与第二凹槽422的底部抵接,另一端与触发装置7抵接。
在使用护理液胶囊6对衣物进行护理时,首先可将护理液胶囊6放置在护理液容器4中,再通过按压触发装置7,触发装置7向护理液容器4内部运动,刺破护理液胶囊6,操作结束后放开触发装置7,在复位弹簧702的作用下刺破装置5复位,重新回到第一凹槽421中。为了避免护理液从安装孔423中流出至护理液容器4外部,本方案中安装孔423与连接杆701之间设置滑动密封圈。所述刺破装置5与所述连接杆701螺纹旋接,所述连接杆701与所述触发装置7螺纹旋接。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1-3所示,在所述箱体1的宽度方向的一个侧面上设置门体,所述箱体1的宽度方向的另一个侧面上设置消毒灯光装置106。优选的,所述门体与所述箱体1旋接或滑动连接。通过在箱体1较窄的侧面开设门体,可以降低喷淋式护理机的占地面积,增加其放置环境的选择余地,另外,在使用时,仅需要开启门体就能实现衣物的取放,稳定性更高。
在本实施例中,所述箱体1具有与所述箱体1的长度方向平行的第一侧面101和第二侧面102,所述箱体1还具有与所述箱体1的宽度方向平行的第三侧面103和第四侧面104;其中,所述第一侧面101和所述第二侧面102上均设置 所述第二组喷嘴302,所述消毒灯光装置106设置在第三侧面103上,所述门体设置在所述第四侧面104上,所述门体与箱体1旋接或滑动连接。
更进一步的,所述箱体1还具有顶板105,所述顶板105上设置第一组喷嘴301,所述顶板105包括依次连接的第一顶板部和第二顶板部,在所述第一顶板部和所述第二顶板部连接位置设置有用于悬挂衣物的悬挂件107,所述第一顶板部远离所述第二顶板部的一端连接所述第三侧面103,所述第二顶板部远离所述第一顶板部的一端朝向远离所述底板的一侧延伸并与所述第四侧面104连接。通过将顶板105临近门体的位置设置为倾斜结构,可以在放置衣物到悬挂件107上时不挡住用户的视野,便于用户取放衣物。
优选的,第一组喷嘴301包括一个或多个喷嘴,第二组喷嘴302包括两个以上喷嘴。
在本实施例中,第二组喷嘴302包括八个喷嘴,其中四个喷嘴设置在第一侧面101上,剩余四个设置在第二侧面102上,在第一侧面101和第二侧面102上的喷嘴均呈矩形排列,且两个侧面上的喷嘴位置一一对应,第二组喷嘴302包括两个间隔设置在顶板105上的喷嘴。
所述烘干装置2具有进风口201和出风口202,于所述进风口201和所述出风口202的远离所述箱体1底部的一侧设置用于改变风向的导风板8,所述导风板8与所述烘干装置2之间设置用于隔离所述进风口201和所述出风口202的隔板9。通过在箱体1内设置导风板8,可利用导风板8改变风向,使得出风口202的风不直接吹到衣物上,减少风力对衣物的损伤,降低褶皱的产生;通过在导风板8与烘干装置2之间设置隔板9,可以对进风口201和出风口202进行隔离,防止进风口201和出风口202的风窜流,配合导风板8可增强风的循环力度,加强烘干效果。进一步的,所述导风板8的长度方向的两端朝向远离所述 箱体1底部的一侧延伸形成导向部801。优选的,所述导向部801呈弧形。弧形结构的导向部801可以尽可能将风的阻力降低到最小,降低能源消耗。
所述箱体1的顶部设置排风口,所述排风口处设置空气过滤装置10,所述箱体1的底部设置有废液收集装置11。优选的,所述箱体1的底部设置有用于安装所述废液收集装置11的容纳槽,在所述箱体1设置有门体的侧面开设有清理口,所述清理口与所述容纳槽连通。进一步的,所述导风板8上开设有通孔,所述通孔通过导流管与所述废液收集装置11连通。进一步的,所述通孔与所述进风口201错开设置。
通过设置空气过滤装置10,可以对排出于箱体1外的风进行过滤,保护环境不被污染;通过将清理口设置在箱体1安装有门体的一侧,使得废液收集装置11能从喷淋式护理机的正面取放,便于操作者操作。
需要声明的是,上述具体实施方式仅仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理,在本发明所公开的技术范围内,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员所容易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,限定衣物放置空间;
    烘干装置,设置于所述箱体的底部,用于向所述箱体内输送热风;
    喷淋装置,设置在所述箱体内,包括用以产生蒸汽的蒸汽发生机构和与所述蒸汽发生机构连接的喷洒机构,所述喷洒机构设置在被护理的衣物外侧,其具有喷嘴,用以对所述衣物施加蒸汽,所述喷嘴至少包括可由所述衣物顶部向所述衣物施加蒸汽的第一组喷嘴和可由所述衣物相对的两侧向所述衣物施加蒸汽的第二组喷嘴;
    护理液容器,与所述喷淋装置连通,可通过所述喷淋装置抽取所述护理液容器中的液体;
    刺破装置,所述刺破装置对应所述护理液容器设置,能够将放入所述护理液容器中的护理液胶囊刺破。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,还包括控制系统和摄像装置;
    所述控制系统与所述蒸汽发生机构连接,用以控制蒸汽产生量;
    所述控制系统与所述喷洒机构连接,用以控制所述喷洒机构的蒸气施加量和施加位置;
    所述控制系统与所述摄像装置连接,用以控制所述摄像装置摄取当前的衣物的图像,并将所述图像上传至所述控制系统。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,所述蒸汽发生机构包括加热装置和液体泵,所述加热装置通过所述液体泵与所述护理液容器连接,以通过所述液体泵将所述护理液容器内的液体泵入所述加热装置内加热蒸发。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,所述刺破装置设置 在所述护理液容器的底部,包括与所述护理液容器连接的固定端以及用于刺破的刺破端,所述刺破端朝向所述护理液容器的开口设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,所述刺破装置具有空心的导液腔,所述导液腔侧壁上设置有连通所述护理液容器以及所述导液腔的通孔,所述喷淋装置通过管路与所述导液腔连通,进而连通所述护理液容器。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,在所述箱体的宽度方向的一个侧面上设置门体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,所述箱体的宽度方向的另一个侧面上设置消毒灯光装置。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,所述烘干装置具有进风口和出风口,于所述进风口和所述出风口的远离所述箱体底部的一侧设置用于改变风向的导风板,所述导风板与所述烘干装置之间设置用于隔离所述进风口和所述出风口的隔板。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,所述箱体的顶部设置排风口,所述排风口处设置空气过滤装置。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的喷淋式护理机,其特征在于,所述箱体的底部设置有废液收集装置。
